Caves are bad, service is terrible and, if there are any omissions, it's also outrageous!!! Never again....hands off!

So I think it's absolutely outrageous to deliver the wrong pizza & then to react in an absolutely cheeky & unfriendly manner on the phone afterwards! The last time I was with you was at the service, I'd rather go somewhere else

So the boss is so unfriendly, I order a Margarita pizza with spicy salami and a pizza without spicy salami arrives and accuses me that it's my fault because I didn't pay for it, and the payment was in cash upon delivery happens... so what's going on in this world now and then at the end of the conversation he thanks me for not ordering anymore because he was so unfriendly.

Mega delicious pizzas and a really nice team. Went there and ordered 2 jumbo pizzas. Despite being busy, we only waited 15 minutes. Thank you again for the delicious pizzas.

Everything was perfect, the food was 10 minutes late, but that's completely ok considering the times!

If you want to wait 2 hours for your delivery... you are definitely well served here.

We had 11 pizzas delivered to our holiday home. All of them were very tasty, the delivery lady was super nice! Thank you!!

It's the year 2023 and what has changed? Nothing the quality is always increasing 45 minutes was the estimate but after 30 minutes the hot pizza was there please keep it up you are the best 😊😊😊

This evening I ordered something to eat from MEDESA again after what felt like a year and I can write that I was very disappointed. Lettuce: The salad was fresh, crunchy and tasted very good. Then came the topic of dressing. I had yogurt dressing and it didn't taste like anything. There was no salt, no herbs, no freshness in it. For the money, no recommendation! At least not with the yogurt dressing. Pizza: I had 2x large pizzas. One Hawaiian and one with minced meat. Both with extra cheese and I have to say: "If you manage to still not get any taste of the pizza with extra cheese, that says it all." Sorry, I have to write it so harshly, but any tomato sauce in a can with herbs in the supermarket has more bang than this on the pizzas! No taste, no spices, no passion, zero soul! I wouldn't come/order these pizzas a second time and if I had been there, I would have returned the food and left. Don't misunderstand. You could eat it! For me it's mainly about the price performance and you expect food in a restaurant that you can't get in a supermarket. But if food in the supermarket tastes much better AND is 3-4 times cheaper, then something is wrong. But there was also something positive. The food was delivered on time and warm.

Good and delicious food. Deliveries used to be more reliable. We have now received our food much later twice in a row. It would be desirable to specify times on Lieferando that can also be adhered to

It was difficult to order via Lieferando at the moment, it worked by phone and there was no problem picking it up either. Food also tastes very good.

Haben Meterpizzen für den Kindergeburtstag unseres Sohnes bestellt. Superleckere Pizzen! Jedem hat es geschmeckt. Immer wieder gerne! 😊

Das Essen und Preis/Leistung ist Top. Komme gerne hier her und bin auch Stammkunde. Die 1 Sterne Abzug sind leider fürs Personal. Das ist mega nett und Freundlich und zuvorkommend. ABER das man bei der abholen nach dem man gefragt wurde nach dem Namen das ins Gesicht gesagt wird: "Muss man den immer auf Lieferando bestellen und dann auch noch mit PayPal zahlen. Wir müssen da so viel % an denen Zahlen." Da denk ich mir Persönlich ganz echt wenn ihr es nicht wollt wieso macht ihr es dann. Ist halt schade das man für ne Bestellung bei einen System was ihr euch ausgesucht habt so blöd angemacht wird. Sonst alles TOP.

Eigentlich immer sehr gut aber ziemlich ärgerlich wenn man um kurz nach 20 Uhr nix mehr bekommt, vielleicht sollte man dann die Öffnungszeiten anpassen und nicht bis 21 Uhr offen haben.. sehr schade !

Zum zweiten Mal 1,5 Std auf die Bestellung gewartet und nicht alle Zutaten drauf. Dieses Mal hat die BBQ Sauce gefehlt.

Beste Pizza im Umkreis. Sowas von saftig, gut belegt und mega schmackhaft. Pasta, Panini, Salat. Einfach super. Medesa kann ich absolut weiter empfehlen. Ich wollte das ein oder andere selbst gemachte Foto posten aber, warum auch immer, wird das von Google abgelehnt 🤷‍♀️

Pünktliche Lieferung. Pizza war durchschnittlich.

Haben schon öfters bestellt und das Essen war immer top. 👍 An der Lieferzeit ist auch nichts zu bemängeln teilweise nur 20 min. Weiter so. :)

Gute Alternative wenn man keine Lust auf wegfahren/gehen hat. Schnell, freundlich und preiswert.

Liebes Medesa-Team, Eure Pizzen und Pasta sind super lecker. Der Lieferservice ist immer super pünktlich und absolut freundlich. Was ich zudem noch lobend erwähnen möchte, ist eure Ehrlichkeit und Freundlichkeit. Ich hatte letztens versehentlich doppelt bezahlt (PayPal und Bar). Dies war ein Missverständnis und Fehler meiner Seite. Medesa-Pleinfeld hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und den Fall geklärt und ich bekomm anstandslos mein Geld zurück. Ich freu mich sehr.

Wir haben online über Lieferando bestellt. Kam genau im angegebenen Zeitrahmen und die Frau war so so nett! 🥰 Wir haben Pizza Margarita und Nudeln Rigatoni Quattro bestellt. War beides noch super warm und so lecker! Dort werden wir aufjedenfall in Zukunft nochmals bestellen.😊

Die Pizza ist echt köstlich, habe noch nie etwas schlechtes bei Medesa gegessen. Kundenwünsche werden immer besonders gut umgesetzt und der Service ist einfach nur Top!! Medesa kann ich nur empfehlen!!
