Incomplete menu arrives and my interest is very low

The service is very unfriendly despite the long wait, we were ignored even though there were no other customers there except for us… They drove to the counter and said: "You have to go back and order again." If you don't feel like working, then don't work.

A typical McDonald's, nothing more and nothing less. The reason for my bad rating: I have never found such dirty toilets in a McDonald's. Several layers of dried urine. I have no understanding of that.

Overall good at McDonald's. But the potatoes should taste better

You're just a number. Small orders are simply handed to you in a bag, even though you wanted to eat there.

Very dirty tables and floor. The kitchen seems very disorganized. Eating takes an incredibly long time. There was hair in the burger. Unbelievable injustices.

Dirty, everywhere. Tables, toilets. We were in, I regretted it. We had wet wipes with us because of the children - at least we used them to clean the table. There were leftover food all over the floor. They simply couldn't keep up - but that shouldn't be an excuse. The burgers were... McDonalds. I was there last time. Definitely.

1. When you call, you answer it and say WHO is on the other end. For example, “McDonalds in Opladen hello” and not just “hello”. After you ask if you're at McDonalds, you should get an answer instead of THEN asking ME who I am. 2. If you are upset about your lack of service and the absolutely outrageous burger, then say something like "sorry" instead of "oh, I thought you were my employee, he's late, I thought he'd call now" . Are you kidding me? And even if he is, you still say HELLO HERE TO MCDONALDS, MY NAME IS SO AND SO; HOW CAN I HELP YOU!? 3. As proof, the tattered M-burger without cheese and a torn burger patty. 4. Why in God's name am I ordering from home using the app if you only process it when I'm standing in front of you? The idea is that I only come to PICK UP the order. You are really unqualified. Thank you for everything. I'll pass this on to the top.

Parts of the order were missing, the child was crying, the situation wasn't great... After calling, McDonald's offered to replace the missing hamburger Another time the patty was missing from a cheeseburger, but the cheese was there... We don't need to prepare anything anymore today. This branch in particular is exceptionally bad!

Very slow staff, two burgers and fries waited 35 minutes, the queue is huge, but the staff is in no hurry

Ordered online and after 90 minutes there was still no food...When I checked the order again in my email inbox it still said: Waiting time 45 minutes...I then canceled it. Absolute disgrace...Over 2 hours of waiting time. If you don't have enough staff to deliver, they shouldn't even offer it. We are pissed and very hungry 😡

Sunday 5 p.m., no table service as there are no license plates left. The call number is not displayed because the screen is not running. There is trash everywhere, on the tables, on the floor. The trolleys for the trays and garbage are overflowing and haven't been emptied for a long time. The tables without trash are disgusting and dirty, it's disgusting to eat here. I'll ask if my food is packed. To the tenant/owner: more staff, more staff, more staff! This is your fault!

I cannot recommend this McDonald's. Very dirty and disgusting smell. Even after complaining to the staff and asking them to clean our table, there was no response.

Unfortunately the first order went wrong. Fries without salt (contact). Again, it was pointed out that there was salt on it and whether they could take it out of the basket with tongs (other branches can do this straight away) wasn't a problem. The air conditioning is set very high, so it only makes the food cold.

Phew, there's something going on... various delivery services and lots of customers. Somehow the food worked out. The trolley was overflowing... Unfortunately the rubbish had to be piled everywhere.

Had a mcbacon menu and been sick for 2 days now. Even got a fever from it. I am sure it was the burger bcause i felt it directly after i ate it. I felt perfect before.

Very disappointing – competition coupons deducted and poor service This McDonald's branch disappointed me again. **The competition coupons were simply deducted from the drinking cups**, and we have noticed this several times now. There is generally poor service in the branch: **missing and incorrect milkshakes are the order of the day**. I don't even want to start with the **missing sauces on the nuggets**. My Mc Sundae with chocolate sauce was literally swimming in chocolate sauce so that you could hardly taste the ice cream. It wasn't the first time like this! Other branches can do it better!

My first impression when I entered the MC was that it seemed a bit chaotic. The monitor above the food counter was broken, so you couldn't see when you could pick up your food. The staff's poor German pronunciation made it even more difficult to find out when it was your turn. The food was okay so far.

It's a really good shop, unfortunately areas are often cordoned off, and on two visits there were no reusable cups/utensils, which I found very unfortunate. Small outdoor area right on the street was quite loud, something would have had to be solved differently before setting up the shop there.

The classic Mcs. Sometimes the food is quick and warm, sometimes it takes a long time and is cold... Every now and then there are clear cuts in staff, which is a shame! Otherwise all good.

Citizens have become smaller but also have 150% more pins. McWrab is now so tiny that you can wrap it in paper instead of just fitting cardboard. Cheeseburger that tastes exactly like you know it, super tasty and all, but more numbers for a smaller volume. Service for “drive in” customers very poorly thought out. The menu card is shown on a screen in front of the entrance, but when you order you forget about it anyway and are showered with colorful savings menus which are displayed on another monitor. In my opinion, the customer is completely ignored. I used to love going to this chain - now only at the end of the month when there is still money left over. In my opinion, the top winners are still the kebab stalls.

you can wait more than an hour for your order,almost everytime something is missing and they wont send it,they say you can go there and get it. Rediculous

It's all well and good that you can order and that even in vegetarian terms it's just stupid if you order plant based and get meat! The service gets 2 stars for the fast delivery

Haven't been there for a long time and will stay away in the future. Ordering via terminal is easy. Finding a clean table was problematic. After finding the table, wash your hands again because your hands are sticky from whatever. Toilet unreasonable. Food cold and not fresh. Complained about the burger and received a new one that was lukewarm. In the evening 3 people with long periods of time in the toilet.... Guys, clean the place or close it!

Got meat instead of veggie for the third time today. After I asked, I'm pretty sure I got another wrong order. The third time I asked, I was told I was wrong and when they checked, they exchanged it again. Not only is my decision not respected, but I'm also treated rudely for it... By the way, the fries are still raw and there is no sauce. We can only recommend a top experience.

You shouldn't assume that you're getting veggie when you order veggie. And you should definitely expect that you will be complained about if you want to exchange the things... It's a shame that it is treated so indifferently.

Very unfriendly employee at the drive counter. Didn't accept our order and offered to come back in 2 hours. I then canceled the order.

The employee who brought the food was very friendly. His colleague who was sweeping also used the floor broom to sweep the tables. Case gave a messy impression. Place where you had to leave your trash and tray was overcrowded.

I can eat at any McDonalds without any problems. If you go to the Opladener Mces you will later have diarrhea and stomach pain. Ambience is good but unfortunately as other people have already reported: mega unclean just like outside the door and in the park area. All the trash everywhere.

To eat quickly or in peace it is the best option. The only thing to complain about is the price.

Sunday 9am and the toilets are pissed and cables are hanging out of the ceiling. Hand dryer doesn't work either. While going to the toilet, an employee comes into the men's room and calls out "Is anyone there?". If you want to feel uncomfortable, just use this toilet. Food and service were completely fine.

The branch is a disaster. We waited 50 minutes even though it was normally busy. No matter how cleverly this branch is on your way, go to another one.

Ordered four dishes at the car counter and paid at the first counter, but only got three. Is it so hard to count to four?

A lot still needs to be done in terms of cleanliness. Sorry, but it has to be said.

Rarely have I experienced such unfriendly employees, condescending is still too nice. And after I complained, I was given a cold Mac Crispy so old I couldn't even eat it. Actually not even worth a star!!

We were there last Wednesday, March 27th, 2024 in the afternoon. Unfortunately, my verdict is negative: the restaurant was only superficially clean, the food was lukewarm, the fries had probably been sitting for a long time, and the staff was unfriendly. I wouldn't visit the branch again.

Unfortunately today, Thursday before the long weekend, very dirty everywhere. There is rubbish under the tables and the tables themselves were only cleaned when asked twice. Sometimes the rubbish is piled up on the tables. A pity.

Ordered food for an adult and two children. Although there wasn't much going on, two things were forgotten. I then complained at the counter. No problem but no excuse. Food was cold, we ordered in advance and then had to wait outside for 10 minutes to get cold food. Unfortunately, it's a shame.

The food is typical Mc. So no problem. However, if you order fries WITHOUT salt, it is not appropriate to tip the fries into the standard bowl and use the simple chute. Then there are 3 more discussions (including probably with the shift manager) that there is no other way or that we don't know... It's clear. At other branches it works without any problems. They immediately take the fries out of the basket with their own tongs.

I got a bigmac menu and got a free mcflurry. After 2 weeks I went back and got a mcsmart menu and got a free mcflurry again but with extra smartis! The best MCs

Ordered food and unfortunately only half arrived. I was told on the phone that there was nothing that could be done about it. Simply an impudence NEVER AGAIN

Things have often been missing from take-away orders. If you check directly, you will be looked at askance.

Großer Parkplatz, Drive-In, Sitzplätze drinnen und draußen, vier Bestellbildschirme, Café und saubere Toiletten. Essen geht schnell und schmeckt immer.

Unsere Tische waren dreckig und wurden auch nicht sauber gemacht, obwohl wir 2x drum gebeten hatten. Das Essen war warm/ frisch und lecker.

Für Veganer oder Vegetarier eher ungeeignet, daher die schlechte Bewertung. Die Konkurrenz bietet da weit aus mehr als nur einen Bürger an, jedoch ist der Service beim McDonalds immer erste Klasse. Das Gebäude ist natürlich nicht das neuste und das merkt man. Nach Jahren war ich wieder dort und ich war ein bisschen enttäuscht. Dieser moderne Look bei der damaligen Umgestaltung ist gänzlich weg und es wirkt sehr kühl und ungemütlich. Die Kassen und der Service Bereich sieht immer noch modern und hygienisch aus, dass wohl an den Bildschirmen und Diashows liegt. Die Toiletten sind je nach Uhrzeit okay, aber hygienisch sieht anders aus. Zwei Sterne, weil die Konkurrenz mehr pflanzliche Produkte anbietet!

War schon mehrmals am Abend da, die Gerichte waren immer kalt und nicht frisch zubereitet, genauso hat oft etwas gefehlt, nach Anfrage würde gesagt es wurde nix vergessen , allgemein würde ich persönlich keinen Stern vergeben, nur muss man es leider wenn man seine Erfahrungen zu der Filiale geben will. Allem im allen schlechte Bedingungen und Qualität der Burger und andern Sachen.

Die Hygieneaspekte in besagtem McDonald's-Restaurant hinterließen bedauerlicherweise einen unzureichenden Eindruck. Der Boden wies eine Ansammlung von Essensrückständen auf, und die Tische präsentierten sich in einem unappetitlichen Zustand. Eine gesteigerte Aufmerksamkeit bezüglich der Sauberkeit wäre wünschenswert, um ein angemessenes gastronomisches Umfeld zu gewährleisten.

Bei diesem Meges werden nicht nur Soßen vergessen, sondern auch 6er Nuggets und Burger.

In einer Bestellungen einmal Chickennuggets zu vergessen, einmal den falschen burger zu packen und dann bei einem burger die bezahlten Extras zu vergessen ist schon eine reife Leistung.

Es fehlt immer wieder was beim Abholen. Besser ist vor Ort kontrollieren. Heute war es ein McRib zum Menü, das letzte Mal ein McChicken. Beim Mcdrive dort ist es auch nicht viel besser mit der volständigkeit. Die Mitarbeiter sind überfordert und auch unkonzentriert, dementsprechend auch nicht motiviert. Diese Filiale ist schon seit Jahren eine Katastrophe. Mitarbeiter kommen und gehen die schlechte Qualität und er Service bleibt.

Immer wieder mal zwischendurch, aber immer noch sehr gut

absolut unter aller sau wartezeiten gerne mal 45 min + Personal wird dann schnippisch und sagt es müssten ja alle warten. während sie fleißig leute der eigenen ethnie vorziehen.

Der Mitarbeiter hat kurzfristig noch einrichten können das ich eine andere Milch bekomme. Aber leider wurde im 2ten Kaffee der caramel Sirup vergessen

Lauwe kipnuggets en friet. Vieze tafels en als je dan zegt dat er geen sausjes bijgeleverd zijn kijken ze je irritant aan.

Es wirkte sehr schmutzig. Die Rückgabe wurde nicht abgeräumt und war total überfüllt. Tische wurde nicht abgewischt.

Es ist halt nen Mc's...aber die Öffnungszeiten gelten nur für Autofahrer. Stand bereits 2x nach Mitternacht vor verschlossener Tür. Es sei ab 0 Uhr nur der Drive in geöffnet...auch die Lieferung erhält man ab einer bestimmten Uhrzeit nicht mehr. Abholung auch nicht möglich. Daher bewerte ich den Service entsprechend schlecht

Ich habe noch keine Zeit gefunden wann es mal nicht super "zu voll" war. Jede Menge Leute stehen immer an der Ausgabe und warten, die Nummernansage der Mitarbeiter ist sehr schwer zu verstehen. Das Essen schmeckt McDonalds typisch gut.

Ich habe noch nie so lange auf einen MC Flury gewartet. Das Personal war nur am quatschen und diskutieren.. Wahnsinn

Der Fußboden war sehr schmutzig und klebrig

Mein Besuch bei McDonald’s war leider enttäuschend. Das Essen war kalt und nicht frisch. Zudem war die Wartezeit unverhältnismäßig lang, obwohl wir die einzigen Kunden waren und früher Online bestellen hatten. Ich hoffe, dass in Zukunft eine Verbesserung in diesen Punkten zu sehen ist.

As usual every table dirty. Sad as it wasn't busy and the workers could surely wipe the tables once in a while!
