Since I got my no1 in Troisdorf! Food always arrives on time and is still very warm. I can highly recommend the pizzas and the currywurst... the Mexican food that is offered is not seasoned in a Mexican way, so I wouldn't order it again.

Was very tasty and very punctual. Only to be recommended 👍👍👍

We have been very satisfied the last few times. But a lot went wrong on the weekend and then this nasty scam. Rip-off family pizza around 45 cm half half toppings. Normal price around €26. If half half is topped with a second different type (same price) then the pizza will be €10 more expensive because these ingredients are charged individually. This is not said on the phone either. An impudence. There was no agreement on site. Instructions from the boss.

Everything we tried was consistently very tasty. The deliveries always arrived quickly and hot. The messengers were all nice. What more could you want? The prices for what is on offer are perfectly fine. We will continue to be customers.

Very fast delivery and very tasty tortellini. I had to add some seasoning, but that's a matter of taste and therefore perfectly fine. We are very satisfied, always happy. :)

In the past, we have ordered from PIZZA KÖNIG very often as a family, with friends and also as individuals. We were never disappointed. Ordering online always worked 100%. The food almost always came 'in time'. Friendly delivery people! And actually the most important thing: the food was always to our complete satisfaction! PIZZA KÖNIG definitely has us hooked!! Keep it up, team!

To this day we have always enjoyed ordering from Pizza König because the pizza tastes very good - but today we had pre-ordered specifically for 7:30 p.m. and the pizza arrived at 6:30 p.m. When I called to clarify this, I was told that I had called that the food should be delivered immediately, which is not true.

Food is cold - employees stressed and unfriendly, delivery never complete, mostly wrong food but at least it's better than no food at all... I'm sorry, but please change something!

Yep...two chances and now it's over! Food comes on time but is still cold and every time we order it is just not complete! Of course it still arrives 40-60 minutes after the first delivery! People seem to be completely overwhelmed and unfriendly! Just order directly where it cost a little more - then you won't be so disappointed!

I got some spaghetti and a salad to go today. The food was delicious. It was also a filling portion. The prices were okay I didn't have to wait long. I'll be back because I've always been happy here.

I had ordered a calzone special (gyro meat, onions and tzatziki), first a Margherita pizza was delivered, then a calzone which was probably filled with the last leftovers. It had peppers, pineapple, shepherd's cheese, scampis, spinach and lots of garlic in it. You won't find this calzone anywhere on the menu, and I'm also allergic to 3 foods from the wrong calzone. The phone call was also very unfriendly and I was not helped. I should clarify this with Lieferando.

Food not delivered as stated in the description! In the description it was called meat cream sauce and what arrived was a pure tomato sauce! When the complaint was made, they showed absolutely no willingness to compensate, despite understanding it!

The rating refers to the fact that despite the corresponding sign, there is always advertising in my mailbox. That really doesn't have to be the case

The only small catch is that the food isn't exactly cheap* - for a pizza place. Nevertheless, it is worth the money to us. * However, there is one thing you have to keep in mind. Waited 2 hours for currywurst and pizza rolls. I think our food was simply forgotten. When asked what we should do now since I had to wait 2 HOURS for the food (by the way, the fries were soggy and cold) they just said, as always, "Unfortunately I can't do anything for you now." Absolutely unprofessional and unhelpful recommend! After 1.5 hours I called and said my food is still not there. Then comes the typical answer “should come any moment”. 20 minutes pass.. nothing.. called again. Then suddenly the food was supposedly remade and sent. Fries cold as mentioned above. The food was simply forgotten. And you pay money for that.

Over 2 hours waiting time; not recommended! Very unfriendly when asked and unreasonable!

When we ordered we had to wait almost 2 hours then the food was already cold and the fries in the gyro were completely soggy, which is why it was a 2 out of 5.

Super rude employee. I called because the delivery hadn't arrived after 1.5 and he was super rude and said it would take a while. Super long waiting times for poor quality food. Ready pizza that takes over 1 hour. It's not worth it

Essen ist echt mega mann kann nicht viel falsch machen dabei... 4 Sterne weil ich einige Sonderwünsche vermisse aber wie gesagt es sind Sonderwünsche. Service in Ordnung kann man sich nicht beschweren...

Zusätzliche Zutaten werden oft vergessen

Wir haben hier schon öfters bestellt und geben immer wieder eine neue Chance denn die Pizzen an sich sind ganz lecker. ABER bisher kam keine einzige Bestellung an wie aufgegeben. Entweder fehlte was oder es kam das Falsche. Die Lieferung hat immer viel länger gedauert, als vorher angegeben. Und heute kam dann noch dazu, dass sie am Telefon wirklich unfreundlich geworden sind.

Gute Pizza und Lieferdienst. Der Laden ist meiner Meinung nach über die Jahre immer besser geworden

Relativ gut zu Kunden wenn mal was schief läuft zb mit der Bezahlung. Humane Preise. Deshalb 3 sterne. Allerdings habe ich dort über einen sehr langen Zeitraum bestimmt 1-2x die Woche bestellt mindestens... Leider gab es weder Soßen, pizzabrötchen oder irdgendein getränk mit dabei. Kannte ich aus köln bei meinen damaligen stammlieferanten nicht so. Und die letzten paar Male als ich bestellt habe hatte ich wirklich Magen Probleme bis zum nächsten Tag. Keine ahnung ob es zufällig so war oder eventuell durch das Essen. Bestellen werden wir nicht mehr

Lieferung innerhalb 45 Minuten, bis jetzt alles was wir bestellt haben war lecker.

Eigentlich immer lecker aber gestern hab ich Pizza Bomba bestellt, war total versalzen konnte man nicht essen.Hoffe das war ein Ausrutscher.

Ich kann nur über das Essen berichten, denn dort bestelle ich nur. Sehr gute Auswahl und es schmeckt immer.

Hatte 3€ zu wenig und sie haben trotzdem gegönnt ich liebe alles an diesem Laden!

Heute zum 2ten Mal nach langerZeit Pizza bestellt.Wir hatten die 31und die 33,super belegt auch sehr heiß.Wir waren mal wieder positiv überrascht, da wir vor 2 Jahren gar nicht mehr zufrieden waren.Ich hoffe die Qualität bleibt auf Dauer,dann bestellen wir auch weiterhin bei euch

Mangelhaft!!! Es wird nicht darüber aufgeklärt, dass bei Bestellungen unter 10,-€ Lieferkosten anfallen. Ich habe ausdrücklich nach dem Gesamtpreis gefragt und die telefonische Antwort lautete 8,70€. Erst als der arme Lieferboy an der Haustüre stand und den Endpreis von 10,-€ verlangte, klärte sich so einiges. Über diese Art von Kosten fehlt ebenfalls jegliche Spur auf der Pozza König Internet Seite. Laut Lieferant fallen diese versteckten Gebühren nur bei Bestellungen unter 10,-€ ! Über den geschmacklichen Flair möchte ich mich nicht mehr äußern. Die Bewertung sagt schon ALLES! LG

Meistens sehr lecker, dazu schnelle und punktgenaue zeitliche Lieferung! Nach dem Umbau noch einen Tick besser. Karte wurde erweitert. Es is(s)t jetzt kein Gourmettempel aber für einen Bestellservice sehr gut! Die letzten Bestellungen waren immer auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Auslieferungsfahrer stets pünktlich und nett. Bitte Trinkgelder nicht über Lieferando zahlen, sondern den Fahrer in bar geben.

An sich sind wir immer sehr zufrieden mit der Lieferzeit und dem Essen, allerdings hatte ich heute einen sehr unfreundlichen Lieferanten. Es gab kein Danke und bitte. Nicht mal beim Trinkgeld. Bin ich so nicht gewohnt und gehört meiner Meinung nach dazu egal wie hoch das Trinkgeld ist.

Jemand, der bei mir Werbung in den Briefkasten wirft, obwohl ich einen fetten Sticker gegen Werbung am Briefkasten kleben habe, bekommt von mir keine Unterstützung. Zudem könnte man auch vegane Gerichte anbieten, wenn man mich schon verlocken möchte haha.

Auf Empfehlung waren wir gestern bei Pizza König essen - Pizza Hawai und Lachsauflauf - spitzenqualit, super gewürzt - einfach sehr sehr lecker...
