I am always satisfied and very friendly in general, I would like to come back more often, it was great

The employee was on the phone the whole time, then put on his gloves but always had the cell phone in his hand. He didn't hear the order because he was talking on the phone. That was very unfriendly behavior. A little more sauce means charging more money. The paper bag was given without asking but was immediately charged for. There were hardly any cookies. I have otherwise received better service.

Today we treated ourselves to something from sub again. Unfortunately, that didn't quite work. Mine was missing some of the key ingredients that make up the sub, as well as a few extras. My husband's double evidence was searched in vain. Since we live a little further away, it wouldn't have been worthwhile to "complain" on site. Despite the annoyance of paying more than you got, they tasted good. The employee at pickup was also very friendly. Hopefully it will work better next time and then there will be more stars.

Very unfriendly employee, who probably can't say hello properly and doesn't feel like remembering what you ordered and still orders incorrectly after repeating the order! We took a break and specifically looked for a subway. Unfortunately, the detour was absolutely not worth it in terms of taste.

The employee doesn't even know what the new SubMelts sandwiches are!! When we asked about it, she got mushy!! Ignorance does not justify unkindness!!

I'm really sorry that I have to do this review. Employee (M.) Inflammation in the eye, ok she can't help it. But then poking around in the eye with the gloves on and then putting it on our food... It's not possible. I was so shocked that I couldn't say anything. Among other things, we said hello twice and nothing came back. She also hung in the food with her sweater on the whole time. Hair should also be tightly tied and secured. Your fingernails are also a NOGO in such a profession. There was still one hanging on the left hand and only 3 gel nails on the other. Please explain again about hygiene...

When you close the door 20 minutes before closing, serve other guests but don't let anyone else in. 3 customers locked out. If you don't want to, you can.

I love Subway. I think it's even better if I can order via app. Unfortunately, that doesn't help me if I get there at the specified time and the order isn't ready, let alone even started. I offer the employee to come back in ten minutes, it's no drama. But if I come back after 10 minutes and he starts preparing my subs at that moment, then unfortunately pre-ordering is a waste...

By far the cleanest Subway store I know. The food was super fresh and the two colleagues who served there today were absolutely friendly! :)

Die zwei Sterne gibt es für den einen kleinen Mitarbeiter, sorry weiß leider seinen Namen nicht , der ist flott und freundlich. Er berät auch bei Unschlüssigkeit . Weiter so 👍🏻 Der Rest des Teams schläft bei der Arbeit ein und der Chef geht erst einmal Rauchen egal wieviele Kunden anstehen.🤔 Dieses Verhalten habe ich nicht nur einmal erfahren, sondern leider öfters. Deswegen werde ich dort auch nichts mehr holen, da mir meine Pause zu schade ist um sie mit anstehen und warten zu verbringen.

Sind 3 mal in der Woche hier, super Essen und unendlich trinken für 3€:)

Kleinen Becher immer wieder auffüllen ist Meta (kostet nur 3€). und das Essen schmeckt auch immer.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung durch einen jüngeren Mitarbeiter (mit Vollbart,wirklich super freundlich), sehr gute vegane Auswahl - Cookies von gestern zum Top Preis! Alles richtig gemacht, da kommt man gerne wieder!

Heute an dem 7. November um 15:42 wollten wir uns mehrere Subs holen. Ich war erschrocken wie unfreundlich die Dame heute war, schmeißt den vorderen Kunden den Sub einfach hin und bedient sie extrem unfreundlich. Fing dann bei uns an den ersten Sub zu machen und schmeiste die Wurst und den Käse richtig lustlos drauf. Als ich zu ihr meinte "Geht das bitte auch etwas lustfoller" meinte sie nur zu uns "Nein das geht nicht." Als dann auch meine Mutter ihren Sub bestellen wollte wurde sie richtig pampig und meinte zusätzlich dieses Brot gäbe es nicht mehr. (Es blieb nur bei dem einen Sub mir und meiner Mutter ist der Appetit vergangen.) Daraufhin fing sie dann an zu meinen das wir keine Ahnung davon hätten wie es wäre 8 Stunden am Stück zu arbeiten. (Geschäftzeiten 9:00 Uhr bis 23:00 Uhr) . Wobei das Trotzdem nicht das Problem der Kunden ist und auch keinen Grund gibt dieses an Kunden auszulassen. Die Kundschaft die hinter uns stand ist direkt gegangen als sie das mitbekommen hat wie unfreundlich sie uns behandelt hat. An und für sich gehen wir hier echt gerne hin, aber sobald wir sie absofort in diesem Laden sehen werden, werden wir dort nichts mehr kaufen. Waren jetzt eben in Abensberg beim Subway, Weltenunterschied.!

Liebe Ina, Es ist alles falsch was sie geschrieben haben, sie haben keine ahnung und die Lieben Arbeitskräfte brauchen keine maske da eine sicherheitscheibe da ist. Ihr kommentar ist müll und subway ist einfach geil

Etwas zwiespältig. Ich mag das Essen in Subway-Restaurants. Hier könnte mehr aus Sauberkeit geachtet werden. Die verschiedenen Zutaten sind zum Teil angetrocknet und sehen weniger appetitlich aus, Dressing-Flaschen total verklebt. Die Arbeitskleidung könnte zwischendurch, wenn verdreckt,auch mal gewechselt werden. Es gibt Filialen die sind Top oder verbesserungswürdig wie diese

Wir gehen 2-3 mal die Woche in diese Filiale mit der ganzen Familie.Enkelkinder,Tochter u.s.w Egal welcher Mitarbeiter oder der Chef selbst,sie sind alle sehr nett und freundlich. Vor allem immer ein freundliches Lächeln egal um welche Urzeit wir dort hingehen. Da sollten sich mal andere Filialen ein Stück abschauen. Macht weiter so 👍

Jedes Sub auch als Salat. Absolut genial für jeden Low-Carb Fan 😀. Versteh die Nörgler nicht. Super freundliches, kompetentes Personal. Alles ist frisch, lecker und sauber. Bin mehr als zufrieden und esse eigentlich nur noch hier 😁

Im Vergleich zu den mir in Regensburg bekannten Filialen nicht so doll. Man spart an Dressing/Soße selbst wenn man extra um viel bittet, an Gemüse, ist etwas unaufmerksam. Aber ich hab auch schon deutlich schlechtere Filialen erlebt.
