The ambience is great, the service is really great, the food is an Asian buffet. You shouldn't expect too much but the selection is ok.

We like to go to Teppanyaki restaurants with large buffets. The ambience isn't "great" in any of these restaurants as they're big, loud and always have a touch of crowd control... but you have to know that when you go there. The food in the Asia Palace is OK. Unfortunately, we observed some things in the finished dishes that didn't seem fresh (e.g. extremely dry surimi crab claws) and after a certain time they don't "top up" again... there are better, but also worse, restaurants of this kind.

Price performance was great. The service was very friendly

We go there again and again and are always very satisfied, and the price-performance ratio is also good. We prefer the buffet to the menu because there is something for everyone at the buffet.

Asia Palace... big, loud, crowded... food is good, clean, service makes an effort. Good for large family gatherings, but be prepared to leave slowly after 10 p.m.!

We have been coming here for many years and have found that the quality varies greatly. You can't blame it on the often crowded days either. You come in yesterday, it's normally full, and you only find leftovers in the buffet. If it does happen to us as a family again, it will only be at absolutely “empty” times. Let's see, we'll report back. Oh yes, cooking in public is a nice idea, but if there isn't a real chef at the place, everything will be grilled. Mass processing is to be expected here but then the buffet should be good.

We've been there several times before, but this time the food was served almost cold by the friendly robot. We had never had that before.

A wonderful cold buffet with a few surprises and fresh vegetables that you can bring to the grill, but the warm, ready-made dishes are also excellent. Ice cream for dessert? Or would you prefer fruit that you can candied under the chocolate fountain? Or could it be a piece of cake? There is a lot on offer and you can take your time. The atmosphere is cozy and very pleasant.

At first we were in a good mood and were happy, but the joy quickly faded. The service was a complete disaster, it took an eternity for someone to come and order a drink. All the employees made a grumpy face, apparently laughing is forbidden! The quality of the food is very low and does not justify the price of 25 euros per person. This is simply cheeky, brazen and outrageous. A lot of things were empty at the buffet and were not refilled or only sparsely refilled. For the Peking soup you had to wait over 50 minutes and the service staff had to be informed several times. Most of the dishes and cutlery were not clean either. Simply disgusting - once and never again.

Were here very often, very good and will come again

We have now been to the Asia Palace twice in a shorter period of time and we would go there again. It's not a luxury, the quality of the food is below the level we would expect. Given that you have a relatively large selection here and “all you can eat”, you shouldn’t expect too much. An eye-catcher is of course the traveling cat that brings the plates. Even though she would need more support. On our first visit at the weekend, we waited almost an hour (sometimes longer) for each of our plates from the time we dropped them off until they were delivered to the table. In prime time, you should have time or opt for ready-made dishes. Otherwise, you can of course also find the usual convenience food at the buffet.

Worst food ever! Plastic pieces came out of my sushi twice! The waiter was disinterested and said he would pass it on to his boss. After 5 minutes I had to get up myself to ask what was next! Boss then came up to me and said cappuccino on the house😂 well…almost everything was cold. After eating, a few hours later, I felt really sick. Conclusion 25 euros for nothing! Never again… I absolutely NOT recommend!

Went there for the first time yesterday and the last time. It was so loud, much too narrow, people always jostled when queuing and wanted to go through, lots of things were always empty, everything was messy, the floor in front of the buffet was slippery and squishy, ​​drinks came so late. Pure mass processing. Really a shame. We don't go out to eat often and then the big thing happened. Well over €100 😱 3 full-paying adults and an 8 year old child😰 We won't do that again.

We had dinner here yesterday (Saturday) evening. We had to wait far too long for the drinks, for the food to be fried and we had to wait again later to pay. The buffet was also constantly very empty and the dirty plates were only occasionally picked up from the table, which meant there were always no clean plates left at the buffet. The sushi was warm because of the warm plates. There were about 5 types of sushi and they weren't even good, unfortunately you had to wait forever until it was refilled. Tables and chairs as well as the furnishings were unfortunately very dirty. Overall, value for money is not good.

Unfortunately it wasn't a nice atmosphere, there wasn't any food left and what there was didn't taste good. While the customers were sitting in the restaurant, an employee started vacuuming. To get to the ice you had to push the cleaning bucket aside yourself.

Terrible experience! I am absolutely disappointed with the Asia Palace. The service was unfriendly and rude. The staff ignored us and were not helpful at all. It seemed like they didn't care about us at all. No smiles, no friendliness - just an unpleasant atmosphere. I've never experienced anything like this before and will definitely never come back. Stay away from this restaurant if you want to spend a relaxing evening!

Einmal im Jahr muss der Asienpalast sein. Gutes großes Buffet. Mit Ente,Sushi und allem anderen was man so kennt. Auch frisch gebratenes machen die. Fisch Muscheln Calamari. Mit viel Knoblauch. Super! Hier kann man sich richtig satt essen. Die Thailändische Suppe ist der Hammer. Wir kommen immer wieder.

The Asia Palace has to be once a year. Good big buffet. With duck, sushi and everything else you know. They also make freshly fried things. Fish mussels calamari. With lots of garlic. Super! Here you can really eat your fill. The Thai soup is awesome. We keep coming back.

It was very crowded and the general conversation volume made it difficult to have a conversation at the table. The menu selection was very diverse, all in all ok, but there was no real highlight in terms of taste. The service was very friendly, and in my opinion the robot was a gag, but not necessarily necessary. You can go there (again) if you get the chance, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for the reasons mentioned above.

I was visiting Germany for two weeks. I'm glad I had the opportunity to eat there. Conditions, food and prices were very good.

I think the furnishings and decoration are nice, but they need to improve some things regarding hygiene. We found two beetles on the tables and chairs… so we even had to change tables. The tables no longer look the best from the sides and the windowsill also looked as if it was never mopped or vacuumed. So keeping the house clean and tidy is very important if you want to eat there. Unfortunately I couldn't stand it any longer and had to leave early because it was far too unhygienic. The waitress also stopped trying to look for the beetle... I will definitely not be coming back and will also tell some people that they are no longer coming.

Been visiting this China Palace for years. The quality of the food on offer is at a consistently good level. Just at the start of the holidays on July 12, 24, a sharp drop in the quality of the food was noticed. But it didn't taste good either! Our companions had also mentioned this independently. So we will avoid visiting here during the holidays.

Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work so it was very hot. The food was brought by a robot and was rather bad. The shrimp, for example, were very watery and didn't taste like anything. A nice feeling in the ambience was also not possible. The restaurant is already very run down. Wouldn't go there again.

Straight 4 stars for this location! It's not a gourmet feast, it's not high class Asian, but it's fair for the price, you get a lot of choice. Many different types of meat, fish, ready meals, etc. It is a buffet restaurant where you won't be surprised by the taste but you have a lot to choose from.

Der Asienpalst ist riesig. Aber man sitzt dank der Aufteilung recht nett und hat nicht das Kantinen-Feeling. Das Mittagsbuffet war für knapp 15 € sehr gut. Eine große Auswahl an fertigen Gerichten oder eben auch frische Zutaten, welche man sich auf einen Teller lädt und zum Garen abgibt. 2 Suppen zu Auswahl. Auch als Nachtisch wird sehr viel geboten. Die Sushi-Auswahl war allerdings sehr klein. Wer für das Geld High-Class erwartet, wird enttäuscht. Wer jedoch eine gesunde Kosten-Nutzen-Rechnung kann, für den ist das völlig in Ordnung. Hunde dürfen mit. Gerne wieder.

There were 4 of us eating, so 3 adults and a child (2 years old). My sister had to pay even though she didn't eat anything because she hadn't said beforehand that she didn't want to eat anything. Even though she said she ONLY wanted water. I also think it's the waiter's job to ask who wants to eat what, which in this case he didn't do. After we asked his colleague about it because we didn't see it somewhere, about paying almost €30 for nothing, we were cheekily and annoyedly rejected after the colleague loudly insulted the waiter who was responsible for our table in the shop in their language. He came over at our table and said that it was our fault because we hadn't said anything and it was our job to tell her even though she said it at the beginning when ordering the drinks. The food was definitely not worth almost €30 per person, either in terms of taste or service. One waitress was very unsympathetic and unfriendly and the waiter was incompetent. Never again

Typical Asian buffet with grill. The selection for the grill is wide-ranging with a lot from the sea. Chocolate fountains, soft ice cream, scoops of ice cream and a cake buffet round things off. It's just a little loud.

Once and never again. Totally unmotivated staff, probably due to the operating robot with many screaming children running after it, the waiter had to be called to order drinks. There were pigs sitting at two neighboring tables, eating food spread out on the floor and table...the air in the place was very stuffy and stale...not recommended!

I had a delicious à la carte meal there with a friend on Saturday, as we preferred to be served at the table rather than queue for the buffet with theriaki grill, which worked very well. There is enough parking space at the spacious restaurant. Lots of families with children eat there, and it's quieter after around 9 p.m.

We went to the evening buffet because most of the food was cold, when we were paying we also told an employee that he wasn't interested at all, for 25.90 euros cold food, well. Stopped in at the palace after an early morning shopping trip. The food was fully prepared for the opening. I found it to taste very good. The waiter “stole” my plate after every course, which for me is first class service. In my opinion, great attention is paid to hygiene. The ambience is impressive, it is “typical”. It won't be my last visit to the Asia Palast Weiterstadt. A clear recommendation from my side. PS: Also suitable for celebrations (birthdays, family or company).

We were passing through and had a buffet lunch here. The selection was good from different soups to fish, poultry, duck, beef. Side dishes such as pasta and rice... Different types of vegetables 😋. There was also a Mongolian grill 😀. Various dessert options. Everything to our satisfaction 👍. The staff was very friendly and so was the table robot. Price performance was right. We can only recommend it 👍.

Everything is really great, the food is always freshly prepared and there is a countless selection of traditional and more exotic dishes. Of course, the friendly turtle is particularly great, as it often sunbathes on its platform and stretches its neck towards you🥰. She has also received one or two chicken nuggets from me and my children. She really seems to adore this one🙏. The staff is immediately ready for any customer request and the cute cat robot that delivers some of the dishes is really great. I can really recommend this restaurant to everyone, but every now and then you have to expect 3-4 days after enjoying it and a slight stomach ache 🤙🏻.

Haven't been to the Asia Palace in Weiterstadt for a long time. But we are still enthusiastic about the food and desserts. Very large selection. The waiters are very friendly, which cannot be said about the waitress. Our impression was that she didn't feel like it at all. Our inquiry about the menu was met with the answer: Do you want the menu? Answered..She then walked away and ignored us. And didn't show up anymore. A nice cellar that we approached brought us a menu. She then took the order after making us wait for 30 minutes. Really outrageous. I don't even want to talk about the toilet. Normally the toilet is the flagship of a restaurant. But something like that... very unclean. You can't lock one door, you can't get out of the other because the lock is stuck. Fittings wobble.

We've been there several times now - always buffet. The last time with online reservation. Confusing that no feedback/confirmation arrived. However, the reservation was stored in the restaurant. The quality of the food has been consistently good over a period of about 2 years. There is always something new at the buffet. But the majority of the offering remains the same. The ambience is typical. A really great atmosphere was created with the various seating areas (raised in the middle, the sides visually separated from each other) and the river-like indoor pond (with koi and turtles). The highlight is the service robot that brings the finished dishes to certain seating areas. Light bulbs and similar small items should be changed again. However, the one star deduction is for what I think is too narrow space at some tables and the knives (worn/blunt knives - this makes some meals a challenge).

Someone recently wrote: The Asia Palace is a food factory. And the same impression occurred to me on Saturday evenings. The buffet is great. There were some really great things there. But...a mixture of: traffic jams on the A61 and war at the buffet probably sums it up best. I have NEVER seen such crowds in an open-plan restaurant and therefore at the buffet. The food here is always very good and there are always other exotic extras. This time there was a kangaroo and a frog. We celebrated a birthday and the guests were all happy. The service could come more often, you always have to keep an eye out so as not to be left high and dry. What is absolutely necessary is to repair the sanitary facilities (I can only report on the women's toilet here). When it comes to the fittings, you think they're about to jump out at you. In one toilet the flush panel was missing and you had to figure out how to flush it at all, another was probably not really usable either. Only the third one was okay. Actually, the sanitary facilities are the flagship of a restaurant!!!

Never again !! I was invited by my employer to the traditional Christmas dinner with my colleagues there. We helped ourselves to the buffet, I had some mushrooms, rice, shrimp, salmon and broccoli. It wasn't that much, but after about 20-30 minutes I felt a little sick to my stomach. It didn't get much better, I thought it was probably because I ate too much or too mixed. I couldn't eat the bedside table anymore, I had no appetite at all and I felt even sicker. I thought maybe I should go to the bathroom. When I got up from the table, I suddenly felt hot and cold, dizzy and very, very nauseous. I was only able to stagger two steps before I completely fell over! I lay there in a daze for a few minutes. I was lucky that my colleagues quickly took care of me and called the ambulance. I had stomach cramps and then basically had to throw up everything in the restaurant! When the ambulance came, the two nice gentlemen said that everything pointed to food poisoning! And here's the thing: one of the paramedics even said that he wasn't surprised why he had to drive here, since he had already been called a few times from this restaurant chain because someone had gotten sick! Then I felt better again, my family doctor said I was lucky that I threw up everything quickly, otherwise it would have spread all over my body and things would have gotten worse! I don't know what was wrong with my food, but this restaurant urgently (!) needs to improve their hygiene and quality standards if they don't want their guests to get so sick after their meal that the ambulance has to come!

10 von 5 Sternen🤣. Es hat wirklich ausgesprochen gut geschmeckt, alle Speisen waren sofort verfügbar, oder wurden umgehend aufgefüllt. Es gibt ein abwechslungsreiches Angebot, daher ist es nahezu unmöglich, nichts zu finden, das einem schmeckt. Auch wer vegan essen möchte, kann hier sehr lecker speisen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und hilft bei Fragen und Wünschen geduldig weiter. Wenn wir in der Nähe sind kommen wir gerne wieder!
