Ich bin enttäuscht. Der Boden ist rutschig. Bin sehr viele Jahren Gastronom gewesen. Lebensmittel war leider nicht so sauber wie es sein soll. Essen ist nicht das was es mal war. Man bekommt das Gefühl beobachtet zu sein. Früher war es schon ganz anders

Das Haus Wang besticht durch sein einladendes Ambiente mit chinesischen Motiven, Garten und Terrasse. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, die Getränke wurden regelmäßig nachgefüllt. Das Buffet bot eine große Auswahl, doch der Geschmack überzeugte nicht durchgehend – vielleicht schmeckt es à la carte besser, da Buffets oft den Geschmack aller treffen müssen. Die frische Theke mit hochwertigen Zutaten wie Muscheln, Lachs und Gambas war jedoch ein Highlight und schmeckte hervorragend. Fazit: Schöne Atmosphäre, guter Service – es gibt jedoch Luft nach oben, besonders beim Geschmack. Vielleicht wäre weniger Auswahl mit mehr Raffinesse die bessere Wahl. Beim nächsten Mal probiere ich à la carte! 🥢✨

Früher gerne mal mind. 1 x im Monat, heute garnicht mehr. Unser letzter Besuch ist schon etwas her (ca 4-6 Monate) und eigentlich wollte ich garnichts schreiben, aber google geht mir ständig auf den Keks was zu schreiben und so ein Verhalten gegenüber ehemaligen Stammkunden geht nicht. Es wird ja nicht gern gesehen das Essen auf dem Teller übrig bleibt und mit nach Hause genommen wird, weil Kunden das zu sehr ausnutzen und sich auf Kosten des Betriebes den Kühlschrank füllen wollen. Bei uns war es aber so das mein Sohn nach ein paar Bissen vom ERSTEN TELLER nicht weiter essen konnte weil er ein Magenproblem hatte und ihm akut schlecht wurde.. Also sprach er höflich eine Servicedame an erklärte kurz worum es geht und fragte ob man hier eine Ausnahme machen kann und ihm DIESEN angefangenen Teller evtl einpackt. Anstatt das man ihn freundlich sagt das sie keine Ausnahme machen , meinte die Dame es sei sehr professionell heftig den Kopf zu schütteln, lauthals Neiiiiiiiinnnn zu brüllen (so laut das Leute am Nachbartisch vor Schrecken Sachen fallen ließen und danach zu uns sagten das so ein Verhalten unter aller Sau sei) und dann lachte sie ihn auch noch aus und ging weg. Ich habe Chef oder Chefin verlangt und daraufhin sagte man mir das die jetzt keine Zeit hätten. Mein Sohn fühlte sich so unwohl das er sofort den Laden verließ und sich ins Auto setzte. Mein Mann und ich haben unser Essen und Trinken stehen lassen, bezahlt (ja auch für meinen Sohn, der ja bis auf 3 Gabeln Nudeln nix gegessen hatte), sind gegangen und hungrig nach Hause gefahren. Wir kommen nie wieder. Hätte man sich freundlich mit uns unterhalten und wäre sich einig geworden, gar kein Ding. Aber einen zahlenden Gast anmaulen, auslachen und ihn so behandeln das es ihm unangenehm ist da im Restaurant sitzen ZU MÜSSEN... und dann auch noch voll bezahlen lassen und wenn man es dann ansprechen will auch noch behaupten das ginge gerade nicht... ne sorry, ist ein NoGo.

Leider war mein Besuch in diesem Restaurant enttäuschend. Das Essen hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt und die Auswahl war im Vergleich zu anderen chinesischen Restaurants eher begrenzt. Insgesamt wirkt alles mehr nach „mehr Schein als Sein“. Zudem sieht es im Allgemeinen auch etwas trostlos und wenig einladend aus. Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist mir der Umgang mit Kritik: Nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen haben, dass uns das Essen nicht geschmeckt hat, reagierte das Personal deutlich unfreundlicher. Das hat den Gesamteindruck zusätzlich verschlechtert. Insgesamt kann ich das Restaurant daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Restaurant hat sehr nachgelassen und die Service Kraft war sehr unfreundlich.Allgemein war es nicht gut und es ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen für den Preis von 29 Euro.

Wir waren nach Jahren wieder im Haus Wang essen. Tisch Reservierung am Samstag Abend. Wir fangen beim Service an, da kann man nur 2 Sterne geben. Keine Kommunikation, man wird ignoriert und muss ewig lange auf die Bedienung warten. Man wird sprachlich nicht verstanden. Das Essen: die Auswahl war grausig, es wurde nicht einmal aufgefüllt und wir waren seit 19:30 Uhr dort. Die meisten Sachen lagen schon Ewigkeiten in den Behältern und war entweder trocken, Saucen sahen ungenießbar aus mit einer Hautschicht oben drauf oder seitlich schon vertrocknet. Bei der frische Auswahl zum anbraten das gleiche. Kein Geschmack trotz Saucen Auswahl. Thema Ambiente. Ein schöner Laden mit so viel potenzial viel Fläche für mehr Auswahl. Preise: Buffett mit Getränke flat die 3 Gläser Wein oder Bier beinhalten war ok, für ein Kind mit 8 Jahren 18€ zu veranschlagen finde ich schon unverschämt der dieses Volumen gar nicht aufnehmen kann für den Preis. Wir haben es versucht und bleiben unseren Mongolen in einem anderen Ort treu.

Ein wirklich schönes Lokal. Das Essen ist gut und die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam. Kartenzahlung ist problemlos möglich (diese Information hatte ich vorher nicht gefunden). Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen!

Ich habe eine to good to go-Tüte abgeholt, die Dame die mir die Tüte überreichte war vollkommen desinteressiert. Das Essen war lieblos in einen Behälter gestopft. Ob Fisch oder Fleisch, da wir alles essen war es lecker...trotzdem wäre es schöner den Fisch separat abgepackt zu haben.

Mal was ganz anderes: Heiligabend mit fernöstlichem Buffet! Und was soll ich sagen? Es war eine großartige Erfahrung! Haus Wang ist ja hinlänglich bekannt für sein Mittag- und Abendbuffet. Das Essen ist immer lecker - wobei ich das Gefühl habe, dass es schon mal abwechslungsreicher war. Unsere Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Sehr angenehm! Das Ambiente - gerade zu Weihnachten - ist natürlich geprägt von asiatischem Kitsch. Darf's noch ein bisschen mehr sein? Äh, nein, mehr geht kaum noch. Ansonsten wirkt alles ein wenig klischeehaft. Aber das erwarten die Gäste wohl so. Also, immer wieder gerne ins Haus Wang. 🍚🍜

We were last there 7 years ago, and the place has gone soooooo downhill!!!! It's a shame for such a beautifully decorated restaurant that's been around for so long. The buffet was almost empty, and in the grill area, a man took a piece of meat from a plate that had been cleared for grilling and put it in his mouth. He also listened to music the whole time, so you could talk to yourself.

The food was good and there was plenty of parking. There are many vegans here, and I'm one of them. Unfortunately, there wasn't much choice for us, practically none. I would be happy if there were more vegan dishes, for example, with tofu. In the dessert section, for instance, vegan pastries or ice cream would be great. (When we asked, we were told there was no vegan ice cream.) It would also be good if the music were properly distributed throughout the entire area. We couldn't hear the music in our section, and even after asking for the volume to be turned up, it remained the same.

It's a shame the food quality is declining year after year. At the Mongolian buffet, the sauce is just sloppily thrown on top. It used to be incorporated into the food. If they don't want to do it properly, just leave it out. The food I ate was simply burnt, especially the Mongolian buffet – it was awful.

HEALTH CATASTROPHE AND RIP-OFF - ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED! (MY BIRTHDAY MEAL) We ate at this restaurant with seven people (five adults, two children, including my four-year-old niece). The bill: €180 - even the toddler, who literally ate a single piece of broccoli, was charged €10. Unbelievable. Much worse: shortly after the meal, we all felt ill. Nausea, diarrhea, vomiting - all night long. It can't be a coincidence that everyone was affected - including the children. This is not only disappointing, but a health hazard. When we reported the incident, there was no assistance, no apology - nothing at all. The service was also disappointing. We had to wait far too long for our drinks - during which time the server preferred to stand with colleagues and chat instead of attending to the guests. Friendliness or attentiveness? None. BOTTOM LINE: A lot of money for a meal that made us sick. No goodwill. No responsibility. We'll never see this restaurant again - and I can only advise everyone: stay away!

Great food, we enjoyed everything. Whether it was the main course or dessert. We had all-inclusive with drinks. The drinks came quickly and the food was always well refilled. We were there on a Saturday at 7:00 PM. The waitress (who seemed like the boss) was unfortunately very unfriendly.

Unfortunately, it was disappointing. It's a nice restaurant, and the staff is friendly and attentive, even if it wasn't always obvious (they weren't wearing uniforms). I would have appreciated more food selection. Furthermore, a plate marked with a clip never arrived. In general, we had to wait an extremely long time for the freshly prepared food. Choosing a wine also turned out to be a bit more complicated than expected, because with an all-you-can-eat + drinks package, you can't choose from the wines listed on the menu, although this wasn't advertised beforehand.

Our visit to Haus Wang was unfortunately very disappointing. The service was almost nonexistent – no one came to our table, so we had to fetch it ourselves. The food, especially the chicken, was very oily and lacked flavor. Of particular concern was an obviously ill employee who was constantly sneezing and yet was in direct contact with food – without protective measures. This shouldn't happen in the restaurant industry. Since our visit, my family and I have also been feeling ill. From a hygiene perspective, the whole experience was very questionable. Therefore, I unfortunately cannot recommend Haus Wang.

Even the flat-rate drinks menu, which always applies to the entire table, doesn't help. What bothers me is the disgusting chocolate fountain and the dirty (wet) plates. We come here at least twice a year for buffet meals for various occasions. The ambiance is good, the staff is always friendly, but the quality of the food gets worse every year. And that's largely due to the preparation. I don't expect much, but deep-fried duck isn't a dish. And charging the scaled-down buffet (due to a lack of guests) for the regular price was a bit excessive, I personally thought. But the lychee spritzer is really delicious. And apart from the last two visits, on which my review is based, the place has always been good. Maybe next year it will be better and worth the hefty buffet price again. Until then, we'll try a different garden.

Very tasty buffet, some of the food was a bit too salty, but we like it there. There's a huge selection at the buffet and plenty of sweets for those with a sweet tooth. The chocolate fountain is especially popular. Advance reservations are recommended for weekends.

We have been there more than once. As always, everyone has their own taste in everything. I got everything I wanted: sushi, fish, shrimp, duck, fresh vegetables, fruit, ice cream, desserts. Those who wanted could taste rice, spaghetti, soups, meat and seafood in batter and much more, too many to list. I didn't like one thing - grilled shrimp. Every time I hope that it will be delicious, but no. They do not fry them in fragrant oil, butter and spices, as we would fry them at home. They probably don't know how. And there is no teriyaki sauce for sushi yet, only soy sauce. And in general, this is a very cool restaurant. For children after 3 years, it's just heaven. There is ice cream of various flavors, fruits, desserts, a chocolate fountain, and a playground in the yard. I recommend to visit. In terms of money, it's not a problem at all if you don't like it.

There wasn't really a choice there today. For €30.00 I can get soft ice cream and a much larger selection in other cities. Oh and the ice cream in the chest was defective, the thawed ice cream will simply continue to be used. So people, if someone writes good reviews here, then they are fake.

Good day, On Sunday on the way from Hanover to Cologne we stopped on the A2 to have dinner with seven people at Wang's house. The parking lot to the side of the house was blocked with large overflowing garbage containers. Very very unkempt. We also discovered bugs. Everything was very disgusting and everyone immediately lost their appetite. Oh, we quickly drove on to APPELBAUM on Neuenkirchener Str. in Gütersloh, despite the detour, everything there was great and super, super clean!

We were looking for a Mongolian buffet without satieties and other flavor enhancers and, as luck would have it, we ended up here. We even drove 30 km to finally eat a good Mongolian buffet again. The disappointment is indescribable. The staff was sometimes overwhelmed, the dishes were dirty, the selection at the buffet was limited and, above all, the quality of the food was poor. And what hurts most: the price for this quality! Simply a rip off!! The reviews here can only be bought, there were four of us and we all felt really bad afterwards!

I was very disappointed with my visit to this all you can eat restaurant. The selection of food was surprisingly small and left a lot to be desired. You expect variety with a concept like this, but here it felt more like a canteen with limited selection. The dessert was simply inedible and tasted a disaster. But the quality of the drinks was particularly bad. The mango juice was incredibly bad. The Cola and Sprite were also barely edible as they tasted more like water than the actual drinks. Overall the visit was a huge disappointment and definitely not worth the money. I definitely won't come back.

There were 10 of us in and 9 of us had stomach problems after eating, the employees reacted to criticism in a very tense and extremely rude manner, the food was almost too raw and the fruit drinks had been open for more than a day. Johnny Wang stable host. Crunchy food very tasty and fresh. Service is self-service, but useful. Great atmosphere - the Chinese garden is a feast for the senses. Hwang Zho at the TeppanYaki Grill conjures up something great - from beef to exotic fish, there's absolutely everything.

A real taste experience! I recently visited this Chinese restaurant and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere is very cozy and inviting, the staff friendly and attentive. I would particularly like to emphasize the diversity of the menu - from classic dishes to creative variations, there is something for every taste. The food was excellently prepared, both authentic and tasty. This is a buffet with barbecue and a variety of desserts. You can definitely get full. You serve yourself but the service staff is always available if I have any questions. I can definitely recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back!

Were there yesterday at 8 p.m. there was hardly anything to eat because the food was partially dried out... the food had no taste and we went home again with the same hunger. I really find it difficult to give this Haus Wang a fair and constructive rating. I was there for the first time today with someone who has been there several times...I ordered a lunch buffet, but it wasn't anything special for the high price. (Sunday surcharge) The dishes at the buffets were not declared by name!! For allergy sufferers this may be an absolute no-go! The pineapple was already brownish, felt like it was from the day before and was way too much. It's better to refill it fresh... the chocolate fountain, I gave it a wide berth, the chocolate looked strange, like it was a week old... and I don't know if it will be covered overnight... there were dessert bowls unclean, dusty or scratchy, old. (light green and white) Spoon and cake fork in a pile, I personally find it unhygienic!!! Everyone reaches in with their hands. The service staff often stirred the GN container to prevent it from cooling down or drying out. Fries were salty!!!! Mushrooms from mangolian grill were chewy. Baked duck was salty. Salad bar 2* salt and pepper shakers were empty. Sushi bar 4* (was a good selection) Dessert/cake/ice cream 3.5* (plenty of selection, not everything fresh) warm buffet 2.5* the selection and the taste - see above Mongolian grill buffet, raw LM looked good. Sanitary facilities could use a refresh, mirrors are high-tech and toilets, well... I wouldn't go there again. Overall... I give Haus Wang 2.5 stars and that's pretty high... we'd rather go to PandaKing. Much friendlier, much bigger, louder, but we feel more comfortable there!! According to the previous reviews, Haus Wang seems to have slacked off, I can't judge that. It's best to make your own.

We were there with a larger group. The food tastes good but is average, nothing special. In my opinion, there are definitely higher quality buffet restaurants in terms of taste and cleanliness. The atmosphere is cozy and the outdoor area is really nice. P.S.: You may want to mop the floor during the evening if it is so oily that visitors slip and fall. I remember this very negatively.

I was there again after years... with my mother and sister. I really liked the smooth (greasy) floor. The tables were wiped down, but also greasy. Now about the food... My mom had a piece of wire sponge in her food 😝😝I lost my appetite. As an apology, the drinks were free. Unfortunately I can't recommend it.

Beef tasted like rubber, there was no more dessert and we didn't even get refills when requested. There were several friends there, everyone was sick and one of my colleagues also vomited in the parking lot. I really don't recommend it to anyone... Ambiance is great, service is fine, but the food and selection are really bad. Sad in such an atmosphere!

We were there on a Saturday at 1 p.m. Drinks nice and cold and there's nothing to complain about in terms of price. Had 2 large apple spritzers. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the food. Shusi, shrimp, duck, chicken. So ready meals or to put together yourself. We were also very positively surprised by the reviews regarding the taste. Yes, the buffet wasn't full from time to time. It is always replenished and is therefore fresh. In addition, not too much is thrown away afterwards. Everyone always screams persistently. Haus Wang tries to prevent food waste in this way. I find it exemplary. I also wait 5-10 minutes for it to be refilled. Likewise, please don't fill your plate to the brim, rather go twice. I also tried carefully what I didn't know. So put a small spoonful on the plate and don't leave it standing until it's not full to the brim. There is also enough dessert. And it tastes delicious. So I have to say I couldn't find anything negative that I read. So I recommend Haus Wang, where you can have a good meal. We have definitely reserved again straight away.

Exactly what you imagine an all you can eat buffet with a large selection

Waited outside for a long time, was only served after you went to the staff yourself. The selection was shockingly small, no salad buffet, hardly any vegetables, rice and duck were empty for a long time and you had to go in several times until it was refilled. We were very disappointed for the price, as we are used to other things.

The food was cold and dried out because it had been sitting for a long time. The restaurant has very little to offer in terms of selection. A notice if the food is not eaten incurs an additional fee of €5 was inappropriate. The dishes and cutlery were not clean and there were food residues on the utensils

We were there on a Friday evening, almost everything was empty, there were flies everywhere in the food, the cutlery was full of stains and the floor was full of chips and other things. The health department should come by here! Grade 6 not recommended!
