Went there today. I ordered fries with mayo, a meatball, and a tea. What can I say? The fries were okay. The service was friendly, attentive, and tried hard. But this just goes to show that less is more. A thousand dishes on the menu, including classic bratwurst and meatballs, as is typical for a generalist restaurant. The food was served promptly. As I mentioned, the fries were okay. The meatball was, of course, a pre-made product that had been thoroughly overcooked in the deep fryer. The tea I ordered arrived last, served in a coffee cup. Unfortunately, it was only half full. Oh well, I thought. Three sugar cubes were included. I added two, and after stirring, I licked the spoon clean. The tea was about room temperature. This place certainly tries hard, but there's no sign of expertise. I'd suggest converting it into a shisha bar or a hair salon. It's a shame that Germany's restaurant industry is in such a bad way. In conclusion, the name "Restaurant Fiasco" is somehow fitting.

Super clean, friendly staff, extensive and well thought-out menu

We ordered food for nine people from work. A few things were missing from the order, but they later replaced them. The absolute cheek was that the pineapple pizza was missing the pineapple. Instead of delivering a new pizza, they delivered a small bowl of pineapple for the already cold pizza. This isn't a joke, it's a complete disgrace. You lose nine customers so quickly.

Disgusting, very unfriendly, brings cold doner meat, touches it with his hands and says no, it's not cold, and expects you to pay for it. Disrespectful and disgusting for me.

First of all, I'd like to point out that we had to wait a whopping two hours for this burnt delicacy. Cutting the pizza in such a short time would have been too much to ask. Since there was so little time to remember the order, the Coke was simply left in the car—oh dear. I can't complain about the taste, and if you like a delicious burnt crust, then this one would definitely get bonus points. I'm giving this restaurant one and a half stars based on the overall taste, because I'm so nice. Too bad it doesn't work on Google, so it's only one star after all. The delivery man even felt the need to give us the restaurant's menu. Well, we don't have it anymore. Order again? Forget it! It's a shame, the pizza is actually delicious, hmm, well, okay.

Catastrophic!!! I'd love to give less than 1 star, because they don't even deserve that. We waited over 3 hours for a small order (3 burgers) to the neighboring village 2km away during the week until we were finally told nothing was coming. After an hour of waiting, we were told it would be here any minute. Then, every 35 minutes: the driver was on the wrong road but is now there immediately. I was left waiting in front of the house in the rain for 1.5 hours because I thought he wouldn't find it. The end of the story: no order, and the kitchen is now closed. No compensation/offer, or anything else, just: your bad luck. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Yesterday we ordered a family pizza (with a time limit) with four different toppings. Top-notch – delivered on time, and all four toppings were delicious.

Whether delivery or pickup, it's always excellent. Good quality at fair prices. For me, the best pizzeria in Alpen and the surrounding area.

I have to say, I've always been happy with the shop, but today I had a kebab delivered to me. It was more like vegetables with bread. I think the boys had a bad day so I'm giving it three stars. Herb butter was also very rancid. Apparently it had been in the car for a while.

Best kebab shop in the Alps! Great food, great people. The ambience is “just” a snack bar, but that also has its charm.

Nice shop, but unfortunately that was it. For the first and last time I ordered something there (in the store) to take away. Filled pizza rolls with ham for €4, what I got didn't meet my expectations: 7 mini "pizza rolls" that were stuck together with melted cheese and were still raw on the inside, packed in a very small pizza box (15x15cm estimated). The staff came across as quite unfriendly and had the feeling that they didn't want to serve me. Never again

Bread from the kebab was burnt, some of it was really black. The kebab plate had a filling from a small kebab plate even though a large one was ordered (which was also how it was calculated). The contents were almost cold, the fries were wobbly

I went back after a long time to see if things had improved. Answer: No! A large kebab plate consisted of a kilo of iceberg lettuce, what felt like five fries, and some meat on top. It didn't taste good either. It's over now.

First of all, the food was delicious! We were with 5 men who ate their plates empty! It was schnitzel day: €8! At 12:30 p.m. the restaurant was full. And the service was very friendly. What more could you want!

After about 2 hours our order arrived. Unfortunately, 2 out of 5 orders were missing. The fries and the kebab were delivered without the sauces you ordered, regardless of why you would want to eat the kebab without sauce. After the 2 26cm pizzas arrived, they were almost 20cm and not cut. The food itself was delicious and recommended. Just get ready to discuss

I'm disappointed 😪 Unfortunately, the gratinated dish was sour, the filled rolls sometimes had no filling, the kebab had more bread than filling and the Turkish pizza and the salad tasted like it did a week ago.

Tip top 🤔 Order via app was messed up: kebab plate ordered without cheese and tomatoes, only tomatoes and cheese were delivered. Better yet: too much pasta was delivered, after five minutes a call was made and the pasta was picked up and probably delivered to the person who actually ordered it.

Es schmeckt dort wirklich sehr lecker. Alles sauber, ordentlich und freundlich. Und - und das finde ich mal total gut - um die Kunden sehr bemüht! Ist auch kein Nachteil wenn am Telefon gesagt wird es dauert 60 Minuten und nach 30 Minuten hat man schon sein Essen...

The worst kebab I've ever eaten. Meat full of gristle and completely tasteless, vegetables taste like they were from last week and the kebab bread could have been a milk bun.

Want to give Firasco another chance, had bad experiences with the food about 3 years ago... Ordered it today, and what can you say... The food is just as DISGUSTING as it was years ago... The doner kebab was ordered flabby and was crispy , no sauce, meat...let's leave it alone. Not to mention the kebab plate.

We had schnitzel with champion cream. THAT WAS VERY DISGUSTING! The schnitzel was so full of tendons that you couldn't eat it. The sauce was ok. In my opinion it was really, really cheap, bad meat. My wife had the salad. A disgrace for the price. The meat was burnt. Pizza rolls were disgusting too. The driver was nice and couldn't do anything about it. So we were customers here for the first and only time

Best Dürum kebab I've ever eaten and delicious fries

Whether ordered on site or home, it tastes great here. The best and crispiest fries around. The rotisserie chicken is highly recommended. The service is great, all the employees are very nice, polite and very attentive to children. We really enjoy eating here and can recommend everyone to have a good feast here.

Veal in bread was delicious thank you. Standard selection of salad and vegetables, nothing special.

I called at 10:23 p.m. to ask if I can pay by card and eat something else (because Google says it's open until 11 p.m.), the gentleman said yes. 23 because they are about to close, 5 minutes after the conversation I was there (the hotel is located right away) and the gentleman next door said that they only have kebabs! And they won't do anything else for food and card payments from €10. I don't recommend it!

Unfortunately, bad service on several occasions, pizza never cut, broccoli frozen in the dish. When asked, they just said we'd close it straight away, which was a shame

After ordering, the kebab was simply completely prepared with everything and yogurt sauce, even though I hadn't said what I wanted on it, namely nothing but meat, cheese and cocktail sauce. After I told him I didn't want a salad, he took the salad out of the kebab again and asked what else it should be. Plus it was only half full. The first and last time for us.

A very good kebab house with a variety of dishes. I usually order a Dürüm kebab or a normal kebab there and I can say that they are always delicious and freshly prepared. The prices are still very reasonable these days and that's why I can highly recommend this establishment.

Ordered pizza for the first time. Was absolutely fine. Some people should really think about what they write in reviews. You can't defend yourself against reviews. Whether right or wrong.

We ordered there via Lieferando, the burger squeaked between the teeth and the food was almost completely cold, the fries were definitely not fresh and the pizza was almost completely burnt once and never again

Unfortunately one of the two pizzas was burnt. Such a piece of coal would have belonged in the trash immediately and not in the pizza box. The garlic (charged 1 euro extra!!!) was also missing. Is it so difficult to check an order before shipping? What's wrong with people like that? Driver was fine and it was delivered on time.

The food is good, warm, reasonably priced and the employees on the phone and delivery people are always very friendly.

Habe hier immer gut gegessen. Ein laden, wo man keine körperlichen Probleme danach hat. Bis auf die Lasagne war alles immer sehr lecker. Vor Ort familiär behandelt, sind die Preise langsam ein Dorn im Auge. Es ist für alle nicht leicht. Aber man muss sich klar machen, dass es hier auch in einem kleinen Imbiss kein günstiges essen mehr gibt. Die Qualität und Geschmack ist hervorragend. Man muss solche Läden auch in schwierigen Zeiten bei Wasser halten. Ich gehe hier gerne essen.

Uns hat es heute gut geschmeckt. Wir haben vor Ort gegessen und wurden sehr freundlich bedient.

Wir waren mit 4 Personen essen, Bedienung super freundlich, Essen war sehr schnell da. Sehr lecker und Preis fair. Top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Waren gestern Abend bei Ivan essen gewesen in Alpen. Habe mir ein Hawaii Schnitzel und meine Tochter eine große Thunfisch/Zwiebel Pizza 🍕 bestellt, war wieder ein Traum das Essen ,wie immer. Wurden auch herrlich begrüßt. Sehr sehr nettes Personal und Inhaber Beste Pizzaria in Alpen 👍 ever.Kommen euch im neuen Jahr 2023 wieder besuchen Sehr gut weiter zu empfehlen

Das Essen ist gut! Wer sein Essen aber zeitig haben möchte, und nicht wie wir heute 2 Stunden auf seine Bestellung wartet, obwohl in der App 45 Minuten angegeben wurden, sollte hier in Zukunft nicht bestellen. Bei telefonischer Nachfrage bekommt man die Antwort, es sei heute viel zu tun. Für uns, die in der Nachbarschaft wohnen, das letzte Mal dass wir hier bestellt haben.

Wir waren zur Mittagszeit da. Pizza ok. Getränke wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat naja.

Leider war das heute bestellte Essen wie schon mehrfach in der Vergangenheit nur lauwarm. Außerdem wurde das zusätzlich bestellte (und bezahlte!) Dönerfleisch wieder Mal vergessen...

Alles Wunderbar und hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt.

Wir haben vor dem Inhaberwechsel gerne dort bestellt, da die Spaghetti Napoli Veganer und lecker waren. Leider sind diese seit dem Inhaberwechsel sehr versalzen, was nichts schön ist. Ich würde mir mehr veganer freundliches Essen wünschen und dass dies dann nichts so versalzen ist.

Die Pizza ist lecker und das Personal ist nett. ABER keine Kartenzahlung ist nicht zeitgemäß.

Die machen echt super leckere Gerichte. Es wäre super nett wenn auch das kommen würde was man bestellt und am Ende auch bezahlt. Leider stimmt das nicht immer. Persönlich würde ich sagen das ich jetzt der Firma Firasko so ca. 5-10€ geschenkt habe. Zusätzlich bestellte Sachen werden berechnet und nicht geliefert. Das Problem ist nur das der Fahrer schon lange weg ist wenn man merkt das keine Peperoni in den Nudeln sind, der überbacken Käse fehlt, 4 Brötchen anstelle von den versprochenen 5 in der Tüte sind. Wenn du dort dann anrufst bekommst du keinen Lösung angeboten nur ein "wir kümmern uns drum". Sorry, jetzt gibt es erst einmal eine Pause von Firasko.

Die Speisen sind klasse und die Lieferung per Pizzataxi erfolgt sehr zügig. Wir nutzen die Online-Speisekarte für die Bestellung, die übersichtlich und gut ist.

While we are in Alpen this is one of our first stops. You can have a couple of drinks and sit and chat or have a delicious meal. We love the Schnitzels, the Pizzas and the Donners. The Salads are beautiful, the food is well cooked and served piping hot. There is a special offer Mon-Thu when certain meals are just €6 each, for example Mondays all Schnitzels are just €6, Wednesdays it is Pasta meals and Thursday it is Pizza day. Totally recommend this place, we are already looking forwards to going back.
