I have tried several times to order from this pizza delivery service by phone at different times and on different days. Unfortunately, the company seems to have no interest in customers because no one ever picks up the phone. Whether in the middle of the week in the afternoon or on the weekend in the evening there is radio silence. This is simply unacceptable for a delivery service whose business model is based on quick and easy ordering. Anyone who doesn't even answer the phone gives the impression that they don't want to have customers. It's particularly annoying when you're already hungry and then you're held back like this. It would be helpful if the operator either improved accessibility or clearly communicated that ordering by other means (e.g. online) would be preferred. But the way things are going at the moment, this service is unfortunately not recommended. It's a shame, because the pizza is supposed to be pretty good, assuming you even get one.

Food is great, no complaints. But very unfriendly and aggressive. Even if the fault lies with the customer, you don't have to treat them condescendingly. I'm happy to pay for the incorrect delivery, but I won't allow myself to be spoken to in that tone. I am an older lady and not a small child. Mistakes happen to everyone and are not intentional. Update: Food was supposed to be delivered at 6:30pm, which wasn't the case. If the driver had shown up, I would have paid the corresponding damages. But I'll never order there again!

Please reopen your restaurant. Loved your pizzas and really missing it. 😢

Pizza super tasty and very inexpensive! No long waiting time when picking up (there was also a coffee 😏 and there was also a short small talk with the boss 👌💪 Guys, keep it up 😉

I have been a guest at the hotel in the same building several times and have always eaten here in the evenings. Very friendly staff, decent and fresh ingredients in everything I ordered from burgers to pasta, pizza to the Indian dishes which are my absolute favorite here. Anyone who comes here should order something Indian from the menu! Typical Indian spiciness is also available upon request. My colleague ate this with sweat on his forehead and was also very satisfied. I preferred the Germanized seasoning. Just depending on your taste. Gladly again!

Otherwise the food is very tasty. But if you've been trying to reach them for over an hour and no one goes or you're pushed away, I think that's an outrage, sry. Then they don't seem to want to make any money. I can't recommend it more.

Pizza is usually great! Very rarely there is one that is just good. Overall recommended. You can eat on site, but the shop is not intended for that purpose.
