We wanted a poorly prepared pizza, a vegetarian pizza, but there were pieces of meat in it, the officials were indifferent, they demanded to change it but we had to leave, we refused, they made us pay for the pizza we couldn't eat.

Pizza Hut is a world-famous restaurant. I don't like pizza in general, I consider it a cheap and overpriced food. The only thing that stands out is Pizza Hut! The dough is exceptionally good every time, no matter what you choose. The “Pan” pizza dough is my favorite. But the bruschcetta is also fantastic, the refill drink is a rare bargain. When it comes to pizza, we only come here.

Solid Pizza Hut - plenty of parking, friendly service, reasonable waiting time for the order.

We love coming to Pizza Hut in Fürth on a regular basis from out of town. Much better than in Nuremberg. Delicious food, nice service, beautiful outdoor area and winter garden, free parking in front of the door.

Everything was fine, just too loud

Today we went to the pizza festival at the Pizza Hut in Fürth for the first time. It's a shame that the boss was unfriendly and rude, which left a negative impression before we even sat down. On the positive side, however, Zelalem and Cem made up for the experience with their friendly and nice manner as well as the excellent service. The good food certainly helps ensure that the overall impression is not completely negative. It's understandable that greeting your boss leaves a lasting impression, as first impressions are often crucial.

I tried a pizza there again after a long time, no, I don't have to try it a third time. I then decide on a good pizzeria that has crispy dough and the right pizza taste. The rating concerns my personal taste. The restaurant itself and the service are completely fine. >>> 07/13/24 I tried it a third time because my son wanted to come here. The pizza hasn't improved for me. The service got worse and the drinks we ordered were forgotten. Used dishes were only cleared away after paying, and you even had to wait and ask again to be able to pay. And no, it wasn't full, about 30% of the seats were occupied. That was really the last time here.

Always been a pleasure to order pizza here, pizza good, customer service good too. Only a few times order got mixed up but they gave us a new order and gave us compliments as compensation. My only complaint is the garlic bread, it's not tasty as it once was...please pizza hut do something about that.

Friendly staff, delicious food, again at any time

We sat outside for 20 minutes - 3 pizza runners came by and the same service person twice. Nobody had to pay any attention to us. We then made our presence known. The service staff obviously didn't seem the most motivated and after we'd been waiting for ages I said, "Well, hopefully we'll get something to eat in the next hour." The waitress reacted rudely and explained that a service worker had been absent. I then explained to her that it was the same the last two times before. The answer I received was, “If you don’t like it, you can go somewhere else.” Said and done. This lady's qualities may lie in other areas that have less to do with people, but certainly not as a service worker. We will steer clear of this Pizza Hut in the future. Ultimately I have what you want from me - namely the money - and that is not worth this lady's service.

The place was super busy and you have to be prepared to wait for more than half an hour to get your order. We waited 35 minutes then I complained that it’s impossible it takes this long to make a pizza! The server I must admit was very kind and he checked on our order immediately. Still took another five to ten minutes for the pizzas to arrive. All the serves are nice. The pizza, meh, leaves a lot to be desired. the only pizza we liked was the salami pizza. The bbq one was super liquid, somehow, and the topping kept sliding off. Wouldn’t come again, I’m sorry to say

Service was very friendly and quick - the pizza wasn't great today - very greasy and quite bland in taste. It's a shame, we know it differently.

Unfortunately it's always packed and going there spontaneously usually ends in long waiting times. But the food is great!

I think the pizza here is very tasty and me and my family come here very often and we like the food very delicious and whenever we are here we go home with a full stomach. I can only recommend this.

I only ate yesterday and I've been there 3 times and every time something doesn't go right with the order... Didn't get any drinks... Then get the wrong pizzas... Then pizza not baked through... Order extra without mushrooms what comes with pizza with mushrooms My wife is highly allergic to mushrooms and we noticed it shortly before she ate, thank God... You have definitely lost us as customers, that was the last time... And then paid another 60 euros thanks for nothing.

We eat at Pizza Hut once a year and think the food is really good. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean and modern.

The cheese-crust pizza plus cheese on the edge is wow!! The salad dressing should be a little better or brought to the table to spice things up. The service is friendly and takes care of everything quickly.

Ordered something to take away. Unfortunately my receipt was lost and my order wasn't ready after the agreed 20 minutes. The nice gentleman immediately apologized and handed me a Pepsi for the wait. Personally, I didn't think it was a bad thing, because mistakes can happen and so the response was quick and good. Pizza was ready after 10 minutes and was very tasty when we got home.

My experience with salesperson Zelalem at Pizza Hut was extremely positive. His friendly manner and professional approach to customers left a lasting impression. Zelalem was extremely helpful and patient when I had questions about the food, and he ensured my order was processed quickly and accurately. The food here is very tasty. The gentleman at reception is also incredibly nice. Unfortunately, the younger gentleman who was responsible for our table was rather semi. To reorder drinks I had to get up and go to the counter, otherwise we wouldn't have gotten anything the whole time, even though we had refills. Something still needs to be improved here. Otherwise everything was fine.

I came here after swimming and wanted to eat a pizza in a relaxed manner, unfortunately the reception was very bad and I wasn't even asked if I liked it! Pizza was made wrong without CHeeZY crust I wanted with it! Then the pizza came, the same one that was simply shoved in again with cheese, the last time I go there! Tables were dirty too, no excuse for the wrong pizza!!! This shop has nothing to do with system catering! Just a quick load, nothing more!

I ordered the Melts & More 2 Creamy Chicken meal and one sandwich was full of chicken while the other was completely empty!! Really empty and it was a really strange thing..

We had lunch here, the pizzas were crispy, fluffy, cheesy and really tasted good. We are good eaters and were more than full after the Pizza M! The staff was attentive and friendly. The location and the toilets were very clean.

Waiting time in an empty restaurant at 1:00 p.m. from ordering approx. 25 minutes. A bit long. But very good pizza, excellent service and clean!

It tastes good like in any Pizza Hut, it's a chain. Staff also friendly and quick. Especially at the Pizza Festival every Thursday you can try as many pizzas as you want for a fixed price. The only thing that is really annoying is that it is always very loud there, there are many ways to dampen the sound.

Visited there for the first time in a long time - was very pleasantly surprised and will definitely be going back soon!

The staff was friendly but unfortunately I had the impression that the quality of service was very disorganized…. Food was nothing special, I had salad and potato wedges… so it wasn't bad but that was it…

Friendly staff and the food comes very quickly. Small children are also taken into consideration so that families can also eat great here. The pizza was also very tasty and worth the money. The only thing that bothers me here is the fact that you can't pay with a credit card.

The pizza at Pizza Hut is always delicious. Consistent quality and that certain something in terms of taste that distinguishes the Pizza Hut pizza from the “normal” pizzas. I especially like the pan pizzas. Unfortunately, prices have recently been increased and the daily specials have been revised. At around 17-20€ per pizza in size L, it's not something I can/want to treat myself to on a regular basis, but rather the exception.

Terrible!!! Once and never again. The only good thing was that the pizza came relatively quickly. Half the cheese was in the box and the cheese that was still on it was burnt, the dough was soaked in fat, visually more than appetizing, the taste was catastrophic and then a 3 euro delivery fee was charged for an absolutely bad pizza and a 3 minute journey.

Went there for the Pizza Festival. Simply mega. You're constantly being offered one pizza after another. Just say yes and enjoy.

Very friendly service. I was always asked if I wanted anything else. The pizza was very good and exactly as expected. There are sufficient parking spaces available directly at the restaurant. The restaurant was pretty empty at lunchtime, but it was easy to get a seat. A discounted lunch menu is also offered, at least as of February 2023, consisting of a small pizza and a drink for €10.

I'm currently sitting in Pizza Hut Fürth and had the double mixed starters. The portion was very generous and consisted of country potatoes, chicken wings, chicken sticks and mozzarella sticks. There were also three dips of your choice. The dinner was very tasty and crunchy, the dips were creamy and spicy. The chicken wings were particularly juicy and tender, the mozzarella sticks were nice and cheesy and the country potatoes had a great seasoning. The Double Mixed Starters were a good choice, would be happy again at any time 😋 The waiter Zelalem M. was very friendly and attentive, and gave me very good advice and helped me choose the dish. I felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.”

Nach über 12 Jahren Pause es mal wieder bei Pizza Hut in Fürth probiert.... Lange Wartezeiten, Vorspeise vergessen, (dadurch wahrscheinlich) beide Hauptgänge nur lauwarm serviert. Preise überteuert, im Grunde sind es ja doch nur Pizzen. Bedienung zwar sehr freundlich, aber es wirkt alles etwas chaotisch. Für mich war es das nun endgültig mit Pizza Hut.

Personal unfreundlich, keine schöne Begrüßung, Essen gut.

Mein Freund kam gestern mit einer Lebensmittelvergiftung heim! Seine Freunde haben die Pizza ebenfalls nicht gut vertragen!

Atmosphere is very good, but all vegan salads have been removed from the menu and the toilets are not very clean. You can also add some vegan soups.

Wieder einmal Essen abgeholt, Essen super, Service super, ich würde mir etwas mehr Sauberkeit am Boden und Parkplatz wünschen.
