Big war in meinem Big King Menü leider nur der Preis. Kartenzahlung gab es nicht dafür aber eine große Inkompetenz der Mitarbeiter, die sowohl Ketchup/Mayo, als auch ein gediegenes Burger Patty auf dem Big King vergessen haben. Meinen Gaumen hat es leider überhaupt nicht beglückt. Trotzdem war ich hier zweimal - das erste -und das letzte Mal.

Apparently the first Burger King with a new concept. Nothing is quick here, from taking the order to preparing it, it takes an extremely long time. 5 employees, 2 customers and nothing works. The employee behind the cash register is totally inexperienced. Waits for a burger to be prepared instead of continuing to take orders. Onion rings not crispy. Only got a handful of fries. At most half as much as usual. It's a shame, but nothing is going well here. Unfortunately there is no order terminal which would have at least saved us the long wait to accept our order.

I would like to thank you because this restaurant once again made the decision for me whether I wanted to eat there or not. The poor guy on site had to take care of the orders and the drive-in. Since the two people in front of me took almost 20 minutes, I left without the guilty conscience that usually arises after a visit to Burger King. Fast food takes half an hour, with the wrong size fries and fried too short. Someone at the drive-in counter who is also responsible for restaurant orders. Apparently there was only one person in the kitchen. And that at 6 p.m.!

Since the counter at the start of the drive-in is intact, vehicles must drive up to the second counter to place their order. The customer, an older gentleman, probably had neither the time nor the understanding for this (I was behind him in the car). When we arrived at the second counter there was a small argument between the customer in front of me and the employee Mr. Menge. While the customer, in my opinion, acted very abusively and incomprehensibly, the employee Mr. Menge reacted very competently, courteously and did not let himself be disturbed. Above all, however, Mr. Menge continued to treat his next customers in a friendly manner and with very good service. I will gladly come again!

I ordered plant based nuggets and luckily tried them straight away in the car. They were meat nuggets. So I was able to complain about it and got the right nuggets. In the Drive In 2 menus 2 Chili Cheese Fries and an xtra Chili Cheese. Didn't get a receipt, despite asking several questions and the answer was in the bag. The fries were correct. Two menus became one and one didn't have fries but wedges or something. The menu, which was no longer supposed to be Double Gaude, was just a simple one and not even tasty. The Xtra Chili Chesse Burger had no cheese or pepperoni. The nice lady who made our food was hopelessly overwhelmed, I hope it was her first day. I would prefer to give minus stars. Ordered food, last went there over a year ago and had problems, now ordered there again for the sake of the children. Waited for over 1 1/2 hours with a waiting time of 30-60 minutes, so the temperature was accordingly. 1 burger wasn't included in the order, which unfortunately we noticed too late, there's no one available in the restaurant... some of it is busy, but when that goes by, that's it again and no one can answer it... that was for Definitely the last time we ordered there.

Chicken Nuggets sind einfach Tiefkühl-Chicken-Minischnitzel. Sau ekelhaft! Die Pommes sind kalt und die Soße auf den Burgern schmeckt nach abgelaufen. Einfach nur noch widerlich.

Habe für 21,17 EUR bei Burger King Troisdorf bestellt und 1 Pommes, 1 Hamburger und irgend 1 anderen Burger (Keine Ahnung welchen) erhalten. Und versuche das nun seit 2 Std. telefonisch zu reklamieren. Es geht "keiner" ans Telefon. Geld futsch und immer noch Hunger So geht es nicht. Ich habe über Lieferando bestellt. Lieferando sagt, ich muss mich selber drum kümmern? Ich soll/muss da anrufen, wo keiner ans Telefon geht. Was ein mieser Service ist das bitte schön?
