Very rude staff, food was disappointing and not what was promised

It's loud, and the employees are busy with themselves or their friends. One positive exception: the lady who prepared the food for pickup on Wednesday.

Absolute disaster – never again! The food at KFC in Loop 5 is simply inedible – dry, tasteless, and of poor quality. The service is just as disappointing: unfriendly, slow, and completely overwhelmed. The pretty pictures on the ordering system are pure eyewash; they bear no relation to reality. It's better to throw your money straight in the trash than spend it here. Simply outdated – absolutely not recommended! One star is even too much for this place.

We ate at Kentucky Fried Chicken in Loop 5 today – unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. When we picked up our order, we were rudely informed that they were out of Capri Sun for the kids' menu. Still water wasn't available either – only Coke, Pepsi, or 7-Up. Completely unsuitable for a child! When I asked again about the Capri Sun, which is included in the meal, I was again rudely told: "We don't have it." The restaurant manager came over and simply said the drink was "still in stock" and "hasn't been picked up yet." I should come back in 10 minutes to pick it up. I find that absolutely unreasonable – so my child should only get a drink 10 minutes later, while we've already started eating? Additionally, the promised toy in the kids' menu wasn't included – with the explanation that supposedly no toys were available either. No alternative, no apology, nothing. When we finally started eating, we noticed that the bites were still raw inside. When we asked about it, they claimed this was "normal." Only after further complaints were they put back in the fryer and recooked – apparently, they weren't okay after all. The service was consistently unfriendly and irritated, no smiles, no courtesy. The restaurant manager himself was the unfriendliest of all. For a family meal, this was a complete disaster. I'm truly disappointed and expect an apology and appropriate compensation for this completely disastrous visit. The food was also cold!!!

The Ford was not fresh and the burger was stinking. Best part is when I told the manager he said I ordered the burger 40 min ago that why it stinks. Worst branch and worst crew.

What's going on, why was it so much better before? Your ordering portals are so incomprehensible. You don't have to choose from a menu. Everything in it is ready, drink, French fries, and when you pick up your food, the bowl isn't even full, but as I said, I'm done with it. It's not worth it. Maybe someone should stop by in Weiterstadt.

The service is miserable, unfriendly employees who don't open their mouths, neither greet you nor say goodbye. I felt unwanted. No thanks, I won't eat again.

Disgusting and rip off High 10. Cheapest soggy untoasted burger buns. Maybe 40 grams of meat on a Zinger - but you paid around 7 euros for that - absolutely not recommended!

Unfortunately it was cold and the Zingerburger was exchanged for another burger 🍔 but I paid more than what I got.

The worst KfC I've ever been to for such expensive prices, totally bad meat and dry food I ordered 2 Zingers and 6 chicken wings. The chicken was still pink/red on the inside of the Zingers and there was hardly any sauce and dryness. It was a shame to even ask for money for that. I left the burgers behind I don't rate the service because there isn't one. Order and pick up at the terminal

I give you service and for food *0 because of the staff is very rude and the food bucket is waste of money , this my first experience in loop5 kfc . Staff could not hear customers and they serve cold and unsalted franch fries.

The review refers to the KFC in Hofheim am Taunus: Food kept warm forever, staff who only have a rudimentary knowledge of German...you don't need it!

We ordered overpriced chicken bites there. The product received was not as pictured as the size of the chicken bites was extremely tiny and at most half the size of the picture. That was our last time at KFC.

Bad, worse, worst. Unfriendly staff. You can only order on the screen, not at the checkout. Ordering just chicken pieces (!!!) is impossible. Class goal absolutely not achieved!

Unfortunately it's difficult to find space here. Hardly suitable for taking with you as it is in the center and is not accessible. The staff was friendly but you could tell they were stressed...

The employees were super nice and funny and since we were the last customers we even got fries and chicken wings for free. We didn't have to wait long, at most 5 minutes, and while we waited the employees talked to us and made cool jokes. Can only recommend it!! Go there people yuuurrr!! Chicken wings were slurped away ;)

The staff was really unfriendly and the food wasn't good at all. Fries were soggy and old, Zwinger burger meat was unseasoned Marinda like water simply without carbonic acid. I don't understand how you can do something like that wrong.

Burger Falsch oder garnicht belegt Mitarbeiter stehen hinter dem Tresen und essen die zurückgegebene Ware und waschen sich nicht die Hände. Chicken ich Labelig und schmeckt nicht. Schade war früher mal ein guter und Leckerer Laden

Sehr schlecht. Die kinder, die dort arbeiten haben keine Ahnung und verstehen kein deutsch. Das Essen schmeckt nicht und ist kalt. Die Hähnchenteile sind von der große her nicht normal und sehr klein. Anbei zum Beispiel ein kindermenu von 4 OR Bites

Food is never recently fresh, it's always 20mins or more old chicken. They serve super small crumbs and call it one piece of chicken.

Kein Vergleich zu Hamm und Bielefeld Nicht wirklich frisch... Darum nicht mehr so heiss und cross.

Essen wird immer schlechter (eingetrocknete Sossen). Service versteht kaum Deutsch und ist unfreundlich und vergisst die Hälfte der Bestellung. Toilette ist ebenfalls alles andere als empfehlenswert. Weitere Besuche werden mit Sicherheit nicht mehr stattfinden.

Langsamer kann es kaum sein. Slowfood Restaurant. Außerdem funktionieren die Bezahlung mit Karte nie.

Selbst am Sonntag gibt es noch einen Tisch für Spontanbesuch von 2 Familien mit 9 Personen, also 5 Kindern. SORRY - Ich meinte den KFC in Alsfeld-West. Technischer Fehler. aber hat ja die gleiche Gesamt-Bewertung 3,7. Könnte besser sein. Aber ist besser als bei der Konkurrenz (jeweils) nebenan...lol

Muss leider neu bewerten. Essen ist nicht mehr frisch. Auf Anfrage wurde mitgeteilt das man woanders hingehen kann. Personal ungeeignete War mal gut und m, E ist das Essen nicht mehr essbar. Wir waren das letzte Mal dort

Ich liebe KFC, weil so ein Bucket einfach das geilste ist. Allerdings ist es mittlerweile echt teuer geworden und der Service lässt echt zu wünschen übrig. Ich kontrolliere mittlerweile nach jeder Bestellung, ob alles dabei ist. Das mach ich schon Routine mäßig, dies ist leider den andere Fastfoodketten geschuldet. Nach meinem Besuch (drive in)bei KFC, hat wieder einmal ein Bürger gefehlt und ein Maiskolben. Nachdem ich das bemerkte fuhr ich zurück. Die Kassiererin gab mir die Ware ohne Kommentar, Das traurige daran ist, dass es kein entgegenkommen gab. Wieso muss ich den Ware die ich erwerbe, nach Vollständigkeit überprüfe! Nun bin ich gebranntmarkt und kontrolliere bevor ich zuhause bin, was wäre den gewesen wenn ich nun schon daheim gewesen wäre. 20 km hin und zurück Schade das es hier kein Zug der endschuldigung gab.

Früher habe ich es auch sehr gerne gegessen, mittlerweile nicht mehr. Es schmeckt auch nicht mehr so gut. Und ich empfinde es nervig, wenn man raten muss was man bestellen kann. Auch diese blöden Terminals, sind nur nervig und alles dauert ewig. Ich habs jetzt noch einmal probiert und mein Fazit .....ich brauch das Essen nicht mehr. Es ist mega teuer, der Geschmack lässt zu wünschen übrig und es sättig nicht mal richtig.

Völlig überteuertes Essen. Es war kalt und geschmacklich unterirdisch. Auch kleine Portionen für zwischendurch sollten genießbar sein. Man hatte eher das Gefühl, das man für den kleinen Snack die Reste vom Vortag verwertet bekam...

Typische Mall mit einem leckeren KFC. Wie immer lecker, aber ein bisschen teurer. Service ging so. Man merkte das viel los war an dem Tag. Es gab viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Gerne esse ich dort wieder. YUMMY

Auf der 2 Ebene im Loop 5. Hier wird aktuell viel umgebaut, bin mal gespannt was hier noch alles entstehen soll. Macht eher den Eindruck eines großen Spielplatzes und nicht mehr ein Shoppingcenter.

Fast Food halt, leider ein Zinger bekommen, statt dem Filetburger, von einer Rückgabe aufgrund der langen Schlange abgesehen

Ein Restaurant wie die anderen der Kette. Wer es mag ißt dort gerne mal ein Stück Pizza.

Schmeckt super esse ich auch gerne, allerdings braucht man auch einen dicken Geldbeutel
