Although the BK branch is not characterized by groundbreaking speed, it is still one of the faster locations.

Years ago, I tried Burger King again, as I used to really like it. Unfortunately, the employee was extremely unfriendly. He threw two toys into the kids' boxes. When I politely asked about the current Peppa promotion, all I got was, "Of course they're not there anymore." Aha... Unfortunately, the Crispy Chicken burger patties tasted completely dry and stale. The nuggets were the same. Only the fries were good. Unfortunately, we won't be going to Burger King again.

Hello everyone I ate at the above-mentioned Burger King with my mother today. 1. It took a relatively long time for me to order. 2. My food took a very long time to arrive. 3. My two burgers were very cold (after complaining, they were heated in the microwave, which made the burger very soggy). 4. My mother observed one person working behind the counter and three people talking in the kitchen. (Like the city of Cologne, one person working and three people watching.) The store was very dirty (see pictures). Unfortunately, very bad. 1 star is already too many.

Not a single star :( Beef tastes like cardboard and not grilled, constant mistakes in orders, dirty, unfriendly. Was there 2 years ago...unfortunately nothing has changed.

It was definitely my last visit. The quality has simply gotten worse and it's a disaster.

Really disappointed to find the kings beef was off the menu but got a cheesy bacon as a substitute which was really well prepared and staff were friendly and spoke very well in English which is always cool. 😎

After the 30 minute waiting experience we were finally able to order. This gave me the opportunity to experience unfriendly customer service. Questions were responded to bluntly. A customer asked why it took so long for the food to be ready. The only answer was: “I can’t do anything”. The trainee who was working on his second day was also treated unkindly. Some customers used the time in the queue to change their mind and left the restaurant without ordering. The food was typical BK without objections. But then it's better to look for another branch.

There is only 1 person at the counter, 10 people in line, and it's been half an hour and only 2 people have been able to order.

Worst Burger King we have ever visited! Unfriendly, incompetent and slow employees. Luckily we don't have to stop here again.

First of all, the burgers are very good and actually fresh, but: The service and the waiting time are a complete disaster. If there are more than three people in front of you, you can walk out again or easily plan on waiting 10 minutes before you can even order. The branch is completely understaffed. Someone at the counter takes the order, handles the drive-in and operates the deep fryer. Someone in the kitchen who makes the burgers and other stuff. This means that the guy at the counter can only make order after order, which leads to uncharacteristically long waiting times for Burger King. Otherwise the branch is pretty dirty and very outdated. But, the food is always good. If you survive the waiting time and don't wonder how clean the kitchen might be when the rest of the shop is incredibly dirty 🫡

I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant was clean, the order was taken quickly, and my burger was fresh and hot. The staff was friendly and attentive - I'll be happy to come here again when I'm in the area. The seating was also comfortable and everything seemed well-kept. Fast food is fun!

Just got home with “my” order from the drive thru. I paid almost EUR 22, - I ordered coupon 278 Whopper + Big King with large fries and cola and additional bacon, cheese and jalapenos on the Whopper. Plus 2 x Crispy Chicken for the price of one. The Big King is completely missing!!!??? The Whopper has NO bacon and NO cheese!!!??? Only the jalapenos were on it. The Big King costs EUR 5.99 and the missing extras on the Whopper total EUR 2.00 So I was cheated out of EUR 8 here, and what I ordered and paid for was simply missing. I will show this review as “proof” on my next visit and expect to be compensated accordingly. A really unacceptable achievement and very, very annoying. Can't be that difficult when you order 4 burgers and pay for 4 and not only calculate the ordered extras but also deliver them.

Very nice service but unfortunately alone and completely overwhelmed and the chef was Speedy himself. Otherwise clean and tidy and everything in order.

The looooooooongest waiting time. It seems like the workers only work for drive through. If you want to sit - you’ll wait for hours. Just clocked - cashier took an order and it took 9 minutes until he took another order. Atmosphere is so so the dirty trays are piled up and it’s difficult to put a tray in as everything is full. We ordered via Lieferando and could have lived with the long delivery time if the food had been complete, edible and warm. It was the worst food we have ever had prepared by Burger King. The branch cannot be reached by telephone. We hope to receive a refund for the items not delivered.

The young man I was able to admire at work was previously a hotel manager at the Hotel Ernst in Cologne. Hope his work is appreciated and he quickly climbs the career ladder. Why am I writing this? There were 4 customers in front of me and several more vehicles in the drive in. He managed it alone. I am a service provider myself and was impressed by his quick, level-headed and friendly manner and told him so.

Service catastrophic. All no plan of anything at all. It took 20 minutes until I could order. And 20 minutes until I saw my food. Totally cheeky! The only woman who is really correct here is the older lady. The rest absolutely no words!!! Not recommended at all!!!

It's a shame about the one star. We were there a week ago and wanted to eat there. We waited for almost half an hour without anything happening except that the older "lady" who was probably responsible for the orders walked back and forth and looked us up and down disparagingly. Maybe you're not used to people over 50 eating there too. Or wanted to eat. We were there once and never again. The arrogant ignorance was enough for us and we went to McDonald's.

Just went to the drive-thru and had several vouchers. The employee immediately informed me that it would take a little longer because colleagues were absent due to illness and the restaurant was completely full. It went relatively quickly after all. I received several bags and each time the employee told me what was in the bag and what was still missing. Excellent service despite a high level of stress. Absolute class!!!

Despite the fact that there was only one colleague at the checkout today. Means taking orders, getting orders ready and it was full. He was in a good mood and mastered everything tremendously. Props to this man. Extremely good with children. He deserves a raise! (Blonde with Turkish roots)

Ich habe am 02. Februar dort 2 Kings Beef Double Menüs zu je 15,49€ das Stück gekauft . Zu Hause angekommen, musste ich feststellen, dass bei den beiden teuren Burgern die Tomaten, der Bacon und der Käse fehlten. Das nenne ich Betrug.

Update 2025: Ordered Kings Beef Double twice. For 15€ each. Found at home that both of them were missing the tomatoes, bacon and cheese. That's what I call cheating!! After a few rather mixed visits, today was the low point. Many products are sold out, but you don't have to mark that anywhere. It's enough if the waitress tells you in a grumpy tone. Then absolute chaos in the completion of the goods. One of the 2!! The guy in the kitchen didn't want to put my wings in the deep fryer at first. Last but not least, forever waiting. Somehow people didn't understand the term fast food restaurant. Goodbye BK. I'll just go to McD again

The very last thing was waiting forever for one waitress, not taking part in any promotions and finally getting the wrong one because the waitress no longer had an overview. I'm a big Burgerking fan. But this has nothing to do with "fast" food. The waiting time is enormous. As soon as there is more than 1 car in the drive-in, you don't even need to try if you're in a bit of a hurry. This branch is also chronically understaffed. It's a shame, it had potential.

No recommendation! We ate there and the whole place was dingy. The frying oil smelled burnt. We cleaned the tables ourselves and the floor felt greasy. Two of us vomited in the night, We won't go there anymore.

Half of the order was missing, if you try to contact someone you can't get it, the last time it was ordered there.

The delivery took 2 hours and during this time the store was unreachable. I called probably 20 times without success. In the end you didn't even have my complete order, I'm in a lot of pain

I report on my visit on December 14, 2024 at lunchtime. Order was placed through the drive thru. The employee at the window was very nice and the kitchen processed my order quickly. The food is top notch, definitely up to Bürger King standards. Unfortunately, I often experience in other branches that the vegetarian products I ordered turn out to be meat products, which is annoying after I've already driven away. But everything was great here. Food was hot, didn't take long and tasted good. I ordered Plant based Whopper I'm menu with chili cheese fries. I am satisfied with this branch and would like to come back if I am in the area again. The only drawback: The parking lot wasn't particularly clean, there was trash that other guests apparently threw out the window. But otherwise great.

I've never waited so long for a fast food burger. The store was understaffed and dirty, the toilets were disgusting too. Food was ok, ice cream machine had been broken for 4 days.

Disastrous waiting times! 30 minutes until the order was taken, another 25 until the food was ready…. The whole branch was full of smoke that made your eyes burn and the cleanliness of the seats and windows... I hope everything stays there. @BurgerKing - you really have to check the branch here. I've never experienced anything like this anywhere!

The food (Whopper with fries) was freshly prepared and came hot 🔥 in the bag. The service was busy but still friendly.

Food is standard. Like any other Burger King. But: the service staff is terrible. At least the one that was present at 5pm on 04/27/23. By that I mean the older lady with gray hair and glasses and the fatter lady with black hair and piercings. Dear BK team, perhaps you should organize your work better. Because these women were absolutely unsuitable for service work. Every guest constantly made provocative statements, even though they wanted to order their food as normal. This wasn't even justified by high visitor numbers, because they didn't exist at the time. If I ask an employee where I can find the straws, she has to answer me normally and not with a bitchy "there are 100 of them"! At least that’s what she gets paid for. We'll definitely give this BK a wide berth in the future, because you really don't want to see these ladies twice 😁 PS: Conversations between employees are fine, but not if you can hear them throughout the entire store. I drove into the drive in, waited 10 minutes in front of the intercom, wasn't served and no one even spoke to me. Then I thought that the intercom might be broken and drove up to the window. There I would be seen but ignored. I then parked and went in. I would have a long chat with the customers and talk about private things. The queue got longer and longer. I waited another 10 minutes. There were still the same people at the checkout who had probably already ordered, but it didn't go any further. I've now gone to McDonald's and unfortunately I've had bad experiences with this Burger King over the years. Sad

We had to stand at the checkout for 15 minutes before we were even served. The customer in front of us left because she didn't want to wait any longer. 4 people there, one is standing at the back eating fries, an older lady is standing at the window and chatting privately, the other two talk and laugh. The customers are ignored. The tables look amazing!!! Nobody was wiped down. It's 10:30 p.m. and there are 4 customers in the store so it's not busy. 3 men come after us, after waiting 10 minutes they get tired of it and leave. Service looks different! And look at the ground, what it looks like everywhere there. Never again!!!

What a shame we had to wait 30 minutes for a citizen whose meat was smaller than usual. The cola tasted like water and the chocolate milkshake like coffee. I don't even want to start with the toilets, there was a big brown pile on the toilet lid and most of the toilets weren't even flushed. In addition, the floor was sticky and the tablet return area was overflowing.

Every time something is forgotten in the drive-thru. Today the height - you order the Long Texas BBQ, you just get a CHICKEN Long Texas BBQ? Then even better, there is no cheese on the burgers?? And why was one of the burgers spicy? Waited for the comeback for years in vain :-) Oh yes: the lady at the drive in simply takes the customer's debit card and puts it on the payment device herself. So no training available?

We were at BK Spich today. First the employee didn't understand us, then they didn't have any snack buckets and then we had to wait a long time!

The food was OK. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the shift was understaffed. It took forever until I placed the order and the food was ready, despite there being little crowd. Many tables had not been cleared (visitors are supposed to put their trays in the carts provided) and the floor was dirty. The last time I was here was a few years ago and I wonder how a branch like this can survive.

Caves bad. The burgers just slapped together. Unfriendly service. Icy cold in the restaurant. Toilets dirty and flushing constantly. Broken toilet lid. Service cart is overflowing with tablets and trash. Never experienced such a bad Burger King. Never again.

Worst BK service ever. The lady behind the counter let the drivers get off at the drive-in and serve them in the restaurant because it was too stressful for her to serve at the window. I've just been waiting at the drive in for 20 minutes. No reaction. Don't come forward or back. I'm complaining about the terminal. Answer: “It’s Sunday!” A dude looks out the window in front of me and shakes his head. I just want to get out of here! Complain again. Feedback from the terminal: “You will no longer receive anything from us”. When I stand at the terminal after another 10 minutes without ordering and ask if an apology would be appropriate, the overwhelmed operator explains to me that so many people order and every burger is freshly prepared and the customers (including me) would be so ungrateful. Also: “Who else wants to work?” Honest? Under such conditions, I recommend closing this restaurant. That doesn't work at all!

Bottom line for all drinks. Chocolate sauce is not real chocolate. Nuggets (in the burger and individually) old rubber tires. Fanta immediately turns the cup completely yellow. All in all sad!

We had to wait 25 minutes in the drive-in until we could place our order, and there was only one car in front of us. After 50 minutes we got our food. So if I have to go quickly I would go somewhere else. Any normal restaurant is faster.

Worst store ever. Too few staff, everyone works way too slowly, they don't feel like it at all and they don't even care if you emphasize a little louder that it can't be right if you stand there and wait for half an hour for 4 burgers. Nobody cares about it at all, the employee even enjoys having a smoke even though the line is all the way to the door. The shop is filthy to no end, the floor is dirty, there's stuff lying around everywhere and the trays aren't being cleared out of the cart, which is already so full that other trays are just standing there next to it. Simply terrible, the health department should go there and close the shop

There were simply not enough staff for the rush hour that day, so we had to wait over 20 minutes until our order was taken. And in a so-called fast food restaurant! The dishes we ordered were prepared directly for us and were accordingly fresh and hot. Otherwise, as you know from this chain, everything is normal.

Great team and very tasty burgers! We were guests at Burger King in Troisdorf. The staff was very friendly and relaxed, and special requests such as burgers without lettuce or cucumbers were catered for. The burgers were freshly prepared and were very tasty. The prices for the food and drinks are ok. We would be happy to come back and therefore definitely recommend the restaurant 😃👌!

Big war in meinem Big King Menü leider nur der Preis. Kartenzahlung gab es nicht dafür aber eine große Inkompetenz der Mitarbeiter, die sowohl Ketchup/Mayo, als auch ein gediegenes Burger Patty auf dem Big King vergessen haben. Meinen Gaumen hat es leider überhaupt nicht beglückt. Trotzdem war ich hier zweimal - das erste -und das letzte Mal.

No “fast” food. My visit today was marked by a 50 minute wait to order. Unfortunately, the concept of the location doesn't work at all. They are trying to bring a large amount of freshly prepared fast food to customers with too few staff. Unfortunately it doesn't work at all. Inside, orders can be taken from a maximum of two people at the same time. These are then prepared (in parallel with the drive-thru orders). The lady inside is sometimes just waiting for the burgers. Only when these are ready will further orders be accepted. This ended today in that, on the one hand, various customers chose to leave (presumably to the competition in the immediate vicinity) in frustration due to the long waiting time. On the other hand, my meal time was just enough for two other customers in line behind me to be served. When I left the restaurant, the other customers were standing in almost the same place. And I don't eat quickly... sad. Very sad picture. I would like to visit Burger King more often because of the larger vegetarian selection, but I definitely won't be coming back to this location.
