I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes. Instead, it arrived after 1.5 hours and was in poor condition - it looked like lettuce and was barely edible. The taste and quality were not at all what I expected for the price. Very disappointing! Not just like that!!!!! Although we called the Okan store and explained what was wrong with our order, the employee on the phone was really disrespectful.

I had two croques delivered to me, one of them (the gyros croque smelled so disgusting that it ended up in the trash after I tried to reach you several times....I'm really really disappointed, but you know that otherwise you would have lost weight.... So if you're in the mood for rotten meat, full indulgence 😜👍🏻
