I ordered fries. In there were curly fries, fries without gluten and curly fries with gluten. That was probably mixed together. Now I'm struggling with severe symptoms. I've been there many times and it always worked, and now it doesn't. Not recommendable.

What a dirty place. Cleaning inside and outside would be urgently needed!

I was refused service because I didn't want to mess around with a screen and search forever. I'm definitely not going to fiddle with a screen that has already had tons of people on it that I don't know. Who knows which body openings these fingers were in beforehand? I don't want to buy a virus package either, I just want to eat it! The quality is already very inferior if you then refuse service just because you don't feel like working even though 3 employees are standing around and chatting. Is this already the bottom drawer! Things are always missing, you always have to check, food is often not fresh

Unfortunately, in this Burger King - as in 70% of all branches - it is the standard that something is ALWAYS missing. It doesn't matter whether the store is full or not. Either you check every order EVERY TIME or you accept to pay €3-5 for nothing. Today again: 2 burgers missing again and a donut because 4 people are working on a stupid order at the same time. It was stressful enough because there were a lot of people standing and waiting in the branch, but the drive through was also busy. The last time for me, it's happened often enough and when you ask the employees about it, all they get is "Huh? Please what?". Then they read the receipt 3 times and get it. Sorry, extremely poor - even for one of the worse fast food chains.

"Burger King" where the fries are so cold they could easily pass for an ingredient in iced coffee, and the burgers taste like they've been reheated before - before an era when quality was still a concept. Every bite is like an expedition into the unknown because you never know what you're going to taste next - except disappointment, that's guaranteed. To be more precise, the patties taste like the insole of an old sneaker - a real taste experience for the senses. But hey, the staff changes so often that at least you see a new face every time. Can you really blame them? After all, they have to master the balancing act between management's requirements and savings, which is of course reflected in the hygiene conditions in the store and is also confirmed by several reviews. And of course, an unpleasant stomach feeling is guaranteed after the visit - it's like the icing on the cake of the heap of gastronomic disappointments. And long after you've fought your way through this culinary nightmare, you'll be left feeling like you'll get to know the next restroom more intimately. Considering what you get for this quality and price-performance ratio, it's beyond outrageous. Apparently nothing has changed since the TV documentary about this very Burger King! After a second very bad presentation on television, this Burger King offers enough input for a third episode. I hope it will be released soon! This Burger King won't see me again - unless I need a reminder of how bad fast food can be.

Orders only at the terminal otherwise you will be turned away with a shrug of your shoulders

Locally is good, but ordering via Lieferando is adventurous. How can you screw up orders almost 3 times in a row? Order 1st time: Promotion via Lieferando “Take 1 Long Chicken and get 2”. So 2 for 1. We selected this promotion twice = 4 burgers. But only 2 arrived. Order 2nd time: ordered 2 crispy chicken menus + one crispy chicken. Instead of crispy chicken there was a cheeseburger. Woooooow. You can't reach anyone for that. You can forget about calling. Ordered 3 times today. Ordered crispy menu and a double cheeseburger menu. A long chicken as a chilli cheeseburger and a double chilli cheeseburger arrived. Can you please receive your complete order? And the possibility of a complaint would be good...

This Burger King is Katasprohe. The shop was completely dirty and the fries were cold. The cheese was everywhere outside of the burger and one person's order was simply forgotten even though there were only four people in the store. It seems that no one cares about cleanliness or about pleasant food.

Today I decided: never again! Fries and cheeseburgers were cold, fries were made new straight away, cheeseburgers after discussion. I was told that this was the normal condition (not even lukewarm...), they haven't been allowed to warm it up for three-quarters of a year... Aha. Cola filled half a centimeter below the calibration mark (photo available). Really, no...

Food cold, fries almost raw and everything dirty. The 4 employees didn't care at all about the full carts being cleared away or a full table being cleared away. When I asked for toilet paper, everyone looked at each other and I wasn't sure if they even understood me. There was no toilet paper and no soap anyway. Unfortunately you can't give less than 1 star for the service. If they were my employees, they wouldn't have a job from today on.

Hi at least 3/4 times a month I order through liferando and what I order never arrives anyway it's disgusting one pays at least between €40/€50 every time there is a frightening incompetence of work the day will come you too will close for the your behavior works

I ordered something through the delivery service. Firstly, I made it a point to make sure that there shouldn't be a beacon on it. Then I get a call and a message. This menu is prepared without a beacon. Because the bread actually has beacon pieces on it. I didn't say please anywhere with a beacon on it. She said it will be done. Then I wait over an hour and a half for my food. I finally got something to eat. And what was. COMPLETE with beacon inside. Then I called there. And it was clear that no one would answer. Although still until egg. Open at night. This is the last load. I'm really pissed off.

Ordering is only possible via terminal. Definitely scares older people off. Food was o.k.

We ordered at 3:42 p.m. via Lieferando and it said that the food should be here at 4:49 p.m. It's now 5:51 p.m. and it's still not there, worst BurgerKing ever and no one answers the phone number either

I haven't eaten something so disgusting in a long time. Burger cold, after the exchange it came back just as cold. The bacon cold and raw. Chicken nuggets just like that. Fries soggy, and the waitress annoyed because you exchanged something. Conclusion never again. Wasted money.

Don't open at 10 like it says online, in the app or outside the door

I ordered a white brownie with chocolate sauce, but instead I received a chocolate brownie with ice cream. Everything was poured over the box of 20 nuggets so that all the ice melted and ran over the nuggets. The order was thrown away. Unprofessional and a mockery! To avoid! They also mixed three different orders into a single bag and poured the fries into it. 😡 Money thrown out the window, and not exactly a little money! Shame on Burger King! The owner should be ashamed, but apparently he doesn't even care about customer feedback from what I see in other reviews. I wonder what a routine inspection by the health department would find out.

Absolute impudence, I was there with my family, my xxl burger was cold and the bread that came with it fell apart in my hand. My wife's cheeseburger was also cold and not edible. I have to honestly say that I have been to Bürger-King several times. That was the worst thing I was served. I don't think I'll be visiting this branch again.

Sauberer laden schnell unser Essen bekommen

Nicht das Essen bekommen was wir bestellt hatten und da das Personal unseren Bon einfach entsorgt hat, haben wir es nicht korrigiert bekommen. Von den dreckigen Toiletten gar nicht zu sprechen.

Einer der ekelhaftesten Burger Kings in denen ich bisher war. Baron fast tiefgefroren auf dem Burger, falsche Getränke bei Menüs, ja, Getränk hätte man direkt austauschen lassen können, aber trinke auch mal was anderes. Pommes ohne Soße obwohl mehrmals gefragt wurde welche Soße man gerne hätte. Hier werde ich auf jedenfall nicht nochmal essen. Bewertungen sprechen für sich.

Doppel Wopper mit Bacon, Bacon nicht durch. Kollege hat sich komolett eingesch***en!! Big King XXL echt nicht gut, eher ekelhaft. Personal brutal langsam und man merkte das "ich hab gar kein Bock" echt an. Toilette EKELHAFT dreckig!!! Gerne nicht nochmal....

Man kann solche Örtlichkeiten lieben oder nicht. Das kommt darauf an, ob man Fastfood mag oder einen großen Bogen darum macht. Ich bin jetzt auch kein wirklich großer Fan davon, aber ab und an, darf es auch mal sein. Ich denke geschmacklich unterscheiden sich die Filialen eher im geringen Maße, sind die Zutaten und die Zubereitung standardisiert. Auch in dieser Filiale erfolgt das Bestellen hauptsächlich nur noch über die Terminals, denn die Kasse ist nur noch dünn besetzt. Insgesamt entsteht dadurch aber keine längere Wartezeit, ob es am Ende Zeit spart, kann ich nicht mit Gewissheit sagen. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber alle freundlich, der Laden ist sauber (was nicht überall selbstverständlich ist - das liegt aber meist am Kunden selbst, der der Meinung ist, ein Schlachtfeld hinterlassen zu müssen). Da dir Filiale etwas abgelegen liegt, die die Kundenfrequenz meist nicht sehr hoch. Voll wird es wohl eher selten. Ich persönlich gehe lieber hier hin als zur Konkurrenz mit dem Clown!

Tisch und Sitzplätze mussten, nach Bescheid geben, sauber gemacht werden. Burger und Fritten waren kalt. Wieder Bescheid gesagt und erst dann warme Burger und Fritten bekommen. Würde nicht mehr hingehen

Keine Ahnung was da los ist aber kann nicht sein das man 2 Stunden warten muss, bis seine Bestellung ankommt von der Fahrtzeit sind das nicht mehr als 10 min. Einfach Bodenlos

Hatte nun am Drive in einmal ein Haar im Essen bei Reklamation wurde nur gesagt ich arbeite heute meine ersten tag hier ich habe gesagt und auch der letzte wenn ich nicht einen neuen Burger bekomme.

Bei der letzten Drive in Bestellung wurde ein Bürger vergessen. Zu Hause haben wir es festgestellt und telefonisch reklamiert. Wir sollten beim nächsten Besuch das Personal ansprechen und wir bekämen einen Bürger umsonst. Dies haben wir getan, aber man konnte sich nicht erinnern. Ich sollte dann eine Telefonnummer und meinen Namen aufschreiben und wir würden dann einen Rückruf erhalten. Dieser ist dann auch nicht erfolgt. Die geschätzten 6,90 EUR für den Burger kann ich dann wohl abschreiben... Schade.

Fast jedes Mal wird irgendwas vergessen bei der Bestellung. Man könnte schon meinen, dass es aus Berechnung passiert. Man muss definitiv jedes Mal kontrollieren

Habe heute Ein Big-King ein Double Chillicheese 9er Chillicheese Nuggets und eine Cola Zero . Das Essen war OK aber auch nicht super dafür aber der Laden super dreckig. Die Wagen wo die Tablets reinkommen überfüllt und draussen hat sich auch der Müll gestapelt. Also das wirkt wirklich sehr ekelhaft und hier werde ich nicht mehr essen gehen . Vor 4-5 Jahren war der Laden noch wirklich gut aber das ist er heute leider nicht mehr .

Halt ein Burger-King! TIP: bei Mahlzeiten zum Mitnehmen Inhalt prüfen - bei uns fast immer was falsch oder vergessen. Ambiente zu bewerten, ist das eine Fangfrage?🤣🤣🤣

Ein normaler Burger King wie jeder andere auch. Das Essen ist in Ordnung es schmeckt, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher.

Der BK in Schlebusch ist meiner Erfahrung nach ein eher mittelmässiges Restaurant. Wenn man mal Lust hat auf Burger King Produkte. Bei den Mitarbeitern muss man Glück haben. Unfreundlich war noch keiner. Manchmal kommt es vor das der eine oder andere organisierter ist. Das kann dann dazu führen, dass man schneller an seine Bestellung kommt. Die digitalen bestell Computer finde ich relative unkompliziert und cool. 2 punkte die verbesserungswürdig sind: Der Spielbereich im Garten hätte bleiben können. Ausserdem ist der Garten nochmals mit einem Tor versehen. Das Tor lässt sich aber ohne weiteres öffnen. Es wäre hilfreich für Kleinkinder, wenn man das Tor zu mindest mit der Klinke verschliessen könnte.

Essen leider kalt und schmeckt wie leicht aufgewärmt. Muss ich nicht haben.

Nur Kaffee getrunken, der war gut. Service Personal war langsam und weder freundlich noch mutzig. Bei Rückgabe der Pfandbecher hat der Vorgang Geldrückgabe gehackt und war nur möglich mit Unterstützung der Chefin, dauerte 13 Minuten. Innenraum und Aussenbereich waren verdreckt. Keine Aschenbecher vorhanden (nachgefragt), so dass unglaublich viele Kippen auf dem gesamten Areal zu finden waren. Für Kinder weder drinnen noch draußen Spielmöglichkeiten.

Also wir reden hier über fast food. Sie waren schnell, sauber, freundlich! Für 3 Burger, ne Cola, Fritten mit majo 8 Euro. Dachte alle Bk Filialen wären nur noch Ramsch. Wurde vom Regen überrascht genau so wie vom burgerking in Leverkusen. Nice.

Es gibt SB-Terminals und die Wartenummern werden auf einem großen Display angezeigt. Filiale nimmt an sämtlichen Werbeaktionen teil. Komplett modernisierter Innenraum. Essen ist frisch zubereitet. Die Tische könnten öfter geputzt werden.

War klein, sauber, grade nicht viel los, mit Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen.
