Bottomless :((((((( I have never experienced such poor customer service. On my sub there were two thinly sliced ​​tomatoes, a strip of bacon and a few shreds of lettuce. When I took a bite, I actually only tasted the dry bread, which was no longer fresh. I asked politely if I could have a few more vegetables, and he immediately started arguing with me that for the price of a daily deal I could only expect a snack and not a normal sub. I thought it was an absolute disgrace to have to argue with an employee over a slice of tomato and some lettuce and mayo, which would probably have cost the store barely 5 cents. I'd love to never come back.

Doesn't take vouchers, when I later saw that the subway actually takes tril I was very annoyed, I'll tell the guy something the next time I'm there! No toilet or sink in my city would not do that! Service generally unfriendly and disinterested. Better to take another subway!

Subway now offers gluten-free bread (at an additional cost). It is specially packaged, but is contaminated during preparation. The service apparently doesn't know the difference between vegan and gluten-free. Absolutely not recommended for people with serious allergic reactions.

How unfriendly do you want to be? I was there with crutches and wanted to sit down for a moment (without ordering anything). There were 5 of 7 tables free. Was then asked to leave. The headquarters would monitor it with video and you either have to buy something or leave. I then said that I could also stand up if customers came and wanted to sit down (I mean there were 5 tables free)…no, I wasn't allowed to, I should leave. Thanks for nothing!

AUDIOUS! Sunday October 27th, 2024. I just wanted to get myself a delicious Subway but unfortunately I was massively disappointed. The gentleman at the checkout serves the sub very listlessly, not enough chicken and it looks like shit on a baguette. The fishnet fries are soggy and lukewarm in the to-go box. In response to well-intentioned feedback, he becomes rude and insults me. It's okay if someone doesn't like their job, but you should always do it properly. I don't expect the world for 10€ but it should still taste and look good. I wish the gentleman more fun and motivation in his job in the future. Best regards PS: that was my first and last sub in this branch.

I am very disappointed with my visit to Subway. The ingredients weren't fresh and looked rather unappetizing. The employees are very unfriendly and seem to have no interest in the customers. My sandwich was poorly prepared and just didn't taste good. This is the fourth order that was absolutely wrong. The sub never arrives as ordered... I definitely will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.-

Unfriendly to the point of not being possible anymore. I wanted to redeem a voucher for Footlong + 15cm for free. The app listed the participating restaurant. The owner threw out the voucher and said he wouldn't accept it, he could decide for himself, after all it would be his wallet where it was missing. Of course I only paid for the 30cm and took it with me. The food wasn't that rich and the treatment was rather unfriendly. Will avoid the subway

I've never encountered anything like this before. I ordered via Lieferando. Philly Boss Sub with extra toasted bread option. A bland piece of bread arrived with almost no ingredients on it and everything was drowned in sauce. That for 15€!! I immediately drove to the store to ask for an opinion. Was shamelessly fobbed off. I asked for a new sub because I was obviously hungry, but I got the same sub back, only re-toasted and with extra sauce on it, which actually just made things worse. At Lieferando's request, there was no refund of the costs. Unbelievable impudence. This has nothing to do with service. Never again

The service was absolutely unacceptable. The food was barely edible. When I asked about vegetarian alternatives, the employee pointed to two dishes. I assumed both were vegetarian and chose one of them. Unfortunately it turned out to contain meat and the employee hadn't pointed this out to me. Additionally, the employee was extremely unfriendly and seemed to have no interest in helping the guests. Such behavior is simply unacceptable.

Branch right in the train station, few seats. The sub itself was OK but I was very disappointed when they said at the checkout that no promotional vouchers would be accepted. The new app advertises an extra 50% off a Footlong: this branch is taking part! So the information in the app was wrong and there was no response from the seller. Next time I'd rather go to another sub or the kebab man.

One star is still too many, I tried Subway twice, once with the new app, with the coupons, which the restaurant actively advertises in front of and in the store, and once by ordering via the app and both times the "manager "Refused to give me my subs at the stated price and then paid me the money in cash afterwards. Pre-ordered and paid for via the app, had to travel several kilometers, paid for the parking space and then found out from the employee that the voucher from the app was not applicable. !!DON'T GO HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE AFRAID FOR YOUR PHYSICAL WELL-BEING!! I wanted to eat here and saw how the owner AND the owner verbally insulted a customer who was there alone and also got physically closer and closer to her. I thought it would escalate completely and the owners would get violent. The customer was calm and polite the entire time and was harassed and followed by the 2 very aggressive owners even OUTSIDE the subway building. Such antisocial and aggressive behavior should be reported to the police. It's clear to me that it's only a matter of time before the two of them attack someone. I can never go here again in good conscience. You can't support people like that. 1 star is already too much.

Very clean and great service. Quality and prices like in other branches. Downgrade from 5 to 2 stars The app is widely advertised with posters in the branch, but no vouchers are accepted. When I asked what the app was being advertised for, it said "to collect points" - but I collect the points for the vouchers... Without vouchers, Subway (in general, not just this branch) is no longer profitable because the prices have been marked up so that you can eat out at a cheap restaurant for the money.

I know I should pay their service, but the boss threatened me to buy them. He said that he would call the police if I didn’t pay it. Wollte mein Menü wie gewohnt zusammen stellen, doch in Durlach ist es scheinbar anders. Verkäuferin wollte ihre Meinung durchsetzen, ich wollte jedoch ein andres Brot dies wurde nicht akzeptiert, zudem wollte ich andern Käse auch dies wurde nicht akzeptieren. Meine Wünsche wurden maßlos ignoriert um die eigene Meinung durch zusetzen. Ein no Go in meinen Augen. Ich bekam eine sehr grobe und starke Antwort im Negativen. Sehr unfreundliches und inkompetentes Personal. Esstische werden nach Gebrauch nicht abgewaschen, die Krümel werden für die nächsten Kunden auf gehoben. Will man an einem sauberen Tisch essen so muss man es mit der Hand unter den Tisch schieben. Die deutsche Sprache findet man eventuell auch unterm Tisch aber nicht am Personal. Restaurant Nicht empfehlenswert.

Neue Chance nach Neueröffnung wurde bei mir leider nicht genutzt! Sub des Tages wurde sehr sparsam belegt aber negativ war vor allem, dass das Brot inklusive Belag nicht wie üblich getoastet sonder in der MIKROWELLE ERWÄRMT wurde. Schmeckte dadurch leider recht labrig - mach ich nicht nochmal. Lieber nicht erwärmen lassen, wurde aber auch nicht gefragt. Im Anschluss gab's noch ne Diskussion weil unter 5€ keine Karte (auch nicht Giro/EC) akzeptiert werden wollte, angeblich kostet das 70ct für ihn. Ich wollte mir aber auch kein Menü etc andrehen lassen - der Verkäufer warr schon recht aufdringlich. Ging dann aber doch...

Besonders für Veganer absolut zu empfehlen :-) Haben die verschiedenen Veganen Varianten da, auch die neuen veganen Cookies. Und es wurde sogar extra gefragt, ob die Handschuhe gewechselt werden sollen und ob mein Sub extra getoastet (und nicht zusammen mit einem Fleischsub) werden soll. Auch bei der Auswahl der Saucen zeigte das Personal gute Kompetenz im Bereich Vegan. Und geschmeckt hat es auch noch super ;-) Absolut zu empfehlen diese Subway Filiale

vor ner woche , sooziemlich Beste Subway bis jetzt, freundliches und geduldiges Perssomal , sprechen perfekt deutsch, Essen /Sauberkeit : Alles gut, Beste SWay-Filiale bisher i.d.
