Disastrously unfriendly service. Just stay away. Stale, soft, rubbery bread. The whole thing no longer had anything to do with the Subway chain. Vegetables weren't fresh either, as you're used to, but seemed several days old. Very stingy with the ingredients.

Unfortunately (or fortunately) I can't rate the food. We came with the coupons I got the day before. The employees said that they do not serve coupons. Although it is written on the flyer that you can use coupons at all points. This kind of marketing works against you, I don't want to visit these establishments anymore.

Worst subway I've seen. How come? I ordered half a sub. At first the seller makes fun of it and says in very bad German that it doesn't work or that there is no such thing. I just smiled and didn't really say anything about it. He gives me half the sub and collected the price that a WHOLE sub costs!!!!! I only noticed this when I was already on the way home. I complained about this on Subway's official site and gave all the details. When the sub was purchased and in which restaurant. I also wrote about what I ordered. No response from Subway. Not even an apology or an amends. It really can't be right that you're shelling out almost a tenner for half a sub! And it's actually true that the salespeople make fun of the customers. And they just speak loudly in front of the customer in a different language. I don't think it's ok either.

I think the employee deserves a few extra fees here... if he does that with 20 customers an hour, he gets a very good hourly wage. In addition, the time on the invoice and the debit time on the account do not match. Be careful, I suspect this is intentional (at least for the employee).

Very unfriendly employees who do not implement their concept of fresh and, above all, clean cuisine. When you take a closer look, you quickly notice that the work surface is very messy. Unfortunately, between the cashier and the new waitress, we forgot to wash our hands. And that applies to all guests. When I was asked to pay full price for half a sandwich, I walked away without a word and without feeling hungry. Of course the employee had made a mistake! Subway has always been a popular stop for good food but this branch completely spoiled it for me. Never again!!! Unfortunately 1* has to be awarded.

The staff is well, some are friendly, others are bored and sitting in the corner. I've eaten at Subway many times. Now for the first time in the Loop, I've never had such a disgusting (sorry, but that's how it is) food. The topping looked like it had been there for days and yes, that's how it tasted. And the surface was extremely little, unlike other Subway branches. We won't go there anymore. Really a shame

I really enjoy going to the Subway in Loop on my lunch break or at the end of the day, the employees are always friendly and on hand immediately, I don't see any problems due to inattention. I never have any problems with the sandwiches either. I'm given tips if I want to warm up the sandwich at a later date and I like to remember the score card. I always get the service I expect and want from the team at Loop with complete satisfaction.

The service was an absolute disaster. The bread was only half filled and everything was saved. The price of a whole teriyaki meal of €16 leaves you speechless. After contacting Subway customer service directly, I was treated just as badly as I was at this store. Mr. Afshin R. Fayyaz from the headquarters paid little or no attention to my concerns. He didn't seem to care at all. Overall, I can't recommend this branch at all.

I have tried many Subway restaurants but this one was my best experience. I ordered chicken teriyaki as always and it was very delicious and fresh. In addition, staff were so friendly, nice and well trained. All in all, it was one of my memorable experiences so I suggest this one to everyone.

Frustrating Subway disaster: No offers, points not redeemable, and half-filled portions of meat! My recent Subway experience was beyond annoying, and I'm really upset. The store manager seems to be directing the whole thing and this is reflected in a lack of offerings. Worse still, I can't redeem my hard-earned points - a complete disappointment! But that's not all. The portion ladle, which normally represents the amount of meat, is only half filled. With a 30 cm sub I now only get one portion of meat, and that at an unchanged price. This is not only annoying, but simply cheeky. Overall, my visit to Subway was anything but pleasant. If this dissatisfaction doesn't change soon, they will have lost me as a customer!

Das Personal führt Privatgespräche am Handy, während ich bestelle und er den Sub zubereitet. Nachdem er aufgelegt hat, unterhält er sich direkt mit seinem Kollegen weiter ohne mir zuzuhören und belegt daher die Hälfte falsch. Zudem sind die Preise hier deutlich höher als in anderen Subway Filialen! Auch werden für eine Papiertüte 10ct extra berechnet.

I always take wraps at Subway, so I know that the meat and cheese are first heated in a silicone mold in the oven and then put on the COLD wrap with the salad. At this Subway they tried to explain to me that the wrap goes in the oven. When I said that it was always different, the employee called his boss, who told me very unkindly that I shouldn't explain their work to you and when I tried to justify myself, he either interrupted me or said he didn't care like others Subway branches do this. He then said if I didn't want the wrap warm he "unfortunately" couldn't serve me. I'll never come here again!

Sandwich war mehr schlecht als Recht. (Kalt, zu Cross, fast kein Fleisch, hat nicht wirklich nach was geschmeckt) nicht empfehlenswert. Aber wenn ich mir die Bewerbungen hier so anschaue ist das wohl normal. Nächstes mal wohl doch lieber zum Bäcker.

Ich liebe ja Subway und esse da auch oft, aber der Subway hier hat mich echt enttäuscht. Das Personal war unfreundlich, unkoordiniert und langsam. Mein Sandwich wurde so lieblos zusammen geklatscht, dass es schon von vorne herein komplett auseinander gefallen ist. Außerdem akzeptieren sie hier keine Schüler-/Studentenausweise, was ich extrem schade und ungewöhnlich finde. Ich bin von Subway besseres gewohnt.

Ich wollte mir beim Hotalo im Loop ein Menü bestellen, auf dem Bild war das Gericht mit reichlich Gemüse abgebildet. Als ich mein Essen bekam, musste ich feststellen, dass kein Gemüse dabei war. Auf meine Nachfrage hin, wo das Gemüse ist, wurde rum diskutiert das kein Gemüse im Menü ist und nach langem hin und her wurde mir angeboten, für 1 € Aufpreis Gemüse zu bekommen – Der unfreundliche Chef gab mir sehr wenig Gemüse und damit meine ich wirklich nur 3 Stücke Brokkoli Das allein fand ich schon sehr enttäuschend, aber dazu kam noch, dass das Personal unglaublich unfreundlich reagiert hat. Statt einer freundlichen Erklärung oder einem Entgegenkommen wurde ich eher wie ein Störfaktor behandelt. Service und Qualität sind hier wirklich unterirdisch. Ich werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Unbelievable! I've never experienced anything like that in a fast food restaurant, "fast" certainly doesn't mean anything here! Disastrous organization. The staff is simply incompetent - every employee speaks a different language, orders are issued incorrectly, order numbers suddenly disappear on the monitor - pure chaos! I waited 30 minutes (!) for two coffees and a burger. Never again

We have been ordering from this restaurant for years, including from Darmstadt, even though Weiterstadt is not far away. The minimum order quantity used to be 20 euros. After Corona, prices initially rose to 25 euros, then to 28 euros. The food was OK and we were satisfied, so we accepted these prices. However, over time, delivery prices became more and more expensive: 30 euros, then 35 euros, and now the minimum order is 40 euros. The driver once said that the boss had decided that Darmstadt was "too far" - which we cannot understand at all. In addition, the restaurant owes us 5 euros in change that was not returned from an earlier delivery. This has not been compensated to this day. Unfortunately, this development was very disappointing. We have always enjoyed ordering here, but the value for money and service are no longer acceptable to us. It's a shame that loyal customers are treated like this.

Nach wiederholten Besuchen des "Restaurant" bei Besuchen des Möbelhauses hatten wir immer nur einen guten Eindruck gewinnen können. Freundliches, hilfsbereites und aufmerksames Personal. Vernünftiges Essen zu kleinen bis mittleren Preisen, eine hervorragende Kuchen-Theke, und und und. Natürlich darf man hier keine Sterne-Küche erwarten - nicht zu diesem Preis, nicht an diesem Ort. Das Lokal ist Sauber, das Essen ist Gut, mehr kann und sollte man auch nicht erwarten.
