The service was good, but the croques tasted strange even while eating, and the garlic sauce was extremely thin. Well, this morning I woke up with stomach cramps and diarrhea and had to vomit. This will be my second and last time ordering from here. *Addendum: I've never seen such thinly sliced ​​cold cuts, except maybe on baguette salami. You can barely taste the topping. I ordered both croques with whole wheat flour, and the tops of both were so dry and brittle that I had to suck on them after eating, even though I bit into them directly from the plate. I've eaten a lot of bad croques, but yesterday's were by far the worst. Even my first order from you was significantly better. Seriously, who expects a croque with a meatball to have the meatballs cut into 1.5mm slices and placed so far apart that they look like they're allergic to themselves? Seriously, I know times are tough, but this was simply outrageous.

I order here often and enjoy it. However, I'm very particular about certain dishes. Gorgonzola pasta, Western pizza, and the gourmet salad. They taste really good, and the portions are filling. Orders arrive hot and promptly. Everything is very uncomplicated and friendly.

Fantastic delivery service with excellent service and delicious pizza/pizza rolls. My browser automatically filled in the delivery information incorrectly, so the house number and phone number were wrong. After work, I called Pierro, surprised, and the (I assume) shift supervisor had already sent all the colleagues home for their well-deserved break. He then prepared my order fresh and delivered it to me personally. He even added garlic sauce and was incredibly understanding. You don't get service like this in high-class restaurants; I'm completely impressed. Many, many thanks and a big shout-out to the colleague on the late shift on May 18th – you made my day! I will definitely order here again!

Delivery came after almost 2 hours. Calzone was basically empty not much filling in it. Onions and peppers were there despite canceling the order. The taste wasn't really that great either. The dough felt like rubber.

So far, every pizza and pizza roll I've ordered has been a real treat. Super delicious, fast delivery, and piping hot. The staff are always very friendly.

My catering simply didn't show up for my 30th birthday... Pierro Bistro came to our rescue, delivering pizzas for 35 people within an hour and a half... all hot and delicious. Thank you for that!

I gave the shop a chance twice because it was around the corner. The first time I tried it, the carbonara egg was completely set and the pasta tasted like scrambled eggs today pizza which was completely runny and not really edible

One star is even too many. A really impossible owner, we came in, he smokes in front of the door, takes the order with stupid sayings, and doesn't even wash his hands when he makes the pizza, went straight out, never again, sorry, behave yourself in the future.

Very bad food and really high prices. Discount announced online did not want to be taken into account. Seems like a scam. And in the store they yell at you and tell you to take a new flyer with you.

Ordered today via the website. There is a flyer there with a 20% discount when picked up. When we picked up the order the full amount was paid. Flyer on the homepage old there is only 10% left and only if you don't order via the website. It doesn't say anywhere. Accommodation 0. Goodwill 0. Then a cheeky answer: Take a new flyer with you. No thanks. Anyone who puts so little effort into service has no respect for their customers. For these prices there are much better places in the area that offer customer-friendly service. Never again. If you don't keep your homepage up to date or your customer service, you apparently don't need any customers.

We ordered here. Waiting time 2 hours! In between a call that unfortunately there is no more spaghetti available. The carbonara also had paprika meat sausage instead of bacon or ham. Disgusting! Apparently only the leftovers were used! The tiramisu was still frozen! 3 stars because the delivery person was very nice and the pizza rolls were also okay.

The croques (meatballs) are very tasty there!!!

Ordered 2 croques. Three-master and double salami. In the photos you can see the three-master, actually only a total of 3 slices of salami/ham (6 slices for the double salami). I find it disappointing because all you can taste is sauce (delicious, but it had nothing to do with herb sauce, it was more of a French dressing), bread and cabbage. I don't want to give even fewer stars because we're used to croques like this from Hamburg. I still wouldn't recommend it.

Where I come from, in Brazil, we are known for good food, friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere… In four years in Germany, it is the first time that I have found a restaurant with tasty, high quality food, friendly and respectful service and extremely nice found staff. Pierro Bistro is definitely my #1!

Seit 4 Wochen bestelle ich hier mehrmals die Woche etwas und ich / wir sind mehr als begeistert. Sowohl die Croques, Pizzen, Calzones und Salate. Alles wirklich lecker und erstklassig. Meistens hole ich es ab und treffe immer auf sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Jupp... war Mega Lecker!!!... hatte den Croque Salami Champignons mit Vollkorn-Baguette.. Remoulade Soße bestellt und liefern lassen. Hammer Preis und Hammer Qualität!... Lieferzeit keine 20 Minuten.. Croque kam noch schön heiß an. Volle Empfehlung... 10 von 10 Hinterschaufel-Punkte.

Vor kurzem hier hin gezogen und Angst gehabt, zukünftig auf einen leckeren Croque oder Pizza verzichten zu müssen… Total unbegründet! Sowohl Croque als auch Pizza sind mega. Tolles Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis und super freundlicher Kontakt. Geschmacklich bisher alles mega und dank des reichhaltigen Angebotes, werde ich definitiv noch häufig hingehen! Echt klasse das es das Pierro gibt und immer einen Besuch Wert!

Wenn man abholt, bezahlt man mehr, als wenn man bestellt und liefern lässt. Vor Ort steht zwar, 20% bei Abholung, aber das interessiert dort niemanden. Man zahlt trotzdem mehr. Dann halt liefern lassen.

Leckere Pizza aus Steinofen. Kam allerdings etwas labbrig an, nach ein paar Minuten im Ofen aber top.

Our go to place for pizza delivery around Barmbek. The dough tastes like good Italian pizza (I can tell I'm Italian). Sometimes though it takes a lot of time to arrive if something could be done with that it would be 5 stars for us.

Leckere Pizza, also richtig lecker, aber manchmal dauert es unglaublich lange. Ich warte jetzt schon 90 Minuten. Ich verstehe es ist Sonntag, aber ich habe 2 Pizzen bestellt und wohne nur 5 km entfernt. Kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, auch wenn's dazwischen größeren Bestellungen gab sollt es trotzdem möglich sein das alles ein bisschen schneller hinzubekommen.

Ein Juwel von einem kleinen unscheinbaren Imbiss. Die Pizza kommt direkt aus dem Steinofen und schmeckt wie beim guten teueren Italiener.

Eigentlich ein toller Lieferservice, das Essen ist immer lecker. Allerdings wurde der Preis von jedem Gericht pauschal um 1€ erhöht. 4€ für ein bisschen Käse im Rand oder 5€ für ein Crepes stehen in keinem Verhältnis mehr. Werden dort leider nicht mehr bestellen.

Essen an sich gut, allerdings kommt das Essen eh schon zu spät und dann hängt der Fahrer ernsthaft erstmal im Auto noch 10 Minuten am Handy anstatt mal das Essen zu bringen!!! (konnten wir vom Fenster aus sehen) Geht gar nicht!!

Also… ich bin echt begeistert, die letzten Pizzen die ich bestellt habe, waren einwandfrei i.O., sind warm angekommen, preislich sind die auch super i.O., also irgendwo finde ich, daß genau so eine Pizza schmecken muss. Eine zeitlang fande ich den Laden eigentlich eher mittelmäßig, aber die haben sich echt zu einem guten Laden gemausert, im Gegensatz zu Dominos, wo die Pizzen schon länger absolut gar nicht mehr schmecken.

Super leckere Pizza und sehr nette Personal,ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht verstehen!

Wir bestellen häufig bei Pierro und sind immer sehr zufrieden. Die Produkte sind immer super frisch, was besonders einfach am Salat zu erkennen ist. Knackig, keine gelben Ränder o.ä. Es wird immer auf jeden extra Wunsch eingegangen, wie z.B. bei unserer heutigen Spezialbestellung der Jalapeňo Cheese Pommes. Danke dafür :)

Moin, sehr leckere Pizzen, croques ect, man merkt aufjedenfall das alles frisch ist, und es wird auf qualität geachtet und dazu noch recht günstig. kenne das Pierro schon sehr lange , und bestelle von dort für Privat und auch bei der Arbeit. personal immer freundlich, schnelle lieferungen ( trotz stoß zeiten ) Immer wieder gerne , aufjedenfall 5*..

Lieferzeit gut, Pizza gut, Teig 100 Punkte, großzügig belegt, leckere Sauce, warm angekommen, jedoch etwas zu salzig insgesamt und der Boden etwas zu braun, insgesamt aber lecker. VollkornCroque miserabel, viel zu wenig Belag, Brot viel zu kross, Tomaten mit komischen Eigengeschmack, schmeckte nicht, entsorgt. Knoblauchsauce gut. Croque nie wieder, Pizza zum Abholen weil es in der Nähe ist gerne wieder, ansonsten werde ich auf etwas teuere Alternativen der Konkurrenz setzen. Preisleistung Croque sehr sehr schlecht Preisleistung Pizza mittelmäßig

Die Pizza war hervorragend. Obwohl es keinen Service dort gibt, hat man ins am Tisch teilweise bedient! Die Lage ist nicht so schön, aber für einen Lieferservice war es ok!
