I've always liked Burger King, but today I ordered a chicken nugget burger instead of a cheeseburger, and I got three long chickens instead of two long chickens and two long nuggets. The order was for me and my friends, and they all said the burgers were dry and poorly made. And spending so much money on this is an absolute disgrace. We had to wait forever because we ordered plant-based, and others were always given priority, which is logical, but then hearing the employees all speak Indian or something and then messing up the order doesn't help either. I understand being unmotivated on a Sunday at 10 p.m. in 91°F heat, but at least put enough or too much sauce and lettuce on it instead of making the burger dry and lean. That would really be the least you could do. I don't have high expectations, but that's at least what it should be. Look at the attached picture and judge for yourself whether the burger looks edible or completely dry.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Burger King. The food was cold and seemed like it had been prepared long ago. The fries were soggy and the burger meat was dry. Additionally, the service was unfriendly and slow—we had to wait forever, even though it was barely busy. The place wasn't particularly clean either; the tables were sticky, and the floor was dirty. This isn't what I'd call a fast-food experience. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

Now the mayo is here, but they can't make milkshakes. There's always something. And while we're at it: there's no question of a QUICK restaurant either. Last week my daughter and I waited 15 minutes to place an order and another 10 minutes to get our food. When we were there the day before yesterday and wanted to order, we received a "Hello. What?" If I could have, I would have turned around and driven again. No trace of friendliness at all. Oh yes: and the Danish King that I got and was still eating there in the parking lot (immediately after receiving the order and not having driven through Leverkusen for hours) was cold. It wasn't lukewarm, it wasn't warm and it certainly wasn't hot. He was cold. If I hadn't been so busy and didn't have time pressure on my back, I would have complained. But wait another 25 minutes for that? Nope! Now I've had enough and now Burger King gets its deservedly bad rating.

At 9:50 p.m. the young gentleman with the orange t-shirt cashed in on us at the drive in and took the order completely wrong, even though my friend repeated it to him several times. 1. He collected the order incorrectly 2. a fries are missing even though there were 2 menus. 3. we had a planned based long chicken and a normal one in the menu and one of the fries is missing? 4. We didn't order xtralongchilli cheese and double chilli cheese and we were tricked anyway. 5. If you have no idea, you should better train your employees or train them when it comes to packing and taking orders 6. Charging for things we didn't order is a disgrace. Unfortunately the receipt is missing otherwise you could have shown that it wasn't packed properly but it isn't there. Fries also dry Not a good recommendation!

Today I got a One Piece menu that came with a shirt. I took the food with me and realized when I got home that the shirt was the wrong size. I'm going back to exchange it. The boss or team leader is totally unfriendly and has a pissed off voice. Size L is sold out. I insisted on getting a new one. After a long discussion he threw me a shirt in size L. Today we decided to go to Burger King and as always placed our order with anticipation. My husband ordered a Big King menu with an additional sauce and paid €9.99 for it. When his order came, it was anything but normal! The portion was so small that for a moment we thought there must be a mistake. But when we complained, the behavior of the branch employees was extremely rude and disrespectful. The clerk said, without any respect or explanation, "You chose that yourself." When my husband pointed to the menu to prove we were in the right, the employees claimed that this was Burger King's policy and that it was intentional be done like this! At this point we realized that there was no point in discussing further as not only were they not admitting the mistake but they were continuing their bad behavior. As someone who has always been a loyal customer of brands like Burger King, I was really shocked by this behavior and double pricing policy. If this policy comes from Burger King, it is completely unfair, unethical and possibly illegal. And if this is a mistake by the staff, they should have apologized and solved the problem instead of arguing unnecessarily and insulting us. We have decided not to visit Burger King anymore. Because if we compare, even at McDonald's a mistake is fixed as quickly as possible. This behavior, especially in this particular branch, shows that customer satisfaction does not matter there. I hope Burger King takes incidents like this seriously because they lose a lot of customers like us.

So this Burger King is the worst I've ever visited... Last summer the ice cream machine and milkshake were always broken for 5 months... Last week I got a milkshake, this week it didn't work again. For once I was in the branch instead of in the drive in, the light in the kitchen was partly broken or switched off, the man at the fries could hardly see anything, hygiene questionable. There were signs everywhere saying that you shouldn't exchange coupons for wraps because they don't participate, which is bad if you've already made up your menu online. If this place wasn't on the main thoroughfare, I think they would have been closed long ago and this lousy service has been like this for years... This is definitely the Burger King in Leverkusen where you should go. They have never messed up an order with me or been unfriendly. I've seen everything at the Burger King in Opladen. Some of them are unfriendly or cheeky, there is ALWAYS something missing, at least the mayo and sometimes there are bones in the chicken in Opladen. This has never happened to me in the store here in Schlebusch. Hence the review in the first place. Such behavior over years and changes of ownership must be praised, even if others see it as a minimum for an order to work.

I ordered fries. In there were curly fries, fries without gluten and curly fries with gluten. That was probably mixed together. Now I'm struggling with severe symptoms. I've been there many times and it always worked, and now it doesn't. Not recommended.

I was refused service because I didn't want to mess around with a screen and search forever. I'm definitely not going to fiddle with a screen that has already had tons of people on it that I don't know. Who knows which body openings these fingers were in beforehand? I don't want to buy a virus package either, I just want to eat it! The quality is already very inferior if you then refuse service just because you don't feel like working even though 3 employees are standing around chatting. Is this already the bottom drawer! Unfortunately, in this Burger King - as in 70% of all branches - it is the standard that something is ALWAYS missing. It doesn't matter whether the store is full or not. Either you check every order EVERY TIME or you accept to pay €3-5 for nothing. Today again: 2 burgers missing again and a donut because 4 people are working on a stupid order at the same time. It was stressful enough because there were a lot of people standing and waiting in the branch, but the drive through was also busy. The last time for me, it's happened often enough and when you ask the employees about it, all they get is "Huh? Please what?". Then they read the receipt 3 times and get it. Sorry, extremely poor - even for one of the worse fast food chains.

"Burger King" where the fries are so cold they could easily pass for an ingredient in iced coffee, and the burgers taste like they've been reheated before - before an era when quality was still a concept. Every bite is like an expedition into the unknown because you never know what you're going to taste next - except disappointment, that's guaranteed. To be more precise, the patties taste like the insole of an old sneaker - a real taste experience for the senses. But hey, the staff changes so often that at least you see a new face every time. Can you really blame them? After all, they have to master the balancing act between management's requirements and savings, which is of course reflected in the hygiene conditions in the store and is also confirmed by several reviews. And of course, an unpleasant stomach feeling is guaranteed after the visit - it's like the icing on the cake of the heap of gastronomic disappointments. And long after you've fought your way through this culinary nightmare, you'll be left feeling like you'll get to know the next restroom more intimately. Considering what you get for this quality and price-performance ratio, it's beyond outrageous. Apparently nothing has changed since the TV documentary about this very Burger King! After a second very bad presentation on television, this Burger King offers enough input for a third episode. I hope it will be released soon! This Burger King won't see me again - unless I need a reminder of how bad fast food can be.

Locally is good, but ordering via Lieferando is adventurous. How can you screw up orders almost 3 times in a row? Order 1st time: Promotion via Lieferando “Take 1 Long Chicken and get 2”. So 2 for 1. We selected this promotion twice = 4 burgers. But only 2 arrived. Order 2nd time: ordered 2 crispy chicken menus + one crispy chicken. Instead of crispy chicken there was a cheeseburger. Woooooow. You can't reach anyone for that. You can forget about calling. Ordered 3 times today. Ordered crispy menu and a double cheeseburger menu. A long chicken as a chilli cheeseburger and a double chilli cheeseburger arrived. Can you please receive your complete order? And the possibility of a complaint would be good...

This Burger King is Katasprohe. The shop was completely dirty and the fries were cold. The cheese was everywhere outside of the burger and one person's order was simply forgotten even though there were only four people in the store. It seems that no one cares about cleanliness or about pleasant food.

Food cold, fries almost raw and everything dirty. The 4 employees didn't care at all about the full carts being cleared away or a full table being cleared away. When I asked for toilet paper, everyone looked at each other and I wasn't sure if they even understood me. There was no toilet paper and no soap anyway. Unfortunately you can't give less than 1 star for the service. If they were my employees, they wouldn't have a job from today on.

For meat eaters, yes. But not for vegans. Unfortunately, the ambience right on the main road is not so good. But good for drivers who want to make stopovers.

Always tastes good and the prices are ok too. I don't understand all the negative reviews at all. Try it yourself. I'm picky when it comes to food, but we've never had any reason to complain here.
