Extremely dirty Burger King. There was nothing going on, but tables weren't being wiped down, the soap dispenser for washing hands in the toilet was empty and the window at the car counter was so dirty that you could hardly see through it. I would replace the branch manager because all deficiencies are short instructions to the staff and it's up and running again. Sorry but it was my last visit, at least indoors

Bad conditions. Drive in switch was defective about 2 weeks ago. Ok then you have to go in. The terminal was very crowded so I wanted to order at the counter. I get the stupid answer that you can only order at the terminal. What if I had no idea about the terminal? I went out on it. Last visit.

I just bought 6 large ice creams and paid for 18 more but the streams weren't even half the price, I said okay, it could be wrong and then I asked if they were large ice creams then they told me yes they were too 😤sorry It happened twice and I won't let it happen to me again! And we go there so often, now the employees know me, we often go in larger groups, but not anymore, and of course have respect and understanding that they have a lot to do!!!!

This evening I ordered something again via the drive through and just for us parents... well what can I say... two burgers are missing again at full price Maybe I'm too religious and don't monitor properly, but please hire qualified staff

The food was ok, but the TV was excessively loud, which really disturbed the meal.

I have no idea how to do it but Burger King did it. It is by far the worst delivery service I have experienced. First an hour late and then not even being able to provide feedback or current status. They simply completely ignored the service.

When I arrived at the drive, the screen told me to please pull up, when I arrived at the window I was told that the cash register wasn't working and that I should come in?? There were more cash registers available in the store, so couldn't you simply place your orders via the monitor instead of at the window? Well, a colleague came over and we decided to eat in the store. When looking for a place, I noticed that quite a few tables were dirty and quite greasy. During the entire time, none of the employees went through the store to wipe the tables... Well, finally the food arrived, Burger King was average, meat had been waiting for me for what felt like an hour, but I was hungry, had to go in and then the worst thing happened, it was quite oppressively warm outside... and the cola was warm... my colleague then wanted to Swap the two colas for 2 cold ones. Well, burger chain typical problems in the summer, cooling down, fridge warm, no ice cubes... we only got the information when we asked.. sorry, but in my opinion that's not possible.. Then inform the customers instead of serving warm drinks. Well for me it was the last time I stopped there. When the Burger King was new, it was the top. It's a shame about the store.

After ordering, we (a family of six with four small children) had to wait over an hour for our food. In a normal restaurant, we would have just left. But here we have already paid. The food was what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. The ambience - well, when you have to go to the toilet, the outside doesn't bother you much. It wasn't really unclean either. You won't find a flash of hygiene here.

Today, as I was driving past, I decided to treat myself to a meal at this branch. I wasn't personally served at the service counter. I was told that I had to use the control to place an order. Since I still want to give myself the freedom to decide what I have to or don't have to and where I can spend my money and where I want to eat, I left this shop and got my meal somewhere else.

In my recent experience at Burger King in Leverkusen, I was unfortunately very disappointed with the conditions there. The outside tables were extremely dirty, with stains already dried, and the floor was full of dirt, especially at the seats. There was rubbish lying around and there was a huge disgusting stain in front of the door to the indoor area. The outside door handle was torn off and the trash cans were so overflowing that trash was flying out, as well as being full of mold spots. I discovered a fly in my burger packaging, which completely ruined my appetite. The fries also tasted like old fat, which wasn't exactly appetizing. In addition, the mayonnaise was forgotten and only given out upon request. The apparent understaffing seemed to come at the expense of customers and hygiene. The toilets were also very unclean, with dirty tiles and plumbing that clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while, although toilet paper and soap were replenished. Overall, my visit to Burger King in Leverkusen was extremely disappointing. I hope that in the future the restaurant will pay more attention to cleanliness and hygiene in order to provide guests with a pleasant experience.

On April 28, 2024, I personally purchased a Tex-Mex dish from you, but it did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, the Tex-Mex dish was not freshly prepared and seemed to have been reheated for some time. This resulted in the quality and taste of the dish being compromised. The entire process here was underground! Toilets are dirty, order only came after 30 minutes (we were there!) and twice wrong, meat instead of plant-based. The burgers and fries were cold, at most lukewarm. After I complained, I reluctantly got new ones. Then we talked to the colleague in another language 🙄 The new burgers were cold again and the cheese didn't melt at all. How can something like this happen to four people 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

So I've been all over Europe and even eaten at all the BurgerKing restaurants in the States, but I've never seen such clean, nice staff and correct order processing anywhere. So they do everything really well. It's great that you keep doing it 👍👍👍
