We were hotel guests and had dinner in the restaurant on Saturday evening. Unfortunately, due to tragic circumstances, there isn't much choice left this year (mainly tarte flambée). But this didn't really bother us and we each ordered a tarte flambée. One of the two was great, but unfortunately the other was very salty and we had to return half of it. Unfortunately without a little accommodation. We found this a bit of a shame. Otherwise really a very good service. Friendly, fast and clean.
The breakfast buffet was first class. There was even carvia, salmon and a huge selection. Almost too much. Also, really first-class service.
We attended the asparagus buffet at Restaurant Lübke – Hubertushof and were completely thrilled! The selection was outstanding – fresh asparagus in a variety of variations, perfectly cooked, and accompanied by delicious side dishes such as tender ham, crispy schnitzels, and delicate sauces. The dessert buffet also left nothing to be desired.
We would particularly like to highlight the attentive and friendly service. The staff was always present without being intrusive and always had a smile on their faces. Empty plates were cleared promptly, drinks arrived quickly, and special requests were happily accommodated.
The new renovation is equally impressive – the restaurant shines with a fresh new look and combines a tasteful ambiance with a cozy atmosphere. The renovations have been modernized with great attention to detail without losing the charm of the establishment.
An all-round successful experience – we will definitely be back!
We celebrated our wedding at the Falkenhardt manor on April 5, 2025 and are incredibly happy about the decision we made. The day was simply perfect, not least thanks to Caro (planning) and Lisa (flowers), who put so much heart and soul into planning our wedding. Everything was super uncomplicated and every wish was read from our lips. Everything was implemented exactly as we wanted. We couldn't have imagined our dream wedding more beautifully. On the day itself everything went perfectly. The entire service team did a great job and the food was incredibly tasty. The feedback from our guests was similar to “great service, mega location, mega flowers - everyone was super nice and warm”. We will never forget this day and are very happy that the entire team did such a great job. We felt super comfortable and simply had nothing to endure. It was a unique time with so many lovely people by our side. We are incredibly grateful for this perfect day for us!! Many thanks to the entire team. Rieke & Kevin

We went to the buffet at the Everding inn at Easter - unfortunately my conclusion is rather disappointing. The price of €37 per person (excluding drinks) led to the expectation of a certain quality, which unfortunately was not met in many respects.
I would like to positively highlight the asparagus soup as a starter – it was really delicious. We were also impressed with the taste of the leaf salad with strawberries and cream dressing. The roast beef was okay, although several of our group had the impression that the sauce wasn't homemade.
The rest of the main course was less convincing: the mini schnitzels had hardly any taste of their own and seemed like convenience food. The schnitzel rolls with Obazda filling were very dry. Most of the salads on offer were extremely sour and tasted strongly reminiscent of ready-made products from a jar - especially the carrot salad. The croquettes were neither crispy nor appetizing.
The desserts, on the other hand, were consistently successful. Whether it's tiramisu, eggnog cream, men's food, mousse au chocolat or crème brûlée - significantly more effort was put into this. One almost had the feeling that this was intended to compensate for the disappointment of the main course.
Another drawback was the handling of my partner's reservation: he was only able to join later, after we had already eaten, and was neither greeted nor asked for a drink. We were aware that we would have to pay pro rata for him - but the fact that the full price of €37 was charged even though he didn't eat anything was difficult to understand given the overall disappointing quality.
My friend was then allowed to pack something to eat, which we generally thought was nice. Unfortunately, that wasn't any real consolation for us, as we didn't particularly like the food overall anyway. Accordingly, the takeaway was more of a nice gesture than a real compensation for our disappointing experience.
The service was generally fine. The ambience was okay, but it wasn't easy to talk to everyone at the long tables.
The bottom line is that we paid €82.50 – and I have to be honest: I will not visit this restaurant again.
