Yes, very fast and very, very friendly service. The food is brought to your table. The woman who cleans also greets you friendly. It's simply great here.

The place was simply disgusting—the floor, tables, and benches were dirty! The staff didn't even say hello and weren't particularly friendly!

Killian is a very bad employee. His service was not very good.

I've been satisfied for a good 12 years, but unfortunately, these were the last times for me. There were a lot of young employees there, most of whom seemed to have nothing to do, throwing paper balls around and giggling among themselves. In short, the atmosphere was like a seventh-grade class. The burgers were sparsely filled and the toppings weren't clean. The young cashier, however, was friendly, helpful, and also seemed ashamed of her colleagues' behavior. One star for her :)

Guten Morgen, zusammen mit meiner Freundin war ich gerade eben im McDonalds. Wir gaben unsere Bestellung auf und das Essen kam zügig und war in Ordnung. Leider stinkt es in dem gesamten McDonald’s nach Urin, ziemlich ekelerregend. Die Reinigung sollte dringend optimiert werden. Schönen Tag noch.

I'd already given up hope of a clean McDonald's until I went here for the first time! A clean McDonald's restaurant, even clean restrooms, plus friendly employees, and even a clean outdoor seating area and parking lot! It seems miracles still happen in this country!

Drive-thru: 1:30 a.m., a Fish McNugget, a cheeseburger, and a Big Tasty Bacon. The only hot burger was the Fish McNugget, but it was awfully well-made. Big Tasty cold, cheeseburger cold. Relatively long wait considering everything was cold.

One star is still too much, the tables were totally dirty, the burgers were cold, not even lukewarm, the fries were also cold and like rubber, I could have stuffed a handful of hair ties in my mouth, so never again will I go to McDonald's

I'm very disappointed. A small shred of cheese on the burger as you can see in the picture. This is McDonald's austerity policy. Really sad for a company that makes millions in sales.

Listless, annoyed employees. Nobody wants to work and the “boss” licks her fingers every now and then and then continues to serve without maintaining hygiene. Once and never again, it's really outrageous how things work there!!

Unfortunately, the orders are never correct; something is always missing. If you want to check in the store, you're yelled at. The food is usually very poorly prepared. The staff is usually unfriendly.

An absolute disaster. The staff is extremely unfriendly. When asked, they don't give a proper explanation, they just say it's the way it is. Everything is missing from an order. I'd say it's pure refusal to work. Not to mention the endless wait times. I don't recommend McDonald's!!!!

Best no star. The service was really not nice. We were there on March 21st, 2025 at 3:00 a.m. Didn't understand anything. Then a cheeseburger was missing. The fries felt absolutely shit, they were 5 days old, absolutely not cooked through and cold... they were also difficult to understand because ketchup and sweet and sour sauce are not the same.. a task and then shit too 🥲 something should definitely change!!

Whoever was at the deep fryer today shortly before 8:30 p.m. and made the fries, never, ever, ever let him/her away from it again. Today they were the best Mäkkes fries I've had in a long time, not soggy, not flabby, just crispy, hot, salted to the right limit, I loved it, really loved it. Maybe we were in the right place at the right time and the portal closed again after we were there, we don't know. But I suspect that there was someone at the deep fryer who just had it, yeah. Thanks for that. The burgers today were, as usual, very good. All in all, I think this Mäkkes branch is relatively exemplary and I like to munch here. So guys, keep it up.

A clean and good branch compared to other McDonald's. Unfortunately, the drive-in concept is not good and causes bad routes and traffic jams. Nevertheless, always grateful for the opportunity to quickly get something edible.

I don't know if there is a new standardization for this franchise, but the standardized recipe or preparation time is rarely adhered to. Ingredients are always missing from burgers and if you ask about them constructively; no one is able to deal with guest complaints. If that's your new requirement, that's fine, but I'm definitely missing the right approach in the catering industry.

Monday evening, 10 customers were counted in the store and 13 EMPLOYEES in the kitchen!!! Still there were no license plates to bring the order to the table. The tables were dirty, and the bread was warm and the meat was cold. Outrageous.

Update. Cheeseburger cold, cheese not nearly melted, fries light, almost white, iced tea... More like water with a dash of syrup, chicken nuggets were good as usual, staff very friendly. Update January 30, 2025, cheeseburger cold again, cheese not melted again, the toy was missing from the Happymeal, a shame. Wrap also cold. However, I would like to mention that it took me 15 minutes from pre-order to pickup.

I'm not a fan of McDonald's per se, but due to time constraints I go there every now and then. The branch here is great. No matter how full it is, the Mcdrive always gets the food out super quickly and hot too. A real model branch. Staff also friendly 👍🏽👍🏽

Burgers and fries usually arrive at the table cold. Even if you get new fries as a replacement, they are cold again. Apparently they were the same fries from the first time. The store will never see me again.

Today I was deceived and unfortunately I didn't order any pieces of chicken.

Showcase branch! I was in Spich for work last week and so I couldn't avoid a visit to McDonald's. ;) I was surprised, almost positively shocked, at how quickly it went there and how friendly the staff is. It took less than 5 minutes from the drive thru counter where you place the order to driving out. This is honestly the best time I've ever had in a McDonald's. And yet the food was hot and the drink was cold. I ordered something vegetarian and something with fish. The outside area was clean and the inside looked clean as well from what you could see through the windows. You really want a branch like this everywhere. Others can follow an example. I'd love to come back.

So apart from the fact that no one there has vocal cords to communicate orders. Number 199 is definitely still waiting for the request because you can always speak very quietly in a crowded store... HappyMeal only half full, fruit missing, fries missing. Child is visibly disappointed. You are no longer asked which toy you want. (And there was still the choice!) As always, the fries were missing from my order. My wife misses the salad. So you should only visit the branch in Troisdorf if you can afford to forego 50%. Order a burger with fries from the Monopoly menu and ONLY get the burger. Of course, you can't check your order on site, as you would slow down the other customers. So the store was a complete disaster.

Bottomless impudence. Unfortunately the food was inedible. The only warm thing about the burger was the pickles (however that works), and the burger was far dry and hard. It's just a standard Mcdonald's, but I personally like it better than other McDonald's. The service is always great, but things are often forgotten in times of stress.

The food was brought to me by a woman (medium hair, glasses, Vans sneakers. When she approached with the tray, I tried to make eye contact but couldn't. She stared stubbornly at a wall at a 90 degree angle. The tray was pushed onto the table without comment. Then the woman leaned over the tray, took the stand and walked away without commenting and not even looking at me. I certainly don't expect great service. However, I expect a “Good evening” or “Bon appetit”. The food was ok, the fries were no longer really warm. Several tables were dirty, I took a tolerable one, there were napkins and receipts lying around in various places on the floor. When I left at 11:05 p.m. a man with a sweeping kit was taking care of the problem. However, service should have a minimum level of politeness.

Unfortunately, special requests (in this case "without mustard") are simply not taken into account. There is a note stuck on the burgers that says no mustard, but there is still mustard on it. So once again a child only had the fries from his menu and the burgers ended up in the trash. Why do other branches get this but it doesn't work HERE?

Very fast and reliable service. The employees try to process the order quickly and are generally always friendly. In general, the restaurant makes a well-kept impression and has a nice ambience.

Food was good by McDonald's standards. The premises are extremely reverberant and it is very loud when the shop is medium full. The soap dispenser in both toilets was broken, and the faucet in the men's toilet was very dirty to touch. The parking spaces seem quite tight.

The food order doesn't arrive completely, the reusable cups don't arrive clean and if you complain about it you get stupid comments from the branch management. The chicken nuggets taste like they have been reheated. The toilets are sticky and there are smoothies on the floor in the toilet, so overall the toilets are not clean.

It's a disgrace when you order a McSundae: 1. you don't even get anything close to normal sauce on it and 2. when you ask for extra sauce for an extra charge, your wish isn't even fulfilled. The reason: We can't enter that into the system. It's funny that you always get this with an extra charge of €0.50 or €1.00. Not very customer friendly!!!

Elnor is personable and friendly and, above all, in a good mood. This is rarely seen at Mc's. We hope that there will be more employees like this at Mc's.
