Great pizza, great staff, everything was top-notch!

The food is fantastic, no question. But we ordered at 6:05 PM. After calling twice, we were still told he was on his way, he was on his way. After going back and forth, the food still hadn't arrived. After a full two hours for a pizza, spaghetti, and a schnitzel, it finally arrived. So, the delivery time is not recommended; this urgently needs improvement. This is how you lose customers.

I ordered a schnitzel platter for a birthday party. Everything was great and tasted delicious. Everyone was very impressed with the food.

The wait times are sometimes long, but it's worth it the pizzas are delicious!

We ordered at 7 a.m., but the pizza didn't arrive until just before 9. Why not just state the delivery time HONESTLY? Then we would have ordered earlier, or we could have been prepared for it. By the time the pizza arrived, we were already completely lost.

My wife and I usually order 4+ times a month, but today we ordered lasagna. The lasagna was burnt on the bottom and kind of mushy, salt was the dominant spice, unfortunately the meal was not a success, but the disappointment is not that great, because there are dishes that are simply great.

A highly recommended pizzeria for takeaway food. The pizzas are incredibly delicious, and the value for money is absolutely reasonable. Small update: We've now gradually eaten our way through the entire menu, and I can only confirm my previous impression. The combinations are so large that two people (even big eaters) can easily be satisfied. A steak is the size of half a cow and melts in the mouth. We haven't ordered a dish yet that wasn't tasty or was too small. A big 👍🏻 from us. Honestly, every dish is super delicious, more than adequately sized, and also really good value for money.

Oh my God!!! What's going on with you guys? It's getting more and more expensive, but the quality is getting worse. The pizza had completely burnt onions on it. Instead of being spicy, it was tasteless and looked like shit on it... It only arrived after we called again after a 40-minute delay. The driver probably forgot about it and quickly put it back in the oven for a few minutes, which is why everything was burnt. There's nothing left topping at least 3 cm from the edge. Of course, we complained about the pizza, which also cost a whopping €14. We got a new one, and lo and behold, it looked completely different—nothing was burnt, but it didn't taste like anything either. Sorry guys, that's not how you build customer loyalty, especially since there's enough competition in Friedrichsthal/Bildstock. The constant platitudes from this service provider that there was a high volume of orders and they can only estimate the delivery time are of no interest to the customer, because that's not the problem the customer has or wants to hear; the customer relies on a reliable statement from the service provider. Furthermore, our pizza was ordered two hours before opening time and was in the sixth position.

We order here regularly and are always impressed. The selection is extensive and highly recommended. The quality is outstanding, and you can tell the food is cooked with love. The portions are generous, so you're guaranteed not to go hungry. Delivery is always quick and reliable, too. Highly recommended!

Absolute impudence! It took over 2 1/2 hours from ordering to delivery. Food arrived more than 60 minutes late. The child is now asleep. When asked, they said that the driver would leave immediately, but it still took over 30 minutes. Accordingly, the food was not yet ready at the time of the request. Then a dish was also delivered incorrectly. Of course, no one can be reached by phone after 9 p.m. Here they just wanted to make money. Customer service is zero. Not even an apology. It was certainly busy, but then you should at least be honest and give customers the opportunity to look elsewhere for the day. There won't be a next time for us.

The pizza delivery service offers a reliable service with a wide selection of pizzas. The order was uncomplicated and delivery took place within the specified time frame. The pizza arrived hot and well packaged. The dough was crispy and the topping was fresh and balanced in taste. Very nice story!

So first of all our food came 40 minutes late. That's pretty stupid when you have small children. The crust of the pizza was so hard I couldn't eat it. The rigatoni tasted good but the portion was quite small. Unfortunately it didn't convince me - we won't be ordering from here again

We ordered yesterday evening because we really like eating pizza from there. Yesterday, we were disappointed with the food. Pizzas were lukewarm and the Parma ham was cut so thick that it no longer tasted good. I hope that there will be an improvement again.

Recently ordered pasta. Unfortunately there is no bread. Too bad. Still, they are good but there was some spice missing, but the pizza 😍😍 The pizza is simply the best I've eaten in a long time. As a child I had a favorite Italian restaurant, unfortunately it is no longer there, but the first bite of the pizza was simply delicious. Immediately thought of my childhood. Everyone has different tastes but I find them simply delicious. We always pick up too. Happy to keep making delicious pizza 😋 Edit 9/22/24 Ordered 2 pizzas one with extra cheese. The extra cheese was charged for but wasn't included. This is the second time this has happened. Pizza was still delicious as always.

I ordered for the second time yesterday and am just as satisfied with the food as I was the first time. The pizzas and salads are super delicious - simply awesome! With the first order there were problems with the lady on the phone and the repeat order. Yesterday I spoke to the boss on the phone, who was extremely friendly. Not only did he apologize for his employees' misconduct, it was clear that he was upset about it! With yesterday's order I received a voucher for €10 (!!!) and 1 bottle of wine with the delivery! The fact that something like this still exists today...I was totally amazed and was very happy! At this point I would also like to thank you very much for this nice gesture!!! In any case, this is a restaurateur who wants to make his guests/customers happy and I will definitely go out to eat in the pizzeria soon and continue to use the delivery service, which is also very friendly!

Beste Pizza in der Umgebung. Keine traditionelle Steinofen Pizza, aber Geschmack ist absolut 10/10. Pasta, Pommes usw. eher Mittelmaß bis Standard. Im Restaurent selbst habe ich noch nie gegessen.

Schnelle Lieferung, das Essen ist auch lecker. Schade finde ich, dass man bei Salaten nix zuwählen kann und bei den Pizzen ist es auch nur begrenzt möglich. Ich werde das mal im Auge behalten.

Wir haben Pizza und Salat bestellt, aber Salat hatte den gleichen Namen wie Pizza im Menü (Lupi), und zwei Pizzen anstelle von Salat und eine Pizza wurden geliefert. Nach dem Anruf und dem Gespräch mit Chefin sagte sie, dass wir den Salat so schnell wie möglich geliefert bekommen und zusätzliche Pizza aufbewahren können. Pizzen schmecken sehr gut, so wie Salat. Ich muss sagen das ist die beste pizzaria weit und breit sowie presi auch die portione sind gut ich liege wert auf quallität und das trifft Zu Weil alles Frisch zubereitet wird und alles Frisch ist Ich muss sagen bei abholung wie auch lieferung auf zeit läuft es bei diesem betrieb sehr gut obwohl sehr sehr viel Los ist wie ich vor ort gesehen habe haben sie alles in Griff und die fahrer sind immer pünklich auch wenn sie bei una zur firma kommen top

Wir bestellen mit der Fa. alle 2 Wochen regelmäßig. Auf einmal gibt es kein Brot und kein Cola mehr dazu. Preiserhöhungen finden in kurzen Abständen statt. Heute findet der Fahrer auf einmal den richtigen Eingang nicht mehr und hält es auch nach 15min nicht für notwendig mal anzurufen und bleibt am falschen Eingang stehen (wir haben nur eine halbe Stunde Pause). Und dann fehlt noch ernsthaft ne Pizza! Einziges Lob geht an den Koch - gut wie immer. Der Rest von dem Laden sind Flachpfeifen!
