The food is like any other Subway. However, we wanted to try the new lattice chips in a menu and this "submelt"... Unfortunately we didn't get very far with this, unfortunately we don't know Subway very well, so we didn't know what exactly we had to say in order to get a "Submelt", so the employees who didn't speak German didn't help At the checkout we then met the boss who actually spoke good German, but couldn't help us with what we actually wanted. Not even pointing to the triple-signed advertisement helped. It's a shame. We were there around 7:40 p.m., so there were no more lattice chips, no more cookies, and the meat was also saved. It's nice to sit there...

I saw the prices and lost my appetite!!! Disproportionately expensive! I decided on a great kebab for "€7"!! No regrets!

I've been coming regularly to the subway at Cineplex Neufahrn for two years. The employee Ali always prepares my subs very quickly and cleanly and always ensures that you feel good and leave the restaurant with a clear conscience and a full stomach.

Great store wow! I'm so impressed! Ali served me fantastically, and when I agreed to taste the sandwiches, I thought I was on cloud 9. Just wow, I'm really speechless!

German deposit law. They sell you a bottle with a 0.25 cent bottle deposit. But they don't give you the 0.25 cent deposit back if you want to return the bottle. Because the boss forbids it and then you get spoken to stupidly. Disappointing

I can understand being stressed out when you're alone in the store at 7:30 p.m., but calling customers stupid isn't an option. Because we didn't know within 3 seconds which sauces we wanted, the customers behind us were served after rolling their eyes in annoyance... Sandwich was good. How can you let such a person behind the counter loose on customers!?! With a face that you hardly dare speak to him and an unfriendly and snotty way in which he asks about the individual ingredients. He seemed absolutely listless and annoyed, not only to us but also to the gentleman with his little daughter in front of us, who, when asked politely, responded with the sentence "I don't have to do anything here, brother!" and who was then speechless. You should actually have been quicker at the moment and left in the middle of the order. My wrap also consisted of more raw dough than toppings and salad and was therefore absolutely not as tasty as I actually know it from Subway. The next time I see this "nice gentleman" behind the counter again, I'll avoid eating something before I lose it again!!!

Wir waren an einem Samstag Mittag zu Besuch. Im Salat waren braune Blätter, die Salatgurken alt und ranzig. Allgemein war die Salat Theke sehr schmutzig. Es gibt genügend kostenlose Parkplätze. Wir gehen dort nicht mehr hin. Fazit: Nicht zu empfehlen!

Eine Mitarbeiterin ist sehr unhöflich gewesen, da ich mir zu meinem Sub einen Cookie dazu kaufen wollte jedoch gab es meine Lieblingssorte nicht mehr ( kann ich auch nicht nach vollziehen, da es garkeine kekse mehr gab und man sollte vielleicht als Mitarbeiter ein paar im Ofen vorbereiten) und sie empfahl mir einen anderen den ich nicht wollte. Naja ihr hatte das wohl nicht gefallen und ich hatte mir meinen sub zum mitnehmen bestellt jedoch hatte mir die Mitarbeiter nicht einmal eine Tüte mit gegeben. Nachdem ich selber um eine Tüte bitten musste da es mehrere subs waren starrte mich die Mitarbeitern sehr unhöflich an. Sowas geht leider nicht. Ich war öfters schon dort und ich es gab öfters keine Cookies bzw. die Beilagen wie Salat etc. sehen nicht immer frisch aus. Außerdem hätten die Mitarbeiter locker mehr und schneller arbeiten können da im Subway nur 5-6 Leute waren. Wir mussten auch einfach länger warten obwohl es zwei freie Mitarbeiter gab.

Ganzer sub zerfällt, auf die Bestellung von Streukäse wurde einfach Streichkäse benutzt und dieses Sub wurde nicht ersetzt sondern einfach rausgegeben.

As somebody with a genuine allergy things are already difficult when trying to find something to eat. Fortunately there is a sign in this restaurant to show what is in what. Unfortunately this doesn’t count when the staff are throwing cheese in with the meat. I ordered the beef supreme and was looking forward to it until I noticed bits of yellow in it that I didn’t think belonged, so when I asked the member of staff behind the counter she got rather annoyed at me and started picking out the bits of cheese from my sub. When I then informed her that I was allergic and couldn’t eat it she got very annoyed and went to serve another customer. I ended up with only one of my 2 subs ordered. On top of all that, the tables in this restaurant were covered in crumbs and we had a spider hanging down from the lamp above our heads (the rest of its family was inside the lamp with a huge web). All in all, not a nice restaurant or staff. People with allergies beware!

Instead of serving customers as quickly as possible, they are stacked to make sub preparation more "efficient". Requests are ignored, communication is the opposite of polite. If you crave a Subway sub, do yourself the favor and drive the extra couple of clicks to the Subway joint in Unterschleißheim.

Wie in allen Subways wird die Standard Auswahl angeboten. Die Ware ist super frisch. Das Personal wird in der Regel aus Schülern und Studenten rekrutiert und ist entsprechend professionell.

Immer frisches Essen und vor allem lecker. Bedingung ist auch gut. Hier ist nicht alles so extrem FAST FOOD.

Das Personal ist besonders freundlich, das Lokal ist sauber und ruhig. Typisch Subway. Der Hauptvorteil ist, dass man auch zur späteren Stunde etwas warmes zu essen bekommt.

Sehr entgegenkommen und total freundlich! Hatten mit dem Storemanager persönlich Kontakt, der auch zur später Stunde noch gute Laune hatte und für Witze sorgte :)

Freundliche Bedienung, guter Service. Free WIFI. Das Lokal war zudem auch sehr sauber. Lediglich bei den Toiletten war nur eine für Männer UND Frauen vorhanden.
