Food was ready quickly and really hot. It was our first time eating in a Smielys shop and we really liked it, especially the ordering terminal.

Special requests are always taken into account. Have picked things up there several times and have always been satisfied.

Food was very tasty. Staff is open and honest. We had to wait a little longer because it was the weekend and rush hour, but in my opinion it was worth it. (We were told before ordering that it would take longer) It's best to order the food in advance. The price is also super fair at around €7 per pizza. Would definitely buy there again.

Taste bad eaten 1000 times better. Poor quality, expensive, small pizza, poor value for money. Fries burnt and hard.

I ordered a Caesar's Chicken salad last night and didn't even get half a portion. Completely unacceptable, the box was nowhere near half full. I don't understand how something like this can happen. Also very unusually "prepared", usually the parmesan is on top, this time everything was mixed, it looked as if a portion of salad was simply divided into two boxes. By the way, the delivery time was just under half an hour, which is relatively quick for a Saturday evening. However, the portion size didn't even correspond to that of a complementary starter, €11.77 was a complete waste.

The order flyer states a minimum order value of €10 + delivery costs of €2, which is completely ok. But it can't be the case that you call, order a pizza worth €11.50 and then hear "We're not going because of a pizza!" 🤔🤔

Totally unfriendly Ordered vegetarian food and there was minced meat in it. You call and let them know and are portrayed as a liar and treated stupidly. Just sad!!!

The woman on the phone was super friendly 👍 We always order from Mäc Pizza and everything is always great. Yesterday the pizza was very thin and dark and we immediately got a replacement + a Milka chocolate as an apology, very nice, thank you very much. Always happy, great shop.

Can't say anything about the food, but about the service. My order was canceled at 10:30 p.m., 10 minutes after it was placed via Lieferando. When asked by phone, they said that it was already closed and that this had been clarified with Lieferando. According to Google and its own website, open until 11 p.m., according to Lieferando, delivery until 10:45 p.m. Simply a disgrace...
