Absolutely disgusting. Dirty, the floor, tables, and tray return area were all filthy. The air conditioning was set to cold. The burly guy behind the counter thinks he's a rapper, and the music playing reflects that. No uniform, no respect whatsoever. I work in a bakery and I know that's not how you behave as an employee at a service company. The absolute worst Burger King ever; I'd rather go to McDonald's. Best regards

⭐️ Disappointing New Year's Eve Order – Unfortunately, No Food at All I order from Burger King fairly often and have had mixed experiences in the past – sometimes cold burgers, sometimes long wait times, or missing items. But what happened on New Year's Eve was truly extremely disappointing. I deliberately ordered at 8:00 PM, early, so that everything would be relaxed on New Year's Eve. The app then showed "Order is almost here" continuously until 10:30 PM. You wait, remain patient, keep checking – and assume that the food will arrive any minute. Suddenly, the status updates and shows that the order was supposedly delivered at 8:30 PM – including "Enjoy your meal!" Unfortunately, nothing was delivered. No driver, no food, nothing. I tried to reach the store by phone several times, leaving messages on the answering machine each time – no response, no one was available. So, I finally drove there myself, only to find that Burger King was already closed. Result: New Year's Eve, no order, no food, no one to contact, no solution. This simply shouldn't happen – especially not on an evening when so many people make special plans and rely on it. Very disappointing. Service, communication, and reliability completely failed.

Deficiencies Identified The following points were observed: Inadequate heating of the branch Both employees and customers were clearly forced to wear jackets. The room temperature gave the impression that there was insufficient heating. Working conditions of the employees Employees performed their duties under demonstrably unacceptable cold conditions. This raises serious questions regarding occupational safety and the operator's duty of care. Technical and functional deficiencies Entrance doors were not functioning properly. The drive-thru was malfunctioning or not working. Cleanliness and hygiene The overall impression of the branch was clearly neglected. In particular, the hygiene standards did not meet the expectations of a restaurant of this size and brand recognition. These deficiencies were not isolated incidents but were clearly noticeable in their entirety. II. Legal and organizational relevance In my view, the described conditions are unacceptable to both customers and employees. They give rise to the suspicion that relevant regulations, including those in the areas of: Occupational safety Hygiene and infection control Commercial and operational safety are not being complied with, or not sufficiently complied with. III. Request for remedial action I hereby request that you immediately inspect and permanently rectify the aforementioned deficiencies. I expressly reserve the right to conduct a further inspection myself within the coming weeks. Should no significant and verifiable improvement be observed, I will be obliged to involve the relevant authorities. These include, in particular: the responsible public health department, the trade supervisory office, and other relevant authorities.

Service was okay. Food was typical Burger King. But it felt colder inside the restaurant than outside (outside temperature 2 degrees Celsius). Cold air was constantly blowing out of the air conditioning, making the effect even worse.

I would give zero stars if it were possible; the worst service ever, the order was completely wrong, never again!!

NEVER order anything online from here! That's it for Burger King, I'll never order from here again. Everything is awful, from the service to the delivery. It took a whopping 3 HOURS for the food to arrive. And they're supposed to be FAST food! Not recommended!

The burger was tasty. You only go to this Burger King if there's nowhere else nearby. I'm appalled by the state of the place, both inside and out. There's trash everywhere in the parking lot, and cigarette butts right by the entrance. The interior isn't very appealing in places either, and the staff is usually quite unfriendly. I've been there several times, and it's always the same. It shouldn't be like this. What a shame. The veggie burger is okay, though.

Even though we were there shortly before closing time, the staff were still really friendly, and our veggie burgers were prepared fresh and quickly. Finally, a really warm, or rather hot, burger at a Burger King—everything was fine!

Absolutely outrageous! I ordered chili cheese fries with the meal. The sauce was sour, like it had been tipped over. After just one fries, I realized they were inedible. I politely went to the counter and spoke to them. Two counter staff dig their fingers into my fries and just said they always tasted like that. What's my problem? When I said that the fact that you touched them with your fingers should have been a problem. I wasn't replaced; I was sent away with a threatening look. So, I guess we won't be stopping here again after work.

No. I've NEVER seen such a dirty place. And it was around 6 p.m. It wasn't that busy, and one or two employees could certainly have cleaned up. It looked like there had already been thousands of customers there that day and no one had cleaned anything at all. ALL the tables were dirty, and the restrooms were subterranean.

The only problem is that the store is understaffed, so you can expect to wait quite a bit at the checkout. Many people are understandably stressed by the rush, so I think it's really a lack of staff.

Typical Burger King, sometimes often drive-thru is much too slow but what can you say, 90% of the workers are students and it feels difficult to stay organized without leadership.

I was at the door at 1:07 a.m. and wasn't allowed back in because the employees were apparently overwhelmed with their job, which is what they're actually paid for. The store doesn't actually close until 2:00 a.m., but we were told not to argue and to go home. Very unfriendly employees. I also witnessed the "shift manager" getting into a fight with customers afterward. I'll never go back to this crappy store.

Definitely the dirtiest bakery I've ever been to. The floor was full of paper waste, the trolleys were completely full. Dirty restrooms. There were four service employees behind the counter (plus the kitchen), and hardly any customers. When I pointed out to the lady that the counters were full, she replied, "Yes, I know." The three men present were chatting loudly behind the counter and laughing excessively loudly. No one seemed bothered by the cleanliness issue.

I've never seen such an antisocial bunch of employees. They started gossiping about some customers and then started yelling at me because I seemed annoyed after having to wait FOREVER for a burger. Then he wanted to throw me out. After I asked for my money back, he gave me the food anyway. People like that are the reason for everything bad in the world. I hope at least two of them get fired. The food is standard fare for a typical burger chain restaurant, offering little in the way of special features. The service, however, leaves much to be desired and could be significantly friendlier and more attentive.

I'm a regular at Burger King, but this was by far the worst I've ever been to. The dining area wasn't exactly clean, nor were the restrooms, and the staff weren't particularly friendly either, focusing more on chatting across the restaurant. We ordered to eat in and received everything in bags, like everyone else; they apparently don't offer trays. My burger (a long chicken) also had the wrong sauce on it, which didn't exactly make the experience any more pleasant. Never again.

I let myself get carried away again because this Burger King is the closest one. But that was definitely the last time. The Coke came in a paper cup, even though I'd paid for the deposit cup. My tray was just left there at some point. The monitor was offline, and nobody said anything. The curly fries were a bag full of leftovers plus three curly fries, and the burger wasn't any better. The patty was burnt, and the cheese wasn't melted. I was the only one waiting for my order, so it wasn't because I was stressed. It's good that there are other branches, even if they're not exactly around the corner.

After waiting over 30 minutes for our order (in an empty restaurant), only one thing was correct. We complained, and 15 minutes later we (unfortunately) received the correct order. Although several portions of mayo and ketchup were included as "compensation," one of the corrected burgers was simply a burger bun with a tiny bit of chili cheese sauce. (We only noticed this at home after the first bite – it was disappointing.) So you wait far too long for your order, then have to complain, and in the end, the staff still can't manage to fill a burger... sad...

Since we are from the older generation, the lovely employee Michelle gave us excellent advice and help in choosing a menu. The young employee Kerem was also very polite and sold us an ice cream. Great restaurant, clean, and with super friendly staff. We would definitely come back.

Unfortunately problems with card payment again – disappointing! This was the third time I've been to the Burger King in Opladen and once again the card payment didn't work. This is really annoying – especially these days, when cashless payments have long been standard practice. A company as large as Burger King should be able to provide working card machines. It is simply incomprehensible that this problem occurs repeatedly. Please ensure that the technology works reliably - such a failure really shouldn't happen at a large fast food chain.

Fries really suck, and no sour cream or mayo. So I tried this weird french fries cream. Don't crave anything! Then take a look at the back! More emulsifiers than real ingredients, So poison! The next fun thing is when choosing drinks, there are no more sprites, Fanta isn't even available in the range. So the choice between Cola and Diet Coke. Great selection... Were in the drive in. Noticed at home - 2 burgers were wrong. Both King Fusions were missing the main ingredient. There was only sauce in it. And the chili cheese nuggets were missing.

Here in Opladen I really have to say it was not only a complete disappointment but also an impertinence. The meat was super chewy and tasted like it was from the day before. I really can never order here again. I'm traumatized by the taste in my mouth. You don't even deserve 1 star. Thumbs down!
