Very nice restaurant, reminded me more of a modern ski hut. What was positive was the pleasant acoustics! Service could have been more attentive, but it was also busy. Some of the food was excellent, especially the starters were good. I found the nicely preheated plates pleasant. The main courses were pretty average, maybe add more flavor to the sauces or serve cranberries. There is room for improvement. Desert, schnapps or coffee were also not offered. Overall it was ok.

Unfortunately I had to deduct a star from Ambiente because there was no way to get into the restaurant with a wheelchair. We would have to lift the wheelchair up the stairs. You should build a ramp. It was our wedding anniversary and we were on a day trip to Brombachsee. We reserved a table on the terrace in a nice spot. The table was lovingly decorated for the occasion and the food and service were excellent. Didn't know the restaurant before, we'll be happy to come back when the opportunity arises.

At first we were a bit ignored by the waitress (it was because we were bikers 🤔). The plate of brawn was great, lots of meat. Unfortunately, as the fourth person at the table, I had to wait almost an hour for my food, I even asked My table neighbors had already finished eating for half an hour. Apparently it was because I ordered a sweet dish (3 small curd dumplings with 3 frozen strawberries, very manageable) and the others something savory. The apology didn't really come either Convincing. It's a shame. The atmosphere in the beer garden was very inviting.

Pure disappointment! A menu was coordinated with the restaurant months in advance, taking into account the various wishes of our guests. On the day of the event, there was disillusionment: the food and drinks from the regular menu were simply taken over 1-for-1 - side dishes and dessert were not available. What was previously discussed was not implemented. Service = disaster: They weren't briefed - didn't even know that a menu was planned. Hot plates were handed to the guests instead of being served at their seat. When you asked where drinks that had been ordered for a long time were left, you were approached. Precisely because we were satisfied with this restaurant in the past, we are even more disappointed with this "performance". We will not visit this restaurant again - especially because of how it is run - and cannot recommend it to others.

Ambiance 6 out of 10 (was quite loud) Food 6.5 out of 10 (too much oil in the sauce and fried potatoes see photo, meat should be medium but was medium rare which was not desired) Service/staff friendly but slow. You can probably serve food for 3 people at the same time, it shouldn't be an art, as everyone present at the table can eat warm at the same time (everything should be a little warmer). Considering it was an invitation (I drove 400 km here) it was okay but I wasn't particularly impressed. All in one, pushed way too high even though it wasn't that exquisite.

We recently celebrated our civil wedding in the Linde. The entire restaurant is furnished in a rustic, yet modern style, and the winter garden in particular is ideal for small celebrations. The service is friendly and courteous and the food is of a high standard across the board. The menu changes regularly depending on the season, with classics such as sauerbraten and schnitzel as well as modern, creative dishes to be found. Whether with meat, fish or vegetarian - there is something for everyone here. We can only recommend the Linde, our wedding guests will also be happy to come back.

The Landgasthaus Zur Linde is a star in the gastronomic landscape! Here you will find good home-style cuisine that uses creativity and sophistication to interpret classic dishes in a modern and seasonal way. The quality of the food speaks for itself! Just pure enjoyment! The attentive staff and the rustic, stylish furnishings complete the whole thing. Above all, the winter garden is a feast for the eyes. For these reasons we celebrated our wedding here and were completely satisfied. Our guests also want to visit the linden tree again. Thanks to the entire team!!

Shortly before Easter we stopped here on the way to Munich. It's less than a quarter of an hour's drive to the A9, so there's little loss of time. But an immense culinary gain. It had been in the planning for two years and it finally worked. One of the best gastronomic decisions in a long time, that is without question. Since it's been 6 weeks, I don't want to go into details. The absolutely creatively prepared food was outstanding and a revelation for a country inn. Not only is regional cuisine celebrated here using regional ingredients, unexpected efforts are also made and there is a lot of ambition, or rather passion, at play. The result is impressive, the eye will be delighted by it. The experience needs to be prepared because, despite the short waiting times, you should still allow yourself the necessary time for a multi-course meal. According to information, there are up to 13 people in the kitchen alone. The service is open-minded, answers every question with a smile, is super friendly, a pleasant alternative to the city. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. After a renovation, the ambience is still rustic, but no longer “historically old”. It's always comfortable. For the rest I refer to the photos.

Extremely slow service. Food doesn't come. The next table complained several times until the boss came out. She said "I checked in the terminal, there's a 47 minute wait. We also deliver quality here and not just a schnitzel." The really patient and kind people said again that they would just like to eat because it was starting to get cold outside. The woman then simply said that her job should not be explained to her. Under all circumstances, no one should come to eat anymore. Unfortunately, I don't have more than one photo of the decoration on offer, as you can't get food here. Btw: The tables outside are far from all occupied. I imagine it would be a total disaster if it was full. Simply unprofessional.

I don't come from Middle Franconia (where this place is) but from Bavaria and I was on vacation at Brombachsee. And where we ate here was the last day of the holidays and I have to say, it was the best meal we had of the whole holiday. They made food for the child (for me hehe) very quickly and it was very, very good food. Would recommend, the staff were really nice too!!

Auf Grund der Sendung, (vor ca. 2 Jahren), "Mein Lokal Dein Lokal", sind wir aus der Schweiz angereist. Gemütliche Ambiance, Vorspeisen sehr gut. Leider war das Rindsfilet wie auch das Lammgericht übergart. Das Rindsfilet wurde explizit bleu bestellt, es kam à point. Auf einen Hinweis darauf bei der Service Kraft wurde nicht reagiert. Trotz Reservation war Begrüssung und Verabschiedung mangelhaft, respektive ausgefallen. Es wäre zu wünschen, wenigstens 1 mal pro Abend jemand von der Leitung zu sehen.

Very, very friendly service and very, very good food, plentiful and reasonably priced. I was there with a friend. I ate roast onion with spaetzle and salad. My friend had mountain cheese dumplings with salad and starter soup and a variety of sorbet for dessert. I can only recommend this place and I will go there again when I'm nearby.

Unfortunately my reservation was not booked, very annoying. We could still eat. We were constantly observed that we would soon be ready for the new guests. The food was great.

Went to the inn for dinner last night and received excellent service and advice. Very nice service that is always there, but never intrusive. The two first dishes, Ikarimi Salmon Asia Style and Tapas Country Life, were sensational. Followed by the main courses of onion roast and pork medallions, we were completely full and ended the evening with wine and delicious schnapps in the very appealing ambience. The birthday “child” invited everyone to eat at the Linde. I called a day in advance to ask for a little decoration of the place and a small gift (for money, of course). They said they would do it anyway. When we arrived there was nothing decorated, there was no congratulations, but at the very end there was a casual “All the best” from the service and a sparkler in my dessert because the birthday child didn’t order any dessert. I realize that it's a lot of people's birthdays every day and they can't do a dance every time ;) but I thought it was a bit of a shame, especially since we left over €120 there and the birthday was a very special one. Food was good as always.

Immediate proximity to Brombachsee! I have to say that the last time I was there with my parents was maybe 10 years ago, more regularly after visiting the baths as children. It used to be a small, home-style restaurant 30 years ago, but has now expanded quite a bit and is really chic inside. Personally, I wouldn't necessarily go there with children, but others can handle that as they wish. By the way, the food was great and the service was super friendly too!

Sehr gute Küche mir regionalen Produkten. Von Klassisch bis ausgefallen. Der Braten in Dunkelbiersauce war geschmacklich sehr lecker. Das Cordon Bleu gut gefüllt und die Pommes goldgelb knusprig. Zur Vorspeise hat ich den lackierten Schweinbauch mit japanischer Vinaigrette, handwerklich top , geschmacklich großartig. Es gibt nichts, aber garnichts zu beanstanden. Immer wieder gerne.

Wir waren gestern mit 11 Personen zu unserem Weihnachtsessen hier. Nach einem etwas schwierigen Platz nehmen, die erste Schicht ließ sich viel Zeit, um den Platz frei zu machen, haben wir vorzüglich gegessen. Jeder unserer Gäste - und wir haben die Speisekarte ziemlich durchprobiert - war sehr zufrieden. Die einhellig Meinung war: "das machen wir mal wieder"

Soweit alles sehr lecker, schönes restaurant, tolle Bedienung. Nur schade fanden wir, dass man gerade an Weihnachten nicht länger beisammen sitzen konnte, Für Nachtisch war die Zeit zu knapp. 19 Personen, Kinder dabei, hatten für 11:30reserviert. Als wir ankamen stand schon am tisch 13:15 Reserviert. Schon für die nächsten. Es wäre schön wenn man bei einer Reservierung dazu sagt, dass es nur ein bestimmte Zeitraum gibt.

Ein echt empfehlenswertes Restaurant. Auch im größten Weihnachtstrubelessen blieb das Team ruhig u freundlich. Das Essen wurde zügig serviert. Wir haben u s rundum wohlgefühlt.

Wir haben die Weihnachtsfeier im Landgasthaus zur Linde gefeiert und es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Atmosphäre war sehr einladend und das Essen hat allen nicht nur sehr gut geschmeckt sondern es war einmalig! Unsere Bedienung Lisa war sehr aufmerksam und konnte uns alle Wünsche erfüllen. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als fair! Für das nächste Jahr haben wir sofort nochmal einen Tisch reserviert, damit wir das nochmal genißen können ! Absolut weiter zu empfehlen!

Update: Wir waren in der Zwischenzeit mehrmals wieder hier in dieser schönen Location. Es hat bei den letzten Besuchen jedes Essen ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Der Zander mit dem Safran-Kürbis-Risotto war ein absolutes Highlight. Auch das rustikale Schäufele war ausgezeichnet zubereitet. Jedes Dessert war absolut köstlich und optisch sehr schön präsentiert. Es wird auch erfreulicherweise mein absoluter alkoholfreier Lieblingsaperitif vom Jörg Geiger angeboten. Auf Grund dieser positiven Eindrücke habe ich meine bisherige Rezension von drei Google-Sternen auf verdiente fünf Google-Sterne erhöht. Wir freuen uns schon auf die nächsten Besuche. Klare Empfehlung! ————————————————————————— Wir sind auf Grund der sehr guten Bewertungen in der Sendung „Mein Lokal, Dein Lokal“ hier eingekehrt. Das Landgasthaus bietet ein sehr schönes Interieur und einen freundlichen Service. Die Suppe war leider geschmacksneutral, die weitere Vorspeise-eine Trilogie von verschiedenen Fisch-/ und Meeresfrüchten war gut. Die Hauptgänge wurden leider sehr zeitversetzt gebracht, so dass ich schon fertig gegessen hatte, bis mein Mann seinen ausgezeichneten Zander bekam. Beim Dessert waren nach unserem Empfinden große Unterschiede zu bemängeln. Die Panna Cotta mit Pflaumen und Crumble war außerordentlich gut zubereitet, aber das Himbeer-Parfait hat leider nur süß und fettig geschmeckt.🥴 In Summe kann man sagen, dass wir mehr erwartet haben, wobei das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung war.🤗

Wir waren sowohl vom Service, als auch von den Speisen mehr als zufrieden. Kompetentes und sehr freundliches und umsichtiges Personal und ein kulinarisches Highlight dazu, welches uns beim Besuch in der Linde überraschte. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt hier auf jeden Fall. Wir kommen wieder.

Absolut spitzenmäßige und gehobene Küche. Schon beim Empfang merkt man, dass man Willkommen ist. Den freundlichen Bedienungen merkt man an, dass sie Ihre Arbeit gerne machen. Das Essen, ich hatte die zart geschmorte Rinderbacke in Barolo-Schmorsoße mit frischer Sommertrüffel, sommerlichem Pesto Rosso Kohlrabi und Kartoffel-Schnittlauchpüree. Das Essen war ein Traum. Besser geht nicht mehr. Zum Nachtisch gab es Vanilleeis mit heißen Himbeeren. Ein gelungener Abschluss. Leider hatten wir die Handys nicht bei und konnten entsprechend keine Fotos machen. Aber das holen wir nach, denn hier waren wir nicht das Letzte mal. Man sollte zumindest am Wochende reservieren, da man ansonsten keinen Tisch mehr bekommt.
