Often the boxes are empty and nothing is refilled. If you stop by in the evening, around 9:30, you're treated rudely. The store seems as if the staff isn't interested in their work. Cookies and drinks aren't given out after a certain time. The bread tasted stale and sticky. In general, I'll probably go to Holdorf from now on, as the service is much better and the atmosphere is always friendly and hygienic.

A nice store, but many products were out of stock, such as tuna and grated cheese. Furthermore, the cucumbers were above the refrigeration line, and the cookies were unfortunately a bit hard and didn't seem particularly fresh. It was also very disappointing that the coupons weren't available for customers to help themselves. Another negative thing I noticed was that the prices were above average compared to other Subway locations. Even the gluten-free bread cost 30 cents more than in other stores, which should actually be significantly cheaper for people who need it. Furthermore, the staff was very rude and not particularly knowledgeable. They had no idea about the products, the coupons, or the free cookies. I won't be visiting the Subway in Damme again and definitely won't recommend it to anyone, as I'm an experienced sandwich eater myself. Sincerely,

So I've been visiting the subway in Damme several times and whenever I'm there I'm warmly welcomed and served by the employee Jana. That's why I can't believe all the bad reviews about you here. Anyone can have a bad day and get it out the wrong way, but that's no reason for me to write a bad review about you right away. Jana and the subway in Damme get 5/5 stars from me. Keep it up

Disappointing experience I was really disappointed with my visit. The employee Jana was incredibly rude and arrogant when dealing with customers. It seemed like she had no interest in serving us kindly. In addition, the food was far below my expectations. Not only was it tasteless, but it was also poorly prepared. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience - I definitely won't be coming back.

I would like to give my review for Jana, who works for you. Unfortunately, my experience with her wasn't particularly good. She wasn't exactly friendly and made little effort to help the guests. It often seemed as if her work was a nuisance. I also got the impression that she doesn't really know what she's doing. Overall the service was just disappointing.

I was recently at Subway and was very disappointed with the behavior of an employee named Jana. Instead of being friendly to me as a customer, she appeared very pretentious, which was really very unpleasant. Your condescending manner has significantly tarnished Subway's otherwise good service. When I visit a fast food restaurant like Subway, I expect professional and friendly treatment. Hygiene can be greatly improved We ordered food there with 4 people yesterday and strangely enough, all 4 had diarrhea and stomach cramps today and I couldn't continue my work. Many thanks to the Subway team Something can always go wrong or something can be forgotten and everything will be forgiven. We ordered online (via Lieferando) and when the food arrived it was unfortunately quite cold + a wrap was missing. Unfortunately, when we noticed this, the driver, who was very friendly by the way, had already left. Unfortunately, it was not possible to call because none of the phone numbers were current and apparently not in use. Unfortunately, this left us with the costs of a dish that was not included. The taste of the food was okay. It's a shame, but we won't be ordering from Subway again anytime soon.

Unfortunately, this means waiting times of 15 minutes are the norm. Update October 2021: The subway is currently still closed. It's a shame, I think there's potential. However, there should be a minimum number of at least 2 employees per shift. I often only saw 1 person. A nogo for me! Update: there are currently more staff available. The service is very good. A positive change for me personally, hence now 5 stars due to the better service.

Heute Abend gegen 20:45Uhr dort gewesen. Ich hatte noch nie so lieblose und falsch belegte Sub's wie heute. Viiiiel zu viel Frischkäse und zu viel Fleisch auf dem einen, dafür zu wenig Fleisch und wild belegt bei dem anderen. Die Mitarbeiter benötigen (wie für die weibliche Bedienung heute) kleinere Handschuhe um besser mit den Lebensmitteln handtieren zu können. Insgesamt über 20€ für die beiden Sub's und dazu noch seeeehr unzufrieden. Wir kommen so auf keinen Fall wieder!

I didn't take any photos, since I was there for the meal and it looked so amazing that I forgot to take any. The double filet with potato gratin was superbly prepared; I was advised to order the peppercorn sauce and found it to be an excellent choice. I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and wish everyone who finds their way there a hearty appetite. Finally, you should definitely make a reservation.

I went to Hoffmann's over the weekend. I ordered a favorites plate because I thought I'd treat myself 😀. The plate was three-quarters covered with fried potatoes and iceberg lettuce. The rest was covered with three measly pieces of fish. I'll just say I actually wanted to go for fish. But of course, I understand that these days, people have to cut costs everywhere. Otherwise, it was the same as always.
