Kaya Salat und Feinkost GmbH in Troisdorf

I don't know what's going on here – the prices are completely exorbitant. I just paid €10 for two small dips. If this continues, you'll probably have to submit a Schufa credit report before you can order from here. It's completely unreasonable.

I don't understand all the negative reviews... I get food here very often. It's always freshly prepared, the prices are fair, and the staff is super friendly! I recommend this fast-food restaurant! The doner meat tastes delicious there, and so does the salad. I love it.

I frequently shop at Kaya in Sieglar and have always been satisfied. Yesterday, I wanted to buy a doner kebab. No service! After a while, an employee came out from the back, where she had been cleaning. Her shirt was dirty and stained. The apron looked the same. They don't seem to take hygiene seriously, even though they sell openly exposed food.

I'm a weekly customer at KAYA Sieglar and can't understand or agree with the negative reviews. Okay, I usually get various cheese spreads, etc. On Fridays, I like salmon with rice. Regarding the food, the spreads, the salads, and the breads, I'm personally very satisfied. Regarding the friendliness of the staff, etc.: I always have good experiences. I think, when I observe the customers at HIT Markt and at KAYA, it has a lot to do with how you present yourself as a customer. It's like shouting into the forest... Besides, the people behind the counter are also just people who sometimes have bad days, who might not always understand you 100%, and who might even have a slightly different mentality. So, I mean... STAY COOL + address what needs to be addressed on site.

What's going on here? It's no comparison to other Kaya stores. We've rarely eaten this badly. Unfriendly service made the overall experience even worse. It's a shame. Kaya at Kaufland is a thousand times better. That's why we thought we couldn't go wrong here. Unfortunately, we couldn't. Unfortunately, we can't recommend it.

Seriously do not listen to the bad reviews! What do they expect? A 3 Michelin restaurant?! The guy behind the counter is kind, not very talkative or smiley, but he does his job with passion and you can see it! And it’s not expensive, don’t believe these people saying it’s an expensive place, it’s not! You’re not here to have a starter, main dish, a drink and a coffee like in normal restaurants! You’re here to have a quick bite. And it’s perfect for that! I enjoyed my food, the service, and it’s an accessible price too. Been here quite a few times and I definitely recommend!

I can only agree with the previous speakers (unfortunately). We have such good, delicious, and friendly restaurants in Troisdorf, but here the EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY and disparaging STAFF!!! Aside from the fact that the prices are also at an inflated level, there's also the extremely unfriendly service. The prices would be okay, because they've gone up everywhere, but the service is abysmal!!! On top of that, the unfriendly staff insults you. This place only survives on the walk-up customers of HIT. Catastrophic.

Disastrous kebab meat (veal). Disgusting and expensive. Is pimped up with pieces of fat. The animal's tendons get caught between your teeth. Never again!! I can't understand why the kebab is even bought here. I've been feeling bad about it all day. Pooh! I regret not throwing it in the bin after the first bite. Don't do it to yourself. They used to be good - now they're a total crash. Trying to save money at the expense of their customers' health.

Katastrophe! Döner: Kein Fleisch, aber dafür nur Salat und Schafskäse. Das Brot war mit der Alufolie "verwachsen". doppelt ärgerlich bei den Preisen. Ich denke, hier fehlt es an Einarbeitung und Schulung. Da ich weiss, dass der Qualitätsanspruch ein anderer ist bei Kaya, gibt es 3 statt 1 Stern.

Habe gerade als Stammkunde nach einem Zahnstocher gefragt, die gute Frau kommentierte die Frage wozu ich den denn brauche. ?? Sie löste auf, dass ich ja keinen Döner bestellt habe. Wenn Zahnstocher jetzt auch von der Inflation betroffen sind, werde ich keinen Döner mehr kaufen. schüsi Kosfski

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und freundlich👍🏻👍🏻. Ich finde der Döner schmeckt sehr gut und die leckeren Tagesgerichte auch, von den leckeren Pasten, Oliven, und den Salaten kriege ich nicht genug. Die Sesamringe sind immer frisch. Ich freue mich jedesmal bei Kaya Feinkost einkaufen gehen zu können, macht weiter so.

Wie andere schon erwähnen ist diese Filiale ziemlich teuer und die Mitarbeiter scheinen bisschen überfordert zu sein, bei zwei Kunden. Die Dönerbox war ziemlich fad und die Pommes eine zumutung, das bei fast 6€ für eine kleine Portion Döner mit paar Pommes und etwas Soße... kenne es anders von anderen Filialen, also da wahrscheinlich nicht mehr Döner (außer Pasten, die sind überall gleich gut 👍🏼)

Der Döner war ziemlich geschmackslos. Die Zutaten waren alles Standard-Produkte, jedoch habe ich auch nicht wirklich mehr erwartet. Das Personal könnte was netter zu den Kunden sein.

Wer weniger als 5 Sterne gibt ist ein haywan. Jeden Tag gehen dort tausende Schüler hin, was allein schon etwas über die Qualität des Dönerladens aussagen sollte. Zudem bin ich seit gefühlten 10 Jahren dort Kunde und es hat mir immer sehr gut dort geschmeckt und das Personal war immer sehr freundlich.

Gemütliches Eiscafe mitten in Troisdorf. Grosse Auswahl an Eisspezialitäten und Kaffeegetränken, Waffeln und vieles mehr. Ein sehr nettes Team.

Bewertung bezieht sich auf die sehr leckeren "Platten" mit Antipasti und Oliven. Auch der Service war sehr freundlich und nett.

Döner etwas über dem Durchschnitt, große Auswahl an Salaten und Pasten/Cremes. Nette Truppe!
