Subway in Troisdorf

A subway in the back corner of a Mundorf gas station. Ordering only possible via terminals. When you order, the terminal asks for a 5% or 10% tip, but there is no service at all apart from handing over the ordered goods. This is probably the new bad habit of not expecting tips for any service. Eating as usual at Subway, the selection is large. In addition to the gas station atmosphere, I also noticed another negative thing: a normal deposit is charged for beverage bottles. If you ask about returning the deposit after eating, you will be directed to a deposit machine in the gas station. There you will then receive a voucher printed out that can be used at the Mundorf gas station. So you don't get the deposit back in cash, you either have to fill up with gas or - as is usual in gas stations - buy overpriced goods. Unfortunately, combined with the gas station charm, that only makes it 3 stars and I won't be coming back.

Woman at the counter was very unfriendly just 5 minutes ago... Decided not to get a food here after all because of that...

The employees are very incompetent, ordering is only possible by card (no cash) at the terminal. The food leaves nothing to be desired. Very lean, tasteless and the bread is basically made of air.

This was the last time we were in this branch. Everyone probably knows that terminals are impersonal. But Subway used to be characterized by personal service with questions about individual wishes. This made the store stand out from the big competition. But when we stopped in here yesterday, not only did we get cold, soft bread, even though we ordered it toasted, but the extra ingredients we had already ordered and paid for were also missing. Even the paper bag we had already paid for was only given to us when we asked and rolled our eyes. The food was handed over carelessly and not even served in a basket. The highlight of the whole thing was that before eating we had to clear our table of the previous people's rubbish ourselves. The staff was unfriendly and seemed overwhelmed, so they should think about changing jobs with less customer focus. The franchisee has presumably made enough money from the store that he doesn't seem to care how customers feel. As I said, we will no longer enter this store and will stay away from Subway for the time being.

The employees generally reject coupons or come up with some rules that are not on the coupons.

Als wir unser Essen am Thresen abholten, ging ein Mitarbeiter kommentarlos weg und die Kollegin schaute runter und antwortete nicht. Kein Guten Tag, keinen guten Appetit, kein Auf Wiedersehen. Service unfassbar unterirdisch. Brote beim Auspacken sagen unappetitlich gematscht aus.

I took advantage of the night offer. For €2.50 more, the double sandwich (until 6:00 a.m.). It's really long (see photo) You have to have to order at the terminal. And pay there too. My sandwich was tasted, but unfortunately not. It felt like it had been in the microwave for a short time. Very, very slightly warm, but cuddly. The last time I ate at Subway was about five years ago. The chicken teriyaki taste differed significantly from what I know. The sweet and sour taste was missing. Very unfriendly staff, you can't redeem your vouchers

Unfortunately our last visit here to the restaurant! You can only order via a terminal. When asked if you could order without it, you were sent to the terminal in annoyance. In addition, there are no reward points (original sound: the crappy system doesn't work after the change). Unfortunately, the staff seems totally overwhelmed and not very helpful.

Fast food stall inside a gas station. The food is good. The cookies are really great. 😊👍🏼 We're even more likely to drive by there because of the cookies.

Pointless. People like to go to Subway because they can put together whatever they want. That's not possible here, everything can only be done via a machine. We'll never go here again. I hope that's not the case with the other subways

We wanted to order something and went to the counter to see what was available. There we were asked somewhat harshly by a gentleman to go to the checkout and we can only pay by EC. Ok, we then went from the counter to the first cash register where the gentleman then sent us to the monitor to order there. I pressed it and a variety of product names popped up. I asked the Lord to please help us with this because I couldn't find my way around the variety of products. "I shouldn't act like that, it's quite simple." After that sentence I left the shop. All other subways will help you, but not here. A pity

It would be nice if the employees worked more instead of taking their friends with them and talking to them. It's impossible to wait so long for a sub that doesn't even come out warm because she had to dawdle so much.

Everywhere it is advertised that it is open around the clock. A neon sign that says OPEN, various poster stands, etc. But if you go there, you will be told that it won't open again for another 2 hours. NOT EVEN THE ORDER TERMINALS ARE DEACTIVATED. You don't have them all!!!

If you want to wait twice then time for a sandwich than other food in the area then it’s great if not don’t go here. Also if you have any sort of allergies just dont risk it

Faxing with you would be better off saving money somewhere else than getting rid of cash. I also leave my bank card gru at home and couldn't order anything there. I don't have to say anything more about it, except faxing!!!

Customer orientation = zero! I found out about the great coupons on Subway's homepage today. I then checked the list of participating restaurants to make sure that the branch in Troisdorf-Spich was taking part in the campaign. When I got there, the lady at the checkout (young shift manager) told me that she couldn't do anything with digital coupons. Original sound: "I need the coupon in psychological form, either printed out or as a clipping from the newspaper." I pointed out to her that I could find the valid coupons on the Subway homepage as a PDF. I downloaded it and can't wait for me to run to the copy shop first and then redeem it in "physical form". However, the lady was completely unimpressed and stuck to her stance that she does not accept coupons in digital form. This incident clearly shows that the focus is not on the customer, but on the branch's arbitrary rules. There is no indication anywhere on Subway's homepage or on the coupons themselves that they are only accepted in paper form. The fact that a restaurant in 2024 still insists on printed sheets shows once again that they have absolutely no idea about customer service, customer orientation and customer loyalty. I won't even go into the sustainability aspect. If you don't want to accept coupons, then remove your restaurant from the participating restaurants. But a scam like today is just embarrassing and beneath your dignity.

5:45am. SUB different than ordered. Wrong bread, no cheese and bread not toasted. You can also make a sandwich at home. Not what it used to be.

So I'm honestly wondering why Google says that the store is open 24 hours a day even though you can't order anything early in the morning because there's cleaning, then you should think about making the opening hours limited instead of 24 hours. That can't be the case if I want to order something and that's not possible oh man 🤦🏻

Due to the poor service, I cannot recommend this outlet. Orders are not taken at the counter, only at the machine, although it does not work properly and often freezes. not the typical good and friendly service of other Subway branches

The taste was okay, but unfortunately it takes far too long for a fast food restaurant and is relatively expensive. Furthermore, the benches and tables are very small and we had a hard time sitting down comfortably. Update: there are only 4-5 parking spaces and they are so poorly monitored that stupid and incompetent parkers can't stop

Chicken Terriyaki sandwich was good with fresh vegetables, but we barely had chicken inside.. also there was no cheddar as requested.

Subway in a gas station. Atmosphere is zero😂, but useful and tasty. However, the staff doesn't try hard and the prices for half a gluten-free sub = 10 euros 😭

Basically almost always good service. We visit this subway regularly. But there are differences when it comes to the staff. Some put their heart and soul into it and pay attention to the cleanliness of the seats, others seem to just be doing their job... What a shame

I can't say anything about the food, payment via Paypal was refused. Bar is not possible. I'm not a fan of e-cash. Where you can't pay in cash. I won't go there either.

This subway has friendly and knowledgeable employees, is easily accessible, has plenty of space, and offers options like the sub of the day to save money. I can recommend him with a clear conscience.

Honestly, I'm a Subway fan but this subway is a disaster. Order only at the machine, payment only by card. Coffee is available by coin. The entire service goes down the drain very badly. Subs were below average. But the price is the same as those that have personal service. There are still well-intentioned 2 stars for this

Immer wieder gut. Bestellung am Automaten kannte ich bei Subway noch nicht. Hat aber gut funktioniert.

Die Filiale nimmt nicht an Gutscheinen teil, steht online anders, selbe Diskussion wie vor ein paar Jahren mit den Papiergutscheinen.

Der Sub, den ich seit Jahren immer esse ist nicht mehr verfügbar...keine Barzahlung mehr möglich.

Restaurant an sich ist sehr sauber und es wird ständig geputzt. Das Essen war lecker und es gab auch einige vegane Angebote. Personal ist freundlich und hat auch meine Bitte die Handschuhe zu wechseln, Folge geleistet. Leider finde ich die anderen Gäste die dort kommen sehr asozial, viele Jugendliche und am Parkplatz wurden wir doof angemacht. Dort wurde einfach Bier neben unser Auto getrunken und nicht Platz gemacht beim rausfahren.

Immer sauber und Essen schmeckt gut. Leider (je nach Schichtbesetzung) nicht immer top Service. Manchmal werden dann auch Sachen vergessen auf das Sub zu belegen

Das Sub ist fast ungetoastet gewesen und auseinander gefallen. Preise sind hoch für ein belegtes Baguette.

Nette Subway-Filiale in einer Tankstelle mit super Öffnungszeiten. Den 5. Stern gibt es wenn das Meatball-Sandwich wieder eingeführt wird.

Subs okay, von Service kann man nicht sprechen, da die Interaktion mit den Mitarbeitern nahezu nicht stattfindet, denn die Bestellungen werden nur noch über die vor Ort installierten Tablets aufgegeben. Wir hatten eine größere Bestellung aufgegeben für mehrere Personen im Wert von deutlich über 60 EUR, dabei unter anderem ein meatless Chicken Teriyaki für einen Vegetarier und zwei normale mit Fleisch. Der Mitarbeiter hatte nicht gekennzeichnet welches das fleischlose und das mit Fleisch ist. Auf meine Nachfrage zögerte er sehr lange, zeigte dann auf eins und sagte das ist ohne Fleisch. Ich fragte ihn ob er sicher sei. Ja. Leider war dem nicht so und der Vegetarier merkte nach ein paar Bissen, dass er das falsche Gericht bekommen hat. So viel zum Service. Immerhin waren die Mitarbeiter nicht unfreundlich. Von Ambiente kann meiner Meinung nach kaum gesprochen werden, da es sich um einen Subway handelt, der in die hinterste Ecke einer Tankstelle gepfercht ist. Ich würde es als Autobahnraststättenambiente bezeichnen. Preis und Leistung stimmen hier meiner Meinung nach nicht.

Es gibt Bestellautomaten. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und die Musik war gut. Die Tische könnten ab und zu mal abgewischt werden aber an sich war es sehr sauber. Essen wsr lecker. Würde wieder hier essen.

Leckeres Essen und nette Mitarbeiter

Dieser Subway befindet sich in einer Tankstelle. Er ist klein aber sauber und ordentlich. Hier kann das Essen nur über Smart Bildschirme bestellt werden und mit Karte bezahlt werden. Sehr modern. Das Personal ist zudem sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich wohl. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Guter Laden, unkompliziertes Bestellen

Der Inhaber war sehr freundlich & das Restaurant war sehr sauber. Die subs wurden schnell zubereitet & mit guten Portionen belegt. Diesem SubWay werden wir definitiv noch einmal einen Besuch abstatten.

Die Portionen sind ein wenig klein und es gibt keine Karotten mehr
