Actually a usual subway that we know from all over the world. However, I had a very unfortunate situation. I ordered a plant-based teriyaki chicken to take away. I asked the employee several times during preparation whether this was plant-based teriyaki chicken, and this was confirmed to me several times. I was surprised because the vegan product was taken from one of the larger metal containers with a black scoop. At home it turned out that the real Teriyaki Chicken was actually served on the sub instead of the vegan product. This is an absolute no-go and very annoying. The next time I visited a restaurant I paid extra attention to it. The teriyaki chicken is in a large container with a black scoop, the vegan product is in a small container with a green scoop. There is an urgent need to exercise more care and practice this! Also very unusual for Subway Standard is the restriction in the selection of bread types. On several visits we were informed that a certain type of bread was specified for individual subs. The same applies to salad components, which are predetermined and therefore our selection was limited (no extras are meant here). Here too, the impression arises that the staff still has potential for more training.

Gluten free bread is great. Employees also change their gloves when requested. Even if they are taken aback at first. However, not very helpful if the completely same knives and ingredients from the same pot are used. Contamination is the key word. Of course, the crumbs that are in it go to the gluten-free SUB. Counterproductive. I would generally like to see more training and attentiveness from staff in this area. The vegetables are often no longer as fresh. The amount that is put on it is sometimes really a joke. If you want more, you pay more. Logical. But 4 slices of olive? A whole olive on half a SUB?? The ladies who served my kids and me were really very nice. Especially the one with the long black braid! She deserves a raise. Very well-groomed, organized, and confident in what she does and says about products and is fun to work with. Even a small smile flashes across sometimes. Makes me happy every time. Most are very rigid or completely overwhelmed with the order. The store is cold and not that clean. Especially not the toilet. It's a shame. Really. I haven't eaten at Subway in 10 years. Until I saw by chance that they also had gluten-free bread there. Unfortunately, subway didn't draw attention to it or advertise it. The waiting time is often far too long. Few good offers or 2 for the price of one for example.

Very clean and super nice employee!

I was there today and the older lady doesn't leave at all, she was so rude to the customers and the other employee, I was really sorry. There were 2 people in front and we waited 30 minutes. The customer in front of us asked if she could have a little more tomato, so the younger employee put a few more slices on it and was reprimanded by her colleague in front of everyone: that's not possible at all. When my app didn't work and I was supposed to pay 9.70 euros and then said I wouldn't pay because it was 50% and I had downloaded the app for it, it was all over, she screamed at me what she was going to do with the bread The other employee, who seemed more capable, sorted it out, unfortunately the sub was cold by now but still tasted good.

We were there today, very friendly and personable employees. Especially the lady with the reddish hair. Even when it got busy, she had everything under control. Only the cookies could be a little squishy 😅🤗

The lady was very nice and it was prepared quickly. She also explained the new sidekicks very nicely. I felt very comfortable and the store was very clean and nice.

Were there today on September 27th, 2024 for dinner around 1 p.m. Food was prepared very quickly and was warm and tasty as you would expect from Subway. The friendly waitress pointed out to us that we could save money, which I hadn't even thought about. Thanks for that. 👍 Store was also very tidy and clean.

The old lady with the glasses and blonde hair I think she comes from Russia I'm sorry, but that's not the way to treat the staff, just disrespectful and rude in front of the customers...the young gentleman did a great job Change of staff ..... or let someone else stand at the front and serve but not such a beast :/ but let an old lady serve me because I lose my appetite

We wanted to get subs for lunch on Monday and were happy about the coupons. Unfortunately, according to the branch, there were problems with the server, which is why the QR code could not be read into the cash register. Really annoying because we came specifically for the copouns and of course you only notice it at the checkout when the subs are already ready. I was told that I could at least have the points added. Unfortunately I didn't find an option for this in the app. Of course the subs were great as always!

Small cozy shop. There's not much going on in the store. Unfortunately there are always a maximum of 2 employees there, which is why you are allowed to stand for 20 minutes even with 4 guests. When it comes to Subway products, everything is always there and you get your Sub as you know it. (4/5) My recommendation: If you like SUB and see that there is little going on -> great Otherwise -> many alternatives nearby

At German Subway they ask if you want extra herbs on the sandwiches, but almost all Dutch Subway branches do not ask for this.

A normal subway like any other but with a good parking situation

In terms of taste, it's a nice alternative to burgers, kebabs, or pizza in the fast food sector, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The comprehensibility of what I call the "preparer", with the inability to have not learned the German language with mother's milk, is still a lot in air upwards. For my taste, the atmosphere is not one where you feel comfortable as a guest. I think the prices are excessive, but what isn't getting more expensive these days!

Submelts lukewarm. We were the only ones here and had to wait over 10 minutes The two employed ladies were also busy having their private conversations and cursing. Washing your hands after smoking is probably not a must here either. A pity

Unfriendly,aggressive ladies,fighting between each other because of the sauce. Totally don't care about the service. Waited 3-5 min to pay because of their attitude towards each other. Food was not best and cold as well.

An sich ein sehr schönes Restaurant. Jedoch, was mich sehr gestört hat, war eine Mitarbeiterin des Geschäftes. Sie war sehr unhöflich, weil ich vergessen hatte, meine Punkte zu scannen und sie daher gebeten habe mir ein zusätzlichen Bon auszudrucken. Dass ich meine Punkte nach tragen kann, wurde sie sehr unfreundlich und wirkte sehr genervt Würde dies geändert werden, wäre es ein sehr tolles Erlebnis in dem Restaurant geworden. Essen schmeckte trotz alledem gut.

We've always eaten here regularly but the prices have become absolutely outrageous and I almost fell behind on it. You also feel like you have to pay extra for everything. What a shame, probably no more subs from now on :(

We got a sub today and unfortunately we had so little meat on it... but the price was outrageous. The customers behind us were served by a different B fertilizer and the subs there looked completely different. Very disappointing….

Niet de mooiste subway om te zitten, maar wel lekkere broodjes. Tevens verschoon mogelijkheid voor baby's. Het was best druk, goed teken.

Das Subway Restaurant haben wir schlecht gefunden da es direkt unter dem Möbelmarkt ist. Wie waren auf der Durchreise und hatten Hunger. Der Innenbereich ist groß. Die Toilette war sauber. Unser Essen wurde ordentlich und anständig zubereitet. Wir konnten dann gut gesättigt weiterfahren.

Hace unos días estuve con un compañero pidiendo comida para llevar y quedamos muy contentos los bocadillos buenísimos .....la chica que nos atendió fue muy amable pues a pesar de no hablar su idioma se esforzó en explicarnos todo....estoy muy agradecido y quedamos muy satisfechos tanto el estómago como con la atención.....lo recomiendo.

Super laden und nettes Personal

Erst einmal ein großes Lob an den jungen Mann der uns heute bediente! Er hat den Laden toll im Griff, ist sehr freundlich und scheinbar rockt er da alles gefühlt alleine. Denn seine Kollegen, eine ältere Dame ist schon bei einfachsten Sachen überfordert. Ich musste ihr zweimal sagen was ich nicht haben wollte und beim dritten Anlauf wollte sie dennoch mein Sub damit belegen . Zum dank hustete sie noch auf meine Bestellung. Beim nächsten Mal schaue ich vorher rein , wer dort Arbeitet!

Immer wieder leckere Sandwiches, jedoch relativ ungemütlich, und auch die Bedienungen waren Anfangs freundlicher.

Immer Freundlich und gut drauf und macht viel Spaß Empfehlenswert

Kleiner aber feiner Subway. Essen ist gut und das Personal ist nett. Lediglich die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind etwas wackelig und könnten einen stabileren Eindruck machen.

Mal ne Abwechslung als wenn man zu mekkesoder Kochlöffel geht... Nur bei der Zubereitung der sandwiches könnte man mehr für sein Geld bekommen...

Niet de beste subway. Beetje groezelig en somber terrasje erbij. Rond de middag was een deel van het beleg al op. Wel voldoende parkeergelegenheid, ander assortiment als in Nederland en lekker vlot klaar.

Eine wirklich tolle Subway Fiale. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das essen wird schnell zubereitet. Außerdem kann man sein Sandwich Online zusammenstellen und dann vor Ort abholen. Die Innenausstattung ist etwas aus der Mode gekommen und altbacken, dafür ist der Service erste Klasse. Einmal wurde meine Online Bestellung vergessen. Daraufhin wurde diese sofort zubereitet und als Entschädigung ein extra Cookie beigelegt. Ich besuche die Fiale öfters und bin immer Zufrieden gewesen.

"Ela" hat unsere Subs belegt. Super lecker, schön gefüllt und es zerfällt nicht sofort. Netter kleiner Laden. Auf jeden Fall unsere Anlaufstelle da Ahaus beim aktuellen Betreiber nicht essbar ist.

Es könnte etwas geordneter laufen in der Bestellannahme. Zucker, Milch für Kaffee stand versteckt, die Mitarbeiterin verschwand gleich in der Küche. Ich vermute aber, Coronabedingt gab es Personalengpässe.

De broodjes bij deze Duitse Subway zijn prima. Iets andere keuzes dan je in Nederland gewend bent, maar zeker niet minder. Locatie is goed te bereiken met voldoende parkeer mogelijkheden.

Whilst exploring Gronau in Germany, we came across this Subway branch and decided to give it a try. It has two entrances. One is on the street and the other is at the back of the restaurant where you can enter from inside a big store called Roller. The restaurant is very small inside and is L-shaped. There are 3 normal height tables for 4 people each, and 3 high tables with high stools. We counted 14 high stools. At the back, there is one low round table and 3 low comfy chairs. The restaurant was quite busy and my husband waited in the queue while I sat at the low table in the back of the restaurant whilst waiting for a normal height table to become free. Eventually I was able to move to a normal table. Where I was sitting there was a door in the wall. People kept coming to that door and unlocking it and going inside and then coming out again. This went on all the time we were in there and my husband informed me that it was a toilet and that people had to ask for the key to use it. So, I was sitting in a place which was extra busy! My husband had to wait a long time to be served, but he said there were only two people preparing the Subs and they were working as fast as they could. Luckily I carry wet wipes, as I had to clean the table myself before we ate there. The staff just did not have time to clean the tables. We had a chicken fajita sub each as we saw a photo of one on the advertising board outside the restaurant. Our subs did not really look like the photo on the advertising board, but never mind as they tasted nice. If we are ever in Gronau again we might return here, but I do not want to sit beside the toilet door again!
