We were hotel guests and had dinner in the restaurant on Saturday evening. Unfortunately, due to tragic circumstances, there isn't much choice left this year (mainly tarte flambée). But this didn't really bother us and we each ordered a tarte flambée. One of the two was great, but unfortunately the other was very salty and we had to return half of it. Unfortunately without a little accommodation. We found this a bit of a shame. Otherwise really a very good service. Friendly, fast and clean. The breakfast buffet was first class. There was even carvia, salmon and a huge selection. Almost too much. Also, really first-class service.

The food was really good! You can taste the freshness of the ingredients! Even if it's somewhat "upscale" cuisine, the price doesn't fit, a bit overpriced! The service was too pushy for me, but friendly! Wine selection was poor! It was a nice evening, in a nice atmosphere (the evening sun was hitting my face 😅), so I couldn't see the person sitting next to me! For me personally, it's not a restaurant where I think: WOW, I have to go there again!

The bowls are great. The burgers are a bitter disappointment with no taste and the patty tastes like it was carelessly thrown into a pan without any seasoning. Fries are nothing breathtaking, but they taste good. All in all, the burgers are unfortunately a disappointment for this price.

We celebrated our wedding at the Falkenhardt manor on April 5, 2025 and are incredibly happy about the decision we made. The day was simply perfect, not least thanks to Caro (planning) and Lisa (flowers), who put so much heart and soul into planning our wedding. Everything was super uncomplicated and every wish was read from our lips. Everything was implemented exactly as we wanted. We couldn't have imagined our dream wedding more beautifully. On the day itself everything went perfectly. The entire service team did a great job and the food was incredibly tasty. The feedback from our guests was similar to “great service, mega location, mega flowers - everyone was super nice and warm”. We will never forget this day and are very happy that the entire team did such a great job. We felt super comfortable and simply had nothing to endure. It was a unique time with so many lovely people by our side. We are incredibly grateful for this perfect day for us!! Many thanks to the entire team. Rieke & Kevin

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe Motorradfahrer auf der Durchreise. Waren dort für einen 2. Frühstückskaffee eingekehrt. Schnelle nette Bedienung . Parkplätze für Motorräder reichlich vorhanden. Überdachter Biergarten Beim nächsten Stopp kommen wir wieder

It's rare that the dish you order actually looks exactly like the one on the menu. Very tasty, good drinks, and really sweet service 😅🙈

Today we ate at Everding with 24 people, the meal was agreed upon in advance. All guests enjoyed everything (soup, meat, fish, vegetables, salad, dessert) very much. The service was very friendly and attentive. The price was more than reasonable, I had expected a significantly higher price (and paid it for the service provided). Conclusion: highly recommended, always happy 😄
