We were hotel guests and had dinner in the restaurant on Saturday evening. Unfortunately, due to tragic circumstances, there isn't much choice left this year (mainly tarte flambée). But this didn't really bother us and we each ordered a tarte flambée. One of the two was great, but unfortunately the other was very salty and we had to return half of it. Unfortunately without a little accommodation. We found this a bit of a shame. Otherwise really a very good service. Friendly, fast and clean. The breakfast buffet was first class. There was even carvia, salmon and a huge selection. Almost too much. Also, really first-class service.

The food was really good! You can taste the freshness of the ingredients! Even if it's somewhat "upscale" cuisine, the price doesn't fit, a bit overpriced! The service was too pushy for me, but friendly! Wine selection was poor! It was a nice evening, in a nice atmosphere (the evening sun was hitting my face 😅), so I couldn't see the person sitting next to me! For me personally, it's not a restaurant where I think: WOW, I have to go there again!

The bowls are great. The burgers are a bitter disappointment with no taste and the patty tastes like it was carelessly thrown into a pan without any seasoning. Fries are nothing breathtaking, but they taste good. All in all, the burgers are unfortunately a disappointment for this price.

Today we ate at Everding with 24 people, the meal was agreed upon in advance. All guests enjoyed everything (soup, meat, fish, vegetables, salad, dessert) very much. The service was very friendly and attentive. The price was more than reasonable, I had expected a significantly higher price (and paid it for the service provided). Conclusion: highly recommended, always happy 😄

Was invited there for a birthday. Very cozy. Very well maintained. Very nice. Clocky. The food was from Partyservice Macke. And as always, very tasty - this time especially the salmon on a bed of spinach.

The two of us had dinner there. The Laubacher Schnitzel with horseradish sauce, salad plate and Röstis was great. The grilled vegetables for the sea bream (it was sea bream fillet) were cooked too soft for my liking and the sea bream was a bit dry. The service was absolutely great, very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very harmonious and good. Everything is well maintained and spacious. Lots of parking options. Price-performance okay. Overall recommended.

In any case. We had lunch there and then made reservations again for coffee and cake. All 6 people were completely satisfied. Really recommended.

Small, inconspicuous place, the service was top. We had bratwurst with fries. The bratwurst was nice and spicy and crispy, the fries were really tasty (nice and crispy and not very seasoned)

Nobody can really speak German. Get something wrong and have to pay way too much for it.

The Schomaker restaurant is simply incredibly first class. The location is unique, especially the beer garden, in the center of which a naturally landscaped water terrace invites you to linger in this place, refreshingly and unobtrusively. Pure relaxation! There are also exquisite wines and other delicious cold and warm drinks. I'll say: "The coffee tastes good!" - Can't say that about many restaurants! - But the hit is the food: No lie! Immediately! And without hesitation: 10 stars, full marks and, as far as I'm concerned, every other top rating. The food is so delicious. Everything is fresh and grilled, cooked and cooked to perfection. - Really crazy! - We have already given up the habit of eating out in a restaurant because we don't feel like eating mostly denatured food for what is often an exorbitant price. But everything tastes fresh here. The meat, the vegetables, the fish just...mhmm... I can't say anything about the price because we were invited to the buffet. But in this case I don't care at all - WE'LL BE BACK :) Many thanks to the owners and the team for the friendly service and the great stay. P.S.: Even if we come almost from Bremen, we are sure that the journey is still worth it.
