Stay far away from this place...😱🧐 I've never experienced anything like it... No outside lighting, no heating inside, gangster rap music playing, and the employees looked accordingly... All dressed in their own clothes... the cashier was rapping the whole time like he was the ultimate gangster... Help, never again 😯🫣🤐😵‍💫😡

I have to revise my opinion from about two years ago. I've been there twice now, and the food was delicious, and the service by the chef himself was also very good. He does it all by himself, and you might need to allow a couple of minutes more time, but you can tell he's good at it. The talentless professionals from before, who were mostly smoking anyway, have seriously damaged the service image. I hope this Opladen institution continues to exist.

My chicken nugget burger didn't seem to be fresh. The lid was stuck to the paper, even though I opened it immediately after eating it in the restaurant. My Grande coffee came in a dirty paper cup (without the Monopoly sticker, even though it should be included with a Grande. Apparently, they were using up old stock of cups). All in all, not recommended.

One of the worst McDonald's. They have NO diaper changing facilities!
