The pizzeria in Halberstadt is great. The pizzas are world class and the staff are super friendly. Delivery is always very punctual. And the man who delivers the food is very friendly. Overall, super tasty, service very good and I can only recommend it. Thumbs up👍🏻👍🏻😁

Unfortunately, pizza was no longer hot upon arrival. There was a large, sharp piece of plastic in a pizza that I came across while chewing. When I called them, they kindly explained to me that a refund of the money was not possible. However, a note would be left that next time I could order by phone and then get the pizza for free. A few days later I called to order and was told that it was not possible to deliver just one pizza and that I would have to order for at least €10 extra. They wanted to speak to the boss and call back because I just needed a pizza. There was no call back after an hour and when I asked, I was told that they would stick to their statement. Bad customer service in my opinion.

This is the best pizza I've ever had in Frankfurt. All the pizzas and pastas were delicious, changing the stereotype of what an Asian person thinks of pizza.

I ordered pizza and chili cheese nuggets. First of all, it was more expensive than shown online, the “large” pizza is a small one somewhere else and it really doesn’t taste good at all. Both dishes were not 100% finished. So not recommended

We order from Mo's more often because it's delicious. Unfortunately something went wrong with the order today. Only half of the order came and the other half came 45 minutes later and almost cold. After a clarifying call, the driver came by again and gave me the money back according to the boss's instructions. Mistakes happen. Great solution. THIS IS HOW SERVICE WORKS. Thank you. We ordered pizza there for the first time today. I haven't eaten such good and hot pizza for a long time. Big praise (finally pizza not soaked in oil 🍕 I hope it stays that way.
