The worst Bürgerking I have ever visited, service 0 bottom drawer never again

Words fail you because the floor and tables are dirty and there's no rain for days .

Dingy shop, rancid fries, disgusting sanitary facilities. I can't believe the health department hasn't put a stop to this yet. By far the worst franchise in the chain.

Tell me... Does anyone read the reviews? The store is so dirty, the health department should take a look. Food cold and carelessly prepared.

Friendly and quick service at the drive-thru

Today, as I was driving past, I decided to treat myself to a meal at this branch. I wasn't personally served at the service counter. I was told that I had to use the control to place an order. Since I still want to give myself the freedom to decide what I have to or don't have to and where I can spend my money and where I want to eat, I left this shop and got my meal somewhere else.

Only failure. Can only wait and see from this BK. The dishes are cold, staff unfriendly and ignorant about their coupon system. In addition, the drive in is absolutely inefficient.

In my recent experience at Burger King in Leverkusen, I was unfortunately very disappointed with the conditions there. The outside tables were extremely dirty, with stains already dried, and the floor was full of dirt, especially at the seats. There was rubbish lying around and there was a huge disgusting stain in front of the door to the indoor area. The outside door handle was torn off and the trash cans were so overflowing that trash was flying out, as well as being full of mold spots. I discovered a fly in my burger packaging, which completely ruined my appetite. The fries also tasted like old fat, which wasn't exactly appetizing. In addition, the mayonnaise was forgotten and only given out upon request. The apparent understaffing seemed to come at the expense of customers and hygiene. The toilets were also very unclean, with dirty tiles and plumbing that clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while, although toilet paper and soap were replenished. Overall, my visit to Burger King in Leverkusen was extremely disappointing. I hope that in the future the restaurant will pay more attention to cleanliness and hygiene in order to provide guests with a pleasant experience.

Worst Burger King I know, I got a warm Diet Coke that also tasted stale, I spoke to the employee and told him that Burger Kimg is getting worse and worse and this place in particular, he then... go somewhere else... .I to him...For sure .

On April 28, 2024, I personally purchased a Tex-Mex dish from you, but it did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, the Tex-Mex dish was not freshly prepared and seemed to have been reheated for some time. This resulted in the quality and taste of the dish being compromised. As a long-time Burger King customer, I was disappointed with this experience. I therefore request you to ensure that food preparation and presentation are improved to avoid such incidents in the future. Attached is a photo of the Tex-Mex dish that illustrates how it did not meet my expectations. We ordered food and waited for 2 hours then the meal was canceled by Burger King! So we never got anything. When we wanted to ask, we were just pushed away on the phone. What a service!

The drive way didn't work. They didn't accept cards either, only cash. The machines for ordering didn't work either! It took them more than 10 minutes!!!!

Unfortunately what was ordered wasn't in the bag, but a normal burger instead of chicken. The service was unfriendly and completely overwhelmed. The toilet is DISGUSTING

Even though the store was completely empty, we still waited a long time to place an order. I had to put the take-away order from the tablet into the bag myself. Service staff without German or service knowledge. Never again.

That wasn't that tasty. Had a King's Beef Burger. Bun was dry and the patty was bland. A pity.

I always like to visit this Burger King. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and quick.

Don't understand the negative reviews. Staff very friendly, food prepared quickly and freshly. I've had completely different experiences in other branches.

The entire process here was underground! Toilets are dirty, order only came after 30 minutes (we were there!) and twice wrong, meat instead of plant-based. The burgers and fries were cold, at most lukewarm. After I complained, I reluctantly got new ones. Then we talked to the colleague in another language 🙄 The new burgers were cold again and the cheese didn't melt at all. How can something like this happen to four people 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

So I've been all over Europe and even eaten at all the BurgerKing restaurants in the States, but I've never seen such clean, nice staff and correct order processing anywhere. So they do everything really well. It's great that you keep doing it 👍👍👍

What can you say...the delivery time was way too long. We've been waiting for over 1 1/2 hours and still no delivery. It is definitely not advisable to order there. 0 stars would be more appropriate. Nobody can be reached by phone.

Maybe you can't expect more on a Friday evening, but our visit today was anything but great. The only question that comes to mind when it comes to plant-based nuggets is: how often can you deep-fry nuggets? Bk: yes. I made the staff aware of this. There are 2 stars in the service category because they were friendly. I felt like I was handed the same nuggets again. They are now fed to the chickens. This way they don't have to end up in the trash again, even if they were in the right place. Consumption in the restaurant was only possible from the bag, trays were out. What a shame.

Actually a completely normal BK - the food is like everywhere else. The ambience also stands out neither positively nor negatively. However, out of 10 orders, at most two are actually as ordered. Something is almost always wasted - meat instead of plant-based, chocolate shake instead of vanilla, wrong sauce, wrong side dish or whatever. I have no idea why the error rate is so high there, but luckily the competition with the golden M is not far away. The employees are otherwise very friendly.

Drive In, a complete disaster: Waited just under 5 minutes at the ordering terminal (1 car in front of me at the counter), Then a rather taciturn and unmotivated employee took the order. After 12 minutes of waiting at the counter, I was looking forward to fresh and hot burgers. Think. The fries were fresh and hot, but not completely cooked through. The mayo we ordered was missing (which was unfortunately only noticed on the motorway). The three burgers we ordered were no longer warm. Without onions was probably ignored, But luckily you can correct that yourself. My conclusion: I like to stop by Burger King. But I won't drive here anymore, then it's better to go home without a burger...

Unfortunately it's pretty dirty there. In the restaurant itself, unsavory, the toilet is the most disgusting thing I've seen in a long time. There definitely hasn't been any proper cleaning there for months. When I entered the toilet there was a smell that almost made me vomit.

I ordered a white brownie with chocolate sauce, but instead I received a chocolate brownie with ice cream. Everything was poured over the box of 20 nuggets so that all the ice melted and ran over the nuggets. The order was thrown away. Unprofessional and a mockery! To avoid! They also mixed three different orders into a single bag and poured the fries into it. 😡😡 Money thrown out the window, and not exactly a little money! Shame on Burger King! The owner should be ashamed, but apparently he doesn't even care about customer feedback from what I see in other reviews. I wonder what a routine inspection by the health department would find out.

Received a wrong, incomplete order for the third time today. I even asked several times if everything was included... impudence... 1 fries and a burger are missing and the drinks are wrong, no straws... that's one star just so you can leave a review.

Drive in is usually empty, and even inside the waiting time is very short, which I find pleasant. The burgers are of standard quality, no surprises, so solid.

Mein burger war leider total überschwämmt mit soße sehr ungenießbar und alles andere als lecker Ich wollte dort auf die toilette gehen diese war leider sehr versifft der Boden voller Krümmel und die toilette sehr dreckig. Da will ich mich ungern als Frau drauf setzen. Die Jungs dort waren heute sehr laut am Reden und auch am Lachen. Der Laden wurde komplett unterhalten in ruhe essen ist nicht 🤷‍♂️🤣 glaube in dem Betrieb fehlt ne Frau damit die Jungs da mal wieder klar kommen. Der Service dagegen war aber sehr schnell.

Hier sollte man die Bestellung genau überprüfen, die Angestellten übersehen ser viel sehr schlecht.

Aan een zuil besteld en gekozen voor contante betaling. Gewacht en gewacht maar ons eten werd niet opgeroepen. Blijkt dat je eerst moet afrekenen voordat ze het gaan bereiden. Staat nergens vermeld! Veel luidruchtige, opgeschoten jongeren binnen.

Einer der saubersten Burger King's die ich je gesehen habe, sehr freundlicher Staff, die Bestellung wird zügig abgearbeitet, ich hatte aus Versehen das falsche Getränk ausgewählt und es wurde mir ohne murren ausgetauscht, nur das Parken ist nicht so gut, zum Eingang muss man über die Spur des Drive In, da es an diesem Tag Eis uns Schnee gab war es dort sehr glatt.

Wie so oft funktioniert der Payback scener nicht ,wie oft erlebt wenn ich unterwegs bei Burger King bin egal wo in Deutschland okay im Ruhrgebiet ist es besonders oft. Dann Wirst auch bei keinem gefragt ob man Payback App hat.

Leider ist die Qualität und die Auswahl nicht mehr das was es mal war. Besonders ärgerlich finde ich, dass es keine Chicken-Wings mehr gibt. Ich werde Burger King nur noch in äußerster Not aufsuchen.

Wie bewertet man ein Fastfood Restaurant von einer großen Kette? Der Geschmackt ist bei allen Filialen gleich, der Preis und das Ambiente auch.

Vorab: Der Burger war frisch und lecker. Der Laden machte innen und außen einen ziemlich verdreckten Eindruck. Mein bestelltes Getränk in 0,4l wurde mir in einem 0,3l-Mehrwegbecher ausgegeben. Auf Nachfrage sagte man mir erst, dass das so richtig sei. Als ich nochmals freundlich auf die entsprechende Kennzeichnung am Becher hinwies, bekam ich das Getränk in der richtigen Größe. Statt einer angebrachten Entschuldigung gab es genervte Blicke.

Das ist der beste Mitarbeiter den ich kenne. In 4min hab meine Bestellung bekommen.

Angenehmes Fastfood Restaurant, wem es schmeckt der ist hier Wohl gut aufgehoben für mich persönlich reicht da schon der Kaffee und ein Eis da kann mann nichts verkehrt machen.

Best redelijk goed gegeten en geholpen. Toch was het ook wel rommelig door zichtbaar onervaren personeel en een ogenschijnlijke onderbezetting. Toch was het netjes... Er is in ieder geval afdoende gratis parkeergelegenheid. Jammerlijk is er geen speelgelegenheid aanwezig waardoor we een volgende keer deze locatie overslaan.

Die Sterne gibt es für den netten Service am DriveIn. Sonst ist hier gar nichts zu empfehlen.

Sehr sauber und Bestellung per Panel möglich und bequem. Sitzgelegenheiten sind so lala. Gemütlich ist anders. Die Speisen und Preise sind okay. Recup ist eine tolle Idee gegen den hohen Becherverbrauch.

Ich bin durch den Drive Thru und habe dort bestellt. Keine Schlange, kurze Wartezeit, freundliche Bedienung und kein sparen bei der Portionsgröße 👍 TOP Nur ne Kleinigkeit; die Gegensprechanlage krakselt stark und ist schwer verständlich. Braucht ne Reperatur.
