Das Personal ist unfreundlich. Die Portionen sind so klein dass man nicht mal satt wird. Wenn man den großen Teller wählt erhält man die kleinen Teller von früher und der Preis ist 2 Euro teurer geworden. Was man sich auswählt wird nur sehr klein protioniert auf den Teller gegeben. Wenn man um eine Zugabe bittet hat man mit ein Stück Rindfleisch nachgelegt. Geschmacklich hat das nichts mehr mit dem von früher zu tun. Ich werde das nie mehr hingehen. Das außer uns keiner da angestanden hat hätte mir zu denken geben sollen.

Einfach nur unterste Niveau! Sehr unfreundliche Personal, das Essen ist kalt bis das serviert wird und man muss einfach betteln damit man auf große Teller vernünftige und genügend Zutaten bekommt. Das große Teller, kann man als kinderteller bezeichnen. Die kleine Teller......als kleine Snack. Nie wieder!

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience there today. After I ordered and ate a rice box with vegetables and peanut sauce, about 1 1/2 hours later I got bad stomach cramps and had to throw up several times!

Very inflexible, ordered 2 small plates and one large one. We wanted to order the sauce separately on one of the small plates, we had to pay 1 euro extra if we wanted to put it in another plate... In the end we also paid incorrectly and paid for 2 large plates and a small one. Change was also given incorrectly... very unfriendly staff and the food wasn't even warm... And oily too... Never again.

I've eaten here again for years and I have to say they've become stingy now and they decide their portions. 2 tongs of noodles will probably feed a small child, the only thing they have going for them are the spring rolls. When they were putting the pasta in, their arm almost fell off, even though they lifted maybe 3 forks of pasta, or they had a scale built into their arm that gave them arm pain as soon as the customer could get enough. But good for 7.90 what should you expect From a technical point of view, it's nice that they fill our plates so sparingly for us, but you can tell that they don't want to do their job or even live.

Kaltes Essen, sehr unfreundliches Personal, kleiner Teller wurde zum großen Teller für völlig überteuerten Preis. Der „große“ Teller wird nur halb voll. Dafür voll abkassiert. Sorry, das ist es nicht wert. Zu fett frittiert, sparportion und vollen Preis. Ne danke! Einen Platz zu finden, um in Ruhe zu essen, ist dann auch noch ein Marathon und nur mit Stress verbunden.

Unfortunately, visiting this Chinese restaurant was a disappointing experience. The unfriendly service and lack of helpfulness from the staff severely detracted from the overall experience. Very unfriendly staff who would not fill the expensive plate that I paid for. For 6.90€, there was not even the quantity of a noodle box, ONLY the inner ring of a 15cm plate was filed. Der große Teller war die Portion des kleinen Tellers und voll bezahlt. Schade der Chef hat es gesehen und trotzdem normal kassiert.

Der Service ist gut und das Essen schmeckt babatastich und mein Liebling ist die Nummer 08 und für 5,20€ kann man nichts sagen das das zu teuer auf die Portion ist. Also lohnt sich.

Essen war ok, Teller war gut gefüllt und ausreichend.

The Loop 5 food court is open again and with that, my favorite cheap Asian Buffett. Food has not gotten better, but it never tasted as good as today 🙄

Der Imbiss ist gut, das Essen meist frisch, der Preis in Ordnung. Nur leider ist keine Selbstbedienung möglich und es ist oft mühsame die Speisen und die Menge an die Bedienung weiterzugeben. Bleibt zu hoffen, das bald wieder Selbstbedienung möglich ist.

Im Loop 5 findet man Hotalo und konnte da immer gut essen, solang es direkt nebenan die Konkurrenz gab, war alles super. Wir sind mit der Familie immer ger dort essen gegangen leider aber ist das Essen mittlerweile nur noch überteuert. Der große Teller hat früher 6,50 Euro gekostet und das war er auch wert. Mittlerweile wird nach Gramm bzw. jeh 100 gramm abgerechnet. Sorry da gehe ich lieber in eine anständige Wirtschaft und esse Pommes mit Schnitzel oder gegenüber bei Nordsee Bratfisch mit Kartoffeln. FAZIT Lecker war es bisher immer aber das Essen hat finanziell auch irgendwo ein Ende. Mittlerweile ist man da ruck zuck bei 10 bis 11 Euro pro Teller. Sorry nicht mehr mit mir!

Asiatischer Schnellimbiß, self Service, großer Teller 6,50€, kleiner Teller 4,90€ für alles vom Buffet. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Geschmacklich okay. Freundlichkeit ist steigerungsfähig und das kleinliche Abwiegen neuerdings verprellt die Stammkundschaft!

Schön seid Jahren mein Lieblingslokal im Loop 5. Sehr leckere und sehr frische Speisen. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis passt. Ich empfehle das Hotalo gerne weiter.

Der Imbiss bietet ständig ein warmes Buffet an, man kann seinen Teller füllen und bezahlt dann. Das Essen kann auch in eine ToGoBox gefüllt und mitgenommen werden. Das Essen war warm, die Auswahl groß, die vegetarische Alternative ist zwar kleiner aber es gibt einiges. Die Mitarbeiter verstehen und sprechen teilweise kein Deutsch. Wenn man den Teller überfüllt, bekommt man gesagt das es genug ist.

Personal unfreundlich, laut und hektisch. Weder Hallo noch Tschüss. Essen vom Buffet sah optisch ganz gut aus, war aber nicht mehr frisch und viel zu kalt.

Das Essen ist sehr ansprechend präsentiert, man konnte sich so viel nehmen wie man wollte. Leider sieht man nicht, dass das Essen nichtmal lauwarm war und geschmacklich war von 3 Speisen auch nur eine gut. Die Frühlingsrollen haben noch nichtmal meinem 3-jährigen Sohn geschmeckt, der in dem Punkt eigentlich überhaupt nicht wählerisch ist.

Auch Fast Food muss schmecken.Aber nicht bei Hotalo.Das Essen ist kalt. Die frittierte Gerichte mehr Fett und Panade,als das was drin sein sollte. Alles schmeckt nach künstlichen Zutaten.Man braucht sich nicht Bauch voll zuschlagen,normale Portion reicht um Schmerzen zu bekommen. Lasst lieber Finger davon,lecker ist anders.

6,50 € für einen großen Teller, den man so voll laden kann, wie man will. Das hört sich schon sehr nach vollem Bauch an und das für kleines Geld. Der Charme einer Chinesischen Unikantine, mehr nicht. Aber was braucht es auch mehr? Wer mehr möchte, der muss auch mehr bezahlen. Denn selbst ein Chinarestaurant mit Buffet verlangt mehr für "All you can eat" . Hier heißt es zwar nicht "All you can eat", aber es kommt auf´s selbe raus, denn wer sich hier geschickt den Teller so voll läd, dass wirklich nichts mehr drauf geht, der bekommt mindestens genausoviel wie an einem Buffet. Über die Qualität des Essens kann man eigentlich nicht streiten. Es ist billig! Der Geschmack nicht schlecht, aber alles ist viel zu salzig, dafür aber kaum echte Chinesische Gewürze, die einem in China das Wasser im Munde zusammenlaufen lassen. Irgendwie hatte ich den Eindruck, dass egal welches Gericht man sich nimmt, alles irgendwie gleich schmeckt. Das bedeutet nicht, dass es schlecht ist, aber eben nicht wirklich sehr chinesisch. Eher Europäisch... Eurasisch vielleicht. Naja... man will einfach nicht meckern bei der Menge und dem Preis. Selbst der kleine Teller zu 4,50€ ist vollgeladen, sehr geeignet den Bauch zu füllen. Also, das Fazit ist: Wer Hunger hat, der ist hier gut versorgt! Wer chinesisch essen gehen will, sollte woanders hingehen. Noch etwas zum Konzept der Loop 5 Gastronomie. Tolles Konzept, dass man sein Essen bei verschiedenen Anbietern holen kann und dann in einem gemeinsamen "Gastraum" essen kann. So haben Familien und Gruppen es leichter. Die Diskussion, ob Pizza, Pasta, Chinesisch, Fisch, Mexikanisch, Orientalisch, Mc Donalds oder nur ein Salat, entfällt. Jeder geht und holt sich was er/sie mag und man setzt sich zusammen an einen Tisch und isst dann zusammen.

Im Loop gibt es gleich mehrere chin. Fast Food Buffets nebeneinander. Die Teller-Preise gleich. Die angebotenen Speisen fast identisch. Wir wählten das Hatalo. Die Auswahl ist groß. Das verleitet dazu, sich den Teller üppig zu beladen. Nach dem Essen waren wir dann den ganzen Tag durstig. Das spricht leider nicht gerade für gute Qualität.

No fancy place but if you need some warm Asian food fast, this is the place to go. One big plate for 7Euros and you can take everything you want from the buffet. Don't pile up toooooo much otherwise they will charge you 2Euro more. Basically no service, but hey...it is in the Loop5 food court...

Excellent food, super clean, fast service and awesome employees. The food and price was really good actually was nothing for this taste quality and quantity . I recommend this restaurant for friends families and lunch for anybody whose close by here.

Asian fast food restaurant located in the food court of LOOP 5 (upper floor). It has a self-serving buffet but also offers take away boxes. In the buffet you have two plate sizes, small (4.5€) and large (6.5€). You are free to put as much food as you want on the plate of your choice. They have fried noodles and rice, crispy chicken, fish, surimi, calamari, vegetables, Thai sauces. Around 15 options of hot dishes that you can take as much as you can fit in your plate. The price is good and the food tasty, better than the average quick Asian options in the area. If you are in LOOP 5 and plan to grab a meal, I highly recommend this place.

Schnell mal einen Teller voll China Fast Food essen und man ist hier genau richtig. Ich empfehle zu schauen wie lange die Speisen wohl schon rumstehen. Wenn viel los ist und ständig nachgelegt wird kann man hier eigentlich nichts verkehrt machen.

Aqui tienes que coger tu plato y llenarlo con lo que quieras del Bufé. Hay pollo, pescado, verduras, pasta, arroz.... Todo bueno. El plato grande cuesta 6.5€ y es una comida abundante. Luego, al lado, hay una zona de mesas donde te lo puedes comer sentado. Para recomendar
