Alles ist sauber und der Service ist sehr nett und bereitet das Essen schnell zu

Das Hamburger-Sandwich besteht nur aus Brot und Fleisch, sonst ist nichts drin. Das ist inakzeptabel, und für 2,19 € hätte ich nicht erwartet, dass es so leer ist. Ich werde dort definitiv nicht mehr einkaufen und kann es auch niemandem empfehlen.

Ein McMelt (siehe Foto) kostet übrigens 7€. DAS DA kriegt man für 7€.

Leider sehr heiß gewesen. Klimaanlage war anscheinend auch aus ansonsten gut.

Einer der dreckigsten Resaurants, die Hälfte der Tische sind immer unbenutzbar verdreckt, ich meine, es gibt doch Lappen!

Die Bedienung am Drive ist beider Essensbestellung sehr schwer von Begriff. und von Kundenfreundlichkeit hat sie auch nichts gehört anscheinend

Ein McDonald's halt... Leider nicht sehr sauber Pommes oft kalt und laberig... Selbst die große Pommes oft nur halb voll Burger teils lieblos zusammen geklatscht..

Macht einem Türe vor der Nase zu um 2.35 Uhr obwohl bis 4.00 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte! Unverschämt es werden ihnen nun einige Kunde fehlen !

Die Burger waren warm und lecker. Waren gegen 0:38 Uhr dort. Viel Personal aber leider im Essbereich sowie Toiletten sehr schmutzig.

Im Vergleich zu anderen wo es gerne mal 10+ Minuten dauert, war das Essen hier noch fertig bevor wir uns hinsetzen könnten. Leider ein wenig laut. Sonst alles top.

Dreckiger geht es nicht es laufen genug Mitarbeiter rum, der eine Kümmert sich nur um Boden, der nächste nur um die freien Tische zu wischen aber das mal die die Tische abgeräumt werden ist nicht es wird nur angeschaut umgedreht weiser gegangen. Die Burgerbrötchen waren beim Herausnehmen am auseinderfallen. Gibt man Cola ohne Eis an bekommt man trotzdem Eis.

Eine Truppe die eingebildet ist erst recht die kleine 120cm grosse mit schlauch boot lippen man steht 8 minuten an der kasse und wird nicht bedient und wenn es soweit ist meckert sie das es nicht passend ist ich zahle mit 10 euro schein für eine bestellung von 5,99 und ein anderer kunde beschwert sich das man ihn das falsche gegeben hat als antwort kriegt er zu hören dann hier nicht mehr essen die sollten mal kunden freundlicher werden

Personal total unfreundlich und ungepflegt nur weil die überfordert sind , kaum deutsch können , lassen sie ihre schlechte Laune an Kunden aus.. Tische total dreckig oder es liegt alles voll , wird nichts weg geräumt .hat schwer nachgelassen..

Sehr freundlichen personal Sauberkeit top im sanitär Bereich

1/3 meiner Bestellung wurde vergessen. Das meiste ist mir aufgefallen, habe jedoch einen bezahlten Milchshake nicht bekommen. Verstehe, dass vorallem jetzt mit der Brückenschließung dort viel los ist, aber das kann nicht sein, dass ich die an die meisten Items erinnern muss. EDIT: Musste meine Rezension überarbeiten. Das Essen war überwiegend kalt, trotz lediglich 7 Minuten Autofahrt meinerseits (kalt, nicht lauwarm, kalt). Pommes waren labrig und blass. Das Zutrinken war falsch und gestreckter als sonst (entweder war das Konzentrat leer oder ...) und im Happy-Meal war ebenfalls das falsche Spielzeug, obwohl ich explizit eins ausgewählt habe, was angeblich verfügbar war. Jetzt im Nachhinein betrachtet, war das eine der schlechtesten McDonalds erfahrungen die ich bislang hatte.

Dies ist der freundlichste McDonald’s, in dem wir jemand waren. Das Restaurant wirkt frisch renoviert, war bei unserem Besuch sauber und aufgeräumt und die Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schon beim reinkommen wurde man begrüßt, ein Manager machte mehrere Stunden durch den Gästebereich und frage nach dem Wohlbefinden und auch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht. Das Essen war heiß und frisch und lies nicht lange auf sich warten.

Ich war beeindruckt das uns die Eingangstür geöffnet wurde. Und mehrmals wurden wir gefragt ob alles gut ist. Das habe ich ja noch nie in eine Mc Donalds erlebt. Klasse Service weiter.

Sehr unfreundliche Dame am Drive In. Ich erwarte schon keinen Service aber bisher ist noch niemand pampig geworden nur weil ich zwei Bestellcodes für ein Auto hatte. Dann will man den Mitarbeiter der gerade das Gebäude reinigt nicht direkt umfahren und wird wieder angemault dass man doch weiter fahren muss. Essen wie immer naja und dafür noch sehr unfreundlich.

War nachts gegen 03:30 Uhr dort. Das Essen war überraschend frisch und heiß! selten so warme Pommes und Burger bei McDonald’s bekommen! Die Bestellung ging schnell. So störte der dreckige Boden auch null!

Ich war hier an einem Sonntag Abend und es war brechend voll. Der Laden lief auf Hochtouren. Leider schien auch die Qualität des Essens darunter zu leiden.

Die Nudeln und das Fleisch waren ungenießbar, sie rochen sogar unangenehm. Wir bestellten Sprite, bekamen aber nur Wasser. Die Schlange war sehr lang. Einige der Servierplatten waren kaputt, offensichtlich hatten Leute darauf gegessen, und sie wurden nicht einmal gereinigt. Das machen die Gäste selbst. Ich kann das Restaurant nicht empfehlen!

Ich habe zwei Doppel Cheeseburger bestellt ohne Gurke,Trotzdem habe ich die mit Gurke bekommen. Bin dann zurückgefahren. Habe gesagt, ich möchte ohne Gurke Die Dame meinte ein Moment, wird neu gemacht. Am Ende hat die Dame mir genau die Gleiche Double Cheeseburger zurückgegeben, als ich gefragt habe, warum die kalt sind sagt die zu mir. Das ist bei uns ganz normal. Das sind kleine Burger Die werden schnell kalt. Dann hab ich zu ihr gesagt der Kollege hat doch nur die Gurke rausgeholt und hat mir die gleiche Burger zurückgegeben. Kann doch nicht wahr sein !!!!!!!nie wieder !!!!!!!

Halt ein MCDONALD! Aber hier macht es das nette und hilfsbereite Personal aus. Klasse Sauber Schnell Danke. Manchmal tolle Rabatt Aktionen, die man nutzen sollte. Saubere Toiletten!!! Modern Behindertengerecht!

Alles war sehr alt und kalt. Ich habe den Schichtleiter gerufen, um mich zu beschweren, aber er ist nicht gekommen.

Portionen werden kleiner, Geschmack war schonmal besser. Trotz Digitaler Bestellung fehlt immer wieder Sachen. „Heiße“ Schokolade war lau warm. Beim Mc Drive werden keine Servierten eingepackt. Es war schon mal viel besser

Alle reden von Service, Leute Leute, seit den Terminals gibt es kein Service mehr. Billige herstellung wird teuer verkauft.

Laut App bis 7 Uhr Tagesmenü. Leider am Schalter erfahren, dass es ab 6 Uhr Frühstück gibt.

Eigentlich ein gewöhnlicher MC Donalds, aber leider wurde schon häufiger etwas aus meiner Bestellung vergessen. Sehr ärgerlich im Drive In. Außerdem muss ich (egal wie viel ich bestelle, auch wenns nur 2-3 Burger sind) immer vorfahren und warten bis ein Mitarbeiter mit meiner Bestellung an mein Auto kommt. Dabei ist es egal, ob andere Autos im Drive In stehen oder nicht. Das habe ich bewusst noch nirgends erlebt, vor allem wenn man alleine Im Drive In ist.

An absolute disaster! The branch manager petted a dog and smoked a cigarette in front of customers without wearing disposable gloves. After requesting that he wash/disinfect his hands, I was ignored and he continued serving me.

We ordered our food, and when it was finally served, my friend was doused with half a liter of iced tea. The service was completely unprofessional: there was neither an apology nor any attempt at compensation – they simply brought a new iced tea as if nothing had happened. Furthermore, the food was cold and very disappointing in terms of taste. Overall, the experience was extremely unpleasant and frustrating. Absolutely not recommended.

The staff is impossible. We usually always check if anything is missing before driving home (McDrive), except today. Of course, three burgers were missing. Yesterday we ordered a burger meal and a kids' meal. Shortly afterward, the whole family developed gastrointestinal problems. Food poisoning is suspected. Very disappointing for us – we won't be visiting this McDonald's again.

McDonald's has always been one of my favorites, but lately the quality has noticeably declined. The meat flavor, in particular, is barely perceptible anymore – it used to be much better. Nevertheless, it remains the most reliable option when I need something quick or there's no other choice. I hope the quality returns to its former glory.

I ordered the Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap twice in a row and both times I got Mango Curry!!! How stupid can you be?! If the employees are so incompetent, just write what's in the package!!!!

The double burger I ordered arrived half-squashed, without lettuce or tomato, but with a tiny pickle the size of a postage stamp and a hint of cheese. The double chicken burger had only a dollop of Asian sauce and was soggy and mushy. Outrageous. What a waste of money. That was the last time I'll order from this brand.

I was very disappointed with my visit to McDonald's in Troisdorf. We wanted to redeem a voucher that offered a small fries for 50 cents after leaving a review. The cashier was friendly and redeemed the code. But then the manager came over and asked us how many stars we had given. When we honestly said we had given 4 stars, he canceled the transaction, cursed at us, and gave us our money back – all because we hadn't given 5 stars! This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and rude. Reviews should be allowed to be honest without being penalized for it. After this experience, we will definitely not visit this location again.

They put the wrong toy in our Happy Meal. Not the toy line we selected at the counter, but something else. And we weren't informed about it, otherwise we wouldn't have bought the Happy Meal. Absolutely outrageous. And customer fraud. That's how you rip us off.

Actually, 0 stars is justified. I ordered plant-based nuggets and a plant-based wrap. Two of the nuggets contained chicken, and one of the two nuggets in the wrap also contained chicken. That's unacceptable! I had to throw everything away! My money is too precious for that. Of course, it's not wholesome food, but if I'm ordering and paying for plant-based food, then I don't want chicken, I want plant-based food!

This is a super convenient McDs. It is right at the Autobahn, but is not part of a rest area, so it has normal prices, participates in the special menus, and you can collect app points.Its a popular place, but the service is good.

This branch is truly dingy, despite its limited business hours, and the staff isn't particularly helpful when the terminals malfunction! The tables are dirty and sticky, as is the floor!

I just ordered there with my kids. Unfortunately, I didn't check in the car because everything else was fine. The Happy Meals were missing nuggets. The fries were completely soggy, which is unacceptable.

Supposedly open 24 hours on Saturdays and Sundays, a lie. Employees all stand at the window and say they close at 5:24 on Sundays (the night from Saturday to Sunday). So why would there be five employees at the drive-thru window at that time?

Just purchased my meal for take away in this store. It was PACKED with people. Normally i wouldn't complain, but it was extremely noisy, kids running everywhere, people shouting, and pushing each others. Everything in my order was cold, not freshly made including both of my hamburgers, and the fries. Also my coke was lukewarm, with no ice and to my surprise, without any bubbles. Its like drinking warm water.

The fries weren't cooked properly. The burger was cold, and they forgot something... I won't be coming back here again, it's terrible...

The young cashier, however, was friendly, helpful, and also seemed ashamed of her colleagues' behavior. One star for her :)

Guten Morgen, zusammen mit meiner Freundin war ich gerade eben im McDonalds. Wir gaben unsere Bestellung auf und das Essen kam zügig und war in Ordnung. Leider stinkt es in dem gesamten McDonald’s nach Urin, ziemlich ekelerregend. Die Reinigung sollte dringend optimiert werden. Schönen Tag noch.

I'd already given up hope of a clean McDonald's until I went here for the first time! A clean McDonald's restaurant, even clean restrooms, plus friendly employees, and even a clean outdoor seating area and parking lot! It seems miracles still happen in this country!

Drive-thru: 1:30 a.m., a Fish McNugget, a cheeseburger, and a Big Tasty Bacon. The only hot burger was the Fish McNugget, but it was awfully well-made. Big Tasty cold, cheeseburger cold. Relatively long wait considering everything was cold.

One star is still too much, the tables were totally dirty, the burgers were cold, not even lukewarm, the fries were also cold and like rubber, I could have stuffed a handful of hair ties in my mouth, so never again will I go to McDonald's
