The shop is small, but I was impressed by the doner kebab, though my partner wasn't entirely convinced. Hence only 4 stars. The staff are friendly and efficient. Thank you for the delicious food. The only downside is that they don't accept card payments.

Absolutely unjustified value for money! The taste isn't bad, but it won't blow anyone away. The price compared to the portion sizes? A disaster! When you're standing in the only kebab shop within a 15-km radius with five people behind the counter, the price is understandable. The contents of the kebab and the lamacun were ridiculously small, and you paid €20 for them. Not offering card payments in 2025 is also a disaster. You immediately know what kind of place this is. Conclusion? Never again!

Mr. Yavuz restaurants have so many food choices! The food is excellent quality and a good value for your money. The people preparing the food and making deliveries work very hard and serve thousands of customers. Mr. Yauvz restaurants are a huge benefit to Germany.

Too bad! I specifically ordered through their website and not through Lieferando. That won't happen again. The order was placed at 6:14 p.m., and according to the website, the earliest possible delivery time was 6:50 p.m. I called at 7:30 p.m. and was told I had pre-ordered and why I hadn't ordered as soon as possible. But even if it had been a pre-order, it would have been 40 minutes late. The burgers and nuggets were okay. The fries were terrible and inedible. The extra sauce that I paid for wasn't included.

I've ordered many times and was always quite satisfied. That's changed, though. The fries are now always too bland, the burger buns are dripping with grease and no longer recognizable as bread, and last but not least, my requests are ignored. Today, however, it took the cake. Yavuz ordered a burger, the bread was completely wet on the bottom, and the two burger patties were still pink on the inside... THAT'S totally unacceptable!!

Being english speakers we made a mistake when we ordered pizza but the gentleman running the restaurant allowed us to replace the pizza with what we wanted. I was a little hungry after filling up today and just wanted to order fries with mayo, and I got a portion for €7.60. I thought they were trying to rip me off. When I asked why it was so expensive, I was answered: everything has gotten more expensive in Germany 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤷‍♂️

I stopped by to get fuel, the owner was very nice, the food was delicious, I learned that there are 5 more branches, I recommend it to my driver friends and everyone passing through here.

I've been eating here for several years and I have to say that everything has always been really delicious, whether it's kebab or pizza, the meat is always fresh and well seasoned, the sauces taste really good and the bread is nice and crispy, the pizza is warm and has good toppings, never too greasy or dry, the people who work there are friendly and quick, you never have to wait long and the price is okay for what you get, I always like coming here and can really recommend the shop.

More than disappointing! Delivery didn't arrive and ultimately had to be picked up. €12.50 for a supposed "Salad Capricciosa" which wasn't. The meal was ordered together with colleagues, but unfortunately it did not arrive at the specified time. When I asked, they said the food would be there in 10 minutes. The food wasn't there even after half an hour, so a colleague drove over to pick it up himself. However, my Capricciosa salad turned out to be a simple, mixed salad in which the ingredients were simply slapped side by side on a plate by the spoonful: green lettuce, tomato and cucumber pieces, a little tuna, lots of onions and plenty of coleslaw, which actually doesn't belong in a Capricciosa salad. Bread, which is delivered or provided in most places, was also not available. Other ingredients such as eggs, grated cheese, corn or ham were missing. To charge €12.50 for this is pretty bold! For 40 cents more I ate a much better and more balanced salad with bread in a real restaurant with table service, which was also beautifully and lovingly prepared.

The shop was cold. Nobody received one. It took 10 minutes until one of the 3 overwhelmed employees asked what we wanted. Doner kebab €9. Far too expensive, apart from the fact that mine fell apart because the F.Bread was far too thin. You can only get real kebab in the East. Fries are not crispy.

Hello, Got a relatively good kebab there again today. Staff very friendly even if difficult to understand and again very hectic. But what do you expect from a kebab delivery service? So far everything is good...but now comes the but and the reason for the star deductions. Last week the kebab cost a whopping €5, which is what you have to live with at the moment. And luckily for me personally, it's still relatively good despite the wave of inflation etc. But when I told you that the price had been raised to €6.30, that's a proud 26%!!!!, I thought to myself: Okey, it's a shame but last kebab here. Because if you go to your boss and just want a 5% increase in salary after years, he'll show you the bird! But the main thing is that the fat-earning politicians talk about the “price of freedom” 🤬🤬🤬 it’s enough!!!! Of course everything is becoming more expensive, of course there are reasons for this, etc., but at some point it's just exaggerated and you stop consuming. If times change again and the purchase prices go down again, it will still definitely remain at 6.30 for a snack kebab bag. I just find it outrageous and won't put up with it anymore. People are just cooking more at home again and no longer visiting catering establishments that probably only pay minimum wage anyway but the prices are absurdly high!! 🤬 My review has been deleted.....now new with a small addition after 16 months later, the kebab already costs €9! Deliveries have always been made within the specified time frame...today the food was here in just 20 minutes. :-) The delivery people are also all very friendly. The falafel was delicious and crispy, the salad was fresh as usual and the fries were also great. My rating refers to the vegetarian food there - I can't judge food with meat. Gladly again! Ordered food for the first time: salad with chicken, shepherd's cheese and cocktail sauce. No shepherd's cheese, no dressing received. The chicken was cut extremely small, probably to hide the lack of quality.

I have been a regular customer of Mr.Yavuz for years. I have eaten many different dishes and have always been completely satisfied. The staff is super friendly and accommodating!

On the way home I ordered a kebab special (that means: with sheep's cheese!!). Arrived at the store and it was a total rush. One of the employees (probably the boss in the shop) asked me to be patient, then prepared a kebab and I saw that it couldn't be mine because there was no sheep's cheese in it. Then the kebab was supposed to be given to a driver but he was already on the way. So the kebab was placed next to the oven. Unfortunately, I didn't pay close attention to which of my kebabs was being prepared and 2 minutes later another employee told me that my kebab was ready and handed it to me. I specifically asked if it was a kebab SPECIAL, this one said yes it is. Since I don't open my kebab straight away to check when I get home, I didn't notice the mess until I got home. Pictures are attached. I also asked for 2 sauces. You won't find the second one either. If you can't prepare your orders properly according to receipts, then it's better to leave it alone. I'm really mad! Especially since it was 50 cents more expensive at €8.50 than it says on the food board in the store!!

Unfortunately, the snack bar is no longer the same as it was at the beginning! The Dürüm used to be really tasty there, but unfortunately we now go to the competition because the bread here is hard and the Dürüm is topped far too thinly for the price! Too bad!

I often received a lot of kebabs on my hand instead of in a bag, very often napkins were missing, and 99% of the kebabs always had little meat, salad and/or the wrong sauce. When YOU were there, everything went perfectly. But the highlight was today: I personally tell YOU on the phone 2 kebabs and a dürüm with tzatziki. And say again: dear Bahadir, please with Tsaziki, you know... and what are you giving me? Everything with salad dressing instead of tzatziki. Don't listen. This is not a service. You can pack up and go home if you can't even manage it yourself. Plus, your kebab meat sucks. It doesn't taste good anymore. It's stretched too much now. And your prices are too high for the poor quality.

After I raised this, the "boss" - Mr. Yavuz said that this couldn't be the case. That a new, fresh one was baked for me within seconds. And the young boss stuck to this opinion - despite pointing out that I had closely observed the misconduct. It's a shame that this is the claim of the restaurant and the boss to foist unclean food on the customers. I took the order with me and unfortunately had to dispose of it in the nearest trash can. It's a shame, unfortunately we lost customers.

The thing looked pretty tough too. The margarita for €8 was 10x better! We ordered. After an hour the meal was canceled. After a call we were told that no one was there. Unfortunately we had an error with the telephone number. But the name is on our bell and the driver confirmed that he rang everywhere except for us. When the salad was missing when we ordered, the driver just said that we would be credited with the next order. When we were told that I was only on vacation here and that my sister didn't actually order that often, we got the answer that it was clarified like that. Why I didn't just get my money back for the salad that wasn't delivered is a mystery to me and it almost borders on fraud. There was also no proof of what was supposedly well written. What we got tasted good but after the promotion I know where I won't be ordering again on my next vacation.
