I ordered from them, and the driver couldn't find our address. He then called to ask if the address was correct and if we could come out because he couldn't find it. I stood in front of the door for 20 minutes, and no one came. We called, and the manager said he would talk to the driver and redo the order. Then the driver came, and we told him we weren't accepting the fries. He took the entire order with him and was supposed to bring it back fresh. A few minutes later, he was back at the door and said he couldn't redo the order. His boss said they couldn't do it; either we accepted the cold delivery or we got a refund and no new order. I don't think the way they treated us was very customer-friendly. They were friendly, but to say we'd get a new delivery, and then nothing, and to leave us standing in front of the door for 20 minutes... I absolutely cannot recommend ordering from them.

The staff seemed rather unfriendly and unmotivated. For the price, the doner kebab could definitely have had more veal and salad. Unfortunately, the taste and quality were nothing more than average for me.

I ordered. The food was excellent in terms of taste, quantity, and everything else. It couldn't be better.

If you don't want to deliver that far, then just remove the Lieferando offer and don't charge an extra €3 for delivery! Then you won't have to listen to the driver complaining! Charging extra and then complaining... That's really outrageous! P.S.: Check out how well the app shows the distance BEFORE you place your order. Do you see anything?

I'm truly disappointed by the behavior of the driver, Hueseyin. He was extremely unfriendly and rude, just because he had to wait a few minutes. This kind of tone towards customers is completely inappropriate. I even texted him directly, telling him where to ring the bell, but his reaction was still completely disrespectful. It's truly incomprehensible that they even employ drivers like that. I certainly won't order from here again.

I tried the doner kebab on offer for €4.50 – and for that price, I absolutely recommend it! The bread was nice and warm, slightly crispy, and at the same time light and airy, like a fresh pide. The meat was delicious and juicy, along with fresh vegetables and a sauce that went perfectly with it. The ambiance is very nice, everything clean and tidy. The staff are super friendly, and you immediately feel welcome. The portion was decent for the price, and you'll definitely be full. The wait time was also pleasantly short. The value for money here is really great – I'd be happy to come back!

I can just put raw meat in there. I specifically asked again, but I still can't sear the meat. Water is still seeping out of the meat because I can't sear it. Not recommended at all.

I get kebabs delivered that are the size of sandwiches, all 3 have the wrong sauce, the bread wasn't crispy at all, should have been in the oven, the driver who delivered tried to keep the money for himself, I gave me 100 euros, I said 32 euros and he gave me back 16 euros, weird scam. I definitely don't recommend this restaurant, you mention it and the answer you get is that it's done on purpose, totally rude on the phone, a disaster. It's better to go to Cologne Street. Eating kebabs means the kebab restaurant is super friendly and the kebabs are amazing. I think once you've eaten there you'll only want to eat there.

Okay, so a €4.90 chicken kebab (which is what it was at the time) plus one Uludag (€3.20) cost a total of €8.10. But a small fries for my daughter for €5 is pretty steep. Unfortunately, that price wasn't listed anywhere.

Chicken doner kebab with fibers. The price of €5 for a doner kebab is very high, but too good to be true. The texture of the meat is poor; I'd rather pay €1-2 more for good quality. The ambiance is great, and the other dishes looked good too.

We ordered four different dishes from Ekici in Troisdorf on Saturday evening (doner kebab plates with chicken and veal, each with tzatziki – one portion also served with spicy chili paste, another with cocktail sauce) – and were completely thrilled! The meat was excellent: juicy, aromatically seasoned, and in very generous portions. The salad was also fresh, crisp, and deliciously seasoned – you can tell they value quality here. I'd particularly like to highlight the spicy chili paste – incredibly delicious and beautifully spicy! One small suggestion for improvement: The fries were underneath the meat, which unfortunately made them a bit soggy. They tasted great, but they would have certainly tasted even better if they were crispy. Perhaps packaging the fries separately might be an option in the future. Delivery was super fast, especially for a Saturday night. The food arrived piping hot, and the delivery person was very friendly. I ordered a kebab and it didn't taste like kebab. And meat very dry. The man behind the blanket came across as very irritated and annoyed. Of course, we are all human, but especially in the catering industry you should control yourself. I liked the ambience more, it came across as very cozy and tidy

A highly recommended restaurant, with a very varied menu. Absolutely courteous staff! We spontaneously wanted to eat on site in a large group, and a long table was arranged for us without further ado. Our server Mohammed and the entire team were very friendly. There were little things to sample in advance and all of our food was consistently positive! Unfortunately we don't live in this state, otherwise we would definitely be there more often. There were 9 of us. Everyone ordered something different and every dish was delicious. Large selection of pizzas! Our waiter was Mohammed, who was very friendly and agile. No long waits, quick service, always a smile on your face. If we didn't live so far away, we would definitely be regular guests!

Unfortunately, this is no longer our favorite restaurant. We really enjoyed coming here and were always satisfied. Over the past few months, the service and food have declined considerably. Portions are much smaller, almost never cooked through, and the staff and manager have become very unfriendly. It's a shame...it used to be recommended :(

There was more cartilage than meat in the doner kebab, and the fresh meat in one kofte was just five pieces of cartilage. I threw the whole sandwich away out of disgust. The taste wasn't great either. The bread was completely soggy. Wasted money...

Food a failure There was a hair in the salad and you are portrayed as if you were lying, never experienced such service before, food was cold, pizza and dürüm!! I didn't even mention that, but understanding and friendliness are 100% terribly lacking ever again!!! Prices are outrageous for the small portion you get, ordered chicken with cream sauce and rice, unfortunately the meat was without sauce and therefore very dry, food was completely cold, never had such bad fries. Not recommended.

Staff and boss very unfriendly! Pizza was delivered with onions, which is not obvious at first glance because they were covered by the sauce. The finely chopped onions weren't noticeable at first, which is why I only ate a few pieces until I realized that onions were included. I thought it might have been an oversight and only had something on one piece, but that's not the case. I called the company and they delivered me a new pizza. After 1.5 hours I was finally able to eat... no, the driver didn't want to hand me the new pizza until I paid for it. After a long back and forth, I didn't get MY food that I paid for.

We used the delivery service via Lieferando. The food is very good (prices like in the restaurant). Unfortunately it doesn't arrive hot anymore (maybe due to construction sites etc.). Then delivery is only free for orders over €50, we paid €39 for two dishes and another €2 for delivery! I can only advise; If you love Turkish cuisine, it's better to eat there in the restaurant and not have it delivered.

I've been here several times and have always enjoyed the burgers - so far the food has always been delicious. Unfortunately my last visit was very disappointing. The meat was undercooked and so tough that it was difficult to cut with a knife. When we asked the boss about it, he was extremely rude and showed no interest in finding a solution. He neither offered us a replacement nor did he accommodate us in terms of price - not even the option of paying for just one of two burgers was considered. Instead we had to go to him as he wasn't willing to come to our table himself. The waiter, on the other hand, was friendly and tried hard, but unfortunately couldn't clarify the situation. It's a shame, especially given the positive experiences so far. We had to pay and got up hungry.

Wherever he gets it from, I could break my skin because of the harshness, and even though we told them, he defends his meat without caring. Do not recommend!!! We were only in Torisdorf for one day and wanted to eat something before we left in the evening. From the outside, the restaurant looked well-kept, so we decided to go inside. We had two small children with us and thought it would be a place where we could feel comfortable. We told the waiter we wanted to eat and sat at the table he assigned. The restaurant was not crowded, there were still a few tables available. As we browsed the menu, we noticed that the prices were very high compared to similar restaurants. Nevertheless, we accepted that and continued to look at the map. Meanwhile, my wife was reading some reviews and noticed that some didn't like the kebab meat and others rated the pizzas and pide as not good. Many also complained about the service and behavior of the waiters. We then decided to order soup just for the children, warm drinks for us and maybe some fries. However, we then learned that fries are only sold to take away and cannot be served at the table - a rule that seemed completely absurd to us. As we placed our order, the waiter's expression changed noticeably. He said, “You said you wanted to eat and now you’re just ordering soup? Today is Saturday, we have reserved a table for you. We now have to tell the guests at the door that there is no space left.” We were initially speechless about this bold remark. I then looked around and noticed that there were no guests waiting in front of the door, nor were all the tables in the restaurant occupied - there were at least three other free tables besides us. We explained to the waiter that we had changed our minds. After all, soup is a dish and we wanted to keep it that way. But the conversation became increasingly unpleasant. It was obvious that the waiter - probably the last representative of a capitalist mindset - made it clear that he was only interested in higher sales. When he didn't get what he wanted, he openly took his anger out on us. We then left the restaurant. Until the last moment we thought it must be a bad joke, but the waiter was serious and felt he was in the right. We explained to him that we had decided against a main course because we were not convinced by the reviews from other guests. We just wanted to eat soup with the kids for 15-20 minutes and then leave. Unfortunately, the waiter's behavior confirmed exactly the bad reviews we had previously read. His demeanor was unfriendly, unpleasant and not very empathetic. For families with young children, eating together at a restaurant is special, and there aren't many places that aren't kid-friendly. However, this restaurant only seems to see people as “paying customers” and the waiter probably had an amount in mind for us of around 60 euros. When he realized that this turnover would not be achieved, he took out his frustration on us. This is completely incomprehensible. There is no minimum purchase of products in any restaurant or store, and if you change your mind, that should be respected. If we had actually seen waiting guests or no free tables, we would have given up our place anyway. The children would have needed a maximum of half an hour to eat. We hope to meet people with more empathy and communication skills in the future. Bon appetit!

I'm diabetic, I didn't feel well yesterday. I asked the gentleman at the counter if I could please use the toilet for a moment; I would be happy to pay for that too. The only answer was, go to the fridge and buy something, then you can. I put it in the fridge even though I was about to pass out and 0.5 drinks for almost 4!!!! Purchased euros so that I can use the toilet in an emergency situation. Incredible and in total contrast to all the videos on TikTok and Co where you always act as helpful and a Samaritan. All show! I won't be entering this store again in my life and it's a mockery that they still advertise it as "barrier-free". I can only advise against any physically impaired person. 👎

You definitely won't get tired of it, for the money you can get twice as much and with better taste/quality. The team is incredibly friendly and accommodating, you are immediately warmly welcomed and served. The food is simply great! I had a kebab and it was great - fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned and the portions were generous. You immediately notice that quality and taste come first here. All in all a great place to enjoy authentic Turkish food. I can only recommend it to anyone who values ​​good food and great service. I'll definitely be back!

One kebab was well full with salad, the other kebab was only half full. The meat was old and was already cut when I got to the store. Had diarrhea for two days. Ordered 2 Falafel Dürüm and fries. Delivery time was very long at 1.5 hours, but I can handle that. Had dinner there recently. We had a sac kavurma (stir-fried lamb) which was served to me on a plate. Even in a stand-up snack bar you can get this dish served in a pan and, as we all know, your eyes eat with you! There was also no bread or Merse (sauces) for starters, which is actually standard everywhere. The service was nice but the rest left a lot to be desired. Then it's better to go a few meters further to Oberlarer;)
