WEOS Gaststättenbetrieb GmbH in Damme

We were hotel guests and ate at the restaurant on Saturday evening. Unfortunately, due to tragic circumstances, there hasn't been much of a selection this year (mainly tarte flambée). This didn't really bother us, though, and we each ordered a tarte flambée. One of the two was excellent, but the other was unfortunately very salty, so we sent half back. Unfortunately, there was no small amount of courtesy. We found this a bit of a shame. Otherwise, the service was really good. Friendly, fast, and clean. The breakfast buffet there was first-class. They even had carvia, salmon, and a huge selection. Almost too much. And once again, the service was truly first-class.

There were two of us there, and we each had a soda, a burger, and fries. The fries were incredibly delicious! The sodas were also very good. You can order and pay directly via QR code. I really like the concept!

A delicious dinner at the Hubertushof in Damme. Tuna tartare with avocado was the starter. Super fresh, a great combination. The main course was corn-fed chicken ballotine (stuffed chicken breast) with truffle! It went perfectly. The other guests' dishes also looked good: octopus, veal cordon bleu, and goat cheese pralines. I particularly liked the wine list: I highly recommend the Maxim Goedverwacht Cabernet Sauvignon. Prompt and friendly service. Pleasant atmosphere.

A fantastic restaurant if you like good food. A fantastic team with excellent service. You feel like you're in a family atmosphere there, and the food deserves 5 stars 🌟. I can recommend it to everyone.
