We were hotel guests and had dinner in the restaurant on Saturday evening. Unfortunately, due to tragic circumstances, there isn't much choice left this year (mainly tarte flambée). But this didn't really bother us and we each ordered a tarte flambée. One of the two was great, but unfortunately the other was very salty and we had to return half of it. Unfortunately without a little accommodation. We found this a bit of a shame. Otherwise really a very good service. Friendly, fast and clean.
The breakfast buffet was first class. There was even carvia, salmon and a huge selection. Almost too much. Also, really first-class service.
The bowls are great.
The burgers are a bitter disappointment; they have no flavor, and the patty tastes like it was carelessly thrown into a pan without any seasoning.
The fries aren't anything amazing, but they're tasty.
Overall, the burgers are a disappointment for the price.
We were able to celebrate our Christmas party at the Fangmann hall over the weekend. Amazing food, great service and great music!!!! Already booked for next year!

Today we ate at Everding with 24 people, the meal was agreed upon in advance. All guests enjoyed everything (soup, meat, fish, vegetables, salad, dessert) very much. The service was very friendly and attentive. The price was more than reasonable, I had expected a significantly higher price (and paid it for the service provided).
Conclusion: highly recommended, always happy 😄

The food was from Partyservice Macke. And as always, very tasty - this time especially the salmon on a bed of spinach.
Unfortunately we were very unlucky that day!
The meal took almost 1.5 hours for our group. Then everything was brought to the table in a mess. The steak, which was supposed to be medium rare, was simply cooked to death. The herb butter and side dish arrived 15 minutes later, where the steak was almost eaten. Then they were completely overwhelmed when it came to paying and it took ages.
