Pizza Hut Restaurant & Lieferservice Fürth in Fürth

Worst Pizza Hut experience ever!! Just because I was the only one and the last one there, they refused to bring any more pizzas. Of course, you complain, and when they ask if everything was alright, you just say no. But the fact that the staff then become rude is completely unacceptable. I advise everyone to stay away from this Pizza Hut.

After being there a few years ago for the Sonic the Hedgehog movie premiere, and being pretty disappointed, we decided to give it another chance. We got a table in the winter garden. It was very nice and cozy. The floor wasn't clean, but whatever. The strawberry lemon soda was delicious! The food was terribly greasy, just like our meal the last time we were in America in Boston. The pizza and sauce tasted just as good there. The service was okay. After we finished eating, we had to wait for someone to come and check out. That didn't happen, so we paid as we left. Everyone has different tastes. Pizza Hut didn't quite meet our needs.

Mr. Zelalem provided us with excellent service. I'm very satisfied with the service and the food at Pizza Hut. A very nice shop.

It's certainly a matter of taste, but for a fast-food concept with extremely greasy food, the prices are pretty steep. The ambiance and service don't match the price. You have to be a fan to like the concept. The concept doesn't meet my taste or dining expectations.

I'M SICK OF IT..😤 ??€7 FOR AT MOST 20 CENTS OF CORN?? I've given Pizza Hut another chance so many times, BUT I'VE BEEN DISAPPOINTED EVERY TIME. The first time I ordered a pizza with corn, there was VERY little corn on it. OK, maybe they usually put that little corn on pizzas. 🫤 Then another time I ordered a pizza with extra corn (€3.50 for the extra corn) and it just looked the same as if you ordered a regular pizza with corn. But looks don't mean anything; maybe the cheese melted. But when I bit into it, there still wasn't much corn to taste. 😤TODAY I ORDERED A PIZZA CHAMPION WITH EXTRA CORN (7€ EXTRA CORN) AND WHAT DID I GET? >See picture.< 7€... FOR THAT LITTLE BIT OF CORN 😡

I called at 9:13 PM on September 8, 2025. The service was excessively disrespectful, even though my girlfriend and I were respectful, despite his disrespectful behavior. People don't order there; we just asked if they had a family pizza and were then yelled at for no reason. It was a man on the phone.

The tables weren't cleared and were dirty, so we had to find our own seats. The service seemed lackluster and inattentive; it took a long time to arrive, and parts of our order were forgotten. The pizza was okay, but not what we expected. Plates and glasses were left unattended, and the restrooms weren't clean either. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. I had to go to the kitchen myself to pack up my leftovers. No attention is paid to the guests' behavior... we were bombarded with Turkish music at one table and Arabic music at another.

Not really my taste. It was incredibly cold in the room, so I asked if they could turn off the air conditioning. The answer was, it wasn't on. There were five of us. All five of us thought the air conditioning was on. We ordered two pizzas and a pasta dish. My brother didn't get his pizza. It wasn't listed on the bill, either. We sat outside because it was too cold inside. The terrace was dirty, and there was trash everywhere. What a shame considering the beautiful terrace.

Dirty tables, tables are only prepared for guests upon request, and the uninspired attitude of the entire staff is very noticeable. The pizza was okay, but after 30 minutes, we personally asked at the counter for a box so we could take our pizza with us. The young waitress smelled very strongly of perfume, which I personally find very unpleasant while dining.

Hello everyone My family and I were there last week. The service was very poor; our food arrived late. The kids were hungry, and the manager wasn't interested in our order... our food arrived almost an hour late. That's very annoying, having to get two kids to eat, and I would like to lodge a strong complaint with your large Pizza Hut branch in Fürth. Disrespectful

I always enjoy going there. The service is often very friendly—there are exceptions everywhere! The food is, as you'd expect, very delicious.

Bad experience at Pizza Hut Fürth – never again! I recently went to Pizza Hut in Fürth with a friend and was truly disappointed with the service. As soon as I entered, I noticed the stuffy atmosphere in the restaurant. When I politely asked if we could sit inside because of the bad air quality, we were rudely told: "Only two people – only there." It wasn't possible to tilt a window or get some fresh air – no kind of consideration at all. I haven't experienced such unfriendly and disinterested staff in a long time. Customer service is different – you definitely don't feel welcome here. I will definitely not visit this location again and can't recommend it to anyone.

Went there for the Pizza Festival. Simply mega. You're constantly being offered one pizza after another. Just say yes and enjoy.

I like eating there, but unfortunately, the green pepper pizza I ordered was served with beef sausage. Even though I called to inform them, I got a strange explanation: "If you order peppers, they'll bring sausage." Quality isn't just a matter of taste. If you want to maintain quality, you can't make fun of your customers.

Wow...the guy on the phone was extremely rude...I've never been spoken to so disrespectfully. I'm speechless...and that's only because I didn't know they no longer offer direct delivery service. Be careful when selecting employees. I've lost my appetite.

We were recently at Dominos in Coburg and I have to say there are worlds apart between these two chains. At Pizza Hut in Fürth the employees were friendly and the pizza tasted great. The restaurant is clean and the premises are cozy. The staff is nice and the service is impressive. We'd love to come back. However, we don't go to Dominos anymore, we were rather disappointed.

Pizza is good as usual. Not all dips were available and sour cream was pretty tasteless. The facility is getting old, but you can live with that. What I don't think you can live with at all are the prices. I find the products extremely overpriced.

Outstanding service - we have never experienced such friendly and accommodating staff in a restaurant before! We were here for the Pizza Festival and never had to wait more than a few minutes for pizza or drinks. The vegetarians among us were also well looked after. Great recommendation!

We usually like to come here when there is a pizza festival but this time it was a complete disaster. In 2 hours we ate 8 pieces of pizza for 2 people. The kitchen simply closes 30 minutes in advance and, if you're lucky, a waiter comes along every 30 minutes and brings over 1-2 pieces. Some of the waitresses were very unfriendly. At the end we said how bad the service was. Was just laughed at and nothing was said in return. We've been coming here for years but unfortunately I think this was the last time. I wanted to order from Lieferando but didn't know that pick-up was only available. I also wrote to Lieferando directly and called them straight away and politely asked them to cancel. The answer was "yes, that's shit..." I apologized and then I was told shouted at me with "take care of it, what's wrong, we don't deliver to the world" (10 minutes drive away) I wanted to say sorry again despite all the cheekiness, the employee hung up on me without saying anything, absolute cheekiness It wasn't the first time that the service was so unprofessional.

Ordered via Lieferando: Cheese Lover, Golden Cheezy Crust. Including the delivery fee, we paid just under €32 for this one pizza. What came? A pizza with meat, mushrooms and pepperoni. We don't want to eat any of it. Telephone availability? None! Tried 10 times and didn't reach anyone. You can't speak of service there, that's a disgrace.

The worst thing was that they still prepared the pizza for me but I had to pay double for it. It's a rip-off, that's not how you treat your regular customers.

Pizza Hut is a world-famous restaurant. I don't like pizza in general, I consider it a cheap and overpriced food. The only thing that stands out is Pizza Hut! The dough is exceptionally good every time, no matter what you choose. The “Pan” pizza dough is my favorite. But the bruschcetta is also fantastic, the refill drink is a rare bargain. When it comes to pizza, we only come here.
