ENJOY THE PIZZA in Hamburg

Ordered update 3 times via the homepage and received nothing 3 times. I've ordered quite a few times and delivery took between 30 and 60 minutes, perfectly fine. Driver always nice. Food absolutely OK. Broccoli schnitzel with lots of broccoli, the schnitzel is from the deep fryer but not formed meat. Orders via the homepage with a discount and cheaper than at Lieferando. Everything fits, thumbs up.

The pizza we ordered tasted good - a huge plus point here is that you can order both gluten-free and “normal” pizza. The gluten-free base feels like it was homemade - thank you very much!!! Keep it up. We cannot rate the service and ambience, delivery came after 45 minutes and everything that was ordered was there.

The pizza itself is very tasty, unfortunately the service is not. Deliveries repeatedly do not arrive or orders are mixed up. When we ask, we get the answer that the supplier rang the bell and no one was there. We can see from our bell whether someone has rung the bell and we were at home the whole time waiting for the pizza. It then turned out that the supplier hadn't found the name on the doorbell, although it was written there in black and white. We wonder why no call is made in this case?! This is not exactly professional and customer-oriented, there is room for improvement!

The pizzas are really tasty. Super excited. Above all, there is also a gluten-free version. My wife was thrilled.

Simply great people there!!! My son really wanted pizza pasta and even though it wasn't available anymore, I made it. Really tasty, hot.....mega....just happy!!! Thanks to the team! You're great

The desired ingredients were not added and ingredients that were not ordered were put on it.

The pizza is delicious and the new owner is very nice. There is still room for improvement in terms of ambience, but it is also a delivery service. Now I can only order my pizza here!

This is the third time we have ordered here and we were very satisfied. Since I suffer from celiac disease, I think it's great to be able to find an alternative here. I had the Pizza Tonno today and found it very tasty. Gluten-free pizza is often bone dry, but I really liked this one. The service was very nice and there on time. Gladly again :)

I had currywurst / fries and was very surprised at how good it tasted. The croque was also very tasty. The price was very reasonable for lunch and I can recommend the shop without reservation.

I've never experienced anything so bad... The store is the last resort Staff in the kitchen walk on slippers The kitchen is completely dirty. Delivery time 1 hour 30 minutes The salad was brown, the baguette was soggy. Didn't get what I ordered.

The pizza was good, but the wraps were a disaster. So much iceberg lettuce, hardly any proteins on it and all for 11 euros. It's really too much

Disastrous – never again! This was by far the worst order I've ever had. The cake was completely frozen – how are you supposed to eat something like that? The pizza was an impertinence: bone dry, tasteless and just plain disgusting. But the highlight was the missing tiramisu! When I pointed this out to the driver, he refused to go back and get it. Instead he actually wanted me to pay the full amount even though I didn't get everything. It couldn't be more outrageous! Terrible food, unbelievably bad service - I'll never order here again. Absolutely not recommended! Preferably zero stars

I picked up my pizza on site and I have to say it was a positive taste experience. Pizza came quickly, was optimally topped and crispy. I also often ordered the burgers home and they were always very tasty😍

I always really enjoyed ordering there, especially the currywurst fries were great, but unfortunately since the shop owner changed everything tastes different, delivery times are no longer adhered to and the quality of the products has changed, your previous currywurst sausage was great, the current one is not really tasty, very soft and simply fried black in the deep fryer. The curry sauce tastes like warmed curry ketchup, which isn't exactly tasty. Maybe you'll think again about how you can save money in other ways and use the products that were available before the business was handed over. Then you wouldn't have to appear on Lieferando and the like with 3 different restaurant names because it's certainly not just me who noticed that this restaurant also has different names like food lovers e.g. It is registered to load everything one and the same. Just make it better and don't take the cheapest of the cheapest

Today I ordered a Jägerschnitzel with croquettes. After about an hour...I was informed in advance that the delivery time would be longer! What I got then was a so-called Wienerschnitzel, which doesn't deserve the name and certainly not the PRICE. Sorry but that was the last time I ordered anything from you.

Update 05.2024: We ordered the pizza, they didn’t prepared it, so the travel time was wasted. The pizza was then delivered at home of a different smaller size, they delivered two small sizes and when we asked, the talked rudely and misbehaved. This happened twice. Unfortunately it is a place to avoid as they are not serving in good faith. Not again! They cheated us! If you like to be served less and cold food, and upon complaint being shouted, do try this place. Original: The pizza is now more like a bread with red sauce with mild traces of cheese and chicken. We ordered many times and with every order the quality is going down till now we decide to stop. I think i can bake better at home.

Incredibly bad. I ordered several times and each time it got worse. What I have just received is the final straw...Never again!

I ordered the gluten-free Californian pizza via eats with extras on it. I got a pizza with just my extras, i.e. without the ingredients from the actual pizza. Adding to that, I waited twice as long as the stated delivery time. After I contacted the store they told me that was the case with them. The person didn't even understand how it works with extras on a pizza, that I pay more money to have extra ingredients and not that I pay more money to get another pizza that is almost twice as expensive instead of the specified one. After a long discussion, they said I would get my money back. Now 2 days have passed and I haven't received anything. After contacting me again, I was told I had eaten the pizza and what I wanted now. Although the pizzeria would have had the chance to deliver the right pizza and pick up the other one. Pizza wasn't even tasty.

Today my family and I ordered pizza at; Ejoy The Pizza, and it was delicious. Also the order came on time and it was fresh also. We liked it and we are definitely gone order again. thx boss✌🏾

Ordered pizza. After 90 minutes we asked where the pizzas were. Excuse. Pizza is remade and sent out. Called again after another hour. The pizzas were delivered to a completely different address. Now I'm waiting for the cancellation. I also reported it to Paypal and hope I get my money back soon. Never again.

The food is quite basic but the quality is okay, fresh and tasty. But then the low prices take everything away again. 👍🏼 The food has always been warm. Delivery times approx. 60 minutes.

I ordered this for the first time today and it was great! The cheeseburger was nice and juicy, the chickenburger was ordinary but still tasty. By the way, both burgers were big! The employee who delivered was also super nice. Delivery time about 60 minutes. I will order more often :)

I am also one of the customers who was told by phone after an hour that the food would actually be there in a few SECONDS. After another 15 minutes I called again. While we were on the phone, he asked the driver by phone, who said he would be there in 2 minutes. After another 15 minutes I called and said I didn't want the food anymore. At that minute the driver was there and as expected everything was cold and muddy. I was promised a refund of the price. I'm waiting for it until today... so stay away from this store. Lieferando refunded me the money immediately upon request today. Since we still have a voucher based on the stamp card and were previously satisfied, we will give Enjoy another chance and provide another update here if necessary.

Gluten-free, super tasty, large and fantastic selection! Pizza, citizens, wraps, salads, gyros, vegetarian, Indian cuisine, children's meals, etc. There are even good discount offers for those picking up or using the app. Spontaneously contacted by phone and was able to pick it up in 20 minutes. Very nice contact and warm welcome. We will now order from you more often, not just because we are neighbors, but because you are simply great! 👌

I ordered a super delicious pizza twice for a bargain from Uber, the pizza was still nice and hot, it was snowing, so the delivery was a little late. Think about the delivery drivers, we all want them to arrive safely. I know from experience how stressful the job is.

Essen ist lecker. Habe bei Ubereats bestellt. Lieferfahrer auch sehr nett, aber Pizza wurde nichtmal geschnitten und leider wurde mein Getränk vergessen.

Habe für eine große Gruppe sehr viele Pizzen bestellt. War alles wie gewünscht, die Pizza war lecker und bei Anlieferung noch warm.

Die Pizzen haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Zudem ist der Lieferant cool gewesen

Lieferung war 10 Minuten zu spät. Zwei 32 cm Pizzen war nur 29cm groß. Geschmacklich ok. Ist halt einfach nicht das für das man bezahlt.

Das Essen super lecker haben Pasta bestellt. Sehr netter Service. Leider etwas teuer aber naja es ist ja alles teurer geworden. Wer zu faul zum Essen kochen ist musst halt tiefer ine Tasche greifen also meckern bringt nix. Gerne wieder. DANKE

Ich habe über Uber Eats bestellt. Hat mit 60 Minuten etwas lang gedauert. Aber das Ergebnis war gut: Pizza war lecker, hatte einen schönen Rand und war frisch gemacht. Hätte gerne etwas saftiger sein können. Preislich mit 7 Euro im Mittagsangebot auch mehr als in Ordnung. Gleiches gilt für den Croque. Merkwürdig war, dass man telefonisch nicht durchkam. Laut Bandansage habe das Restaurant Probleme und daher geschlossen. Ich hatte meine Bestellung schon abgeschrieben, war letztendlich aber doch zufrieden.

Hier per Uber Eats bestellt. Bestellung kam ca 30minuten nach genanntem Zeitraum. Pommes waren labberig und der Burger beinhaltete Zutaten die ursprünglich abbestellt wurden. Zudem war die Soße völlig durch den Burger durchgezogen, was diesen auch sehr labberig machte. Leider war auf dem Baconburger auch kaum Bacon zu finden… Nichts desto trotz war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Bestellt, schnell geliefert. Currywurst Menü reichhaltig und lecker. Burger Menü lecker aber leider sehr lauwarm. Ist immer schwierig das ist klar. Trotzdem alles gut

Haben heute Pizza Thunfisch und Hähnchen mit Brokkoli probiert und beide Pizzen waren sehr lecker! Der Teig war so gut und sehr großzügig belegt. Hat super geschmeckt. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter.

Seit Langem nicht mehr so happy mit einem Lieferservice gewesen. Kann die schlechten Bewertungen gar nicht nachvollziehen. Die Salate sind top , Pommes 1A , Kommunikation super 👍🏻 Ich habe einen falschen Salat geliefert bekommen , diesen dann behalten können plus sofort den Salat geliefert bekommen, den ich eigentlich bestellt hatte. Immer wieder gerne ☺️

Bestellen seit mehr als 10 Jahren dort, waren eigentlich immer begeistert, egal ob Lieferzeit oder die Produkte. Jetzt bestelle ich 30 Minuten vor Feierabend und auf einmal geht es angeblich nur wenn man über Lieferando bestellt wo der Mindestbestellwert bei 25,90€ liegt. Dann sollte man sich als Lieferservice nicht auf mehreren Seiten aufstellen lassen wie unter anderem auch restablo.de wo wir z.B immer bestellt haben, die Bestellung wurde per Anruf storniert, nochmal dort bestellen, dass überlege ich mir nun zwei mal mehr, da gibt es einige andere welche sich mehr freuen.

Tolle Pizza und der Preis ist auch okay.. Lieferung richtig schnell..

Habe Gyros und Pommes mit einer Fanta bestellt. Gyros war nur noch ein bisschen war und die Pommes waren pappig und lauwarm. Gyros war eine zu kleine Portion.

Die Currywurst war okay. Die Pommes schmeckten nach gar nichts, waren kalt und sehr pappig. Sprite war wie aus dem Getränkemarkt, also super. 12,35€ ist dafür aber zu viel Geld(haben bestellt).

Ich habe heute bestellt, bekam leider ein anderes Gericht. Kroketten wurden abgerechnet, aber nicht geliefert (Bezahlung per pay pal). Nicht gut. Das, was geliefert wurde, war lecker.
