Unfortunately it is not possible to order via the app. Booking is not carried out and employees do not know what to book despite information from the app. Mostly very crowded and chaotically organized. Terminals have been completely dismantled and there is only one employee at the checkout, so there is a long queue with a lot of waiting time. Only conditionally recommended Another addendum: things are getting worse. Food is just slapped together and doesn't look appetizing. Ordering is hardly possible, two terminals with a long queue, one or no service at all, the app doesn't work at all. There are hardly any seats. Employees are unfriendly and unhelpful. Better go somewhere else!

We are currently sad to discover that the McDonalds in Loop5 has significantly lost quality. The order terminal doesn't work, which can definitely happen. What must not happen, however, is that you do not react and open another order acceptance. If you're lucky, the order will be recorded incorrectly; if you try to complain, it won't be registered. The fact that there were no sauces was also nice. The attempt to purchase the missing product again also failed - the cash register remained orphaned, even after a long, obvious waiting period. I have now completed my meal at another stand and will actually not visit this branch again. My time and nerves are too valuable for that.

After visiting several times with the same experiences, I will not visit this restaurant again. As many others have already mentioned, very long waiting times at MC Drive, orders incorrect or missing. Chic location but subpar service. Employees are probably very new, not trained, speak little German and are also unfriendly. What is of course not possible at all is that the burgers don't taste good or are cold. I had one of the two every time I visited, which really annoyed me. It doesn't match McDonald's, which is known for its quality and service! It's a shame but I can't recommend it. The management is probably urgently asked to change something with so many dissatisfied customers!

Eigentlich ganz okay aber der Typ an der Kasse hat mir mein Chickenburger mit Eisberg Salat gegeben obwohl ich ohne bestellt hatte. Bin dann halt hingegangen hab gesagt das es der falsche Burger ist und der Typ hat mich richtig angeschissen :( ich wollte doch nur mein bruger ohne Salat :(

Long queues otherwise very good

Unfortunately, the food doesn't taste like I usually do and a burger was forgotten in our small order, so one of us had to go hungry.

One of the worst run McDonald's I've ever been to. Orders are often wrong or things are missing. When you point this out to employees, they often don't know how to deal with it. You notice that there are often new, untrained employees who often don't even speak German properly. Often the employees don't even know how to use the systems and say that the order is ready for pickup, but it isn't. As far as the food itself is concerned, it tastes the same as at all McDonalds, there's nothing wrong with that. It's a real shame, especially for the location, but as long as nothing changes in the management, the service will simply remain poor.

The fries were fried in old oil, even after we got new fries, same taste and color. Total failure. Double cheeseburger is always a safe bet, but this time it tasted very bad and the burger wasn't packaged correctly, so ketchup was spread on the bun. Forgot toys and drink packets at the happy meal. There was only one nice employee who even smiled and was service oriented - was at the front of the serving line. Thanks again!

Total unkoordiniert. Die Wartezeit ist extrem lang und die Mitarbeiter sind völlig überfordert. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Schnellrestaurant? Ganz sicher nicht! Wir haben eine Stunde auf ein Happy Meal gewartet und wurden ständig vertröstet. Die Mitarbeiter sind komplett überfordert.

Aktuell bedingt durch Umbauarbeiten kaum bis keine Sitzgelegenheiten. Das betrifft aber im Moment den gesamten Gastrobereich. Das eine Etage weiter oben weitere Plätze sind, wird offensichtlich nicht wahrgenommen und auch nicht sonderlich publiziert. An der Stelle könnte noch verbessert werden. Ansonsten überall leckeres Essen

Mc Donalds wie man Sie kennt. Dieser ist im Loop5. Also gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Wenn man dort shoppen ist, kann man hier wie in allen Mc Donalds essen.

Meist recht voll aber dennoch schnelle Abfertigung

Es gibt ständig Probleme, mit den Bestellterminalen. Es gibt sowieso nur zwei, davon eine Funktioniert fast nie richtig, aber oft sind beide teilweise kaputt. Ich hab nachgefragt wo die Coca-Cola Gläser sind, da keine dabei war. Die Antwort war, die bestellte Gläser waren nicht mehr vorhanden, aber stattdessen wurde selbstverständlich nichts angeboten, musste ich extra bitten. Man soll sich nicht wundern, wenn auf der ebay die Gläser und andere Geschenke später in größeren Mengen auftauchen. Leider nicht nur hier ein Problem, aber hier ist auch nicht ein Einzelfall.

Eigentlich so wie alle, hier die Bedienung sehr Emotionslos. Einmal im Jahr reicht völlig aus.

Kennt man einen, kennt man alle.

Mitarbeiter haben scheinbar wenig Lust. Es ist des öfteren passiert, daß das Essen kalt war.

Ein großes Shoppingcenter mit mehreren Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Wir haben uns für McDonalds entschieden und es war sehr lecker 😋

Ja. Ein Laster muss jeder haben.. Immer wieser gerne.. Meine Waage verzeit nichts.. :-)

Bestell computers hatten Problemen mit bestellungs Annahme, keine war am Kasse, limitiert Produkt Auswahl, wegen liefer Problem oder fehlenden Mitarbeiter. War leider eine schlechten Tag, McDonald's zu besuchen, nächstemal Fahr ich lieber ein paar Kilometer weiter zur Burgerking.

Unser Sohn ist zufrieden. Er bestellt jeweils lediglich einen Hamburger Plain und erhält diesen auch wie gewünscht. Bestellung über Displays funktioniert gut, jedoch funktioniert die kontaktlose Zahlung nicht immer.

Wie man es von McDonalds kennt. Die Einfahrt für den Drive könnte aber besser gestaltet werden.

Die Cheeseburger waren mäßig, das Personal hat einen gelangweilten Eindruck gemacht, die Tische waren klatschnass. Hab' ich im Ganzen schon besser gesehen.

Ist wie jeder andere auch. Auffällig die Sauberkeit der Toiletten. Und es wie in jedem McDonalds es steht und fällt mit dem personal

Keine Seife, alles dreckig (Mayo auf dem Boden) und nass (Toilette), Burger kalt, falsches Brötchen, da nicht mehr vorhanden.
