Well, Bürgerking is and remains a concept that tries to steal some of the points from its competitors... This location is old, and only the bare essentials seem to have been renovated. The food menu display was flickering. The friendly staff and the freshly prepared food were pleasing!

Unfortunately it has diminished significantly. I have known Wurstmaxe since I was a child and have often been there with my parents. Unfortunately, the food is now so overpriced and doesn't taste particularly good anymore. But the worst thing is the unfriendly staff. I've rarely experienced something like that and as you can see from the reviews, it wasn't an isolated incident for me. We now only have currywurst from Böckels Beste or Wurstteufel. Not only does it taste great, you also receive respectful and friendly service.

Real bastards need over an hour for a few burgers, I could have walked and it would be quicker

I came on a day when there wasn't a game, and it was very nice. Everything was well taken care of. The waiter was very friendly.

Employees very unfriendly and disrespectful towards customers and the store is falling apart as shown in the picture
