I have ordered from Mr.Yavuz several times. Deliveries have always been made within the specified time frame...today the food was here in just 20 minutes. :-) The delivery people are also all very friendly. The falafel was delicious and crispy, the salad was fresh as usual and the fries were also great. My rating refers to the vegetarian food there - I can't judge food with meat. Gladly again! Ordered food for the first time: salad with chicken, shepherd's cheese and cocktail sauce. No shepherd's cheese, no dressing received. The chicken was cut extremely small, probably to hide the lack of quality.

The food is always delicious! The service is also first class, friendly and courteous. The ambience cannot be changed due to the location. The store is definitely designed for delivery or pickup service. Nevertheless, I was able to enjoy my food in the outdoor area a few times, especially in summer. I recommend Mr. Yavuz to everyone!

I have been a regular customer of Mr.Yavuz for years. I have eaten many different dishes and have always been completely satisfied. The staff is super friendly and accommodating!

On the way home I ordered a kebab special (that means: with sheep's cheese!!). Arrived at the store and it was a total rush. One of the employees (probably the boss in the shop) asked me to be patient, then prepared a kebab and I saw that it couldn't be mine because there was no sheep's cheese in it. Then the kebab was supposed to be given to a driver but he was already on the way. So the kebab was placed next to the oven. Unfortunately, I didn't pay close attention to which of my kebabs was being prepared and 2 minutes later another employee told me that my kebab was ready and handed it to me. I specifically asked if it was a kebab SPECIAL, this one said yes it is. Since I don't open my kebab straight away to check when I get home, I didn't notice the mess until I got home. Pictures are attached. I also asked for 2 sauces. You won't find the second one either. If you can't prepare your orders properly according to receipts, then it's better to leave it alone. I'm really mad! Especially since it was 50 cents more expensive at €8.50 than it says on the food board in the store!!

We were in transit and only ordered 2 minutes in advance. We received a very friendly and warm welcome, had our food freshly prepared and were very happy with it! Super nice people, great service, everything clean and tidy. Plus we got an absolutely delicious kebab. Completely satisfied, would love to come back!

Unfortunately, the snack bar is no longer the same as it was at the beginning! The Dürüm used to be really tasty there, but unfortunately we now go to the competition because the bread here is hard and the Dürüm is topped far too thinly for the price! Too bad!

We ordered and are absolutely happy with our food. I had Falafel Dürüm and it tasted great. Where I live, the falafel are often very dry, but here at Mr.Yavuz they were perfect!

Even after a year, I still enjoy coming here to eat. Great store, my friends and I order/pick up here often and have never had any problems. The food is very tasty and the service is friendly 👍 I can only recommend it

Dear Mr. Yavuz We enjoyed being your regular customers. I have spoken to YOU ​​very often about your quality and quantity losses. You haven't changed anything. Things got worse day by day and today you have lost several of your good buying regular customers. We came very often and whenever YOU weren't in the store, your employees did whatever they wanted. I often received a lot of kebabs on my hand instead of in a bag, very often napkins were missing, and 99% of the kebabs always had little meat, salad and/or the wrong sauce. When YOU were there, everything went perfectly. But the highlight was today: I personally tell YOU on the phone 2 kebabs and a dürüm with tzatziki. And say again: dear Bahadir, please with Tsaziki, you know... and what are you giving me? Everything with salad dressing instead of tzatziki. Don't listen. This is not a service. You can pack up and go home if you can't even manage it yourself. Plus, your kebab meat sucks. It doesn't taste good anymore. It's stretched too much now. And your prices are too high for the poor quality.

Unfortunately the quality of the food is very poor. During the first and second attempts, the entire family had gastrointestinal problems. We definitely won't be ordering here again.

We ate pizza there and there were no toilets. We couldn't wash our hands. The children couldn't go to the toilet.

The food is delicious, but unfortunately it is cold because the delivery man simply leaves it in front of the door without calling as mentioned in the description Someone from the pizzeria called and said we had received more calls, which wasn't true. In summary, the food was ok but the delivery person was a total impudence.

Picked up flatbread from the ground and packed it up! Something like that is disrespectful. Not recommendable. Until the last time, we and the entire staff were regular customers at Mr. Yavuz in Bad Honnef - Rottbitze. But now we definitely won't be ordering food there anymore. The food is prepared with your hands after cashing in on people and holding various money in your hands without gloves. That's a no-go, but the worst part was that the flatbread fell on the floor and the "employee" still finished the kebab. After I raised this, the "boss" - Mr. Yavuz said that this couldn't be the case. That a new, fresh one was baked for me within seconds. And the young boss stuck to this opinion - despite pointing out that I had closely observed the misconduct. It's a shame that this is the claim of the restaurant and the boss to foist unclean food on the customers. I took the order with me and unfortunately had to dispose of it in the nearest trash can. It's a shame, unfortunately we lost customers.

I ordered a large pizza for €17. Pizza with kebab meat and hollandaise sauce. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the portion for the price 😞. I had to look for the meat 👎. But the taste was very good.

One of the worst pizzas I've eaten. Had a stomach ache several hours later. Not recommendable.

Opening times not observed. Employees arrived late (because they overslept) and we didn't get the food we ordered until 40 minutes later when we picked it up.

I ordered a döner for 13 euros, what I got is what they call a döner. I see this for the first time in my life. The next time I want Arab food, I will simply transfer funds to the Israeli army.

Waited over 40 minutes for delivery, even though the order was made well in advance, and the food was still cold. We were put off several times with the words “the supplier should be there at any moment”. It's not possible... godless!

Located next to the shell petrol station. The food is excellent for a takeaway. Burgers are nice tasting and fresh, doner is one of the best I have ever tasted. Well priced and good value for money. You can eat in or takeaway.

I actually liked the shop and the food is okay, but unfortunately today I was very, in my opinion, maliciously cheated out of my change. Be sure to pay attention to this - I was charged €13.50 for the Margaritha pizza, even though it otherwise costs €11.50. In general, the pizza prices are utopian compared to the alternatives in the area!

If you eat there, the quality and portion size were very good. AAABER We have now ordered there 3 times (delivery time 1 hour) and each time it gets worse. Today I experienced a bottomless impudence! Especially since the food arrived lukewarm... Is that supposed to be the Turkish pizza special? For €8.50? (Ps that's a small plate and a woman's hand) If I had answered the door I wouldn't have accepted it! We also ordered a normal Margarita pizza and a sucuk pizza (supposedly premium according to the bill for €14) + one pair of fries. The sucuk pizza was neither bigger, nor was there more cheese on it, nor was there a lot of sucuk on it! The edge and bottom were partly black. According to feedback, dry. The thing looked pretty tough too. The margarita for €8 was 10x better! It's a shame, I was happy to be able to order there more often, I was really excited when we ate there once, but apparently you can forget about the shop...

I wanted pizza rolls and got 2 large stuffed sticks, it had nothing to do with a dough dish, really bad!!

Price-performance ratio is dissatisfied, expensive prices, small portions. Too much sauce and onions. With kebab, no cucumbers, no tomatoes, no fresh lettuce, just salt cabbage.🤢

We ordered. After an hour the meal was canceled. After a call we were told that no one was there. Unfortunately we had an error with the telephone number. But the name is on our bell and the driver confirmed that he rang everywhere except for us. When the salad was missing when we ordered, the driver just said that we would be credited with the next order. When we were told that I was only on vacation here and that my sister didn't actually order that often, we got the answer that it was clarified like that. Why I didn't just get my money back for the salad that wasn't delivered is a mystery to me and it almost borders on fraud. There was also no proof of what was supposedly well written. What we got tasted good but after the promotion I know where I won't be ordering again on my next vacation.

Super fast delivery, super delicious food. Price performance really top. Gladly again.

Verstehe die guten Bewertungen nicht. Habe mittlerweile zum 2. Mal bestellt Dieses Mal einen Burger, Nudeln etc....der Burger war fragwürdig, da das Fleisch nicht durch war, bei den Nudeln hätte ich auch eine Brühwürfelduppe als Sauce nehmen können, vom Fleisch bei den Nudeln mal vollkommen abgesehen, es war kaum definierbar und einem Lebensmittel kaum würdig....wer hier bestellt, hat die Kontrolle über sein Leben verloren..

Bewertung nach zwei Lieferungen: Essen wurde geliefert, daher keine Bewertung für Ambiente. Die Lieferung erfolgte beide Male prompt, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war lecker. Einmal wurden beim Menü die Cola vergessen, das andere Mal war ein Brötchen des Burgers matschig und eines nicht (gleicher Burger bestellt). Alles in allem zu empfehlen und wir bestellen sicher wieder.

Besser mann Muss schon sagen gut das dieser Laden hier aufgemacht hat!! hier wird man super bedient und der döner ist auf jeden Fall groß genug damit man sich satt Essen kann!!!

Modern und schick.Ich finde jedoch den Pizzakäse nicht so gut ,dennoch ist es ein schöner Laden .

Wir haben telefonisch bestellt. Netter Kontakt, schnelle Lieferung. Pizza war lecker. Der Salat mit Hähnchenfleisch war schön angerichtet und mit viel Fleisch belegt. Das Tzaziki ist noch ausbaufähig;)

Ich hatte einen BBQ Burger und wurde nicht entäuscht. Der war sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich gut drauf und auf Zack. Ein * Abzug beim Ambiente, was aber den Umständen der Tankstelle geschuldet ist. Für mich wirkte alles sehr sauber.

Freundlich, professionell und qualitativ top. Bin sehr positiv überrascht, die Jungs machen eine super Arbeit. Da könnte sich so manches Schnellrestaurant um die Ecke mal abgucken, wie man es richtig macht.

Ich hatte einmal Essen bestellt; da musste ich 2 Mal anrufen, weil 1 Bestellung fehlte- beim zweiten Mal schon diskutieren und beim dritten Mal kam dann der fehlende Teil. Beim nächsten Mal hab ich vor Ort bestellt, wurde 2 mal in 20 Minuten Wartezeit angesprochen, was ich eig. bestellt hätte, um mir beim dritten Mal sagen zu lassen, ich habe etwas anderes bestellt, als ich ssge. Da ich es sehr eilig hatte und zur Nachtwache musste, gabs die Falafeltasche daher in der Rolle. Essen ist lecker.

Wir haben nun schon einige Male bestellt und auch abgeholt. Als sie frisch eröffnet haben, war das Essen und der Service gut. Dies hat deutlich nachgelassen. Zwei mal angebranntes Essen, auch fehlte die Verständigung was denn auf den Döner drauf soll.. einfach alles drauf obwohl klar was anderes gesagt wurde, danach sehr unhöflich reagiert. Wir holen dort nichts mehr
