There were two of us there, and we each had a soda, a burger, and fries. The fries were incredibly delicious! The sodas were also very good. You can order and pay directly via QR code. I really like the concept!

Our son is currently obsessed with robots, so this restaurant, where you're served by a robot cat, came in very handy ;D Great atmosphere, friendly welcome, and super delicious food at fair prices! We'd love to come back! 🥰

I never normally write reviews, but I have to do this one. We came here for the first time two years ago and were immediately impressed. The food and staff were top-notch. Now we come every four to six weeks, either with friends or on our own. We've brought about 20 friends with us, and everyone was immediately impressed. Even they come here more often now. We also like to combine it with bowling downstairs or going to the movies. For me, it's simply top-notch, and every star is easily deserved.

A super modern, cozy place where you can eat well, and the drinks selection is also good. A bit more expensive for me, but you don't always have to order a lot or have special requests, but the portions are generous, so you can probably share something. What I really like is that you can bring your dog into the restaurant; they'll even give him a water bowl and a treat if he's allowed!

Great atmosphere! Service was also good. Sauces were really well made. The burgers weren't that great. I don't know yet what the bowls and the like will be like... But this restaurant is also very, very expensive, which is why I don't think I'll be visiting here very often.

I really enjoyed it! Delicious bowls with fresh ingredients, very filling, beautifully presented, and a wide selection. The prices are sometimes higher; I think €3.50 for a glass of water is quite expensive. The service was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the tables outside were a bit dusty and some had cobwebs...could be cleaned before guests arrive ;) Paying online, generally a good idea, was a bit problematic in practice. We wanted to pay with PayPal, but unfortunately, we were charged twice, but the amount was refunded. Personally, I still prefer paying in cash, by card, or similar with the staff, and they're also quite nice for feedback afterward—but that's a matter of opinion.

We ordered from there for the first time today. The delivery was very quick, and the food was hot and fresh. The taste and quality were truly an experience. By far the best delivery food we've had so far. I highly recommend it!

Very cool restaurant. I had a bowl for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious. The drinks were also great, and the lemonade tasted almost like a non-alcoholic cocktail. For dessert, there were churros. You could order everything from your phone or you were given a tablet to order from, and everything was delivered by a cute cat robot. If you're not a big fan of modern technology, you probably won't feel at home here. For everyone else, it's an absolute recommendation.

Mega tasty, very nicely decorated. Real holiday feeling. The only drawback is that ordering is only possible via cell phone or order terminal. At first glance it wasn't obvious what was behind the names of the burgers and that meant you had to click around a lot. A normal menu and ordering from the staff would be nicer. You didn't notice anything about the bowling center while you were eating and you weren't disturbed while eating.

The bowls are great. The burgers are a bitter disappointment with no taste and the patty tastes like it was carelessly thrown into a pan without any seasoning. Fries are nothing breathtaking, but they taste good. All in all, the burgers are unfortunately a disappointment for this price.

Kikki’s Fresh Street Food in Damme is a real insider tip! The dishes are not only creative and freshly prepared, but also absolutely convincing in terms of taste. I was particularly impressed by the variety of dishes - whether you're in the mood for juicy burgers, crunchy bowls or crispy sweet potato fries, everyone will find what they're looking for here. The ambience is modern and inviting, and the friendly staff ensure that you feel completely at home. The service is also quick and uncomplicated, which makes the visit even more pleasant. A special highlight are the homemade sauces, which give every dish that certain extra something. For me, Kikki’s is a perfect place for a relaxed lunch or a cozy evening with friends. Absolutely recommended – I would love to come back!

The food is really good and sometimes something different here in the country, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. There are no cards in the restaurant, everything is fancy via QR code. The last order from abroad took almost two hours to arrive. And no one thinks to maybe get in touch. Oh yes, you can't call the store, only WhatsApp.

The quality is good, but only card payment is possible (not visible at the entrance) and when it comes to the prices, I felt like I was being sold like a fool with all the extras, unclear and also misleading. Actually, in the end, far too expensive for the amount of personal and online service.

We were looking for a place for a quick lunch, but ended up staying a little longer. Beautiful restaurant, lovingly furnished and delicious food. Only the digital menu and ordering via tablet is a bit complicated and not necessarily my thing.

Were here in transit and were very positively surprised. Robot and human made a super nice and attentive duo, the food was delicious and the children had fun. What more could you want? Keep it up!

For me the price/performance ratio is grade 6. In my opinion you pay more for the ambience than for the food. I didn't like the atmosphere either. The serving robot was probably very expensive, unfortunately it can't get everywhere in the store (stairs).

Order at the table using your cell phone/laptop. If you have problems there, you will be helped immediately. Cash payment is not possible! The robot that brings the food to the table is also super cute. We'll definitely be back!

We discovered Kikki's by chance when we were at Dammer Bergsee and got hungry. Since then, Kikki’s has become something of a ritual when we’re around. Even when we're on tour again, we're always happy to take a detour to pick up food there. So far it has always been ready on time, fresh & super tasty! The staff is also very friendly. We always like to come by and recommend it to our friends 😬

Boys, was dragged along by the girls. I am currently the only person with a Y chromosome and the place is very well attended. I ate a burger with a side dish, I'm going to get a kebab afterwards because I'm still hungry. 3 people, 52€. It's not cheap now. Automatic tipping in the bill is a bit cheeky, this isn't America. Food was delicious.

When you walk in you are immediately greeted by a great facility and super friendly staff. Absolutely cozy atmosphere! Another highlight is definitely the ordering robot. We'll definitely be back :)

Very tasty and something completely new.

The modern and cozy interior of the restaurant invites you to stay. There are no bad places, everywhere you can eat in a quiet and beautiful atmosphere. The concept of ordering/paying online is also easy (at least for me) and saves you having to wait for the waiter. In addition, there are no misunderstandings when ordering. My companion and I were welcomed by a nice and competent employee (Agnes) and were well served and given advice on choosing the food. I ordered a bowl with extra Nacho Crunch and was not disappointed. Overall, the restaurant is a refreshing change from standard restaurants. In my opinion, it is more suitable for the younger generations due to the online ordering and the modern English terms (fancy fries instead of fries).

Very tasty food and they always respond to special requests. Nice atmosphere and the food is always there quickly. If you want to order something else, you don't have to always look for and call the waiter - you can simply order what you want online at the table. You can also receive hospitality receipts and invoices directly by email - super practical 💯💯 PS- I definitely recommend the chocolate milkshake 🤤

The bowls are very tasty and the location is pretty

Modern and, in my opinion, progressive restaurant. I like the concept of ordering food almost like online shopping. Bella is great, great idea, especially when the restaurant is full she can help. Fancy Fries are super tasty, drinks like the iced tea are not too sweet, everything is very appetizingly prepared. If something doesn't work, you can ask and get help from the friendly staff.

Ate a good vegan bowl, garlic fries had a subtle garlic taste, nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, special very tasty lemonades, rounded off with a chocolate milkshake and cappuccino, we had a cozy evening in a fancy atmosphere, I'll be happy to come back, I'm looking forward to the burgers

Kikis is definitely one of the most beautiful locations here in Damme! The modern furnishings and the pleasant feel-good atmosphere make it an ideal place for our regular business meetings. Mal was ganz anderes aber sehr schön. Location sehr schön , man bestellt mit dem Handy ,per QR Code wählt man sich ein. Das Essen war sehr lecker und genauso wie auf den Bildern der Speisekarte dargestellt

Es hat mich wirklich Positiv und Negativ überrascht! Die Bowls waren wirklich sehr köstlich, außer der Reis, der war meiner Meinung nicht ganz durch.Die Fancy Fries waren einfach mega lecker, würde ich jedes Mal bestellen, wirklich top!!! So und jetzt der unangenehmere Teil… Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fanden wir teuer (Getränke auch) es wird ja kein Blattgold oder Trüffel angeboten & serviert, das sind Bowls, Pommes die im Endeffekt einfach gut zubereitet werden und was man nicht vergessen darf, vieles kommt aus der Packung und aus Dosen! Salat, Tomate und Gurke sind frisch! Beim bezahlen konnte man seine Rechnung nicht ohne Tip abschließen was mich persönlich einwenig gestört hat. Ich gebe gerne Trinkgeld, mehr als 10%, jedoch finde ich das dreist, dass es einem aufgezwungen wird. Außerdem findet doch kein richtiger Service statt? Das ist wirklich nicht böse gemeint, aber es wurde nicht gefragt ob das Essen geschmeckt hat oder ob alles in Ordnung war, selbst wenn es nicht geschmeckt hätte, müsste man erst mal aufstehen und nach vorne laufen und sich höflich beschweren. Schade war auch, dass die Teller nicht ausgehoben worden, als wir mit dem Essen fertig waren, an dem Abend waren 3 kl.Tische da, also nichts los. Danach haben wir gezahlt und wurden freundlich verabschiedet. Dann die Bella die da rumfährt, soll Service Mitarbeiter ersetzen, damit das Personal hinter der Theke rumstehen kann? Check ich nicht - Sorry bei aller Liebe. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag von mir für euch… das Personal sollte mehr auf Gäste zu gehen und kommunizieren, vielleicht würde das Konzept besser auf gehen…. Gastronomie verbindet und sollte wertgeschätzt werden - für beide Seiten, für Servicepersonal und dem Gast. LG!

Bestellung leider nur über Tablet oder Handy möglich.. War für die meisten von uns ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig... Wenn man das System aber verstanden hat, ging es! Aber mal eben über Zuruf ein Getränk nachbestellen... Schlecht! Das Essen selber war aber toll, die Preise etwas über Durchschnitt und das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich..

Ich war zum ersten und letzten Mal in dem Laden. Zuerst wurde uns erklärt wie das ganze abläuft - QRcode einscannen und dann übers Handy wie beim online shopping bestellen. Fand ich direkt unsympathisch, denn der Service der in den Rezensionen so angepriesen wird blieb leider auf der strecke und war nicht existent. Ich hatte den Bad Boy Burger mit extra Pattie bestellt; das Simmentaler Rindfleisch klang sehr gut. Das Essen wurde dann von einem Roboter geliefert der durch die ungünstige Tischplatzierung nichtmal zu unserem Tisch kam, so dass die Kellnerin die dem Roboter hinterhergedackelt kam, den viel zu kleinen Teller vom Roboter räumen musste. Ich frag mich was der Roboter bezwecken soll, weil die kellner dem Ding hinterherlaufen müssen. Ein guter Appetit wurde mir nicht gewünscht. Der Burger war so schlecht gestacked, das der Bacon Jam, BBQ Sauce und die Gürckchen unten waren, was dazu geführt hat das das untere Bun eine durchsiffte Masse war, die nichtmal auf die Gabel ging. Dadurch ging natürlich auch der Geschmack verloren und das einzige was man geschmeckt hat war der zähe Bacon und das viel zu durchgebratene, billige TK Patty. Es wurde nicht einmal gefragt ob es schmeckt, selbst nicht als der halbe burger vor mir stand und ich 10 Minuten mit meiner begleitung geredet habe. Mit einer Afri Cola 0,2 habe ich 23,79€ bezahlt, und mir wurden 5% Trinkgeld vorgeschlagen. Ich finde es mehr als frech Trinkgeld vorzuschlagen wenn es mieserablen Service gibt der selbst bei den einfachsten Aufgaben schon versagt. Definitiv eines der schlechtesten Restaurants in denen ich gegessen habe.

Wir waren zu zweit dort essen. Meine Begleitung bestellte einen Burger der viel zu durch war und offensichtlich ein Tk Pattie hatte. Mit Süßkartoffel Pommes und einer Afri Cola war der Preis von 23€ viel zu hoch und definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Preise waren sehr hoch angesetzt sodass ich mich doch nicht für eine Speise entschied da ich das Gefühl hatte es würde sich nicht lohnen. Ich hatte demnach einen Latte mit Vanille Sirup der kein Stück nach Vanille geschmeckt hat. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön aber viel zu voll gequetscht als das sich dieser Bedingungsroboter rechtfertigt. Den Service kann ich nicht sonderlich bewerten da in meinen Augen keiner Vorhanden war. Die Mitarbeiter sind zwar nett aber wünschen einem weder einen guten Appetit noch ein hat es ihnen geschmeckt. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend und ich wäre dann doch lieber zu dem Subway gegangen der nebenan liegt.

Bestellen via App ist mega cool und zeitgemäß. Können sich viele eine Scheibe von abschneiden! Der Service war super-freundlich und hilfsbereit - auch wenn man nicht so viel Kontakt hatte, Dank der App. :) Aber das "Tutorial" war sehr gut präsentiert! Man kann da gut sitzen, war aber auch nicht viel los zu dem Zeitpunkt. Lediglich das Essen an sich hat mich für die Preise nicht genügend umgehauen. Ich hatte einen Burger. Für gewöhnlich erwarte ich bei dem Preis eine Beilage inklusive, die muss man jedoch extra bezahlen. War lecker, aber dem Preis nicht ganz gerecht (mag bei anderen Gerichten anders aussehen, hatte ich aber noch nicht), daher 4/5 Sterne.

Super lecker, der Bowl Baukasten ist mega.

Toller Platz zum verweilen. Die Einrichtung soll ein wenig an Hawaii erinnern und wirkt ein wenig zusammengewürfelt z.b. unterschiedliche Stühle am Tisch. Passt aber zum Konzept. Essen wird von dem freundlichen Roboter und einer Servicekraft gebracht. Service steht's freundlich und essen schmeckt auch lecker.

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut. Das Servicepersonal vor Ort ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, wenn man Fragen zum Bestellprozess hat. Man fühlt sich wirklich sehr wohl. Der große Barkeeper ist ebenfalls sehr Sympathisch.

Super Restaurant und sehr sehr modern. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause und das beste dran es gibt mega leckeres Essen. Es ist für jeden was dabei und als kleine Attraktion nebenbei gibt es noch Bella, die einem das Essen bringt und guten Hunger wünscht.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - besonders empfehlenswert waren die Loaded Fries "San Marino" mit Hollandaise Dip. Der Roboter macht Spaß und das bargeldlose Konzept kam bei uns auch gut an. Wir wersen sicher noch mal wiederkommen :)

Leider würde unsere Reservierung von 10 Personen vergessen. Aber der Service hat alles wieder raus gerissen. Uns einen Tisch an der Bowlingbahn organisiert und das ganze Essen nach unten getragen!!!

Wir hatten einen Tisch für 10 Leute reserviert , und es wurde leider vergessen es einzutragen. Okay , kann, (aber dürfte nicht) passieren. Laden voll , kein Platz mehr . Wir müssten dann wieder runter zur Bowlingbahn wo wir herkammen und dort essen . Als wieder gutmachung gab es für jeden ein Getränk Gratis. Als das Essen dann kam , was doch bei fast allen recht fix ging, fehlte dann das Besteck .🤦 Man kann hier nur alles Digital bestellen und Bargeldlos bezahlen , was sich im Keller ,dank schlechtem WLAN schwierig gestaltete Preis-Leistung finde ich jetzt etwas über teuert . Ob ich wieder kommen würde weiß ich noch nicht .

Würde auch 10 Sterne geben. Tolles Konzept. Einfach unfassbar lecker. Diese cheeseballs sind insane. Bowls auch richtig gut. Das pulled pork ist richtig köstlich. Kann den Schuppen nur empfehlen. Männers gönnt euch :) Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und steht einem immer zur Verfügung, wenn man Fragen zum Bestellvorgang hat, der hier über Tablet oder Handy läuft. Ist mal was neues und wir fanden es super. Das Essen war fantastisch und eine Umbestellung innerhalb eines Gerichtes war überhaupt kein Problem. Das man die Bowls nach seinen Wünschen zusammen stellen kann, ist klasse. Die Getränkeauswahl ist auch top, für uns auch was ganz neues. Natürlich darf auch die Erwähnung von Bella nicht fehlen - einfach cool. ☺️ Wir waren überaus zufrieden und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch! 👍🏼

Wir waren zunächst skeptisch bei dem Konzept, sind aber nun voll zufrieden. Wir haben bislang vor Ort gesessen und etwas gegessen, aber auch bestellt und abgeholt! Beides klappt problemlos und ist geschmacklich vergleichbar. Das Essen ist absolut top und lecker! Als wir einmal vor Ort waren, wurden unsere Getränke vergessen.. kann passieren, gab dann eine kleine Entschädigung. Ansonsten absolut nettes Personal und sehr schöner Laden mit tollen Ambiente.
