For meat eaters, yes. But not for vegans. Unfortunately, the ambience right on the main road is not so good. But good for drivers who want to make stopovers.

This currywurst stand used to be a little insider tip for me – today it's more of an example of how memories can be ruined. The sausage wasn't sliced, but rather carelessly chopped – perhaps intended as an invitation to a little wrist exercise while eating. The presentation? Creative: sauce, sausage, fries, and mayo were layered on top of each other in a towering culinary tower, which inevitably led to a stage meal. The fries deserve a special mention: Visually so unassuming that you almost had hope – until you bite into them and discover a delicate aroma somewhere between imitation plastic and used oil. After just a few minutes, the consistency also reached the charm of stale chewing gum. The only thing left to enjoy is standing by the cart – which, thanks to the lovingly designed surroundings, becomes a true oasis of well-being. And in a world where even the bakery next door offers contactless payment, it's almost refreshing to still be allowed to handle cash here. In short: If you fancy a nostalgic journey into the less pleasant side of snack culture, this is the place for you.

Not exactly clean, and there were some teenagers hanging around the restaurant on e-scooters, trying to ride them. The staff were obviously overwhelmed or didn't want to do anything. It almost seemed like they were scared. We felt uncomfortable with the kids and decided to leave quickly.

It's closed on Sundays, why? If it were open on Sundays from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., I think a lot of customers come with children, but also late risers, or those who don't want to cook. Consideration is appropriate, but who else is open? That would be great. Then I'd give it 4 stars.
