McDonald's in Troisdorf

It's basically a regular McDonald's, but unfortunately, they've often forgotten items from my order. Very annoying at the drive-thru. Also, no matter how much I order (even if it's just 2-3 burgers), I always have to pull up and wait until an employee brings my order to my car. It doesn't matter if there are other cars in the drive-thru or not. I've never experienced this anywhere else, especially when I'm the only one in the drive-thru.

The portions are getting smaller and smaller. But everything seems to be getting more expensive.

An absolute disaster! The branch manager petted a dog and smoked a cigarette in front of customers without wearing disposable gloves. After requesting that he wash/disinfect his hands, I was ignored and he continued serving me.

We ordered our food, and when it was finally served, my friend was doused with half a liter of iced tea. The service was completely unprofessional: there was neither an apology nor any attempt at compensation – they simply brought a new iced tea as if nothing had happened. Furthermore, the food was cold and very disappointing in terms of taste. Overall, the experience was extremely unpleasant and frustrating. Absolutely not recommended.

They didn't arrive until after midnight.

The staff is impossible. We usually always check if anything is missing before driving home (McDrive), except today. Of course, three burgers were missing. So we went back, wasting extra gas, and instead of an apology, we were yelled at in a rude and abusive language, told we should have checked beforehand. Yesterday we ordered a burger meal and a kids' meal. Shortly afterward, the whole family developed gastrointestinal problems. Food poisoning is suspected. Very disappointing for us – we won't be visiting this McDonald's again.

McDonald's has always been one of my favorites, but lately the quality has noticeably declined. The meat flavor, in particular, is barely perceptible anymore – it used to be much better. Nevertheless, it remains the most reliable option when I need something quick or there's no other choice. I hope the quality returns to its former glory.

I ordered the Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap twice in a row and both times I got Mango Curry!!! How stupid can you be?! If the employees are so incompetent, just write what's in the package!!!!

The double burger I ordered arrived half-squashed, without lettuce or tomato, but with a tiny pickle the size of a postage stamp and a hint of cheese. The double chicken burger had only a dollop of Asian sauce and was soggy and mushy. Outrageous. What a waste of money. That was the last time I'll order from this brand.

I was there at lunchtime. Fast, clean, and delicious. It gets crowded in the evening. Nice atmosphere.

I was very disappointed with my visit to McDonald's in Troisdorf. We wanted to redeem a voucher that offered a small fries for 50 cents after leaving a review. The cashier was friendly and redeemed the code. But then the manager came over and asked us how many stars we had given. When we honestly said we had given 4 stars, he canceled the transaction, cursed at us, and gave us our money back – all because we hadn't given 5 stars! This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and rude. Reviews should be allowed to be honest without being penalized for it. After this experience, we will definitely not visit this location again.

Actually, 0 stars is justified. I ordered plant-based nuggets and a plant-based wrap. Two of the nuggets contained chicken, and one of the two nuggets in the wrap also contained chicken. That's unacceptable! I had to throw everything away! My money is too precious for that. Of course, it's not wholesome food, but if I'm ordering and paying for plant-based food, then I don't want chicken, I want plant-based food!

This is a super convenient McDs. It is right at the Autobahn, but is not part of a rest area, so it has normal prices, participates in the special menus, and you can collect app points.Its a popular place, but the service is good.

Instead of using the drive-thru, we parked and ordered takeout from the restaurant so we wouldn't miss anything again. 1 Big Mac 1 McCrispy Bacon 1 Medium Fries 1 Chicken Burger 1 6 Pepper Chicken Nuggets 3 Milkshakes The order was apparently too heavy. The chicken burger was forgotten, and I immediately complained. We got it without any problems. The bag was lukewarm, even though we had to wait longer. When we got home, it took about 7 minutes to get home, and the food was cold. The fries looked old and tasted that way, too. The crispy bacon was missing bacon. It's ridiculous, because you pay extra for that. Such a small order, and then there's already trouble packing it completely and flawlessly. I'm not surprised by the reviews. It's a shame they don't take them to heart. Almost €37, and it's not even complete and fresh. Annoying. Will avoid this branch.

This branch is truly dingy, despite its limited business hours, and the staff isn't particularly helpful when the terminals malfunction! The tables are dirty and sticky, as is the floor!

I just ordered there with my kids. Unfortunately, I didn't check in the car because everything else was fine. The Happy Meals were missing nuggets. The fries were completely soggy, which is unacceptable.

Supposedly open 24 hours on Saturdays and Sundays, a lie. Employees all stand at the window and say they close at 5:24 on Sundays (the night from Saturday to Sunday). So why would there be five employees at the drive-thru window at that time?

The quality of the food has declined despite regular price increases. Yes, McDonald's was never top-notch, but unfortunately, the food has been declining in quality for years, and tasty new burgers 🍔 are hardly available anymore.

Just purchased my meal for take away in this store. It was PACKED with people. Normally i wouldn't complain, but it was extremely noisy, kids running everywhere, people shouting, and pushing each others. Everything in my order was cold, not freshly made including both of my hamburgers, and the fries. Also my coke was lukewarm, with no ice and to my surprise, without any bubbles. Its like drinking warm water.

The fries weren't cooked properly. The burger was cold, and they forgot something... I won't be coming back here again, it's terrible...

There were a lot of young employees there, most of whom seemed to have nothing to do, throwing paper balls around and giggling among themselves. In short, the atmosphere was like a seventh-grade class. The burgers were sparsely filled and the toppings weren't clean. The young cashier, however, was friendly, helpful, and also seemed ashamed of her colleagues' behavior. One star for her :)

I'd already given up hope of a clean McDonald's until I went here for the first time! A clean McDonald's restaurant, even clean restrooms, plus friendly employees, and even a clean outdoor seating area and parking lot! It seems miracles still happen in this country!

Drive-thru: 1:30 a.m., a Fish McNugget, a cheeseburger, and a Big Tasty Bacon. The only hot burger was the Fish McNugget, but it was awfully well-made. Big Tasty cold, cheeseburger cold. Relatively long wait considering everything was cold.

Whoever was at the deep fryer today shortly before 8:30 p.m. and made the fries, never, ever, ever let him/her away from it again. Today they were the best Mäkkes fries I've had in a long time, not soggy, not flabby, just crispy, hot, salted to the right limit, I loved it, really loved it. Maybe we were in the right place at the right time and the portal closed again after we were there, we don't know. But I suspect that there was someone at the deep fryer who just had it, yeah. A clean and good branch compared to other McDonald's. Unfortunately, the drive-in concept is not good and causes bad routes and traffic jams. Nevertheless, always grateful for the opportunity to quickly get something edible.

I don't know if there is a new standardization for this franchise, but the standardized recipe or preparation time is rarely adhered to. Ingredients are always missing from burgers and if you ask about them constructively; no one is able to deal with guest complaints. If that's your new requirement, that's fine, but I'm definitely missing the right approach in the catering industry.

Monday evening, 10 customers were counted in the store and 13 EMPLOYEES in the kitchen!!! Still there were no license plates to bring the order to the table. The tables were dirty, and the bread was warm and the meat was cold. Outrageous.

Update. Cheeseburger cold, cheese not nearly melted, fries light, almost white, iced tea... More like water with a dash of syrup, chicken nuggets were good as usual, staff very friendly. Update January 30, 2025, cheeseburger cold again, cheese not melted again, the toy was missing from the Happymeal, a shame. Wrap also cold. However, I would like to mention that it took me 15 minutes from pre-order to pickup.

I'm not a fan of McDonald's per se, but due to time constraints I go there every now and then. The branch here is great. No matter how full it is, the Mcdrive always gets the food out super quickly and hot too. A real model branch. Staff also friendly 👍🏽👍🏽

Burgers and fries usually arrive at the table cold. Even if you get new fries as a replacement, they are cold again. Apparently they were the same fries from the first time. The store will never see me again.
