Pizza is good, but the wait is always long. Despite pre-ordering. Maybe just an unfavorable day...

Absolute impudence! It took over 2 1/2 hours from ordering to delivery. Food arrived more than 60 minutes late. The child is now asleep. When asked, they said that the driver would leave immediately, but it still took over 30 minutes. Accordingly, the food was not yet ready at the time of the request. Then a dish was also delivered incorrectly. Of course, no one can be reached by phone after 9 p.m. Here they just wanted to make money. Customer service is zero. Not even an apology. It was certainly busy, but then you should at least be honest and give customers the opportunity to look elsewhere for the day. There won't be a next time for us.

I had to buy more than I wanted (BBQ pops) and couldn't add extra cheese. So, I wouldn't recommend it.

Simple restaurant with great pizza. The fun fact about it is that you don't get cutlery, but scissors. The tiramisu was also really tasty and airy, not heavy at all.

I have ordered there many times since the store opened and I have to say that I am extremely satisfied. The food was always fresh and tasty, and the staff were always friendly. Something was forgotten once, but was delivered immediately. Of the delivery services in Plauen, this one is number one for me.

Update 2/27/25 Super friendly, traditional family business or pizzeria! I have been coming back for years and can only warmly recommend a visit or an order to everyone in the area and beyond! Grazie mille. Update March 3, 2023 It took a while since my last visit, but now it was that time again and what can I say - that's how I know and love Da Enzo. My one-off "complaint" was due to the introduction of a new pizza oven, which at the time was not yet optimally adjusted in all areas. But (as you can see and taste) it's running perfectly now. For this reason and because I really like the owners and their friendly nature, Pizzeria Da Enzo remains a clear recommendation for me. Update: January 6, 2023 Sorry, but if I had seen in advance what kind of pizzies you had packed in the boxes for me, I would have sent them straight back. I come regularly, like to give tips even though I pick up and the prices have risen and then you pack me partially burnt and inedible pizzies. If it had been my first visit, it would definitely have been my last... so for now there is "only" 1 star deduction. But on repeat, that was it for me. +++ Delicious pizzas, good price/performance ratio, very nice staff/service - "only" 4 stars because I haven't tried everything to eat yet. :-) But it is highly recommended.

Tasty is my favorite when it comes to eating tasty and quick. Top employees & there is nothing that doesn't taste good. < 30 orders per year, and always happy. Delivery is quick and pickup too. Tip- Elvis Pizza :)

I was here by chance, but the food was served promptly. Naturally, it was nice and hot. I also had a salad, which was very well prepared and tasted great. I also ordered two pizza breads. These were also ready in no time. Top 🔝

This is the best delivery service I have ever ordered pizza from. Now I only order there. Every time the pizza came out so hot and fresh that you wouldn't notice any difference from the food in a restaurant. The only small drawback is that I always find the pizzas a bit salty. You hardly notice it while eating, but afterward I always need a bottle of water.
