After a long time we visited the Chinese restaurant Jasmin again, but unfortunately a lot has changed for the worse after the change of ownership. We ate there on Saturday lunchtime and were unfortunately disappointed. Overall, the food tasted pretty consistent, with almost all dishes seeming to have the same flavors. The spices you would expect from a good Chinese restaurant were barely there. The Peking soup was particularly disappointing, as it really didn't taste convincing at all - we've never had it so bad. The buffet also left a lot to be desired. Refills were rare and guests had to eat what was left before something new was brought out. Unfortunately, this does not contribute to the quality of the offer. The operation was also a weak point. It was particularly unpleasant that the beer mats were thrown onto the table from a distance in front of the guests. This gave a less than professional impression and made us feel unsafe. We used to be regular guests of the previous owner and really appreciated the restaurant, but after this visit it was clear: This was our last visit to the Jasmin Chinese Restaurant
