The last few times the app and vouchers were not accepted because there was no scanner. Sub of the day doesn't exist for me. Prices are outrageously exorbitant. After many visits over the years, that was it for me, never Subway again.

Really bad experiences here. Firstly, the Subway branch is very untidy and all the tables were dirty and not cleared. I also find opening times only until 8 p.m. and a very limited selection of subs since everything is sold out after 2 p.m. very strange. The highlight of this subway are the employees - some Dillaras who are more on their cell phones or chilling with some curses while working instead of working. They don't even want to work and watch you the whole time as if they have a crush on you. Only one young man was always trying hard, but unfortunately that doesn't change the fact that this was my last visit

This store is just the ultimate! I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life as I was treated here by the "employee"

Subway... If the catering isn't completely incompetent, it's just one of many. I have the impression that the selection of sauces was either deliberately reduced or there simply weren't all of them...

Not the biggest subway, but the food is delicious and cozy enough to eat there in peace.

Absolute impudence!! I wanted to tip a lady last week, I asked her if she could keep her tip, she told me she couldn't keep it, just cheeky!! How can you be so heartless and take away tips from students 😤 I'll never come back, I just felt sorry for the lovely lady, terrible 😠

I come to Subway very often, the prices are a bit expensive but there are enough offers where you can save. Today one of the employees was very nice, she was very sweet and friendly, she had long brown hair in a braid, she was thin and I think she was Moroccan because of her Arabic necklace. The other one was Moroccan because of her Arabic necklace with the light eyes and black hair cleaned very nicely in the meantime, which shows that the shop is kept clean

A little woman with a headscarf very disrespectfully pointed out to us three minutes before closing time that the shop was closed. Meanwhile, several apparent friends of the woman in question were making small talk with their feet on the table and clearly laughing at us. Conclusion: Fire these employees who can't behave and turn the store into little Arabia.

I went on a Saturday, it was 6-7 pm.They had only two types of bread and did not have napkins.

I'm in Subway right now eating a Sub of the Day Tuna. It cost me 9.99 euros. When asked why the price didn't match the prices online, the staff said "We don't know either, we have to ask the boss" I thought Subway was uniform. If I had known I was paying full price, I would have spent my lunch break somewhere else. Therefore 1 star because of the price.

Maybe call the exterminator? In the evening the mice dance on the table...

I'm writing the recession in the evening because I can't sleep because my girlfriend ruined her margins. Luckily I didn't have any meat... Food was actually good. From a hygiene perspective, I would still be afraid.. If you can't keep a table clean or wipe it once, I doubt that the workplace is really being cleaned thoroughly. There was nothing going on, 3 employees in the room. REALLY all of the tables were dirty. 2 in the next room laugh at the other because she has to serve us and everyone is on their cell phone.

The two employees were very unfriendly, didn't give the impression that they were interested in what they were doing, only took orders half-heartedly and spoke to the customers in an unpleasant tone. Luckily, it's hard to go wrong with sandwiches, so the food still tasted comparatively good. However, tables were dirty and several baskets of food were still lying around. Very unpleasant experience, not recommended

War alles supi, hatten aber kein Bacon da

Ich war am 23.09. dort und ich wollte was neues ausprobieren und es waren 2 richtig nette damen da die mich wunderbar beraten haben. Leider gibt es in der Filiale kein Rucola, Paprika und Karotten. Immer wenn die beiden Damen da sind(Schwarze Haare und braune Haare) ist der Laden sauber und es ist eine super Atmosphäre im Laden. Ich komme gerne wieder. Es wäre super wenn es nächstens Sommer wieder Sitzplätze für draußen geben würde.

Wow!!!!! Ich bin einfach nur fasziniert. Das war glaub ich DIE beste Subway-Erfahrung die ich je machen durfte. Der Service war perfekt und sehr aufschlussreich über was zu einander passt und was man im Idealfall kombinieren sollte. Dadurch das ich wegen schlechten Erfahrungen lange nicht mehr beim Subway war, war dass eine große Hilfe. Insbesondere muss ich mich dabei bei dem Mädchen mit der Brille und dem Schmetterling tattoo auf der Hand bedanken. Diese hat auch während meines ganzen Aufenthaltes von Ohr zu Ohr gegrinst, was für eine willkommener Atmosphäre sorgte. Im großen und ganzen würde ich jedem der lange nicht mehr bei Subway war, mal empfehlen hier vorbei zu kommen und euch selbst überzeugen zu lassen. ICH KOMME WIEDER👍

I would love to give full stars but I don’t know they had less stock of bread on ready to make during lunch time. If they have to prepare new breads it takes two hours time. It’s so blutt. But the food what they made is really amazing and people are so friendly and smiling conversations making.

Als ich da war waren ganz viele Mücken an dem Essen weil die Klappe nicht zugemacht wurde der Boden war richtig dreckig und die Tische waren auch nicht richtig sauber. Geschweige denn die Toilette

Food is like all other Subways. I have been here many times, but today it only annoyed me with the bad service. The lady who wore a hat did not help to proceed my order, but just stood around waiting for nothing. After all, I was charged for the exact same sub I ordered 3 weeks ago 20% more expensive. I wasn't given any receipt to know what I paid for because the bill printer was broken. Wouldn't recommend this place until they improve their service!

Das Essen schmeckte wie in jedem Subway, die Bedienung war jedoch eine Katastrophe. Man hat sich lieber mit dem Kollegen unterhalten als uns zu bedienen. Ich habe noch nie so einen so langen Bestellvorgang gehabt. Als wir dort waren gab es im Innenraum keine Sitzplätze. Das Wetter war sehr angenehm, ao konnten wir vor dem Laden sitzen und essen.

Direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Also nur zu Fuß erreichbar. Vor Ort folgende Ärgernisse: keine Sitzmöglichkeiten innen, Toilette gesperrt, Softdrinkautomat außer Betrieb, daher kein refill. Es gab keine potatoes zum Menü und auch keine Chips also nur Keks und 0,5 l Cola. Für 3,60 Euro eher bescheiden. Eine Person musste den Laden alleine schmeißen, hat sie aber gut gemacht und war nett. Geschmacklich war es in Ordnung, aber sitzen nur draußen und das ohne Sonnenschirme bei 30 Grad an besifften Tischen. Insgesamt super enttäuschend. Besonders, wenn man den Standard in anderen Filialen zum Vergleich nimmt. Wenn hier nicht schnell verbessert wird, ist der Laden bald zu.

sehr seriöse mitarbeiter und wirklich freundlicher umgang mit den kunden kann ich nur empfehlen die zubereitung war auch sehr professionell und sehr lecker vorallem der mitarbeiter mohammed war sehr nett

Hab zum erstenmal bei Subway gegessen und es war sehr lecker.Am besten Fand ich die Bedienung weil der Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und korrekt war.Wir haben uns auf Anhieb gut verstanden.Er heißt Muhammed und er braucht aufjedenfall eine Lohnerhöhung.

Es drang laute, indische Musik aus der Küche und das Personal schien keinerlei Lust zum arbeiten zu haben uns lässt es den Kunden auch spüren.

Empfand es im Laden und vor allem an der Theke etwas dreckig und nicht gut geputzt auch der ganze Innenraum irgwie nicht einladent da fand ich den in Wiesbaden immer angenehmer

Subways ist normalerweise immer eine gute Wahl…das trifft hier aber eindeutig nicht zu. Die Location ist verdreckt und zwar drinnen wie draußen. Das Personal ist nicht wirklich freundlich und die sonst reichlich gefüllte Auslage weißt frappierend Lücken auf. Schade Subways…so kann man sich seine sonst guten Ruf selber zur Nichte machen.

Brot ist halt immer leer Trotzdem ein geiler Laden - viel coolere Mitarbeiter als am HBF

Wenn man sein Essen bekommt, schmeckt es gut, wie ein typischer Subway Sub halt. Das Problem liegt eher in den Mitarbeitern und der Verwaltung der Filiale. Ich hatte nun schon mehrere, durchaus negative Erfahrungen gemacht. Unter anderem: Eine Wartezeit von ungelogen 20min, an einem Tag, an dem nichts los war; mir wurde an einem Tag um 18 Uhr (4h vor Schließung) gesagt, dass es kein Salat mehr gibt; mir wurde an einem Tag um 20 Uhr (2h vor Schließung) gesagt, dass es kein Brot mehr gibt. Das sind einfach inakzeptable Zustände und ich werde bei jedem Besuch auf's neue negativ überrascht.

Haben kein glutenfreies brot obwohl dafür groß und breit geworben wurde. Würde sifir Sterne geben wenn's geht. Ansonsten lecker

An sich bekommt man dort wirklich gute Sandwiches, es kommt allerdings immer darauf an, was für ein "Sandwich Artist" (so nennt man die Mitarbeiter dort) die Sandwiches belegt. Daher beziehe ich mich einfach auf meinen heutigen Besuch. Mitarbeiter waren wirklich nett und auch nicht "genervt", dass ich ein paar mehr Sandwiches bestellt habe. Auch auf Nachfragen bzw. Empfehlungen wurde echt nett reagiert und nicht, wie es in anderen Bewertungen steht, unfreundlich. An sich glaube ich ist es wirklich von der Tagesform abhängig - ich meine jeder hat auch mal nen schlechten Tag :-)

Es ist ziemlich laut. Das Gebläse hat mich gestört. Es war nur eine Person da. Was ok. ist und es hat die Stimming etwas gedrückt. Es tut mir leid, aber ich kann keine 5 Sterne vergeben, wenn ich die nicht gefühlt habe
