Very bad restaurant. By the time the food arrives you're no longer hungry and the waiter in particular is very unfriendly, which is why I won't eat there again. But of course the food tastes good.

Very clean shop, fast service and quick ordering, we didn't have to wait long for our food and we noticed that the dough we made ourselves was very tasty.

Hello, I wanted to go to this local place to get something going. I went to the store today and asked for a dish and found that my colleague didn't understand what I wanted at all, that's not even the problem! the problem was with the waitress chewing gum With my mouth full, smacking my lips and really wanting to, I explained what kind of dish I was going to put on my plate. It was already clear that I didn't feel like working and then I got bread that was cold and I asked if they could warm the bread for me do it and then she rolled her eyes along the lines of what the guy wanted. The dish was an expensive dish, just under €40. I'll never go there again, no respect from the customer

The fries for 5€ were overpriced, far too small for the price and not even cooked properly, so I had to throw half of them away!

The politeness was almost zero. There was no greeting. They are disrespectful.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not good. A small pizza margarita for 9.90, some baked sheep's cheese with dry flatbread for 9.90 - plus two small drinks. Together for 27 euros - despite everything, I think that's too expensive. Unfortunately I can't recommend you, sorry!

Subject: Complaint about unfriendly service and bad experience Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to express my great disappointment and anger over my recent experience at your Ekici restaurant. On 07/23/24 at around 4:30 p.m. I visited your restaurant and was shocked by the behavior of your employees and the quality of the service. First of all, the employee who served me was extremely rude. I asked for a plate of chicken skewers and expressed a desire to swap the rice for salad. The answer was a rude "No, not possible. Only rice or fries will work." This unprofessional reaction made me very upset. When I politely asked again if it was possible to simply get more meat and leave out the rice, this was also rejected in an unfriendly tone. In the end I just got a chicken skewer with some tzatziki, but had to pay the full price of 18 euros. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially as the overall service was poor and rude. Such behavior and quality of service are absolutely unacceptable. I expected decent service and some flexibility in order taking for my money, but instead I was confronted with an unfriendly and dismissive attitude. I hereby request that you provide your employees with appropriate training and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Furthermore, I expect a full refund or appropriate compensation for this unacceptable experience. With disappointed greetings

Very nice staff and great atmosphere. We were well served and the food was first class. We had manure and pommdönner. The meat was extremely juicy and the fries were crispy. Just as it should be. From now on we will visit the restaurant more often and eat here. Top kebab in Troisdorf 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The kebab was OK. For 8 euros, it was a real shame that there was hardly any meat there, but otherwise the taste was ok. The fries for 5 euros are really not tasty. I'll never order fries again. The remaining prices are desired prices. Really overpriced

I ordered a mushroom schnitzel. The food was delivered quickly and the delivery person was friendly. The fries were unsalted and soggy. The schnitzel itself was okay, but nothing special. The other food was okay, but you should order a schnitzel somewhere else.

The Turkish cuisine at this restaurant is outstanding and offers authentic, flavorful dishes. The atmosphere is cozy and the decoration takes you to Turkey. The service was slow and the staff very unfriendly. A small point of improvement would be the portion sizes, which could be a little more generous.

I have ordered here several times in the past. Unfortunately, the food became more and more bland. Doner kebab sometimes ONLY with coleslaw (everything else was probably already out). You can also call people there and say that kebab is out, whether you would like something else and not just deliver something on your own that is no longer available in the intended condition . On the other hand, you have now raised the prices so that something like this can no longer happen. With the chicken skewer in tomato yoghurt with bread, the cold rice was simply slapped carelessly into the middle, 2 of the bread were buttery, the rest were not. At €20 for the dish, you can expect you to put in more effort. When I first ordered it six months ago, the dish was great, but from time to time the quality continued to decline (have you changed the staff? Then please train them). The Adana has good meat quality - but it's no use if you keep the skewers too long on the grill you only get the sole of a shoe. Here too, the quality of cooking and serving was significantly better in the past. I think it's a real shame and I would be happy if you would cook and serve the food as well as you did in the past. I really enjoyed ordering from you because you have potential.

We are old regular customers, but have never been to the restaurant but have only ordered. Today we discovered that dogs are not allowed, so we had to sit outside. Ok, not so bad, the weather was nice. The following applies here: the sound makes the music I wanted to order drinks in advance, including a pot of water for the dog. Then came the hammer: You can be happy to be here, the dog won't get anything! Of course we left the restaurant immediately. As a guest you have finally lost us! And to all animal lovers: Please never go to this restaurant again, they are animal haters!!!! And the food there isn't that great either. Often the food arrived cold and the meat was dry. Food is always really tasty and top notch! The pricing policy is exactly the opposite. 2 dishes, one of which feels like the price has increased 4x in the last 2 years, is crazy. 45.80€ for 2 dishes (which really taste great) and then a 2€ delivery fee is just cheeky. I mean that Beyti cost 18.90 back then and today we're already at 21.90. I would definitely order there more often if it wasn't so outrageously expensive.

Large chip shop in need of development. Eating on site has been OK so far. Not the high flyer but OK. I was shocked when I stopped on the way through to pick up some fries with mayonnaise for my son. Ordered small fries and waited 15 minutes for it to start. When the fries were handed to me with mayonnaise in a cardboard box, they asked for ‼️€6.20‼️ 😲 with the note there are no small fries🤔 why not communicated when ordering. My veto was simply ignored😠 3 minutes later opened in the car for the child..... MUSHY FRIES 😡 ❌This chip shop can't see us anymore❌

Yes, we can recommend the restaurant. Dishes are prepared in an open kitchen for everyone to see. The dishes are very plentiful and the price/performance ratio is also right. The staff is courteous and very friendly

This place doesn’t deserve a 3.8 star rating, 4.5 at least! The food is really good, I always have number 350. Lamb meat with pieces of tomatoes and other vegetables, AMAZING! The meat is soft, and the rice in the middle of the dish is delicious, not too soft and not too hard, just like I always want it to be and taste like! The service is amazing too, the two owners, a lovely and sweet couple, are always very attentive, and also quite social, I like that! Amazingly done!! That alone is already worth 5 stars, it’s hard to find a place where the service is this good! For those who are giving bad reviews here, it must be because you didn’t get what you wanted your way, you’re not the most special, and they do their best! Definitely recommend!

Today we made a reservation for 4 people to break the fast iftar. We drove here especially from Kerpen because we were there a few times and we liked the food. Our family are regular guests and recommended this restaurant to us back then. Today was the first time I experienced something so anti-social and humiliating in my life. We arrived and were asked to sit at a table by the window, whereupon I asked if there was another place available with couch seating. The lady then said very flippantly (who was about the same age as my mother) that there are seats for 6 people and we are 4 people. I asked nicely whether the seats were reserved, and then I got another very irritated, provocative answer that others would be coming to iftar soon. Then I just said ok, I just asked, is everything ok? I smiled too. I didn't know what her problem was. Then I wanted to go to our designated place with my husband and my two children and the woman simply called after them, can they please leave the store. I didn't understand her acoustically, so I went to her and said what? And she says we should leave the store. There was no reason for it. It was disrespectful and anti-social. I then told her that it wasn't nice to treat someone who was fasting like that 20 minutes before mealtime and to throw them out. She answered very aggressively and I don't allow myself to be taken to that level so I stopped answering and left. No more ! Inhumanly antisocial and disrespectful.

I had the food delivered to me because I actually heard good things and just wanted to try it out... what can I say... the mantis were frozen, had no taste, the quantity left something to be desired, I just lifted the aluminum bowl and I already knew that this would confirm my assumption.. the "garlic sauce" that came with it was simply ready-made yogurt.. I also ordered pizza rolls with herb butter, the butter tasted really rancid.. For this price, absolute impudence !

The last few times the food wasn't really that good for the price. 3.20 euros for a small beverage can that costs 1 euro + deposit in the store is more than outrageous. Sorry Team Ekici, 1 - Die Pizza war eine Katastrophe, Teig schlecht, Thunfish schlecht, rohe Zwiebeln.... 2 - WAS SIND DAS BITTE FÜR PREISE ?!?!? Wenn ich essen bestellen, achte ich nicht auf die Preise. Aber als der Lieferant vor der Tür stand, und sagte, 36 Euro... Für 2 Pizzen Tonno und eine Dose Cola ??? In München bei einem Renommierten Italiener, Ja ! Aber doch nicht bei euch Leute, mit dieser Qualität ! Im einzelnen, für eine Dose Cola 3,90 zu verlangen ist nochmals eine ganze andere nr ! Gibt es Positives ??? Ja ! Alles sind sehr freundlich :) Warum ich hier Konstruktive Kritik ausübe ? Der Inhaber ist normalerweise ein sehr guter Pizzabäcker seit Jahren in Troisdorf. Ich möchte euch mit dieser Bewertung nicht runterziehen. Aber ändert was Leute !

Bestellt waren 2 mal dönerteller ( einmal Hähnchen und einmal Kalb) Bezahlt habe ich 13.50 pro Teller. Das mit dem Kalbfleisch war sehr lecker absolut empfehlenswert. Das mit dem Hühnchen jedoch muss ich leider sagen überhaupt kein Geschmack. Ich habe nun fast jeden Tag bestellt und immer wieder wurde etwas vergessen... Sry aber an Service muss sich Gigantisch was ändern... vor allem: wenn man schon etwas vergessen hat, dann sollte als Entschuldigung mal etwas hinzugefügt werden als neue Geste oder so... leider nichts davon zu spüren... essen absolu5 hammer Service absolut katastrophal sry Team aber das muss nun so rein

Wir waren an einem Sonntag-Nachmittag vor Ort essen. Dementsprechend war das Lokal kaum besucht. Man wurde beim Betreten nicht begrüßt. Als unsere Kellnerin an den Tisch kam, bestätigte sich der unfreundliche Service. Kein Hallo, kein Augenkontakt, kein Danke oder Bitte. Es muss echt schlimm sein, einen Job auszuüben, den man offensichtlich nicht so gerne macht. Statt während des Essens zu fragen, ob alles in Ordnung ist, war die Kellnerin lieber mit ihrem Handy beschäftigt. Mein Essen war total ungewürzt, sodass ich mehrmals nachsalzen musste. Ich habe auch mehr als die Hälfte übrig gelassen. Es wurde nicht gefragt, ob sie abräumen könne, stattdessen wurde der Teller meines Mannes stumm vor seiner Nase weggeräumt. Und ob ich mein Essen mitnehmen möchte oder ob es mir geschmeckt hat (oder eben nicht, was offensichtlich war) wollte auch niemand wissen. Fazit: Für einen Döner auf die Hand gibt es super Angebote und der Döner war geschmacklich in Ordnung (mein Mann hatte es gegessen). Was den Service und die Kundenorientierung angeht, kann der Laden noch einiges dazulernen. Auch die nicht typisch türkischen Speisen sind nicht optimal zubereitet, wo man nochmal entsprechend handeln könnte.

Das Ambiente dort ist schön eingerichtet. Ich hatte einen Dönerteller aufgrund des Angebots bestellt und dieser schmeckt auch. Jedoch war ich überrascht über die etwas erhöhten Preise für die anderen Gerichte (z.B. für die Tagessuppe fast 7 Euro) finde ich nicht so angemessen. Zudem muss die Kellnerin mehr Professionalität zeigen. Kein Hallo oder Guten Tag... Die Menükarten wurden auf den Tisch gelegt ohne uns als Gäste anzuschauen und die Teller wurden auch noch weggeräumt ohne zu Fragen, ob wir noch weiter essen wollen. Da bedarf es definitiv noch an Schulung und Finetuning bezüglich Bedienung der Gäste. Oder man sollte sich einen Job aussuchen, der einen mehr Spaß macht...

Service vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment 1A Essen war wirklich sehr gut Dönerteller +Adana Gegrillter Hähnchensalat Und Pizza Margherita Alle waren mehr als zufrieden Preis Leistung stimmt absolut, ist ja keine kleine Dönerbude Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Ich habe seid längerer Zeit mal wieder den Lieferdienst in Anspruch genommen. Ich habe direkt angerufen und meine Bestellungen laut meiner Karte durchgegeben. Leider war die aber nicht mehr aktuell und der Mitarbeiter hat mich leider nicht drauf aufmerksam gemacht das sich die Preise verändert haben. Als die Lieferung kam war ich geschockt. Für eine kleine Pizza jetzt fast 17€ zu nehmen ist Wucher und zusätzlich noch eine Lieferpauschale. Das war das letzte mal das wir hier bestellt haben. Da wäre die L'Osteria besser und günstiger gewesen.

Das Restaurant ist sehr schick. Der Döner war in Ordnung. Ein türkischer Kunde, der vor mir da war, hat 6,40€ für seinen Döner gezahlt und ich habe 8,40€ für meinen Döner gezahlt, vermutlich, weil ich kein Türke bin. Mir wurden bis jetzt nie mehr Geld berechnet wen ich noch Fetakäse wollte wen ich mir ein Döner, wo anders geholt habe. Der Preis ist eine Unverschämtheit und ich werde hier auch nicht mehr essen.

Groß aufgemacht und nicht preiswert. Selbst mal einen Eindruck machen.

Wurden freundlich empfangen, durften uns einen Tisch aussuchen. Man fühlte sich gleich angenehm. Im Hintergrund lief erfrischende moderne multikulturelle Musik. Die Bedienung, ein junger Herr, sehr freundlich. Wir wählten zwei typisch türkische Gerichte, die ganz frisch zubereitet wurden und Augenschmausmäßig serviert wurden. Der Geschmack beiden Gerichte war excellent. Obwohl wir spät kamen wurden wir ehrenhaft bedient. Das Lokal ist sehr schön und zu allem Seiten offen, sodass man am Leben auf der Straße auch teilnehmen kann. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Gute Auswahl, grosse Portionen.

Das Essen, Service und Ambiente ist okay, aber dennoch nur 3 Sterne, weil ich mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht einverstanden bin. 12 Euro für eine Dönertasche und eine 0,33 Dose Uludag ist eine echte Hausnummer. Dafür war der Döner dann doch nicht so brecherkrass, dass mich der Preis gerechtfertigt wäre. Ich weiß der Preisdruck ist immens, aber das finde ich unverhältnismäßig hoch. In Köln zentrale Lage zahle ich für das gleiche "Menü" keine 10 Euro....

Pommdöner war nice aber 7,50€ ist Wucher

Trotz "Bahnhofsnähe" sehr schönes Ambiente und tolles Essen. Gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr freundliches Personal.
