I'm very disappointed. I ordered a salad bag with fries and specifically asked in advance if that was possible, and was clearly told yes. But the bag was delivered without fries. When I subsequently asked why the order had been delivered incorrectly, I was immediately yelled at and not given a single opportunity to finish. I tried several times to explain that I had explicitly asked in advance and had received a clear promise, but they simply didn't let me speak. The behavior of the store manager was particularly negative. Instead of taking my concerns seriously or finding a solution, he loudly interrupted me, shouted at me, and refused to give me his name. My request to speak to the manager was rejected, claiming he wasn't there. I was then told that it was "forbidden" to put fries in a salad bag, which is in stark contradiction to the statement on my order. When I then asked for the order to be returned and for them to pick it up, he simply hung up and ended the conversation. I didn't feel taken seriously, wasn't treated with respect, and wasn't valued in any way as a customer. No one should be treated like that.

The kebab was very tasty and the bread tasted good.

Unfortunately we have already stood in front of the closed door 3 times. Unfortunately, this was to be feared after the move to Centrumstrasse. We ordered 13 family pizzas from this pizzeria for a larger celebration - and what can I say: everything was perfect! The pizzas were on time, hot, fresh and super tasty. The contact was friendly, professional and helpful, even with this large order. All the guests were thrilled – there was hardly a piece left! The best kebab in all of Schweinfurt! And the baklava is just to die for! 😍

What do you get here like in some french fries stalls. Burnt gyros as a Bochum plate or as a gyros plate. The fries are totally greasy and the remains of leftover fries are reprocessed in the deep fryer.
