As a family we really enjoy eating there. Apart from small things there is actually nothing to complain about.

Outstanding Chinese restaurant with a large selection of meat and fish for frying. And a selection of ready-made meals is also available. The staff is very friendly!

Definitely too expensive. We had a buffet lunch in Kevelaer for 16 euros including drinks. And it's always really tasty. 🤷‍♀️🫶

Six of us went there for dinner on Sunday, September 22nd, 24 for my mother's 90th birthday. When I reserved the table I had already mentioned my birthday. In the past, there was always a small gift on such occasions including table fireworks and a voucher for the next time. Unfortunately, that wasn't thought of this time. Too bad!!

I was able to enjoy an all you can eat buffet here. I was invited, so I don't know what the costs were. It was very tasty. The selection of food and drinks was of normal size, there was enough to choose from. Recommendation goes out.

Our last visit at the end of August 2024 was more than disappointing! The buffet pots were already very empty at 6:30 p.m., the meat was cold and the sauces were already covered in skin. The buffet wasn't replenished during our stay either. The ice cream scoop was lying on a dirty rag, and the rinse water for this scoop had obviously not been replaced in a long time. Lack of hygiene!!! The buffet is way too high for such poor quality!! We know the restaurant from earlier times and noticed that the quality has deteriorated significantly. We won't be entering the wok again!

Child-friendly, playground available, nice service.

The food on site is selected and fresh, although not exceptional. If you fancy typical Asian dishes and a large selection at the buffet, you will get your money's worth here with good prices!

Duck too hard, we were used to better. Sauce, if you look for it on the plate, was “sometimes” available in extra bowls. Ala Kart you wait too long for the unsuccessful meal, about 1 1/2 hours. All in all, never again, there is better, it's a shame.

Totally disappointing. I currently have visitors from abroad and we wanted to spend a nice evening with good food. However, in one of our main dishes there was a big fat green worm. Yes - that can happen sometimes, no problem - it did contain salad. What I found so disappointing, however, was that instead of asking us to apologize or something similar, the waitress immediately surprised us with a very bitchy reaction. We explained the fact very politely - as I said, this can happen. Her reaction, however, was only: “What should I do, it’s just a vegetable”. There were 6 of us and we each ordered 1 main course and a starter. After discovering the worm right at the beginning, we all lost our appetite so we couldn't finish it. The plates were all still full. Everything was still accounted for and no apologies were made for it. My father has been working in the catering industry for over 30 years - we know that this can happen. However, I find the reaction rude and anything but customer-oriented. We definitely won't be coming back.

Mass processing and an empty buffet

Very tasty, there are always new dishes when you come back. The live cooking with a wide variety of meat and fish is great. Gladly again and again.

Super delicious food and friendly service

We ordered catering for a birthday party (50 people) and were totally thrilled. We received great advice beforehand, delivery on time, the guests praised the food, the price-performance ratio was great - really recommended! Gladly again and thank you very much!

It's quite okay. You can eat there, and the friendly staff is worth mentioning. The price is also okay. The ambience is simple. A large parking lot right in front of the restaurant. There is a large beautiful terrace.

The food from the buffet was sometimes better. A lot of it is very dry, and the selection is generally not particularly large, in contrast to the competition. The freshly prepared things, on the other hand, are top. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

We've been to a lot of restaurants, including Chinese, but none of them were as happy as we were here. What's worth highlighting is the service, always friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food (buffet) is also excellent. Plus the prices are low. We cannot understand some of the negative reviews here. The volume is often mentioned... but everyone has to be aware that the background noise is naturally louder when there are many guests than there are few guests. The high frequency of use also shows how many guests are satisfied !! Conclusion: We are happy to recommend!

We have been visiting Wokin for years. Unfortunately, we noticed that the staff is no longer as nice to us as they used to be. Reason? We came to the mall 4 times a month, every Saturday or Sunday. Lately less often than before. It was enough that sometimes greetings weren't in malls. Food was normal. Nothing special and nothing new was added to the menu for years. And it always costs more. It's ok. But there are cheaper ones and also as tasty as Wokin.

You will always be warmly welcomed and looked after. Show cooking is also good, and you can now bring the results to the table. The playground outside has also been partially redesigned. In itself, great value for money!

Cozy, good food, very nice service.

After really long years, we spontaneously went here again to eat. The buffet costs 21.90 euros. The selection at the buffet is okay, but not really convincing. Sometimes the food was really cold to lukewarm. It's probably better if you have it freshly fried. The volume in the restaurant is enormous. The staff is very friendly and attentive. There are also enough parking spaces available.

Very tasty, lots of choice and nice atmosphere

This was our first visit to this restaurant, so we were open to all impressions. The buffet food was just like any similar restaurant, same dishes, same selection, even the taste is just like any other Chinese restaurant. The WokIn (unfortunately for me) does not stand out from others in any way. Personally, I think it's a shame because the sentence "If you know one, you know them all" really sums it up. The employees were very attentive and quick, I would like to emphasize that here. The price-performance ratio was good, there was always enough of everything and it was diligently supplied. For me the whole ambience wasn't that appealing because the tables were very close to each other and we felt more like we were in a canteen, also because of the noise level. All in all, a nice evening with few new impressions.

Absolutely the best and tastiest Asian buffet around. Also very friendly, unobtrusive but attentive service. Toilets absolutely clean (as long as the guests hopefully make sure it stays that way!!!!!). Will remain a regular there. :))

The restaurant, food, service is very good, but as a severe allergy sufferer, the only thing that bothers me is that the dog owners carry the dogs around next to my plate, they should ban dogs, the animal hair flies around with every movement and that is dangerous for allergy sufferers

Very tasty food, always fresh, lots of choice. If you don't get enough there, it's your own fault. Sometimes very crowded and very loud.

The food is really good, the service is great too. But the volume in the store is already very high. Without a reservation it is very rare to be able to get a seat. Until then, I didn't know that large dogs were allowed in the restaurant. There is still a star deduction for this. Open food and animals are not possible at all.

Always a pleasure. Really great buffet - both ready-cooked and raw to put together yourself: various meat, fish and seafood, plus sushi and a large selection of desserts. I always have a hard time deciding between freshly fried and ready-made dishes. I usually try both 😇😅 And the service is always very friendly, attentive and at the same time pleasantly unobtrusive. For us the top Asian in the region 👌

It always tastes very tasty. This restaurant is very child-friendly with its own playground, so you can eat in peace while the little ones play. Especially perfect in the warm season. The playground has recently been renovated, especially in the current situation, which does not stop at this restaurant. The quality is still great. My "favorite restaurant" for years. A few years ago you could eat quite well there. Today you can forget about eating. Based on some of the good reviews, I assume that the quality must fluctuate quite a bit. In my opinion, the money is much better spent at Oriental Garden in Tönisvorst!

Wir essen hier gerne. Für jeden etwas dabei.

Sowohl die Gerichte am Büffet, als auch die Gerichte, die man sich selber zusammenstellen kann und dann zubereiten lässt waren, sehr lecker und qualitativ hochwertiger als in anderen "All-you-can-eat" Restaurants. (Kein Fettgetriefe, kein halbares oder halwarmes oder matischges Essen) Der Preis hierfür ist daher unschlagbar! Der Service war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Mir persönlich hat das Ambiente zwar gefallen, aber dort wo wir saßen war es mir zu dunkel. Dieser Eindruck ist allerdings absolut individuell. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren heute mit 8 Personen da essen und waren voll auf begeistert. Ich war die einzige in der Runde, die sich vegan ernährt und hatte bereits bedenken, ob ich was zu essen finde. Aber auf die Nachfrage welche Optionen ich hätte wurde sehr zuvorkommend reagiert und man hat mich kompetent beraten und mir ein Gericht zubereitet, an dem es an nichts gefehlt hat und dennoch war es vegan. 5 Sterne dafür dass man so lieb auf mich eingegangen ist. Meine Kollegen die am Buffet gegessen haben waren ebenfalls sehr zufrieden, ich hab irgendwann aufgehört zu zählen, wie oft die verschwunden sind um sich den Teller nochmal voll zu schlagen.

Seit Jahren gehen wir immer wieder gerne hier essen. Ja, es gibt in der unmittelbaren Nähe andere Anbieter......aber bei Wok-In ist der Service, die Freundlichkeit der Bedienungen, das leckere Essen, stets frische Speisen vom Grill ....und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar.

Wir gehen sehr gerne hin .Das Essen schmeckt uns sehr gut .Freundlichkeit und Service sind immer toll.

Ein guter Chinesischer Buffet Restaurant. Service 1-A Komme gerne wieder!

Sehr großes, sehr gut besuchtes Restaurant. Für Deutschland typisches Buffet Restaurant, "esse sooo viel wie reingeht". Das Essen wirklich gut, mit offener Küche. Es fehlt an nichts und der Service sehr freundlich und schnell. Alles sehr sauber und eine schöne Atmosphäre und im Sommer auch aussen Tische. Wichtig, sehr großer Parkplatz. Für den "europäischen Liebhaber" der schnellen chinesischen Küche sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Restaurant war bei dem Ansturm an Gästen ziemlich überfordert, es war auch extrem laut. Man sollte etwas zur Schalldämmung machen. Die Bedienung am Tisch war sehr gut, das Büfett wirkte vernachlässigt, insbesondere die Eistheke und der Portionierer.

Super nette Kellner und vor allen sehr leckeres Essen 5 Sterne auch günstig nur zu empfehlen!

Fahre schon seid Jahren dorthin.

Waren schon öfter dort, gestern nach langem mal wieder dort gewesen. Essen vom Buffet war warm, hätte heißer sein können.

Das Essen ist nicht immer frisch. Die Kellner sind nicht höflich genug. Wenn ich das Fleisch aus dem Kühlschrank zum Braten brauche, braten die Köche es nicht gut genug. Obwohl ich sie gebeten habe, es gut durchzubraten. Das ist jedes Mal dasselbe.

Beim Eintreten war das Lokal gerammelt voll, Luft zum Schneiden, sehr laut, keine Schalldämmung. Essen in Ordnung, Bedienung super. Nach 2 Stunden wurde es wesentlich ruhiger.

Super nette Bedienung, riesige Auswahl an Speisen. Dass nicht alles immer heiß sein kann ist klar. Aber alles lecker, immer frisch und ausreichend nachgelegt. Das Restaurant ist sauber und gepflegt, Parkplätze sind auch genug vorhanden. Klare Empfehlung, wir kommen wieder.
