This is the worst BK ever. Always understaffed, it takes forever. You always have to check orders because something is missing every time. It's just absolutely bad considering BK has had bad PR on a number of occasions now.

The staff was very friendly and relaxed, and special requests such as burgers without lettuce or cucumbers were catered for. The burgers were freshly prepared and were very tasty. The prices for the food and drinks are ok. We would be happy to come back and therefore definitely recommend the restaurant 😃👌!

Only when these are ready will further orders be accepted. This ended today in that, on the one hand, various customers chose to leave (presumably to the competition in the immediate vicinity) in frustration due to the long waiting time. On the other hand, my meal time was just enough for two other customers in line behind me to be served. When I left the restaurant, the other customers were standing in almost the same place. And I don't eat quickly... sad. Very sad picture. I would like to visit Burger King more often because of the larger vegetarian selection, but I definitely won't be coming back to this location.

When we arrived at the second counter there was a small argument between the customer in front of me and the employee Mr. Menge.
