Subway in Bad Honnef

I had printed out subway dachsberg vouchers from the internet (since I didn't have any original vouchers) and then I went there and wanted to get something to eat with the printed vouchers Then came the statement from the staff: "We are not allowed to accept the printed vouchers, we only accept the original green vouchers from the newspaper." This is pure disgrace from the staff!!!!! Because the young staff don't know how to handle the vouchers Even every other subway in the area accepts both the original and printed vouchers. Apparently they don't want to make any money if they don't want to accept printed vouchers. Shame on you and look for sensible staff who are more mature and decent.

Mr. Lieder is a very polite employee who is very motivated and ambitious and enjoys working and eating.

One star regained. Caught good people again today, made up for it with friendliness and helpfulness. We'll keep an eye on you 😉 I have to revise my 5 stars from the past. “In the past” people at least tried. Now people seem to be resting on the good location on the A3. Notoriously understaffed, little or no bread late and apparently no money left for enough and committed employees.

Unfortunately it's the only sub in the immediate area, otherwise we would avoid it... I had just stood in the store for a whopping 50 minutes and two gentlemen were visibly overwhelmed serving customers. He was very nice and she spoke almost no German at all, so the ordering process became a real fight. I wasn't asked about any sauces or whether I wanted salt or pepper. Churros, cookies and the like were once again not available. Called the day before and asked if the coupons would work for you, they said yes on the phone. Drove today and the coupons were not accepted because the staff didn't know how to enter them! False statement! Update on September 17th - We tried again with vouchers but same problem. The Asian lady at the checkout doesn't understand us and doesn't know how the checkout works, so she turns it around and shows it to me. Sorry, but I'm not an employee of Subway. Instead of 23 euros I paid 30 euros again.

Very long waiting time, the food and subs tasted horrible. The bread was very floppy, with little toppings. It's a shame, Subway used to be delicious.

Stella was really quick to prepare it and gave me good advice until next time

Horrible service....flyes everywhere even when they were making the sandwitch flyes was going all over the sandwich...then ingredients were looking awful and old....don't recommend this subway !

I wanted to redeem a great coupon today, they said they wouldn't be accepted and they weren't a participating restaurant. However, on Subway's homepage it says that the restaurant also accepts coupons. I then left the restaurant, that's how you can scare away customers

Never had such a disgusting sandwich at a Subway before. What a terrible mockery! Expensive and unedible!

Waiting times were too long, when I saw 20-30 flies strolling around in a relaxed manner on the meat, cheese and salad, I almost felt sick and canceled the order I had started. Nobody has ever heard of hygiene there. The veterinary office should come by.

Dirty tables. The vegetables are not fresh. I won't come back here anymore. And the place was dirty.

Bought today around 12:30. Statement: This is honestly the worst subway I've ever been to. First of all, you are greeted by a sign that says you can collect and redeem points, but you cannot take part in any promotions here. So much in advance: It wasn't possible to collect points due to technical problems. Everything is about 20-30% more expensive than in the app/other subways. At Signature Subs you are not allowed to change/add any toppings (e.g. salad), this is supposedly against the “Subway Rules” (the employee simply spoke English without asking if I wanted and could do that). Total nonsense, since even the official app allows you to configure the signature subs. In summary: More expensive than other branches, but dirty, unfriendly, no promotions and no interest in customers.

You should definitely plan for more staff on a holiday weekend.

Subway in Vallendar at the gas station, really nice service, really friendly, good-humored, motivated employees, it has become very expensive but every now and then you have to treat yourself... I can only recommend it

Like everywhere else at Subway, the food here is perfectly delicious and ideal for in between meals. The service is friendly and attentive and the parking is free.

I love Subway and have been to many branches, but what I experienced here no longer has anything to do with Subway. It's a disgrace how the sub is served there! Even a €1 pizza from the baking machine at Aldi fills you up more. Higher prices than other branches and save everywhere.

Subway has somehow become expensive. Half a baguette and a cola - €9.90😔

Unfortunately not recommended. An employee insults an employee in front of customers because she was on her cell phone for a short time. Trash cans were overflowing so there was no room to throw anything in. The toilet was closed the entire stay. Another note. Subway app / coupons are not accepted.

Unfortunately, one star is already too much. First I went to the toilet. Considering it was still morning, it wasn't particularly clean. I was still waiting for the rest of my family. A look at the display made the hunger disappear immediately. All the ingredients looked as if they had long since left the best time of their lives behind them. Dried turkey breast slices and everything else didn't look any better. The service was rather bored, there was nothing going on. I can't imagine that some people here actually gave it 5 stars.

Attention: Does not take part in the voucher campaign. No goodwill, not all the ingredients available, no goodwill there either. Team is friendly and ok but service policy needs to be reviewed by management.

We ordered 3x 30cm subs today. There is generally a lot of savings on sauce and the toppings are also calculated very precisely. The signature “The Philly Boss” was very dry and tasted well… the Classic Tuna apparently had no sauce on it and was therefore completely dry. The crowning glory was the Chick'n'Carlic... it had a strange smell and had to stop after one bite. It tastes so strongly of artificial garlic that one bite was already too much. It's a shame, I would love to ask for around €35 ​​back for something like that. Unfortunately never again...

Good tasting sandwich. Service good and in english, very polite and helpful. Seems to be busy all the time, but I suppose it's because it's next to the motorway and electric car chargers.

Eating fast food typical of Subway... Quality here was at least poor... Ingredients such as arugula were missing, for example, even though the chosen food was listed... Even though it was very busy and the two guys had their hands full serving us, they were very friendly. Requests were addressed. It may be that there are bad days and employees at Subway, but today everything was great. Keep it up 👍

The two sandwich artists were very nice and friendly. They also pointed out to me that unfortunately the oven was broken. Thought it wouldn't matter, the microwave warms up flimsy bread... Unfortunately there was no cheddar, that was all, the honey oat bread was so crispy that it had a crush, like a dried out biscuit. So it's hard to get down. Whether it came from the microwave or wherever, idk, by far the worst sub of my life. I would have liked to have taken a dozen more biscuits because I always do that and that's actually the main reason I go to Subway, but they were also out. Unfortunately, they didn't understand my comment that you get a bit of a GDR feeling here. I assumed it would be closing time soon, but nope, still open for 2 hours. That's a hefty price here for a stretchy bread that doesn't have what you actually want on it, but the staff can't help it... they were great. But... once and never again.

Super nice service, even though she was alone she did a very good job and gave her best!!! Nevertheless, more staff should be hired, no one can manage this alone!

Weder auf eine Begrüßung noch auf eine Verabschiedung wird seitens der Angestellten geantwortet. Sehr unfreundlich. Nie mehr wieder.

Nette Bedienung und gute Beratung

Ich bin schockiert was dort teilweise für Personal am arbeiten ist. Hier werden leere Saucenflaschen von der Bedientheke einfach in die Küche zum Spülbecken geworfen ( nicht gebracht, ich meine wirklich geworfen!) Personal spricht teilweise sehr leise und spricht teilweise auch kein Deutsch ( diese Person war aber super freundlich und wir haben es in Englisch geschafft ). Die Mülleimer waren trotz 4 Mitarbeiter oder sogar 5? Überfüllt... Aber ich habe heute tatsächlich auch Mal wieder ein paar Cookies bekommen auch wenn diese Recht teuer sind im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen. Update: Nun nochmal getestet, mittlerweile gibt es keine Getränkestation mehr. Alter Salat wurde einfach mit neuem aufeinander geworfen und nicht komplett ausgetauscht. Hier würde Team Wallraff sich freuen, denn hygienisch ist das nicht. Noch nicht Mal gewaschen wurde der Salat. Direkt abgepackt in den Behälter. 🤢 Baguette lieblos vollgeklatscht und dann nicht Mal richtig knusprig oder warm. Dafür bezahlst du dann mittlerweile 10€ für ein großes Baguette... Habe meine Subwaycard gelöscht und gehe lieber zu McDonald's.

Bedienung wirkte abwesend beim gesamten Bestellvorgang und ich Empfand es als eher unfreundlich. Der Subwayladen ist lieblos eingerichtet und man kann hier nur bedingt angenehm sitzen...

The food was packed and ready on the desk, getting cold, but I was not allowed to pay and start eating cause the girl "has a system how she works" and she wants to finish the orders from the guys behind me first. When complaining that this system doesn't make sense I was told that I don't need to come back ever again. Great attitude. I hope the owners know about this behavior.

Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal

Essen war gut. Verkäuferin unfreundlich, hektisch und leise. Musik zu laut. Toilette dreckig. Wasserhahn lässt sich scheinbar immer noch nicht ausstellen.

Ganz ok, allerdings schmeckte es nicht wie in sonstige subways.

There was no bread to choose from and we were left to take some old pieces of bread which was so hard to eat and the way they filled the bread the sauce was completely on the paper so I was basically eating bread with salad… The toilet was so bad and I have to go again to nearby restaurant

Sehr freundliches Personal und frisches Essen obwohl es schon kurz vor Feierabend war.

Wir würden von 2 hübschen und sehr freundlichen Damen bedient. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Ich würde jeder Zeit wiederkomme.

Für die nette Mitarbeiterin, die bei der Hitze alles alleine schaukeln musste und heute scheinbar schon einiges Schief lief 🙃 Morgen wird ein besserer Tag - nicht das Lächeln verlieren ✌🏻

Subway ist natürlich kein Sternerestaurant aber dennoch kann man seine Gäste freundlich bedienen. Aber wir sind heute so unfreundlich bedient worden. Es war nichts los, nur wir waren vor Ort. Wir wurden erstmal ca. 5 Min. stehen gelassen bzw. ignoriert. Denn gesehen hat man uns. Dann wurden wir ziemlich, ich sag mal „gelangweilt“ und mit sehr wenig genuschelten Worten bedient. Die Subs wurden einfach zusammengeklatscht. Die Soße die ich gerne wollte wurde bei meinem Mann leer gemacht und eine neue gab es angeblich nicht mehr! Der krönende Abschluss war die Verabschiedung. O- Ton: „Mit Karte?“ dann drehte er sich um und verschwand in der Küche. Keine Begrüßung, keine Verabschiedung!

Nimmt angebliche nicht an Rabatt Aktion wie SUB des Tages teil. An Frischkäse und Salat wird auch gespart. Schade.

Netter Verkäuferin, relativ sauber, unglaublich langsam. Hab schon Menschen schneller rückwärts rennen sehen.

Essen ist wie in jedem Subway, allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit in dieser Filiale zu wünschen übrig. Personal sehr unfreundlich und leicht aggressiv dem Kunden gegenüber.

Traurig ist das dort ein Schild hängt wo drauf steht das der Laden stolz von Daniela Schulze geführt wird. Alles dreckig. Klos komplett eklig. Scheiben vom Essen nicht geputzt. Manche Zutaten nicht da, nichtmal Mais. Und das schlimmste ist die extrem laute Musik und das wenn Werbung kommt nichtmal umgeschaltet wird. Die Musik ist schon nervig auf der Lautstärke aber wenn doch noch ganz laute Werbung kommt ist das einfach schlimm

Das Lokal war arg verschmutzt. Das Personal war überhaupt nicht motiviert und hat nicht wirklich zusammen gearbeitet Der eine machte die sandwich nur zur Hälfte und sie stabelten sich auf der Theke. Und Sie mußte den Rest machen mit abkassieren. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht

An alle!!!! Der Laden ist super. Die Mitarbeiter sind ebenso extrem gut. Sie sind schnell, zuverlässig , und sehr freundlich zu den Kunden. Das Essen ist immer warm und zudem sehr lecker !!! Im gesamten ist der Laden immer sauber und ordentlich. Hinter der Theke steht immer ein vollständiges Team sodass alles ordentlich und ohne Probleme ablaufen kann. Einfach nur top und weiterzuempfehlen👍🏽

Ich bin jedes mal positiv überrascht wenn ich in den Subway komme, man wird sehr freundlich von dem Personal bedient, die Tische sind immer gut gereinigt und das Essen ist sehr lecker und vor allem immer warm, wenn es rausgegeben wird. Es geht alles sehr schnell mit dem essen bestellen und bezahlen was man sonst nicht so kennt. Hinter der Theke stand immer ein vollbesetztes Mitarbeiter Team was sehr gut zusammenarbeitet. Die Ordnung und Ordentlichkeit steht hier anscheinend weit oben, dies finde ich sehr ansprechend. Jederzeit gehe ich dort gerne wieder essen.

Super Nette Mitarbeitern an der Theke und wohlmöglich der beste Service den ich bei Subway bis jetzt erlebt habe. Weiter so!

Freundlichkeit wird hier klein geschrieben. Allerdings hat der kassier seinen Fehler bei der Rechnung gemerkt und den Fehler behoben und sich entschuldigt, das fand ich super. Essen okay aber kalt.

Holen immer Cookies, aber auch die Subs sind lecker.

Das Essen ist wirklich ganz gut jedoch konnte man an der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter arbeiten.. Der Subway steht auf nem autohof dementsprechend könnt man eigentlich auch etwas länger auf haben und nicht schon 20min vor Ladenschluss zu machen.

Grüner Salat nicht frisch, teils schon braun an den Rändern. Belag wird nur noch sehr sparsam auf dem Brot verteilt. 2 Scheiben Käse auf einem kleinen Veggie Delite. Da kamen früher mindestens 3 drauf.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen, wer Subway mag ist hier richtig. 😀
