Shilton is Kulty and it just tastes like it did 20 years ago! A good Chinese restaurant that offers an immense menu. I would put the quality of the food in the middle class sector. It tastes delicious and the quality seems to be right, but it is not an exclusive palate experience. The service is friendly but not very attentive. But that's not a tragedy, as the friendly smile of the waiters forgives it. I think everyone who lives in Baldham and the surrounding area knows Shilton one way or another. But it’s also just good all around for all new customers. Whether for lunch or a large family celebration, the location offers plenty of space and a cozy atmosphere.

A pleasure every time and has been for years. Service was super friendly, food was more than sufficient, super tasty and cheap, everything was very clean and tidy and cozy. 😊

Friendliness, courtesy, lots of food, customer loyalty... These are words that had no meaning at all at our dinner... We wanted to eat in this restaurant on Monday evening around 7 p.m. We were warmly welcomed at the beginning and were then allowed to choose a place ourselves... When ordering, we chose the buffet and then went to it very hungry Buffet bowls, which unfortunately weren't exactly full... In contrast... Some bowls were empty, there were no more spring rolls, no sushi, etc... When I asked the waitress, she seemed to feel directly attacked and said that since Tuesdays were a day of rest, the bowls would no longer be refilled... Theoretically, I can understand that it's nice if no food is thrown away... In practice, I pay for food, which hardly anyone wants to eat, i.e. the leftovers from the day or maybe even from the lecture...?! 🤔 Because if bowls are no longer filled on Mondays because Tuesdays are a day of rest, you can now make assumptions based on this statement... I don't know whether this is a normal procedure for a restaurant with a buffet... However, I don't see it as " "normal"... When I go out to eat, I assume that the food is freshly prepared and not the food from the previous day... Well... Then I was given the option that you could at least order the spring rolls... But the cutlery was then immediately cleared away, so you felt very welcome... After the discussion with the waitress about the empty bowls and that After clearing away the cutlery, we wanted to leave and asked for the bill... We looked at each other with big eyes because the normal full buffet price had been charged for both of us... So we have the almost empty buffet from the day before Having to pay full price... Respect for this service... Customer loyalty and service orientation are therefore apparently not very important here... It's a shame and we definitely won't eat there again...

Friendly staff, great buffet. Large selection and it tastes delicious. 09.02.24 we are still very satisfied. 09/25/24 we ate from the buffet again, very satisfied. And what surprised us was that you can eat there with your dog, great

Very tasty meal, I had the twice baked pork in dark sauce. The dishes on the menu are a bit simple to read, but what you get is really great. The prices on the lunch menu are absolutely reasonable. I also noticed the service as very positive. I will come back.

Very very tasty! For me, as an old Berliner who has already understood that everything somehow tastes the same, I have to say that it is positively different from the normal “Chinese”. Everything tastes differently seasoned. And also authentic and the Dumpling collection…. The hammer!!! The vegetarian dishes were also good, especially the eggplant in a delicious garlicky sauce. The double fried pork was also great….

Price & performance is right, buffet with a wide range of dishes is recommended.

I went there for the buffet and I have to say my expectations were exceeded. Lots of choice and everything was very tasty. I'll definitely be back!

This is delicious and traditional food! The dim sum and duck were really delicious. The service is courteous and tablecloths are unfortunately no longer a given these days. We'll be back!
