Ordered and received the wrong thing! I used to love it here. With the new terminals came the problems. If it was supposed to simplify the processes, it really backfired because the following problems arise: 1. This isn't McDonald's, where you already have a few standard burgers ready. Here, the ingredients are different every time! 2. Ordering on the machines is more complicated, especially for someone who doesn't understand the Subway system. 3. The employees take a lot longer because they seem to look at the screen 100 times for each ingredient. Before, it was easy; you just said what you wanted one by one, and it was quick. 4. It also seems so confusing that I got chicken teriyaki instead of BBQ. The surprise came at home. 5. It just takes a very long time. 4 orders were processed by 5 employees, and it took about 20 minutes. It used to take about 5 minutes. It looks nice and modern and is supposed to help, but it actually made the process worse. Definitely a few stars off for a well-intentioned idea with a significantly worse result.

Ordering at the terminals is convenient, but there are a few problems. The connection to the app didn't work, and instead of a receipt, I only received an order slip and debit card, so I lost my points. There was also an offer on a poster, but it wasn't bookable via the terminals. The sub was very well-stocked, but it's unacceptable to dirty food with pens. The sauce caused the ink from the paper to get into my sub (see picture). That's absolutely unacceptable. The delivery was also very rude. After my number had been displayed as ready for pickup for some time, I leaned around a large metal machine in the middle of the pickup area and asked if my food was ready. Then it was rudely handed around the corner.

Unfortunately, I couldn't order because the employees directed me to the terminals. Firstly, they have such a poor touchscreen that you practically have to bang on it to get a response, and secondly, the interface is so confusing that I lost the desire to order. (And I actually like ordering at terminals.) They didn't want to serve me in person, so I had no choice but to go to the nearest store.

It's a business where you really don't want to lose a single point. I paid in cash, but the employee simply threw the money in front of us, claiming she was busy. When my friend asked if she really threw the money, she was simply ignored and the employee continued with her work. Later, when we received the food and my friend asked again, she justified it by saying there were a lot of orders (there were four in total, including ours—apparently already too many for her). She just kept repeating, "That's all. But why?" We are Asian and found this behavior discriminatory and disrespectful. It was a very disappointing experience.

The food isn't bad, Subway is always solid. However, the ordering screens with the employees behind them immediately spoil your appetite. Not only is the service awkward, but I also feel like I'm at a zoo watching the goats graze. Without the option to order from a human or even ask for extra olives, this branch is a symbol of the decline of chain restaurants from an efficient restaurant to a fattening operation for shareholder returns. Besides, the branch was already cramped before the clunky things were installed.

Dear Subway Team, I've been a loyal Subway customer for years, but my last visit was a complete disappointment. The employee there, a woman with orange or red dyed hair and visible tattoos, was extremely rude and dismissive from the start. My friendly "Hello" received no response. Instead, she simply shouted "€9" in a derogatory tone. When I accidentally gave her my order slip, thinking she needed it, she replied with an even more annoyed "€9." While I waited, I watched her frustratedly slam a sauce container against the table. When my order was ready, she picked up the sandwich, looked at me, and demonstratively slammed it aside. Not a "Bon appétit," not a friendly word, just a contemptuous look. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Friendliness and a modicum of respect are part of customer service, especially at an internationally renowned chain like Subway. I very much hope that this behavior has consequences and is addressed internally.

We ordered the food via the app and specified what we wanted and what should be left out. We were very disappointed and angry that, firstly, the food was labeled incorrectly, which caused confusion, and secondly, that the orders were not put together correctly. Some items were missing corn or olives even though they were requested, and some had them even though they weren't. Furthermore, tomatoes were put in one order even though we specifically didn't want them because the person is allergic to tomatoes. Furthermore, some of the salad was very brown, and some of the dressings were missing. It's a real shame; we're used to it differently.

Unfortunately we were bitterly disappointed here. I don't think the switch to terminals is all that bad, but unfortunately this system isn't fully developed yet. Some things you have to choose several times, others are not possible at all. There were also problems with payment. Apple Pay is not possible at all and we didn't get a receipt with the order number. Unfortunately, because you can no longer see what is being done, my sub was also assigned incorrectly. Thank God it was just the sauce and I could handle it, but still not what I ordered. It took a really long time here, even though there was only one order in front of us. Now there are also lattice potatoes. My pack wasn't even half full, so it was a complete joke. They weren't even remotely crispy, but so flabby, as if they had been lying there all day. We won't be ordering here again anytime soon.

In itself a completely normal subway. However, this one has self-service displays, similar to MC’s. But they are sooooo unbelievably bad (essentially extremely slow - you often have to wait several tens of seconds, which drags everything out extremely long with different options). Extremely inappropriate, especially at a train station where things have to move quickly. I almost considered leaving because it triggered me so much!

Dear team, it's all well and good that more people can now order at the same time thanks to the new terminals, but unfortunately it is no longer possible to monitor your work and you then have the result at home even if you can no longer return it. Why are you asking about allergies when you can't even manage to correctly execute an order that is now even in writing? I specifically ordered without onions, jalapeños and without salt. And what do I get?! Maybe invest in further training in reading for comprehension. Thanks for nothing and overpriced garbage.

I used to enjoy going to Subway. You could watch the toppings being made and were asked what kind of sauce you wanted (you could ask if it was spicy or which one went better) and how much you wanted on it. The service was appropriate for the freshly made toppings. What I experienced now was a soulless ordering process via computer and a spit-out sandwich with too much sauce. I like my food a little spicy, but there was twice as much sauce on it, which made it impossible to eat without spilling, and all I could taste was sauce. I could have noticed that while watching, but thanks to the partition and the space (there was no screen for ordering), I couldn't. If Subway doesn't back down, no one else besides me will eat there again (see other reviews).

Completely overwhelmed with online ordering. You arrive and want to pick up the order you entered online so you can make it to the train. Order was incorrectly handed over to an Uber driver, that can happen. But the way we were then treated was terrible. Order prepared incorrectly. Without apology or attempt at compensation. Of course, no one there was interested in the fact that we missed the train as a result, as people keep coming... When we handed over our order, the Uber driver came back and brought back OUR correct order. We noticed this, and when we asked what would happen to it, the only answer was: it would be disposed of. Food waste! #Sustainability Other customers were also dissatisfied during this time, so we are not an isolated case. The customer is king, as it once was. I will look for another location to order in the future.

Some marketing genius apparently didn't understand Subway's business model. Until a few weeks ago, I was able to tell a friendly waitress step by step how I would like my sandwich to be topped and watch her prepare it. In the meantime, a privacy screen with four order terminals awaits me, behind which you can only just make out the employees. Not only that I now have to talk to a terminal instead of a human, the usability of the screen is a disaster. The response to my input often only occurs on the third attempt, the menu navigation is completely confusing and it requires an infinite number of intermediate steps before the order is placed. You can see a lot of canceled ordering processes and handing over the ordered food to the waiting crowd turns out to be complete chaos. And that's not all: When you finally receive your sandwich and your pulse slowly begins to calm down, you realize that the sandwich is smaller than it was before the brave new days and the bread is stale. Unfortunately, Subway has lost me as a customer with this new business model and apparently other people feel the same way if you look at the faces of the others waiting. Too bad.

Disappointing experiences with Subway vouchers I've had several bad experiences with Subway vouchers recently. During one visit, I wanted to redeem a valid voucher that promised me a second one for free when I bought a 15 cm plant-based teriyaki. The voucher doesn't say anything about a limit, but I was told that only one voucher can be redeemed per person per day. Such conditions should be clearly stated on the voucher - that is simply unfair. Even worse: In another branch they didn't even want to accept the vouchers, even though they were valid. This is really disappointing and seems like they are intentionally misleading customers. I expect more transparency and customer friendliness from a large chain like Subway. It can't be the case that every branch does what it wants. Hopefully this will be better regulated in the future.

It's just a far cry from what you would normally expect from a subway. You can see that the food wasn't really fresh and the meat was already cold. The service wasn't that good. You ask whether the customer wants to eat there or not. We felt like we had to take it with us.

Kleine Filiale von Subway im Hauptbahnhof mit freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern. Die Speisen und Getränke gibts aufgrund der kleinen Filiale nur zum mitnehmen, aber das stellt kein Problem dar, weil es im Bahnhof viele Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt. Der Store war bei meinem Besuch sauber.

Die meiste Zeit ist es echt gut. Subway halt. Aber gerade zurzeit arbeiten da Leute, die immer nur die Mitte belegen. Ich muss zwei bis dreimal abbeißen, bis ich mal zum Belag komme. Dazu kommt noch, dass man sich bei einigen nicht richtig ernstgenommen fühlt. Wenn man anmerkt, dass man gern mehr als zwei Salatstreifen drauf haben möchte, oder eine andere größe als bestellt zubereitet wird und man was sagt, wird genervt gestöhnt. :/ Ist echt unschön. :(

Guten Tag, Ich möchte einmal bitte eine Rezension hinterlassen. Wir waren am 1.7.2022 um ca. 16.00 und haben einen Service erlebt das glaubt man nicht, echt nicht zu empfehlen. Wir wurden bedient von einer Frau ca 25 und schwarze Haare in einem Zopf die war sehr unhöflich und mit liebe hat sie es nicht zubereitet ihr Erscheinungsbild hat uns abgeschreckt denn sie hatte dreck unter den Fingernägeln und sie hat sich die ganze Zeit am Kopf gekratzt 😬 (Die Frau sollte nicht hinter die Theke, wenn man schon arbeitet ,dann sollte man auch freundlich sein und sich bemühen. Habe auch schon mehrere Rezensionen gelesen man sollte wirklich über die Kündigung mal nachdenken, egal ob es gerade schwer ist Mitarbeiter im diesen Job zubekommen!)

Subway bietet nun wenig Überraschungen, wenn man die Kette kennt. Ich finde es immer ganz ordentlich, was man hier bekommt - vor allem, wenn man unterwegs ist und damit nicht so wahnsinnig viel Zeit. Service in Halle am Bahnhof war freundlich - sonst alles sauber gewesen. Hat also gepaßt.

Wie immer bekommt man hier genau das, was man erwartet, wenn man die Kette kennt. Halbwegs passable Sandwiches, wenn es mal schnell gehen muß. Service war okay, Qualität wie gehabt. Essen sollte man mitnehmen - vor Ort ist Essen nicht gut möglich. Aber das ist am Bahnhof ja nicht ungewöhnlich.

Samstagabend gegen 8 Uhr (9.10.21), viel Ansturm. Die beiden Kollegen haben das alles nicht nur schnell in den Griff bekommen, sondern waren die ganze Zeit auch höflich. Selbst auf ein paar dumme Fragen wurde nett und zuvorkommend reagiert. Essen schmeckt natürlich klasse, so erwarte ich das von Subway. Empfehlenswerter Laden!

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, Das Essen hat einen fairen Preis. Die Geschwindigkeit wie das Essen zubereitet wurde war angenehm. Essen hat super geschmeckt aber einen kleinen Abzug gibt es weil zuviel Soße drauf war obwohl gesagt wurde nur wenig Soße. Aber ansonsten konnte man sich echt nicht beklagen.

Ich bin glücklich darüber, dass unser Bahnhof seit neuestem auch ein Subway hat. Sehr freundliches Personal, aber VIEL ZU LANGSAM! Ist mir beim ersten Mal aufgefallen, hatte mich aber nicht gestört, da ich nicht in Eile war, das zweite Mal allerdings schon, da ich einen Zug erreichen musste. Eigentlich dachte ich, dass 12min zw. Straßenbahn und Zug ausreichen sollten, besonders da nur ein Kunde vor mir war. Er hat 2 Subs bestellt, eines welches schon im Ofen war als ich ankam. Nach 8min warten war er gerade beim erst bezahlen, weshalb ich mit hungrigem Magen umdrehen und zum Zug gehen musste, da ich mir nicht vorstellen konnte, dass er in den 4-5 übrigen Minuten mein Sub fertigstellen könnte. Ich bin selber nicht begeistert davon, wenn die Chefs ihre Angestellten wie mit Peitschen zur Hektik antreiben, aber es sollte doch schon ein wenig mehr Wert gelegt werden, auf eine flotte Bearbeitung der Bestellungen, besonders wenn der Standort ein Transitbereich wie dieser Bahnhof ist.

I was at Subway earlier (7 p.m.). I usually like going here, but this visit was extremely unpleasant. An employee next to me (I didn't know this at first) was loudly watching TikTok. After I asked her to please turn it off or use headphones, she went to the back, giggled loudly with some of her colleagues, and everyone kept looking at me. This went on for quite a while until I confronted them about it. They just grinned at me as if nothing was wrong. It was really, really embarrassing and very unpleasant. I'm not a social worker. I hope the owner pays attention to things like this; I would like to continue getting food from here in the future. At the end, I wished these young people the best of luck; with this kind of behavior, all career paths are surely open to them.
