McDonald's in Weiterstadt

I have a question? Do you deserve something from the constant lack of citizens?

Very easy to reach, lots of free parking spaces at lunchtime. We placed our order via the app and had it delivered to the parking lot. That worked really well and the food was really hot, so obviously freshly prepared.

There's basically a new opening in Weiterstadt and then the service at this branch is at the bottom of the drawer. After about a year there is no longer any delivery service or as a resident of Weiterstadt I am not in the delivery area. Also an absolute disaster in the drive-in. From ordering to eating in the car about 10 minutes. And that happened every time. Before you can order at the drive-thru, you have to wait about 3 minutes until someone answers. I have the feeling that this branch is only there for show and that they only do the bare minimum. In a movie, this branch would just be a bad money laundering institution. What's up. McDonalds no longer has a standard that the Frenchise takers have to adhere to. What's wrong with you. Well, you have to know for yourself.

Way too crowded, way too long of a wait and hardly any fries in the bag of fries. It's a shame for a premium location.

Very long waiting times, food is often cold. Parts of the order are forgotten every time. Employees are sometimes very unfriendly. You wait 20 minutes at the drive in the Beatell terminal and are not served. The store is getting worse and worse

There is absolute chaos here. 30 minutes waiting time in the pick-up parking lot after we left the drive-in line after 20 minutes. Unfriendly, the staff moves provocatively slowly. Never again!

Worst waiting times ever, just don't take the Mcdrive!!! Got our order but couldn't leave due to the cars in front of us. Organization on the part of the employees is zero!!! After 15 minutes (after we received our order), I had to get out of the car and ask each car to pull up one by one. So that we and another car could drive away. Unbelievable, so fast food. Absolutely bad management, probably too few employees. Worst McDonalds experience ever.

You have to wait a very long time for the food. As a craft during the lunch break, it's not worth it because I waited 15 minutes for food recently, so 5 minutes drive, 15 minutes wait for the food, 5 minutes back to the construction site, 25 minutes away 5 minutes to eat it's not worth it!

Last night I had a children's birthday party in a nearby indoor playground. 11 children 7 pax. I have to say, understandably, many employees were overwhelmed with the order. Which comes from now on. Waiting time of 30 minutes was still manageable (despite small children), it would perhaps be advisable to look at the guests and if you see that there are children, serve them first. The manager was very friendly & accommodating & not only apologized for the situation but really took care of us. Despite all the circumstances, you helped organize my son's birthday & he is happy - that's the main thing. Many thanks to the MA & especially to the manager.

Been there several times now, quick service catastrophe that's putting it mildly. Drive It's not possible to wait for more than 25 minutes and then you are told to drive ahead so that the boss doesn't see the car in front of the window on the camera because it takes too long. If you sometimes have to wait longer for fast food than in a real restaurant and then half of it is missing, something is very wrong!

Apart from the fact that employees (plural) earn relatively little in this industry these days, one would still expect more effort. The motivation seems to be quite clear. Especially since prices have risen considerably recently. In any case, I won't be visiting this "store" again.

The staff is simply incompetent - every employee speaks a different language, orders are issued incorrectly, order numbers suddenly disappear on the monitor - pure chaos! I waited 30 minutes (!) for two coffees and a burger. Never again

Typical McDonald's branch in the industrial area. Food warm and drinks cold. Quite a small branch. Minus point: An employee was shitted together in the middle of the restaurant by two men (could have been a supervisor and a franchisee) while the restaurant was still in operation and the restaurant was full. The franchisee then walked through the kitchen/production line in street clothes.

When we were there, the ordering terminals broke down and an order at the counter was rudely rejected. The unfriendly employee, who was initially on his private cell phone in his home language, pointed out to us that it was not possible to order from him and that we should wait 10 minutes until the terminals opened again. In general, the staff didn't seem very friendly, which was easy to see in their facial expressions.

I was supposed to bring my father some food and I got my son some too. That means one large burger and two cheeseburgers and two drinks and fries. The store was already well stocked. We had to wait 45 minutes and didn't get an answer even when we asked. There were a lot of people there who had to wait a long time. There wasn't even an apology or anything like that. Of course, I checked everything first and my son's fantasy was water that was slightly cloudy. The syrup was empty. If it had been a sprite I could have understood it, but with Ner Fanta the orange is not visible, there is something wrong when you only give out clear liquid is just stupid.

New modern McDonalds. Everything is great.

The restaurant is completely cooled down, as are the dishes. This is the second time I've experienced this, on different days. Heating seems to have become too expensive and people are sitting there in thick jackets. It's EMBARRASSING.

Oh my goodness, this is a lousy and absolutely terrible McDonald's. We stood at the counter for almost 20 minutes without anyone even speaking to us. Except for a moment, please. After we finally ordered we had to wait almost 10 minutes for the food again after paying. Fast food works differently. Then you open the packaging and you have a small, wrinkled, shit tasting burger. Not a single employee has fun or motivation in what they do and shows this with totally negative and emotionless behavior. Oh yes, and my mayo was also forgotten. Bah. I'll never go there again.

I don't know what's wrong here! Definitely bring LOTS of time! You have to wait at least 30-45 minutes for an order. We've now experienced it twice within 6 months, so it wasn't a spontaneous shortage of employees or a special rush. Some of the food is already cold. We'll definitely never go here again because we only go to McDonald's when we're in a hurry. Every other restaurant here is faster and of course better quality.

I went to this McDonald's for the first time today and I can't believe the impudence and lack of enthusiasm. Today I drove through the DriveInn. I encountered an Eastern European accent that was barely fluent in German. I had to try very hard to understand the lady. The highlight of my order was when I had to ask three times what the lady meant and she was really rude to me and said: Do you speak German? I speak German! I politely replied in the affirmative and continued with my order, which she replied with the words: Bravo! It's over. I think it's really cheeky to put someone on the drive who obviously doesn't speak German well and who becomes rude and insulting when asked. The lady has no place there. Good day.

Always good service. But on October 20th At 12:47 a.m. we had to experience such an unfriendly employee. The pre-order apparently had an error. We asked normal questions and were immediately spoken to so aggressively by the lady with the blonde pigtails that we decided to leave the drive-in and go to the Darmstadt branch instead. Another employee with dark hair then wanted to give us thorough advice and shook her head at her colleague. But after this aggressive communication, we just wanted to avoid the branch.

As always, I ordered via the app for just under 30 euros. In this branch I was told at the counter that Paypal payment was not possible and I had to order again would have to. Of course Paypal debited. I showed the receipt to the shift manager. She then said I would get my money back, if not I should just come back. She didn't care that I lived 200 km away. It's been 3 days and of course no refund...Never again!

Updated Oct 24: Over 45 minute wait. It is not possible to cancel the order because it was paid by card. Incredible. It seems totally overwhelmed. Addendum: "no vouchers, no card" that's the complete friendliness on site. Then it's better to go to Mc Donalds in Darmstadt. Lo and behold, the vouchers still work there and were still valid according to the app. Only Weiterstadt doesn't want to. No sorry or anything. And everything looked pretty dirty again. Maybe they earn enough from Park Control. Vouchers don't always work. You can't order via app. Looks like a second class McDonald's. Products are as always.

The store deserves 0 stars. Fast food is something different. Had to wait 20 minutes for the “food”. Service not available. When you ask questions you are ignored and not answered, only looked at in a derogatory manner. The burger was a complete disaster. Dry, chicken patti had probably been lying around for a while, then thrown back into the deep fryer, the burger was far dry. A rat on the grill probably would have tasted better. Absolutely not recommended.

Absolutely the last service!! Queued in this drive-in for 30 minutes and then suddenly some kitchen worker comes out and says that the drive-in is closed. No apology, short sorry or anything else. I've noticed several times that the employees are super unfriendly, super slow, speak broken German and yeah. Previously in Weiterstadt the Mc was significantly better. Bigger in this case is more like complete disadvantage and 101% slowdown.

Slowest McD ever… the staff is understaffed and absolutely chaotically organized. Menu order to take away at the kiosk, waited 40 minutes (!!!), the staff was unable to cancel the order or return the money, so I had to wait.
