WOW, that's all I can think of. The food is not cheap, but it is first class. The best thing I've eaten so far. I always like to order. Since I had the food delivered I can't say anything about the ambience, but otherwise I have nothing to complain about.

We went there and had a starter and a burger. Everything was fine, but nothing special.

If I order at 11 p.m. - I don't think the store receives that many orders at that time - then I can expect my food to arrive fairly quickly and, above all, completely. But no, I have to wait over 60 minutes and then I'm still missing a burger??? I don't think it's cool, it makes me angry.

Update May 4, 2025: After having been there several times since the first review, we were here again today for the first time in 10 months. A disappointment across the board. The food: The burger buns were cold and too soft. The meat, although not a ready-made patty, was fried too dry (crumbled apart) and relatively unseasoned. Little sauce on the citizens and the onion rings way too cross. The service: The usual courteous and friendly boss was not there. The service staff was friendly, but somehow not really suitable. An order change (wrap WITHOUT avocado) was not taken into account. A single portion of fries that was ordered as a side dish didn't even come. We waited in vain for cutlery, it was only brought after the second request. The ambience: The benches have been amateurishly upholstered since our last visit. In terms of style, however, it is more suitable for a Mexican cantina. Since the rest of the restaurant is rather modern, it seems a bit inappropriate. However, the condition of the women's toilet was unreasonable. A southern Italian motorway rest area is cleaner. My 6 year old daughter refused to use the toilet. I'll save myself any further details. Just as an example: the trash can overflowed and definitely hadn't been emptied for days. All in all, I have to say that it's a shame what has become of this. Anyone who reads my original review will understand my disappointment. We had dinner here today with 3 adults and 3 children... and we will definitely be back. The meat on the burgers was perfect, the side dishes were fresh, the sauces were exceptionally tasty... Definitely one of the best burger shops in the region.

After all the good reviews I invited my friend who was craving a good burger to the Boom Burger and Bar. But the burgers were unfortunately very disappointing. The patties were very small and covered merely 7/10th of the size of the bun. When I opened my burger to see how it was prepared, I saw that there was literally one small slice of tomato, one slice of onion and the cheese on my cheese burger wasn’t even melted - as if just taken out of the fridge and laid on top of the patty. After I told the waiter my feedback when he asked for it, he simply said that the quality depended on the cook. The fries were very good though. But I wouldn’t go there again for the burgers.

Ordered the €5 offer twice, got the wrong burger twice, fries were ok but inedible after 5 minutes. The only good thing was the delivery time and I got diarrhea and my colleague, too, was a shame. He used to think the shop was very good

I ordered late at night for delivery, the food arrived faster than expected and was still hot. The driver was very friendly! The food was delicious; I had a cheeseburger and desserts.

We went as a big group of 20 people which half of us are deaf so the ordering was more complicated and long but the staff was incredibly patient and kind! The food came quickly and was good.
