A Burger King, located right next to the A3. When we visited, the restaurant was relatively empty and our order was prepared quickly (less than 5 minutes). The ambience is the same as usual at BurgerKing, and anyone who uses the outdoor dining area, like us, can enjoy the traffic without interruption

Unfortunately problems with card payment again – disappointing! This was the third time I've been to the Burger King in Opladen and once again the card payment didn't work. This is really annoying – especially these days, when cashless payments have long been standard practice. A company as large as Burger King should be able to provide working card machines. It is simply incomprehensible that this problem occurs repeatedly. Please ensure that the technology works reliably - such a failure really shouldn't happen at a large fast food chain.

Fries really suck, and no sour cream or mayo. So I tried this weird french fries cream. Don't crave anything! Then take a look at the back! More emulsifiers than real ingredients, So poison! The next fun thing is when choosing drinks, there are no more sprites, Fanta isn't even available in the range. So the choice between Cola and Diet Coke. Great selection... Burgers were okay this time, I have to say. But the toilet then no soap for washing your hands. The donors also look like that, which makes you think about whether you should be there. Something touches you. No longer gets washed up. In addition, not all numbers are called. I last heard the 501, after that nothing came. But when I wanted to go to the toilet, my food was already there. The next thing is that the monitors need to be cleaned more often before ordering. They look dirty and who knows where all those big fingers were before they touched them. Plus, you don’t want to get viruses that way!! Then incorrect prices are displayed here! Were in the drive in. Noticed at home - 2 burgers were wrong. Both King Fusions were missing the main ingredient. There was only sauce in it. And the chili cheese nuggets were missing.

In the evening before work I ordered 4 chicken nugget burgers to take away. I like eating at Burger King Solingen. Here in Opladen I really have to say it was not only a complete disappointment but also an impertinence. The meat was super chewy and tasted like it was from the day before. I really can never order here again. I'm traumatized by the taste in my mouth. You don't even deserve 1 star. Thumbs down!

Very dirty...the train station toilet in Frankfurt is cleaner! Feet stuck to the ground. Door handle OMG...dining area same game. Tables are sticky even though there were only 10 people in the store. Optics create a modern look but don't look closely. And prefer to eat somewhere else. The food itself is also of low quality... I ordered Whopper 4 times for my family. I received 4 old dry rolls (luke warm), only ketchup instead of mayonnaise. When I asked why ketchup because I didn't order any, he said there was no mayo. All in one beautiful design and that's where it ends.

Horrifying conditions!!! We came for dinner with 10 people after a children's outing. It's been a while since our last visit to the King and the condition and "cleanliness" shocked us. The Burger Palast looks like it was after a revolt...Before we sat down (the children wanted to stay otherwise we would have been flown out quickly..) we wiped our chosen tables clean ourselves. The tables were dirty with leftover food and soda. At least they kindly gave us the means to wipe. The employees themselves were friendly and I was asked to place the order on the screen. With 10 people it was real torture. Fast food burgers like at the Citizens' Office...🎉 Which struck me as very unpleasant. Unfortunately, the food itself was anything but good, which was due to the quality of the ingredients, layering and preparation. Anyone who has visited a great Burger King knows that the burgers look and can be really tasty. I spent a lot of money that would have easily been enough for a real restaurant. Which I think will be more sensible in the future. Not a table was wiped in about 60 minutes.

Always ONLY problems with this Burger King! I'm NEVER coming back! Ordered Big King XXL but only received a Big King. Of course paid the full price. And only noticed at home...

Dear friends, please never order there. I had ordered food from Lieferando and after waiting for over an hour I called them. After the fourth time someone finally answered and I was told the following: "We can't deliver right now because the health department is here. It's too dirty here and we have to clean everything right now. If we don't make it today, the department will close us down. I can try to cancel the order, but I'm currently busy with the health department." Please what?! Well at least the office is doing something about it. Did I get my refund? No! They also stated that the order had arrived. Bullshit. Since Lieferando hasn't contacted me either, I've now demanded a refund. The restaurant seems to attract a lot of attention, in a negative sense. I've heard from many people that the store there isn't good. Now I heard it with my own ears. Burger King Opladen, simply does it better. That doesn't work at all.

At least the fries were hot, even if the burger (freshly prepared for me!) was once again only lukewarm. But the service was good, friendly and fast, the restaurant including the sanitary facilities were clean. The storage stations for the used trays were tidy and not overflowing with rubbish.

After two burgers it took exactly an hour for everything to come out again. I don't recommend eating there. What a place!

The food was good as always at Burger King. We were there at 10 p.m. in the evening, there wasn't much going on. But you couldn't put your tablets back because the carts were overflowing. There was nothing going on, but tables weren't being wiped down, the soap dispenser for washing hands in the toilet was empty and the window at the car counter was so dirty that you could hardly see through it. Bad conditions. Drive in switch was defective about 2 weeks ago. Ok then you have to go in. The terminal was very crowded so I wanted to order at the counter. I get the stupid answer that you can only order at the terminal. What if I had no idea about the terminal? I went out on it. Last visit.

I just bought 6 large ice creams and paid for 18 more but the streams weren't even half the price, I said okay, it could be wrong and then I asked if they were large ice creams then they told me yes they were too 😤sorry It happened twice and I won't let it happen to me again! The food was ok, but the TV was excessively loud, which really disturbed the meal.

When I arrived at the drive, the screen told me to please pull up, when I arrived at the window I was told that the cash register wasn't working and that I should come in?? There were more cash registers available in the store, so couldn't you simply place your orders via the monitor instead of at the window? Well, a colleague came over and we decided to eat in the store. When looking for a place, I noticed that quite a few tables were dirty and quite greasy. During the entire time, none of the employees went through the store to wipe the tables... Well, finally the food arrived, Burger King was average, meat had been waiting for me for what felt like an hour, but I was hungry, had to go in and then the worst thing happened, it was quite oppressively warm outside... and the cola was warm... my colleague then wanted to Swap the two colas for 2 cold ones. Well, burger chain typical problems in the summer, cooling down, fridge warm, no ice cubes... we only got the information when we asked.. sorry, but in my opinion that's not possible.. Then inform the customers instead of serving warm drinks. Well for me it was the last time I stopped there. When the Burger King was new, it was the top. It's a shame about the store.

After ordering, we (a family of six with four small children) had to wait over an hour for our food. In a normal restaurant, we would have just left. But here we have already paid. The five people at the service were very bored. Why couldn't they help out in the kitchen? The great thing was that when we asked several times whether we had been forgotten and this was denied, we were then told that our food had already been ready for 20 minutes. Yes, sure! And it's definitely freezing cold! And then came what was in the bag and we didn't order it at all. Whatever, choke down before you have to wait another hour.
