Store dirty, food took 30 minutes

Unfriendly, very slow, and obviously overwhelmed staff. The food on one(!) tray ranged from freshly prepared to barely lukewarm to served as if you didn't order it :-/ The tables were very dirty and weren't cleaned. The complaint was handled very rudely, and when the tray was cleared away, the lady in charge chased us away because it took her too long for us to put the cups upstairs separately :-( Sorry, never again!!

McDonald's, right next to the BayArena! - What could be better? The food is always fresh and delivered quickly.

Always good for something quick (that was in 2019) Today: An absolute no-go. For breakfast, for the first time in at least 6 years: - very long wait (nothing was going on) - cold food - absolutely no service Yes, yes, of course there's no service, right, and they even failed at that. Ordered takeaway and, even though there was hardly anyone there, it was packed to go. When we politely pointed out that we wanted to eat here, we were simply told, "You can!" So, first, they pointed out that we at least wanted a tray if we were supposed to eat out of the bag. The matcha was ice cold, even though it had just been made. This comment only demonstrated further rejection and ingratitude. For me, the absolute highlight and the final straw was the toast with cheese. It was a flattened print (max. 0.5 cm thick). And for €2.19, that's an unparalleled outrage. It should at least look like the pictures. The empty croissant was also just a collapsed something (underbaked dough soaked in butter, which was then cold and sticky). I can't understand how the people here, even if there are only a few of them, can even put themselves through this, and for such extremely inflated prices. I don't understand why McDonald's is even still open in the morning.

Today (3rd of October 2025) we ordered in the McDonalds branch in Bismarckstr. Leverkusen. In just one set of order, look how many mistakes the staff has made: 1- All the burgers instead of normal taste, we're super spicy type! 2- One big McShaker Fries (4,29€) was missed!! 3- One of the burgers had the patty missing!! It was just two buns, sauce and lettuce..😠!!! 4- The ketchup and mayo sauces (at least 8 sauces) were ALSO missing😡...!!!! I recommend EVERYBODY to absolutely check their orders in front of the counter before taking them away, so that you would not get miserable in front of your friends and guests...! This branch in Leverkusen is a real disaster specially on holidays!!! I mentioned the date, so that the management see who exactly were working there on this day, if this really matters to McDonald's! However it's one thing to forget a sauce — and something else entirely to forget an entire item order!!! Especially when it's directly costing your customers a lot of money. It's not just disappointing, it's simply ridiculous.😠

Every now and then, you can't miss this place with children or teenagers. But Leverkusen is good, and you rarely miss anything.

I ordered a meal with a coupon. The burgers were okay, but the fries were served cold, and instead of the Sprite I ordered, I got a water that wasn't even cold.

Loud, dirty, and employees who can't read orders properly. Two cappuccinos intended for dine-in were served in paper cups. The McFlurry was served twice with the wrong toppings. Children are screaming and running around the restaurant, and no employee seems able to remedy the situation so that other customers aren't disturbed.

Absolutely ridiculous branch, but it's a franchise, so from experience, you'll only get the cold shoulder from the owner if you complain via the McDonald's contact form. Today, head alderman Achim yelled at Chihuahua Murat's two-year-old daughter for misbehaving. As we all know, you can expect extremely high levels of mental maturity from small children. This led to a verbal argument and the threat of a call to the police. Instead, they complained to the completely overwhelmed shift manager (I hope it wasn't the branch manager), after which a ten-minute, fruitless mediation meeting was held, and they were subsequently rewarded with preferential treatment over the guests who, like me, had been waiting for their orders for over 30 minutes. When I then brought it up, the aforementioned educational expert gave me a rude scolding, and I just thought, well, the elementary school mediation group consisted of three children and a two-year-old. Across from the BayArena, the situation was definitely handled superbly. All the customers were dissatisfied and talked about how bad the place was. The two quarrelers were even rewarded and learned that the most antisocial people get treated best. What happens when away fans and Leverkusen fans meet there? The place closes, and we have a three-hour storytelling circle with tea? The food sat in the display for ages. The older Indian employee did manage to stuff the burgers into the bags with six arms, but then he lost control of the situation and was somehow just so pissed off that he silently pointed at his colleague when people complained.

Super unfriendly staff, won't order from there again.

Probably the dirtiest McDonald's in the Rhineland. No table clean... filth and grease everywhere. Dirty restrooms, no toilet paper... 🤢🤮 The ordering screens are broken, and "fast food" isn't even close here!!! Wait 15 minutes 👎

As a woman, you can no longer go there alone or with a friend. The staff there are very unpleasant. Unfortunately, they take being friendly to women too seriously. Horrible!!!

I've never experienced such poor service and have rarely been treated as rudely as at this McDonald's. We initially received an incorrect order. When we noticed this, we wanted to have it corrected. We needed a receipt for this, which we weren't given either. There was no sign of goodwill or acknowledgment. Instead, they tried to blame us. Conclusion: I'll never go to this place again!

I wanted to eat a delicious cream tart. I ordered and paid digitally. That worked well and quickly. I was extremely disappointed when I unwrapped the tart at my friend's house, who lives around the corner. The strawberries were shriveled and didn't look at all appetizing. Two hours later, we returned the tart while walking the dog. Instead of an apology, I was told that it had been a long time since I had bought the tart. And when I indignantly denied that, the lady pointed out that my statement couldn't be true because she had complied with the regulations.... I can't remember such a poor response to a complaint.

Not exactly clean, and there were some teenagers hanging around the restaurant on e-scooters, trying to ride them. The staff were obviously overwhelmed or didn't want to do anything. It almost seemed like they were scared. We felt uncomfortable with the kids and decided to leave quickly.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

One day, when I tried to order at the drive-through, the manager himself insulted me. He threatened to fry my face if I didn't pull up to the window immediately. It later turned out that every employee had spit in my drink. I now fear for my life because of my review.

Never again, long waits, orders are pre-eaten. Please keep your receipt otherwise you may not receive your order, but they will claim you didn't place one. Many of the workers don't understand German, if you have problems you have to wait for the boss.

We were there around 9:30 p.m. The wraps were well-filled and actually tasty—but cold. The fries were soggy and oily—they'd probably been sitting out for a while. The service was just about okay.

The classic: meets the standards you'd expect, whether at the main station or in Kalk. Fast, reliable, but the coffee and fries were rather weak this time, almost a little lackluster; here and there, it could be better. It's enough for a quick, familiar meal.

My review refers to an order from Lieferando.de: So far, I've always been satisfied with the delivery service and the food (fast food, but always hot and fresh, just like ordering a pizza). A wait time of 45 minutes was displayed, and after 75 minutes, I was told the order had been canceled. Given the time (after 10 p.m.), this was obviously a letdown (where would you order anything at that point?) Absolutely unacceptable!

I went to mcs today specifically because of the glasses and picked up 2 mc Menu small. I didn't know that there weren't any glasses available, which I only noticed when I handed over the goods and was told after asking. All well and good but you can make an exception if I didn't know?! An extra €35 was spent just for 2 glasses and then because of the 50 cent difference I didn't give any glasses or made an exception, especially because I never go to mcs.

Sorry, I don't like to write bad reviews, but yesterday it was too much of a good thing. I rarely go to MacDonald's, but unfortunately I can no longer recommend this branch. Cheeseburger was cold and almost no sauce on it, fries and nuggets were continuously fried and then sat in the display for a very long time. I know otherwise that everything is prepared after the order. Cheeseburger was complained about, I didn't take the fries because they had been in the display for too long. Employees asked me about it I'm supposed to fry so many fries, no one cared, I just got a stupid look. And the shop was almost empty and the terminal was so why so many fries. I won't be ordering anything else. There are better shops where nothing is on display for a long time and they don't skimp on sauce. And the cleanliness is there and the staff is friendlier.😬

We went there especially for this fries holder and according to the order computer it was available and after paying it was suddenly said it was sold out and at happy meal the ice cream, apples and toys were forgotten

Ordered McPlant nuggets, received normal nugget packaging. When asked, I was told I could just take a bite and take a look. My friend's burger was still half raw... The staff was super unfriendly, the seats and tables were very dirty - don't do that to yourself!

We waited 25 minutes for our food, canceled it because one of us is allergic to tomatoes, they didn't make a new burger but just took off the tomatoes and he had a fit. I have never experienced such poor service before. We had explicitly booked table service when we ordered. After finishing our meal, the employee started calling out our number loudly, which I initially ignored since table service obviously involves delivery of the order to the table. However, the shouts became increasingly louder and unfriendly, even demanding that we collect the food ourselves. Such behavior is completely incomprehensible to me. I also observed the same unprofessional, loud and self-collecting processing of orders when dealing with other customers. The service provided was unacceptable. In addition, the toilet was closed, which is absolutely unacceptable for me.

Food was sxhot cold. Didn't get what I ordered. So overall a very poor performance. Especially since you don't need a high school diploma to eat a few fries and nuggets. Very bad service and the employees walk around as if they had slept in some corner of the store. Do something!!! Very bad. Even cola was prepared and put away until the next guest arrived. No modern McDonald's with monitors. The McCafe is there, but no one is waiting there either. And on carnival day there are no better excuses than to close the toilets.

McDonalds first told me that they do not have my tea in store. I then asked for a refund since my friends were almost done with their ice. The store manager appeared 10 min later with the tea and refused the refund. I left without the tea or without getting refunded. What a scam!

Ordered fries without salt (allergy) unfortunately the fries were tipped into the container where the salt goes and then served. When we kindly pointed out we were told off that there was no salt on it. Attempts to explain it made the employee so angry that he took the fries in front of us and tore them through and groaned. When I tried to explain to him with the tongs from the frying basket, he just left 😠. A colleague took over and had it explained to her and it worked.

My husband brought me a Filet o Fish which I was really looking forward to. The burger had almost no sauce at all. 5€ burger but the sauce is so skimpy? You should probably be able to put sauce on it normally. I guess the bottle with the sauce went empty (this is what the fart little dot of sauce looked like) and the employee was too lazy to use the new bottle???

The burgers weren't decent for a restaurant. The abandoned tables were very sticky and were full. Not the best branch. There is more potential than is being exploited. Employees were averagely friendly. Ideal location after games or events with the Wildcats cheerleaders. Parking situation ok, except for larger cars.

Wir waren gestern Abend um 23:30 in der Bismarckstraße in Leverkusen. Die Tische und Bänke waren so schmutzig, überall Essensreste das es uns geekelt hat. Wir haben dann einen einigermaßen „sauberen „ Tisch gefunden aber es war das letzte mal das wir diese Filiale betreten. Wir haben einen Mitarbeiter darauf angesprochen aber der sagte nur das er später mal gucken wird. Ich finde das regelmäßig jemand nach den Tischen gucken sollte und mal mit einem Tuch drüber wischt..

The nuggets and the Mc Rip warm (because they were packed last), the cheeseburger cold on the outside, still lukewarm on the inside. The peach tea is room temperature. Only the cola was cold. I said two years ago: Ever since the terminals came into being, you've been getting cold food. We were at the wrong time, at the wrong McDonald's.

Als das Essen endlich gebracht wurde (Tischservice) fiel ein Fruchtquatsch auf den Boden - immerhin wurden wir gefragt, ob es okay sei wenn wir den nehmen (wir verneinten). Servietten waren übrigens auch nirgends dabei und auch im Restaurant nicht zu finden. Das Essen war zudem kalt und ein Getränk fehlte. Alles in allem wirklich unzureichend und unfreundliches Personal.
