Saturday evening. Packed to capacity. Waiting time over 1 hour, despite repeated requests. Cold food. Fries only half filled. Tables totally smeared.

The first time the sauce was not added to the order. The second time, the hamburger and sauce were not added. 3, 4 and 5 times all the same. The wrong order is constantly given or something is not added. 👎👎👎👎👎

Are here in the MC drive, order ice cream... At the front it says oh no, there is no such thing. Thanks for nothing

I bought a happy meal for my children because Pokemon cards arrive at home and the packaging is empty. When we called they said they didn't have any left when ordering online the food is cold. Such a dirty shop wouldn't give any stars. I'd rather eat at any other shop than that

We were there for the 3rd time yesterday. Every time it was dirty: no table/chair was clean. Yesterday we really had to look for somewhere to sit without being stuck to the chair. But if it's this dirty three times in a row, then something has to happen there quickly. I don't know of a dirtier branch in Germany!!!

Fast food restaurant Structureless although there were more than enough employees on site. The order certainly had to go through quality assurance and therefore the 15 minute waiting time was justified. This makes it difficult to retain customers in the long term.

Our orders have been handed out incompletely several times. Last time all the fries were missing and this time I seriously received a Big Rösti without the Rösti.

Disastrous visit to this McDonald's. Everything was dirty, the tables and toilets looked like they were never cleaned. A seating area was spilled with cola, then we asked an employee if he could clean it and he said he didn't have a proper rag for it. Then I threw up on top of it the next day because something was completely spoiled (I ordered the "M")

The place is very nice, the people who work there are very friendly and I was surprised 10/10 by the speed of food delivery

Warning: Avoid this store if you order via app + coupons. We have been regular customers at the branch for decades. Until about a year ago we basically had no complaints, but now the following has happened to us for the third time: I (pre-order) in the app and then make my way to McDrive and pick it up. The app shows you an order code (XY12), which you should call at the McDrive or counter to receive the order. This was never a problem until ~a year ago. Now it seems that every time I/my partner reach the switch and say the code, surprisingly it is not recognized. It is claimed that you have to generate a new code in the app, I am not aware of this functionality and they were not willing to demonstrate it to me. The worst thing is: In the "heat of the moment" at the McDrive counter, after you've already waited 20 minutes and have other customers behind you, you're told that the code is invalid and that I should please just order without a coupon. Of course the whole thing then simply costs twice as much. I think this is a clearly calculated rip-off. I've already reported the whole thing to McDonalds, but they can't do anything because it's a Frenchise location. The owner ignores all attempts to contact you, so it's clear that this is a rip-off.

Suddenly I hear the table number being called out and the takeaway food is on the counter (wrapped in a paper bag and lids on the drinks). When I asked, there was only a shrug of the shoulders. While eating, I see the chairs at the neighboring tables being raised up. Looking at the clock it showed shortly after midnight. The restaurant is open until 3 a.m. Unbelievable!

Unfortunately the first order went wrong. Fries without salt (contact). It's a really good shop, unfortunately areas are often cordoned off, and on two visits there were no reusable cups/utensils, which I found very unfortunate. Small outdoor area right on the street was quite loud, something would have had to be solved differently before setting up the shop there.
