Employee very unfriendly, flies on the open bread very tasty, maybe the health department should take a look, unfortunately last time in this shop.

No customer service, unfriendly, inexperienced. The waitress prefers to chat with the guests while smoking outside.

Normal Subway, meets expectations

Often the boxes are empty and nothing is refilled. If you stop by in the evening, around 9:30, you're treated rudely. The store seems as if the staff isn't interested in their work. Cookies and drinks aren't given out after a certain time. The bread tasted stale and sticky. In general, I'll probably go to Holdorf from now on, as the service is much better and the atmosphere is always friendly and hygienic.

A nice store, but many products were out of stock, such as tuna and grated cheese. Furthermore, the cucumbers were above the refrigeration line, and the cookies were unfortunately a bit hard and didn't seem particularly fresh. It was also very disappointing that the coupons weren't available for customers to help themselves. Another negative thing I noticed was that the prices were above average compared to other Subway locations. Even the gluten-free bread cost 30 cents more than in other stores, which should actually be significantly cheaper for people who need it. Furthermore, the staff was very rude and not particularly knowledgeable. They had no idea about the products, the coupons, or the free cookies. I won't be visiting the Subway in Damme again and definitely won't recommend it to anyone, as I'm an experienced sandwich eater myself. Sincerely,

I waited 30 minutes at lunchtime to order a bus, even though there were only three people in front of me. The employees were so incredibly slow. I can't recommend a visit.

The waitress could barely speak German and had to ask everything over the phone. Staff didn't even know their own menu. Long waiting time even though there were hardly any customers. And not a highlight in terms of taste. Then you'd better have a kebab.

I ordered a sub and the manager in the black t-shirt looked at me really annoyed the whole time even though I sounded completely normal and everything at the counter was dirty and full of crumbs etc. The sub I ate wasn't tasty either, it tasted really disgusting.

So I've been visiting the subway in Damme several times and whenever I'm there I'm warmly welcomed and served by the employee Jana. That's why I can't believe all the bad reviews about you here. Anyone can have a bad day and get it out the wrong way, but that's no reason for me to write a bad review about you right away. Jana and the subway in Damme get 5/5 stars from me. Keep it up

Disappointing experience I was really disappointed with my visit. The employee Jana was incredibly rude and arrogant when dealing with customers. It seemed like she had no interest in serving us kindly. In addition, the food was far below my expectations. Not only was it tasteless, but it was also poorly prepared. Overall a very unsatisfactory experience - I definitely won't be coming back.

I would like to give my review for Jana, who works for you. Unfortunately, my experience with her wasn't particularly good. She wasn't exactly friendly and made little effort to help the guests. It often seemed as if her work was a nuisance. I also got the impression that she doesn't really know what she's doing. Overall the service was just disappointing.

Food and service were good. Unfortunately, an employee couldn't control himself, even in front of customers, and complained to a younger employee. It's questionable whether something like that has to be done as a grown man, but in my opinion it's not possible to put on a show like that in front of customers!

I was recently at Subway and was very disappointed with the behavior of an employee named Jana. Instead of being friendly to me as a customer, she appeared very pretentious, which was really very unpleasant. Your condescending manner has significantly tarnished Subway's otherwise good service. When I visit a fast food restaurant like Subway, I expect professional and friendly treatment. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit… I hope that management takes this seriously in the future and takes measures to prevent such experiences🥴 The food, on the other hand, was very tasty and, in contrast to other Subway branches, the sub was relatively clean and tidy. 🤗

I ordered a 30cm sub via the app with double meat for €3.40! Additional charge. There is so little meat on the sub that it is far too little even for no extra meat. €3.40 for nothing. Otherwise, I've always been pretty happy with the store.

Hygiene can be greatly improved We ordered food there with 4 people yesterday and strangely enough, all 4 had diarrhea and stomach cramps today and I couldn't continue my work. Many thanks to the Subway team Something can always go wrong or something can be forgotten and everything will be forgiven. We are all human and make mistakes But in our case I'm sure it's due to hygiene, which is what we noticed in the store.

Was an absolute disaster. Justin Bieber didn't give me good advice. The lamps in the shop hang so low it's unbelievable.

The first time I was here, I waited for 20 minutes. The cashier looked like Justin Biber. He looked at us and picked up the customer who had just come in. Regular customers preferred. Anti-social behavior... later sent a colleague there, he brought me a boss and after that I had to do with my stomach... I can't recommend it. Then I'd rather spend my money somewhere else...

Nice staff and super delicious food. Improvements could be made to hygiene. The glove with which money is collected should not be used in salads.

We ordered online (via Lieferando) and when the food arrived it was unfortunately quite cold + a wrap was missing. Unfortunately, when we noticed this, the driver, who was very friendly by the way, had already left. Unfortunately, it was not possible to call because none of the phone numbers were current and apparently not in use. Unfortunately, this left us with the costs of a dish that was not included. The taste of the food was okay. It's a shame, but we won't be ordering from Subway again anytime soon.

Hey, I recently went to the Subway in Damme and it was great! The staff was totally friendly and helpful. My sandwich was freshly made. Plus, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I can definitely recommend the subway in Damme!

Unfortunately, very long waiting times because there are too few staff. Unfortunately, I have never experienced two people serving behind the counter even though the sales room is full. Unfortunately, this means waiting times of 15 minutes are the norm. Update October 2021: The subway is currently still closed. It's a shame, I think there's potential. However, there should be a minimum number of at least 2 employees per shift. I often only saw 1 person. A nogo for me! Update: there are currently more staff available. The service is very good. A positive change for me personally, hence now 5 stars due to the better service.

So you've never experienced anything like this before. You wait 1 hour and then other orders are given priority and you wait even longer. So you can't recommend a store like that. This works faster in other sub shops. The series does something like this.

Kürzlich wurde ich von einem erkälteten Mitarbeiter bei Subway bedient, was mein Essenserlebnis stark beeinträchtigte. Seine offensichtliche Erkältung und mangelnde Hygiene veranlassten mich, mein Sandwich nicht zu essen. Die Erfahrung bei Subway war enttäuschend, da ich Bedenken wegen der Mitarbeitergesundheit und Hygiene hatte, was mein Vertrauen in die Filiale erschütterte.

Unfreundliches Personal. Ich habe online bestellt zum mitbekommen. Allerdings musste ich trotzdem noch eine halbe Stunde warten und das Personal (3 Personen) auf mehrere Artikel hinweisen die vergessen wurden. Letztendlich würde sogar noch ein Getränk vergessen.

Tolles Freundlichen Personal A(nita)hat uns bedient und gut durchs aussuchen geführt. Sehr sehr freundlich sehr frisch und lecker 5*

Heute Abend gegen 20:45Uhr dort gewesen. Ich hatte noch nie so lieblose und falsch belegte Sub's wie heute. Viiiiel zu viel Frischkäse und zu viel Fleisch auf dem einen, dafür zu wenig Fleisch und wild belegt bei dem anderen. Die Mitarbeiter benötigen (wie für die weibliche Bedienung heute) kleinere Handschuhe um besser mit den Lebensmitteln handtieren zu können. Insgesamt über 20€ für die beiden Sub's und dazu noch seeeehr unzufrieden. Wir kommen so auf keinen Fall wieder!

Haben heute zum ersten mal seit der Neueröffnung hier gegessen. Personal ist freundlich und genügend vorhanden. Die Subs werden gut belegt und die Abläufe funktionieren reibungslos. Kein Vergleich mehr zu vorher! Weiter so 👏

Essen wie immer und egal in welcher Filiale. Personal ebenfalls wie immer, "NullBockStimmung" aber das habe ich auch in noch keinem subway anders erlebt.

Es war nicht viel los, daher kaum Wartezeiten. Üblicher Subway wie andere Filialen der Kette auch. Die veganen Angebote haben meiner Freundin gefallen und waren offenbar lecker.

War da, habe bestellt alles Super gelaufen - beim Essen hab ich aber ein Haar gesehen von wo dieser Haar kam - dies war helle Haare habe aber Schwarze

In Damme war nicht viel los. Sonntag und es war schmutzig und die Bedienung war freundlich aber viel zu langsam.

Leider wird mit den "guten" Zutaten sehr gespart, dafür gibt es massig davon. Geschmacklich ganz gut, aber einfach für das Gebotene zu teuer.

Am liebsten würde ich keinen Stern geben unglaublich schlechte Bedingung!!

Es ist leider schlecht organisiert und dauert ewig! Traurigerweise sind die Mitarbeiter zu zweit und jedes Mal, wenn es voll wird fällt einem ein, dass es "hinten" noch etwas zu tun gibt und es dauert noch länger!

Es war kein Mensch im Laden war mit 3 Freunden da und schon beim betreten wurden wir angeschnautzt und uns wurde gesagt entweder ich alle bestellt was oder ihr geht sind dann auch gegangen

DIe Schlange wird nach hinten länger und vorne tut sich nichts. Fastfood geht anderes!!! Ich frage mich wann die franchisegeber da aufwachen und die Lizenz entziehen. warte
