McDonald's in Troisdorf

Showcase branch! I was in Spich for work last week and so I couldn't avoid a visit to McDonald's. ;) I was surprised, almost positively shocked, at how quickly it went there and how friendly the staff is. It took less than 5 minutes from the drive thru counter where you place the order to driving out. This is honestly the best time I've ever had in a McDonald's. And yet the food was hot and the drink was cold. I ordered something vegetarian and something with fish. The outside area was clean and the inside looked clean as well from what you could see through the windows. You really want a branch like this everywhere. Others can follow an example. I'd love to come back.

As always, the fries were missing from my order. My wife misses the salad. So you should only visit the branch in Troisdorf if you can afford to forego 50%. Order a burger with fries from the Monopoly menu and ONLY get the burger. Of course, you can't check your order on site, as you would slow down the other customers. So the store was a complete disaster.

Unfortunately we didn't receive everything we ordered. Yes, you should always check what the ladies and gentlemen are packing. You can't do it any other way in Spich.

Burgers without sauce simply taste like dogs. The employees were also highly motivated, like they were at a funeral.

Bottomless impudence. Unfortunately the food was inedible. The only warm thing about the burger was the pickles (however that works), and the burger was far dry and hard. It's just a standard Mcdonald's, but I personally like it better than other McDonald's. The service is always great, but things are often forgotten in times of stress.

I dined on 10/02/24 [132 ID 104] at 10:24 p.m. My order was politely accepted at the checkout. I wanted to eat in the restaurant and got a table tent. The food was brought to me by a woman (medium hair, glasses, Vans sneakers. When she approached with the tray, I tried to make eye contact but couldn't. She stared stubbornly at a wall at a 90 degree angle. The tray was pushed onto the table without comment. Then the woman leaned over the tray, took the stand and walked away without commenting and not even looking at me. I certainly don't expect great service. However, I expect a “Good evening” or “Bon appetit”. The food was ok, the fries were no longer really warm. Several tables were dirty, I took a tolerable one, there were napkins and receipts lying around in various places on the floor. When I left at 11:05 p.m. a man with a sweeping kit was taking care of the problem. However, service should have a minimum level of politeness.

The food would be neatly presented. No big coffee puddles. In my opinion, the quality of service at McDonald's has declined significantly in recent years. Today was a very positive exception - the staff is having a bad day today. Requests for a table set-up or access to the outdoor area would be answered very harshly. Be careful with vegetarian dishes: if out of 6 veggie nuggets, two are vegetarian and four are meat, it can't be a mistake.

Unfortunately, special requests (in this case "without mustard") are simply not taken into account. There is a note stuck on the burgers that says no mustard, but there is still mustard on it. So once again a child only had the fries from his menu and the burgers ended up in the trash. Why do other branches get this but it doesn't work HERE?

Very fast and reliable service. The employees try to process the order quickly and are generally always friendly. In general, the restaurant makes a well-kept impression and has a nice ambience.

Food was good by McDonald's standards. The premises are extremely reverberant and it is very loud when the shop is medium full. The soap dispenser in both toilets was broken, and the faucet in the men's toilet was very dirty to touch. The parking spaces seem quite tight.

The food order doesn't arrive completely, the reusable cups don't arrive clean and if you complain about it you get stupid comments from the branch management. The chicken nuggets taste like they have been reheated. The toilets are sticky and there are smoothies on the floor in the toilet, so overall the toilets are not clean.

It's a disgrace when you order a McSundae: 1. you don't even get anything close to normal sauce on it and 2. when you ask for extra sauce for an extra charge, your wish isn't even fulfilled. Elnor is personable and friendly and, above all, in a good mood. This is rarely seen at Mc's. We hope that there will be more employees like this at Mc's.

Just a normal fast food restaurant

The food was nothing, the cheeseburger was fried to death, the fries were also bad. All this even though there wasn't that much going on. The store itself is not clean. I know McDonald's differently.

I am absolutely appalled by the behavior of the branch manager at the McDonald's Troisdorf-Spich branch. After being delivered the wrong burger, I went back to exchange it. But instead of finding a customer-oriented solution, the store manager took the new burger from my hand without hesitation and pointedly threw it in the trash! If any hygiene regulations had to be adhered to here, the burger could have simply been left to the customer. This is in stark contrast to McDonald’s supposed values. The chain asks customers at the order terminal to donate €0.50 to Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) to support families with seriously ill children. It is outrageous that the same employees who ask us for donations for children have no qualms about wasting perfectly good food in front of customers. People are starving outside and here food is being thrown away for no reason. Such behavior is not only disgraceful, but also an insult to the customers who trust McDonald's. This incident clearly showed me that McDonald's claimed values ​​are just empty words when the staff acts so recklessly in their handling of food and customers. I expect more responsibility and respect for customers and resources from a company like McDonald’s. Compared to other McDonald's branches, this one is very good. You don't actually have to make sure that you get everything as ordered when you order, as nothing has ever been missing. It's always a little fuller, especially on weekends.

Trusted the employees again and fell for it because they didn't check. I mean everything is digital, you just have to read, it's asking too much or too difficult for the workers. Die geben mir ständig das falsche shake und jedesmal sagen die zu mir haben nur Kleingeld da und geben mir alles in 20 Cent nur weil ein freund von mir eine Mitarbeiterin verarscht hat und nach 2 tagen schluss gemacht hat . Was kann ich dafür und was hat arbeiten mit dem Privatleben zutun wirklich 0 Sterne am besten die ganzen frauen dort wechseln die sind dort nur da für Beziehungen denken lovoo und die Männer die dort arbeiten ticken genauso geben einer Freundin von mir ständig gratis shakes echt nicht normal was bei dem mecces abgeht

Katastrophe, von wegen fast Food Restaurant….alles dauert ewig

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und es war sauber, ich finde es schade, dass es eine eher kleinere Filiale ist.

Dauert zu lange aber faire Preise und gutes Essen

Völlig überfüllt, laut und chaotisch. Fast 15 Min aufs Essen gewartet und dann war es nicht mal vollständig. Der Laden ist organisatorisch scheinbar eine Katastrophe, egal wann man dahin geht. Es ist jedesmal so, dass wars ab jetzt lieber zu BurgerKind oder Subway.

McDrive. McSMart Menü mit zwei Cheeseburgern bestellt. Menü kam schnell. Zu Hause in die Tüte geschaut, die "Cheeseburger" bestanden aus Ober- und Unterseite Brot mit Patty dazwischen. Sonst nichts. Kein Käse, kein Salat, keine Gurken, keine Sauce. Ernsthaft? Wenn ihr keinen Bock habt dann sucht euch doch bitte einen anderen Job, aber das ist einfach schwach.

Es wird mir immer noch zu viel im Drive vergessen. Einmal nicht kontrolliert fehlen schnell Mal die Cheeseburger. Oder andere waren. Traurig 😢

Nothing spectacular to report here, but if you're craving some American McD's I'm sorry to report the burgers look and taste different, they charge for ketchup, even offered to sell me a reusable cup, and prices are borderline fast casual for a fast food joint. Clean lobby and restrooms are a plus though if traveling through the area.
