On the way back from the airport from Saturday to Sunday at around 3:50 a.m., the kids wanted another cheeseburger. We weren't allowed in with the excuse "we have to get ready for the next shift," even though the restaurant's opening hours are stated to be 5:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.

McDrive, wanted to try a new Big Mac. Service was routine as always; it was busy, but I didn't wait too long at the McDrive – but I got a Royal Ts instead of a Big Mac. Annoying, but these things happen sometimes.

Ich habe für mich und meine Familie mehrere Burger, eine mittlere Cola und eine mittlere Pommes bestellt. Ich habe insgesamt 40 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet. Die wenigen Pommes waren in einer winzigen Tüte, welche nichtmal voll war. Auf meine Nachfrage entgegnete der Kassierer mir "das ist Deutschland ". Eine absolute Frechheit.

Echternacher Str. 6It's basically a regular McDonald's, but unfortunately, they've often forgotten items from my order. Very annoying at the drive-thru. Also, no matter how much I order (even if it's just 2-3 burgers), I always have to pull up and wait until an employee brings my order to my car. It doesn't matter if there are other cars in the drive-thru or not. I've never experienced this anywhere else, especially when I'm the only one in the drive-thru.

Kölner Str. 84AI could actually give 5 stars, but our visit ended with my 3-year-old daughter not being allowed to use the toilet!!! A child who, understandably, can't hold it like an adult! I find it completely incomprehensible how anyone could deny a child access to the toilet; from a human perspective, even one star is too much!!! We definitely won't be coming back!
