Unfortunately, the current vouchers for November/December were not accepted here, EVEN THOUGH they are stated on the branch's website. Why not? No answer, I was then recommended to ask at one of the other branches. Top service😂 The branch itself makes a very well-kept impression and the sub that I took with me was completely okay. The young man behind the counter, rather bored and unmotivated, but not unfriendly.

I've never been as disappointed as I was here at Subway... 1. No coupons were accepted. 2. (It didn't come into the app) and when asked, a receipt with added points was not printed out, but a normal one 3. The sub was cold... not really warm, even though we ate there.

We ordered via the Subway app because the branch does not accept app offers. Unfortunately that didn't work at all. We tried it twice and it was displayed twice that the time window had been exceeded. Now, of course, the credit card has been charged twice and no order has been received at the branch. We went there specifically and the gentleman at the checkout simply said that there was no online ordering and that we could finally order directly from him. Yes, unfortunately we can't. Because there are 2 charges and you don't accept the app offers. This was the last time we were in this branch.

Unfortunately, I have to share a negative experience with the Subway Restaurant. I have been going there since I was a child and so I know that the employees and the previous owner were much nicer and more experienced. After ordering a sub via the Subway app, I drove there only to receive the sobering news that they were not involved in the app participation. This was particularly frustrating since I had previously ordered through the app several times without any problems. Additionally, I was disappointed by the rudeness of the employees. Instead of offering a solution or communicating in a friendly manner, I received rude responses like “Don’t argue with me.” Such behavior is not only unprofessional, but also shows a certain incompetence in dealing with customers. It seems as if stinginess is the top priority here, just to save 4-5 euros. I will definitely consider other options in the future.

The staff is so incredibly unfriendly and unkempt. Instead of giving the sub like every normal person would, it is thrown next to the cash register…. Way too much sauce. Although I am a sauce lover. But even that is too much for me. When you enter the store you just get stupid looks and are not greeted. No more. I'd rather go to Wiesdorf or Langenfeld.

It just doesn't seem fair that the app shows you that the coupons are valid in your restaurant or that the restaurant is participating in it, and at the checkout you are told that it's not the case. For example, I went yesterday just for the promotion and otherwise wouldn't have gone at the normal price. I won't visit again in the future.

I just had an incredibly disgusting experience in this branch and had to throw away my food because it disgusted me so much. For the first time, my girlfriend had to point out to the employee that he should put on fresh gloves because they were completely soaked in soap. He kindly did that and had an expression on his face as if he wanted to wring our necks... when he put the food on my sub he did He closed it with a completely dirty knife. I already said in the store that I wouldn't eat this. Instead of getting a reaction to it, it was still billed and I left the store because I had absolutely no desire to get into a fight with the employee. The sub ended up in the trash. How can you work like that? I'm stunned. I've never seen anything like this in this branch, even if this employee is there. I can't order anything anymore. Sad enough that he had to be asked to put on fresh gloves and then he went to eat with the dirty knife. Apparently he hadn't heard anything about hygiene or anything else. As I said, the first and hopefully last bad experience in this branch.

I would like to give a very positive review for the Subway in Leverkusen, especially for the employees Hakim, Marian and Aryan. Every time I visit the store I am warmly welcomed and receive excellent service. Hakim is always very attentive and ensures that every order is prepared perfectly. Marian always brings a smile and positive energy that makes the visit even more enjoyable. Aryan is incredibly efficient and ensures everything runs quickly and smoothly. The team is very friendly and professional, and the food is always fresh and delicious. I can only recommend Subway Leverkusen and would like to thank Hakim, Marian and Aryan for their great service.

So, I was at this lovely looking Subway on a cloudy Monday evening with my incredibly gay friend. Even before we got to the door we were looked at strangely and greeted with strange looks. The employees were very unfriendly and took a long time to process my order of two extremely nice looking subs. Meanwhile, extremely racist comments were made and we were laughed at, which was not amusing for us. This doesn't work. Towards the end I was called my name, but in a very questionable tone. Food was tasty, but way too much sauce. Too bad for the next ones, I ate all the sauce. Not recommended. 😲☹️

We wanted to take advantage of the Lidl Plus app's coupon promotion, which offered a free 15cm sub (2 for 1 promotion). The store also appeared as a participating store in the app. Unfortunately, we were told at the counter that the boss didn't want to take part in this campaign. A small information sign (including spelling errors) was then found on the glass window in the shop. What a disgrace on the part of the owner!! Today we ordered two subs via "Place order for pickup". When we picked it up and unpacked it at home, we noticed that there were pickles on my sub, which I not only don't like, but really hate. I called quickly. The nice gentleman on the phone wrote down my phone number and wanted to let me know what we could do now and how to deal with it. To make matters worse, while I was picking the pickles out of my sub, my friend noticed that her sub was missing the sauce. After my first bite, what I feared was confirmed. The juice from the pickles has immortalized itself on the entire sub. Squeeze your taste buds and eat anyway... at least the cookies will rip everything out again,... right? Unfortunately not. The cookie with Smarties I ordered turned into a simple chocolate cookie. What I would normally be able to overlook was the last straw today. To make up for it, I could come by today and I would get a new sub. Despite the fact that it is an accommodating offer, I have lost my appetite for today. In addition, fuel is not free. Ordering and picking up is therefore absolutely not recommended. Invest the time and be there when you register or go somewhere else. After reading the reviews recently, I'm annoyed that I changed my review several times to not make him so angry...

I recently had the pleasure of eating at Subway and I have to say the experience was outstanding in every way. From the service to the food to the ambience – everything was simply great. What particularly struck me was the customer friendliness of the staff. The sandwich maker - I think he may have even been the owner - was extremely accommodating. He took the time to listen to my needs and made me feel truly welcome. He didn't rush me but gave me all the time I needed to make my selection, which I really appreciated. It's rare to find such patience and attentiveness in today's fast-paced world. The food itself was fresh and delicious, just as you would expect from Subway. But it was the personal touch and the friendliness of the staff that made it all stand out.

I'm horrified. The bread was dry. There weren't all the ingredients. When I bit into my sub while driving my car, I was able to pull hair out of my mouth. I then noticed that there were actually several hairs in the sub. It's a shame that I was further away otherwise I would have gone back to the store straight away. Just disgusting. Just for the sake of completeness, I would like to mention that a young man ordered in front of me and received a completely overloaded 4-way meat sub after being greeted happily with "Hey Bro". A piece of bread was brought to him “from behind” and presented to him with the words “it’s fresh.” You probably have to be personal friends at this subway to get fresh bread without hair. I'll NEVER go there AGAIN.

Today I finally figured out what all the bad reviews mean. This used to be a very solid shop. Today I was there for the first time after the renovation. The preparation went smoothly. The first complications arose during the payment process. The payment process was not possible with the contactless function, but apparently only with a card, which I didn't have with me, but I wasn't told at the beginning. If there had been a notice on the door or at the checkout itself, I wouldn't have placed an order until I had a card in front of me. I was then turned away from the store because I couldn't pay, but I was offered to go home and get my card and come back. About 15 minutes later I finally wanted to pay and put the previous dispute aside. However, it was never possible to have normal contact with the lady, so another employee took over to clarify things, unfortunately without success as people were constantly talking about it. I then reluctantly paid, stating that this was my last visit to this store. Then I heard the next saying: "yes, you don't have to take the food with you, no one is forcing you to come here". After briefly processing what had been said, I asked for my money back and asked the manager to come on the phone. He told me that it would be discussed. This wouldn't happen again in the future. The waves seemed to have calmed down. I still don't have my money back because the card reader didn't complete the process. It wasn't possible for them to settle in cash, although they would have been able to make a note saying "repayment was rejected by card reader, settlement was made in cash" and the problem would have been solved that easily. After another discussion with the manager, I now have to run after my money during the week and collect it personally in cash, bearing in mind that I was banned from the house today. If this is not possible again during the week, I will report this. Because in the end I didn't get my money or the food. No matter how the whole thing turns out, it is never customer-friendly and there is no trace of service. In the end I spoke to the lady, but it still doesn't cancel out what happened for me.

Ein loser Karton lag drinnen vor dem Eingang. Ja, Schnee liegt, aber ein Karton so vor der Tür ist wenig einladend. Ich grüßte beim Betreten des Ladens, ein "Hallo" konnte sich nur einer von drei Mitarbeitern abringen. Der Mitarbeiter, der meine Bestellung aufnahm, war freundlich, die junge Frau, die das Sub belegte nicht. An der Kasse wollte mir dann einen höheren Preis für das Sub abnehmen, als den, der auf der Tafel stand. Das Brot war trocken, und es fehlte mir an Sauce. Dafür ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Nö, danke, muss ich nicht wieder hin.

Besuch vom 22.12.19 (20:00Uhr ca): War ziemliches Chaos dort, deswegen mach ich es kurz und in Stichpunkten: - 2 Mitarbeiter für die Spätschicht - unfreundliche Mitarbeiter - der Mitarbeiter beim Fleisch hat ständig mit den Handschuhen an seinen Klamotten gezubbelt und damit dann auch belegt - keine Begrüßung - langsame Zubereitung - Ofen war alle 7min einmal im Betrieb - belegte (ungetoastete) Subs wurden gestaut - kein Augenkontakt - Subs kalt aufgrund langsamer Mitarbeiter - Mitarbeiter oft einfach verschwunden und lange fort gewesen - einige Zutaten vergessen - so viel Salat(Oliven, Eisbergsalat, Gurken, Gewürzgurken, Jalapeños), dass man den Sub kaum anfassen konnte - so viel Soße, dass sie überall aus dem Brötchen triefte - Sprite-Sirup und Cola Light Sirup war leer und wurde trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage während meinem Besuch nicht aufgefüllt - die Cookies waren hart und man merkte schon, dass sie etwas länger herumlagen Aber nun zu dem Positiven: + Chicken Teriyaki war lecker + das Brot war knusprig + der Käse war lecker (Aber gut, die Zutaten kommen ja auch nicht von dort alles. Also haben sie im Grunde genommen alles falsch gemacht, was man in einem Subway falsch machen kann.) Ich arbeite selbst bei Subway und ich bin echt enttäuscht, was die Einhaltung der Regeln hier angeht. Das sind größtenteils die Grundlagen, die komplett vernachlässigt wurden. Ich weiß aber auch, wie stressig es in den Stoßzeiten sein kann, kann aber auch nicht verstehen, wieso man genau dann so dermaßen langsam und falsch arbeitet. Und vorallem während solchen Gutscheinaktionen, wie dem Subventskalender, müsste man sich mehr Gedanken um die Schichteinteilung machen. Ich wünsche euch noch frohe Weihnachten

Neues Konzept verwirrt. Sub des Tages gibt es so nicht mehr hier. Beim "Deal of the day" sind nurnoch z.B. Salat, Tomaten und Zwiebeln drauf, für jedes weitere Veggie zahlt man jetzt 0.50€. Ich bin gerne zu Subway gegangen, da man mal eben einen Sub des Tages für 3.49€ bekommen hat und sich den Belegen lassen konnte wie man möchte aber das war einmal. Obwohl ich zu dem ersten Mitarbeiter gesagt hatte, dass ich gerne den Double Deal hätte ging es bei der zweiten Mitarbeiterin aufeinmal nicht mehr, da doppelt Käse genommen wurde. Ich hatte aber gesagt, dass ich gerne den Philly Boss hätte (Subway Kreation wo drin steht, dass ZWEI Scheiben Cheddar drauf sind). Anscheinend kommen die Mitarbeiter mit dem neuen Konzept selber nicht klar. Dazu kam noch eine Wartezeit von gut 20min obwohl nur 4 Kunden vor mir waren. Ich war viele Jahre gerne bei Subway wegen des Sub des Tages aber mich habt ihr als Kunden jetzt verloren.

Eigentlich essen wir dort sehr gerne, schmeckt auch immer gut, und alles funktioniert. Leider hatten wir jetzt mehrfach Künstliche Wimpern in den Subs. Ist ziemlich ekelig. Da wirklich an der Hygiene arbeiten.

Freundliches Personal die auch Geduld haben wenn man mal nicht direkt weiß was man haben möchte. Einziges Negative ist hier das es leider oft keine Angebote gibt die es in den anderen Subways gibt. Das Essen war bis jetzt immer gut. Ab 21 Uhr muss man eventuell Abstriche machen was die Auswahl angeht.

Öffnungszeiten sind anscheinend eine Anregung wann man auf haben könnte und nicht wann man auf hat. Beim Personal muss man Glück haben die richtigen zu erwischen, da es sonst sehr lange dauert oder man gefühlt alles in grammgenauer Angabe bekommt. Kann nur empfehlen vlt noch eine Feinwaage zur Verfügung zu stellen dann weiß man als Kunde wenigstens wieso es in dieser Filiale so lange dauert. Gäbe es zwischendurch nicht so manchen Lichtblick bei den Mitarbeitern würde ich nichtmal mehr einen Stern vergeben...

Subway halt. War aber schon bei besseren, die Mitarbeiter sind etwas langsamer als das was ich so kenne aber ist kein Drama die Location ist auch ganz okay aber halt nicht die beste. Der Laden ist gut. Wer Bock auf Subway hat kann die Filiale auf jeden Fall besuchen.

Wir gehen uns ab und zu Subs holen. Es sind immer verschiedene Serviceangestellte dort. Eine davon ist besonders nett und pfiffig. Sie empfiehlt uns immer ungewöhnliche Soßenkombinationen. Die anderen Servicekräfte sind eher lustlos. (***** Sterne für die pfiffige Frau *** für die anderen Serviekrfte) Die Subs haben uns immer gut geschmeckt, wie Subs eben so schmecken. Nichts besonderes aber für den Preis angemessen. Die Qualität stimmt auch im Gegensatz zu anderen Filialen wo ich mal Magenschmerzen danach hatte.

Nachdem wir vor ein paar Wochen auf einer Reise bei einem Subway einen tollen Wrap mit ganz viel Salat genossen haben, wollten wir diesen auch aus diesem Subway haben. Vor uns waren 7 Personen und wir haben über eine halbe Stunde angestanden, da die Damen hinter der Theke die Bestellungen vertauscht haben, vergessen haben Wechselgeld rauszugeben und daher auch noch einen Kassensturz machen mussten und ständig erzählen mussten, wieviel Stress sie hätten. Unsere Wraps bestanden hauptsächlich aus dem Fleisch und so wenig Salat, dass wir das Gefühl hatten, nur trockenen Wrap zu essen. Sehr enttäuschend für das Geld!

On Saturday I went to the restaurant with my family and it was great! The curling was perfectly organized and a lot of fun. Our waiter outside was incredibly friendly, attentive and rounded off the ambience wonderfully with the atmospheric music. Thank you for the great day – we’ll be happy to come back!

I ordered fries. In there were curly fries, fries without gluten and curly fries with gluten. That was probably mixed together. Now I'm struggling with severe symptoms. I've been there many times and it always worked, and now it doesn't. Not recommendable.
