Worst kebab I've ever eaten. The boss is also disrespectful and walks around with a cigarette between customers, never again.

Hello, I just ate a doner kebab for €6.50. I paid €20, but only received €3.50 in change. Do you remember? I assume it was an oversight. Please let me know.

Everything was great! The chef is great 👍🏽 I come here again and again to eat and have never been disappointed.

My wife's French fries were in old grease. Chicken nuggets were burnt. My kebab, well, had stomach problems. And when I pointed out to the staff that the fries and nuggets were burnt and inedible, they didn't react. I will never visit this filthy place again.

YUCK !!!!! Ice-cold impudence!!! One star is way too many!!! If you go to a kebab/doner or rotisserie or whatever the place is called at 9:30 p.m. and it's actually still open for another hour, you certainly don't expect everything to be left at that time, but the food should still be "hot"! My favorite doner kebab is "Dürum Döner" because I prefer the dough roll to flatbread. My dough roll was already on the switched-off contact grill as an "alibi" and was pulled out (cold), and my chicken was also already pre-sliced in the aluminum or stainless steel scoop, just waiting for someone to come along and rescue it. Consequently, the entire Dürum Döner was ice-cold!! But since I had bought it to go, I unfortunately noticed this on the drive home after I had already taken a bite. Dear "Troisdorfer Kebab Haus" owners, if I'd wanted something "cold" to eat, I would have made myself a sandwich or a roll at home. And not bought an ice-cold Dürum doner from you for €7.50. That was a waste of money. It's only €7.50, but I won't give you any more money for ice-cold food. But I actually doubt I'll ever put myself through that again. It's your own fault, that's for sure. Anyone who's too lazy to serve their guests something decent for their money will hopefully lose a lot of customers. THOUGHTERS COMMENTING ON RECEIVED CRITICISM IS ONLY ADMITTING THAT THEY JUSTLY RECEIVED THE CRITICISM. YOU SHOULD THINK ABOUT THAT, OWNER!!! TELL ME, MR. OWNER, WHY ARE YOU LYING SO BRAZENLY AND OUTRAGEOUSLY AND TRYING TO PORTRAY ME AS A LIAR?! YOU SHOULD BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THAT, OTHERWISE YOU COULD END UP WITH A DEFAMATION SUIT. SO ALWAYS STICK TO THE TRUTH, EVEN IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT! IT WAS EXACTLY AS I DESCRIBED IT AND NOTHING ELSEWHERE! I DIDN'T WANT TO USE YOUR RESTROOMS EVEN BECAUSE I BOUGHT THE DÜRUM Döner DIRECTLY TO GO. IF YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE DOING, THEN PERHAPS YOU SHOULD BETTER REPLACE YOUR STAFF THAN TRYING TO POLISH UP CRITICISM WITH LIES!

Very friendly staff who care about customer satisfaction. You can help yourself to tea for free, and the food is always good and fresh, with large and plentiful portions. Special requests are always fulfilled, and the prices (lower than any in the area) for these portions are always justified. I really enjoy eating there or picking it up myself. I was there and ordered a kebab and a bottle of coke and when I paid I noticed that there wasn't enough money and I told the seller please just the kebab, what did he say to me with a real evil look? I already typed in the checkout to the city to tell me everything will be fine next time, or ok then just the kebab, he was so unfriendly that I told the company about it. Nobody goes there anymore, so the customers lose to every other kebab shop would have said no problem because of 1 euro

After a long time we came here again for lunch. Nothing has changed, the quality of the food is very good and the service staff is friendly, fast and attentive. Gladly again.

Iskender Kebab is actually a pretty simple dish: flatbread cubes, kebab meat, butter and tomato sauce, yogurt, some decorative vegetables and you're done. Nevertheless, it is mostly a short-lived pleasure, as the bread cubes quickly soak up the sauces and the once delicious bread mutates into a barely edible mush. But everything is done right here. The flatbread is thoroughly toasted and flattened so that it has fewer pores and stays crispy for a long time. In addition, it is not liquid but solid yogurt. Rarely had such a perfect Iskender kebab!

I ate a Turkish pizza with doner kebab and sauce here today and I'm thrilled. The pizza was freshly prepared and not pre-baked like others. The meat and sauce were also delicious. All in all very tasty and a huge portion.

Amazing food and very good service. Iskembe is really well made, fresh and tasty (very difficult to find this nowadays) and it is the second best I have had so far. Kebab is very tasty and sandwich is well balanced, not soggy and well seasoned. Friendly and helpfull staff, eye for service. Difficulty parking and slightly old interior do not disturb, I have decided to give this location 5 stars due to all previously mentioned. Definitely a recommended place to visit.

I have known and visited the store for more than ten years. The food is fresh and the service is always courteous. The portions are good, the food is tasty. Unfortunately, a dough machine was purchased there some time ago, which now makes the dough flatbreads mechanically. The Lahmacun is now significantly smaller and lighter, but the price has not changed. The Dürüm is no longer made by hand; purchased goods are now used. Too bad. Manual labor does not seem to be profitable here either. Doner bag still highly recommended!

I bought a kebab and I got a Pape kebab. The minced meat kebab was thin that you bit on paper 😂😂😂 so you didn't convince me as a customer. Work on quality rather than your appearance.

So the boys could make a pretty good kebab but unfortunately it doesn't work. The meat is simply pressed into the bottom of the kebab bread and the salad is then placed on top. Unfortunately, this procedure results in half a salad bag and bread with meat. The sauce just ends up on the salad. A little tip for handing it out to the customer is to ask yourself whether you would eat it yourself now. I hardly believe it. Unfortunately, this happens far too often so I would only come back in a few months to see if there has been a change.

Recently there have only been young employees there; unfortunately the old and good employees are no longer there. We were there and had 2 kebabs and a pizza, the pizza wasn't cut properly as soon as you picked up a piece everything fell down. The kebab was ok, but not well coordinated - the old employees had a better coordination of how much sauce, salad, etc. The young employees looked overwhelmed and very stressed, didn't know who to serve first or what to do first. There were several complaints at once - one of them was smoking outside with gloves on and then we saw him serving customers and preparing food with the same gloves on. We were regular customers there, but unfortunately since the young team arrived, the food no longer tastes good and the waiting times are very long.

Das Essen ist Wurdervoll das personal sind immer positiv drauf, und im monat des fastens gibt das personal noch eine mandel um das fasten zu brechen. Ich empfehle es unbedingt einmal dort zu essen ♥️

Die Männer an der Theke sind so unglaublich freundlich und korrekt und der Falafel Dürüm ist sehr lecker!! Als ich erst nach der Bestellung bemerkte, dass ich kein Bargeld dabei hab, meinte der nette Mann dass alles okay sei und ich in Ruhe essen sollte 😭💗

Das Essen war gut. Was ich nicht nett fand, daß der Chef seinen Mitarbeiter vor der Kundschaft fertig gemacht hat, d. H. hat auf ihn geschimpft, dass er seinen Aufgaben nicht ganz nachgegangen ist. Sowas macht man nicht vor der Kundschaft und im geschützten, privaten Bereich. War schon dem Mitarbeiter unangenehm und uns ebenfalls. Bitte das nächste Mal mehr Respekt für das Personal!

Guter Laden, preiswertes und sehr schmackhaftes Essen. Wechselnde Tagesgerichte sind auch klasse. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und guter Service machten Lust auf mehr, und darum immer wieder mal gerne!

Service ist ok ,die Gerichte sind lecker ,das Döner Fleisch ist auch kein 0-8-15 Spieß. Nur in stressigen Tagen wo viel los ist leidet manchmal die Qualität.

Wer wirklich Ahnung hat vom Essen, und Dönner ja der ist hier im Dönnerhaus Richtig. Das Essen ist sehr sehr Sauber, frisch Zubereitet, Pfleglich immer Top, und das Personal ist stehts bemüht den Kunden Zufrieden zu stellen. Die Preise sind in Ordnung im Gegensatz zu anderen Dönner Läden. 5 € für ein Dönner da kann mann nichts sagen. Das ist der Beste Dönnerladen in Troisdorf.
